洗涤控制装置和具有其的洗衣机及洗涤控制方法 技术领域 本发明涉及电器技术领域, 特别涉及一种洗涤控制装置、 一种具有洗涤控制装置 的洗衣机和一种洗涤控制方法。 背景技术 相关的滚筒洗衣机的洗涤程序一般只是普通的、 无针对性的程序, 这样在不同材 质的衣物上不小心污染了污渍时, 只能选择普通的洗涤程序, 这样, 要么浪费能源, 要么难以洗干净衣物, 从而不能满足用户的洗涤需求。 因此, 相关技术存在改进的需 要。 发明内容 本发明的目的旨在至少在一定程度上解决上述的技术缺陷之一。
为此, 本发明的一个目的在于提出一种洗涤控制装置, 能够针对不同材质衣物上 的不同污渍类型, 采用不同洗涤方式和 /或不同洗涤参数进行洗涤, 从而达到更好的洗 涤效果。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种洗衣机。 本发明的又一个目的在于提出一种洗 涤控制方法。
为达到上述目的, 本发明一方面实施例提出的一种洗涤控制装置, 包括: 接收模 块, 用于接收用户的指令以及衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型; 控制模块, 用于根 据所述衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型以及预设的洗涤模型确定洗涤参数, 和根据 所述指令启动洗衣机并控制所述洗衣机根据所述确定的洗涤参数进行工作。

其中, 接收模块 1 用于接收用户的指令以及衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型。 在本发明的一个具体示例中, 接收模块 1 可以为控制面板, 并且控制面板可以设置有 多种指令对应的按键, 例如, 启动指令对应的按键、 开机指令对应的按键等, 以及多 种衣物的污渍类型对应的按键和多种衣物的材质类型对应的按键, 控制面板还可以设 置有多种普通洗涤类型对应的按键, 这样, 用户可选地输入普通洗涤类型或某种衣物 的污渍类型, 由此, 用户可根据具体洗涤需求通过控制面板输入相应地指令以及衣物 的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型。
如图 1所示, 控制模块 2用于根据衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型以及预设的 洗涤模型确定洗涤参数, 以及根据指令启动洗衣机并控制洗衣机根据确定的洗涤参数 进行工作。
也就是说, 控制模块 2在接收到用户输入衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型后, 调取该衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型对应地洗涤参数, 并在接收到用户的指令例 如启动指令后, 启动洗衣机并控制洗衣机根据确定的洗涤参数进行工作。
其中, 每种污渍类型对应的至少一项洗涤参数的取值与其他污渍类型对应的洗涤 参数的取值不同, 以及每种衣物的材质类型对应的至少一项洗涤参数的取值与其他材 质类型对应的洗涤参数的取值不同。 具体地, 衣物的材质类型可包括轻柔、 一般和厚 重中的一种或多种。 洗涤参数可包括洗涤温度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和 漂洗水量中的一种或多种。 污渍类型可包括血渍、 咖啡渍、 泥渍、 草渍、 口红渍和酒 渍中的一种或多种。
这样, 可针对不同衣物材质的特性, 例如区分为轻柔、 一般和厚重等材质类型, 以及不同污渍类型的污染特性, 例如区分为血渍、 咖啡渍、 泥渍、 草渍、 口红渍、 酒 渍等多种污渍类型, 有针对性地设定不同的洗涤参数, 即不同的洗涤温度或洗涤时间 或洗涤转速或洗涤转停比或漂洗水量, 对衣物进行洗涤, 从而, 既可以有效去除污渍, 又能减少过多用水用电和长时间洗涤带来的能源消耗, 节能环保。
具体而言, 衣物的材质类型也可细分为棉麻、 混合、 牛仔、 化纤等。 例如, 化纤 可相当于轻柔材质, 混合、 棉麻可相当于一般材质, 牛仔可相当于厚重材质, 这样, 可针对不同衣物材质的特性, 区分为棉麻、 混合、 牛仔、 化纤等材质类型, 以及不同 污渍类型的污染特性, 区分为血渍、 咖啡渍、 泥渍、 草渍、 口红渍、 酒渍等多种污渍 类型, 有针对性地设定不同的洗涤参数。
需要说明的是, 对于本发明实施例的洗涤控制装置, 接收模块 1 也可接收用户输 入的普通洗涤类型, 例如标准洗涤、 快速洗涤等, 控制模块 2在接收到某种普通洗涤 类型后, 可根据预设的普通洗涤模型确定洗涤参数, 以及根据用户的指令例如启动指 令启动洗衣机, 并控制洗衣机根据确定的洗涤参数进行工作。 其中, 普通洗涤模型可 以包括多种普通洗涤类型和多种普通洗涤类型对应的洗涤参数。
当然, 在选择普通洗涤类型则可不选择衣物的材质和衣物的污渍类型, 只根据普 通洗涤类型的洗涤参数控制洗衣机工作; 在选择衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型后 则可不选择普通洗涤类型, 只根据衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型对应的洗涤参数 控制洗衣机工作。
另外, 在本发明的实施例中, 也可只针对不同衣物材质的特性, 有针对性地设定 不同的洗涤参数。 例如, 接收模块 1 在接收用户输入的衣物材质为轻柔时, 可根据洗 涤参数进行洗涤, 即洗涤温度、 洗涤转速、 洗涤时间和漂洗水量分别为低水温 Tl、 低 洗涤转速 S l、 低洗涤时间 T1和低洗涤水量 W1 ; 当接收的衣物材质为一般时, 可根据 洗涤参数进行洗涤, 即洗涤温度、 洗涤转速、 洗涤时间和漂洗水量分别为中水温 T2、 中洗涤转速 Τ2、 中洗涤时间 Τ2和中洗涤水量 W2进行洗涤; 当接收的衣物材质为厚 重时, 可根据洗涤参数进行洗涤, 即洗涤温度、 洗涤转速、 洗涤时间和漂洗水量分别 为高水温 Τ3、 高洗涤转速 Τ3、 高洗涤时间 Τ3和高洗涤水量 W3进行洗涤。
在本发明的实施例中, 洗涤模型具体可通过试验确定, 其中, 洗涤模型可以包括 多种污渍类型、 多种衣物材质类型和相应的洗涤参数, 如下表 1 所示, 例举了棉麻、 混合、 牛仔、 化纤材质的衣物上污染了咖啡渍时对应的洗涤时间、 洗涤温度、 洗涤转 速、 洗涤转停比、 漂洗水量。

其中,洗涤时间可以在某种普通洗涤类型的洗涤时间上增加相应地污渍对应 的修正时间, 或者在预设的时间上增加相应地污渍对应的修正时间, 例如, 棉麻材质 的衣物上的污渍为咖啡渍时, 可在某种普通洗涤类型的洗涤时间或预设时间上增加咖 啡渍对应的修正时间即 25-35min左右。
如上表 1 所示, 可通过试验确定各种衣物材质上污染各种常见污渍时对应的洗涤 时间、 洗涤温度、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比、 漂洗水量, 进而构成各种污渍洗涤程序, 这样, 在用户使用洗衣机时, 接收模块 1 接收用户输入的污渍类型和衣物材质类型, 随后, 控制模块 2根据污渍类型和衣物材质类型调取相应地污渍洗涤程序, 以及在接 收模块 1接收用户输入的启动指令后发送至控制模块 2,控制模块 2控制洗衣机启动并 根据确定的洗涤温度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量对衣物进行洗涤。
例如, 棉麻材质的衣物上的污渍类型为咖啡渍时, 用户可通过接收模块 1 选择棉 麻和咖啡渍, 接收模块 1在接收到棉麻和咖啡渍后, 控制模块 2调取洗涤模型中棉麻 和咖啡渍对应的洗涤参数, 即洗涤时间为某种普通洗涤的洗涤时间或预设时间上增加 酒渍对应的修正时间即 25-35min左右、 洗涤温度为 60度左右、 洗涤转速为 45rpm (转 每分钟) 左右、 洗涤转停比为一般节拍、 漂洗水量为较多, 并根据上述洗涤参数控制 洗衣机对衣物进行洗涤。
总的来说, 在本发明实施例中, 接收模块 1 在接收用户输入某一种衣物的污渍类 型和材质类型后, 控制模块 2根据该衣物的污渍类型和衣物材质类型以及预设的洗涤 模型确定洗涤温度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量等洗涤参数, 之后, 根据用户的指令启动洗衣机并控制洗衣机根据确定的洗涤温度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量等洗涤参数进行工作。 在对衣物进行洗涤的过程中, 判断当前 洗涤温度是否小于根据洗涤模型确定的洗涤温度, 如果是, 则控制加热装置工作, 进 行加热洗涤; 如果否, 则进一步判断当前洗涤时间是否小于根据洗涤模型确定的洗涤 时间, 如果是, 则继续执行后续的洗涤程序, 例如漂洗、 排水、 脱水等直至结束; 如 果否, 则继续洗涤过程。
根据本发明实施例提出的洗涤控制装置, 接收模块接收用户的指令以及衣物的污 渍类型和衣物的材质类型后, 控制模块根据衣物的污渍类型和和衣物的材质类型以及 预设的洗涤模型确定洗涤参数, 并根据指令启动洗衣机以及控制洗衣机根据确定的洗 涤参数进行工作。 由此, 该洗涤控制装置能够针对不同材质衣物上的不同污渍类型, 采用不同洗涤方式和 /或不同洗涤参数进行洗涤, 有效去除各种污渍, 使用户体验到更 好的洗涤效果, 并可以有效减少能源消耗, 节能环保。
图 2为根据本发明实施例的洗衣机的方框示意图。 如图 2所示, 洗衣机 201包括 上述的洗涤控制装置 202。
根据本发明实施例提出的洗衣机, 能够针对不同材质衣物上的不同污渍类型, 采 用不同洗涤方式和 /或不同洗涤参数进行洗涤, 有效去除各种污渍, 使用户体验到更好 的洗涤效果, 并可以有效减少能源消耗, 节能环保。

S 1 : 接收用户的指令以及衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型。
其中, 可通过接收模块接收用户的指令以及衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型。
S2: 根据衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型以及预设的洗涤模型确定洗涤参数。 其中, 衣物的材质类型包括轻柔、 一般和厚重中的一种或多种。 洗涤参数可包括 洗涤温度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量中的一种或多种。 污渍类型 可包括血渍、 咖啡渍、 泥渍、 草渍、 口红渍和酒渍中的一种或多种。 并且, 每种污渍 类型对应的至少一项洗涤参数的取值与其他污渍类型对应的洗涤参数的取值不同, 以 及每种材质类型对应的至少一项洗涤参数的取值与其他材质类型对应的洗涤参数的取 值不同。

另外, 在本发明的实施例中, 也可只针对不同衣物材质的特性, 有针对性地设定 不同的洗涤参数。 例如, 在接收用户输入的衣物材质为轻柔时, 可根据洗涤参数进行 洗涤, 即洗涤温度、洗涤转速、洗涤时间和漂洗水量分别为低水温 Tl、低洗涤转速 S l、 低洗涤时间 T1和低洗涤水量 W1 ; 当接收的衣物材质为一般时, 可根据洗涤参数进行 洗涤, 即洗涤温度、洗涤转速、洗涤时间和漂洗水量分别为中水温 T2、 中洗涤转速 Τ2、 中洗涤时间 Τ2和中洗涤水量 W2进行洗涤; 当接收的衣物材质为厚重时, 可根据洗涤 参数进行洗涤, 即洗涤温度、 洗涤转速、 洗涤时间和漂洗水量分别为高水温 Τ3、 高洗 涤转速 Τ3、 高洗涤时间 Τ3和高洗涤水量 W3进行洗涤。
在本发明的实施例中, 洗涤模型可通过试验确定, 其中, 洗涤模型可以包括多种 污渍类型、 多种衣物材质类型和相应的洗涤参数, 如下表 1所示, 例举了棉麻、 混合、 牛仔、 化纤材质的衣物上污染了咖啡渍时对应的洗涤时间、 洗涤温度、 洗涤转速、 洗 涤转停比、 漂洗水量, 这里不再赘述。
由此, 可通过试验确定各种衣物材质上污染各种常见污渍时对应的洗涤时间、 洗 涤温度、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比、 漂洗水量, 进而构成各种污渍洗涤程序, 这样, 在 用户使用洗衣机时, 接收用户输入的污渍类型后, 可根据污渍类型调取相应地污渍洗 涤程序。
S3: 根据指令启动洗衣机并控制洗衣机根据确定的洗涤参数进行工作。
也就是说, 在接收用户输入的启动指令后, 控制洗衣机启动并根据确定的洗涤温 度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量对衣物进行洗涤。
以衣物材质为棉麻且衣物上的污渍类型为咖啡渍为例, 在接收到用户选择的棉麻 和咖啡渍后, 将调取洗涤模型中棉麻和咖啡渍对应的洗涤参数, 即洗涤时间为某种普 通洗涤的洗涤时间或预设时间上增加酒渍对应的修正时间即 25-35min左右、 洗涤温度 为 60度左右、 洗涤转速为 45rpm (转每分钟) 左右、 洗涤转停比为一般节拍、 漂洗水 量为较多, 并根据上述洗涤参数控制洗衣机对衣物进行洗涤。
需要说明的是, 对于本发明实施例的洗涤控制方法, 也可接收用户输入的普通洗 涤类型, 例如标准洗涤、 快速洗涤等, 在接收到某种普通洗涤类型后, 可根据预设的 普通洗涤模型确定洗涤参数, 以及根据用户的指令例如启动指令启动洗衣机, 并控制 洗衣机根据确定的洗涤参数进行工作。 其中, 普通洗涤模型可以包括多种普通洗涤类 型和多种普通洗涤类型对应的洗涤参数。
当然, 在选择普通洗涤类型则可不选择衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型, 只根 据普通洗涤类型的洗涤参数控制洗衣机工作; 在选择衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类 型则可不选择普通洗涤类型, 只根据衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型对应的洗涤参 数控制洗衣机工作。
总的来说, 在本发明的一个实施例中, 本发明实施例的洗涤控制方法具体包括以 下步骤:
S 101 : 接收用户输入的衣物的污渍类型和衣物材质类型, 即接收用户选择的某种 污渍类型对应的洗涤程序。
S 102: 根据衣物的污渍类型和衣物材质类型确定洗涤参数。
也就是说, 对照预设的洗涤模型, 根据衣物的污渍类型和衣物材质类型选定对应 的洗涤温度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量。
S 103 : 根据指令启动洗衣机并控制洗衣机根据确定的洗涤参数进行工作。
也就是说, 在接收用户输入的启动指令后, 控制洗衣机启动并根据确定的洗涤温 度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量对洗衣机进行控制。
S 104: 对衣物进行洗涤。
S 105 : 判断当前洗涤温度 T是否小于根据洗涤模型确定的洗涤温度 Tl。 如果是, 则执行步骤 S 106; 如果否, 则执行步骤 S 107。
S 106: 控制加热装置工作, 进行加热洗涤, 返回步骤 S 104。
S 107 : 判断当前洗涤时间 t是否小于根据洗涤模型确定的洗涤时间 tl。 如果是, 则执行步骤 S 108; 如果否, 则执行步骤 S 104。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种洗涤控制装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收用户的指令以及衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型; 控制模块, 用于根据所述衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型以及预设的洗涤模型 确定洗涤参数, 和根据所述指令启动洗衣机并控制所述洗衣机根据所述确定的洗涤参 数进行工作。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的洗涤控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述衣物的材质类型包括轻 柔、 一般和厚重中的一种或多种。
3、如权利要求 2所述的洗涤控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述衣物的材质类型为棉麻、 混合、 牛仔、 化纤。
4、如权利要求 1所述的洗涤控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述洗涤参数包括洗涤温度、 洗涤时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量中的一种或多种。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的洗涤控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述污渍类型包括血渍、 咖 啡渍、 泥渍、 草渍、 口红渍和酒渍中的一种或多种。
6、如权利要求 1所述的洗涤控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述洗涤模型通过试验确定。
7、 一种洗衣机, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 1-6任一项所述的洗涤控制装置。
8、 一种洗涤控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收用户的指令以及衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型;
根据所述衣物的污渍类型和衣物的材质类型以及预设的洗涤模型确定洗涤参数; 以及
根据所述指令启动洗衣机并控制所述洗衣机根据所述确定的洗涤参数进行工作。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 其中, 所述衣物的材质类型包括轻柔、 一般和厚重中的一种或多种。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述衣物的材质类型为棉麻、 混合、 牛仔、 化纤。
11、 如权利要求 8 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述洗涤参数包括洗涤温度、 洗涤 时间、 洗涤转速、 洗涤转停比和漂洗水量中的一种或多种。
12、 如权利要求 8 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述污渍类型包括血渍、 咖啡渍、 泥渍、 草渍、 口红渍和酒渍中的一种或多种。
