Description
(A):下記(A-1)、(A-2)及び(A-3)からなる群より選択される1種又は2種以上のアゾ染料
(C):塩酸、炭酸及び硫酸からなる群より選択される酸のアルカリ金属塩の少なくとも1種 0.1質量%以上8質量%以下
本発明の染毛剤組成物は、成分(A)として、下記(A-1)、(A-2)及び(A-3)からなる群より選択される1種又は2種以上のアゾ染料を含有する。
本発明の染毛剤組成物が二剤式又は三剤式である場合、第1剤中には上記アゾ染料に加え、酸化染料を含有させることもできる。本発明の染毛剤組成物に好適な酸化染料としては、通常染毛剤に使用されている公知のプレカーサー及びカップラーを用いることができる。
本発明の染毛剤組成物には、上記アゾ染料(A-1)、(A-2)、及び(A-3)以外の直接染料を更に含有させることができる。本発明の染毛剤組成物が二剤式染毛剤である場合は、第1剤中に上記アゾ染料(A-1)、(A-2)、及び(A-3)以外の直接染料を更に含有させることができる。この直接染料としては、染毛剤に利用可能である公知の酸性染料、塩基性染料、分散染料等を用いることができる。
成分(B)のカチオン性化合物としては、(B1)カチオン性ポリマー、(B2)カチオン界面活性剤が挙げられる。
本発明の染毛剤組成物は、カチオン性ポリマーを含有する。ここで、カチオン性ポリマーとは、カチオン基又はカチオン基にイオン化され得る基を有する水溶性のポリマーをいい、全体としてカチオン性となる両性ポリマーも含まれる。
本発明の染毛剤組成物は、成分(B2)として、カチオン界面活性剤を含有する。カチオン界面活性剤としては、次の一般式(1)で表されるものを用いることができる。
本発明の染毛剤組成物は、成分(C)として、処方配合の安定性、鮮やかな染毛効果、使用時に良好な感触を付与する観点から、塩酸、炭酸及び硫酸からなる群より選択される酸のアルカリ金属塩の少なくとも1種を0.1質量%以上8質量%以下含有する。
本発明の染毛剤組成物は、更に成分(D)として、(D1)アニオン界面活性剤又は(D2)非イオン界面活性剤を含有することができる。
本発明の染毛剤組成物は、成分(D)以外の界面活性剤を含有することができる。その他の界面活性剤としては、カチオン界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤のいずれを使用することもできる。
本発明の染毛剤組成物には、更にアルカリ剤を含有させることができる。本発明の染毛剤組成物が二剤式又は三剤式の場合は、アルカリ剤は第1剤に含有させる。アルカリ剤としては、アンモニア及びその塩、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、モノエタノールアミン、イソプロパノールアミン、2-アミノ-2-メチルプロパノール、2-アミノブタノール等のアルカノールアミン及びその塩、1,3-プロパンジアミン等のアルカンジアミン及びその塩、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム、炭酸水素カリウム、炭酸グアニジン等の炭酸塩等が挙げられる。
本発明の染毛剤組成物には、更にpH調整剤を含有させることができる。pH調整剤としては、上記アルカリ剤のほか、塩酸、リン酸等の無機酸、クエン酸、グリコール酸、乳酸等の有機酸等が挙げられる。
本発明の染毛剤組成物が二剤式又は三剤式の場合には、第2剤は酸化剤を含有する。この場合、染色と脱色が同時に行われ、より鮮やかな染色が得られる。本発明で用いるアゾ染料は、酸化剤に対して極めて安定である。
本発明の染毛剤組成物には、使用時のたれ落ち防止、頭皮などへの汚着防止の目的で、水溶性高分子を含有させることができる。水溶性高分子としては、例えばアラビアガム、カラギーナン、カラヤガム、トラガカントガム、キャロブガム、クインスシード(マルメロ)、カゼイン、デキストリン、ゼラチン、ペクチン酸ナトリウム、アルギン酸ナトリウム、メチルセルロース、エチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリビニルメチルエーテル(PVM)、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム、ローカストビーンガム、グアーガム、タマリントガム、ジアルキルジメチルアンモニウム硫酸セルロース、キサンタンガム、変性キサンタンガム、ウェランガム、ラボールガム、ジェランガム、カルボキシビニルポリマー、アクリル酸/メタクリル酸エステル共重合体、メチルビニルエーテル/無水マレイン酸共重合体の1,9-デカジエンによる部分架橋物、ポリエチレングリコール、ケイ酸アルミニウムマグネシウム、ベントナイト等が挙げられる。これらのうち、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、キサンタンガム、変性キサンタンガムが好ましい。
本発明の染毛剤組成物は、成分(B)のカチオン性ポリマー以外の、毛髪への適用に好適なコンディショニング成分を含むことができる。コンディショニング成分は、染毛剤組成物に溶解又は分散可能なポリマー又はオイル類であり、染毛剤組成物を洗い流す際、又は水やシャンプーで希釈された際に毛髪へ付着する。
本発明の染毛剤組成物は、有機溶剤を含有してもよい。有機溶剤としては、エタノール、1-プロパノール、2-プロパノール等の低級アルカノール、ベンジルアルコール、2-ベンジルオキシエタノール、フェノキシエタノール等の芳香族アルコール、プロピレングリコール、1,3-ブタンジオール、ジエチレングリコール、グリセリン等のポリオール、エトキシエタノール、エトキシジグリコール、メトキシエタノール等のエーテルアルコール、N-メチルピロリドン、N-エチルピロリドン等のN-アルキルピロリドン;炭酸プロピレン等の炭酸アルキレン;γ-バレロラクトン、γ-カプロラクトン等のラクトンが挙げられる。
本発明の染毛剤組成物には、媒体として水が使用される。染毛剤組成物中の水の含有量は、10質量%以上、更には20質量%以上、更に30質量%以上、更には40質量%以上、更には50質量%以上が好ましく、また、95質量%以下、更には90質量%以下、更には85質量%以下が好ましい。
本発明の染毛剤組成物には、上記成分のほかに、通常化粧品原料として用いられる他の成分を加えることができる。
本発明の染毛剤組成物は、一剤式、二剤式、又は三剤式の各種染毛剤として使用できる。一剤式染毛剤組成物は、成分(A)を含有する単一の剤からなる。二剤式染毛剤組成物は、成分(A)及びアルカリ剤を含有する第1剤と、過酸化水素を含有する第2剤からなることが好ましい。三剤式染毛剤組成物は、酸化染料及び/又は成分(A)以外の直接染料及びアルカリ剤を含有する第1剤と、過酸化水素を含有する第2剤と、成分(A)を含有する第3剤からなるか、又は成分(A)及びアルカリ剤を含有する第1剤と、過酸化水素を含有する第2剤と、その他の成分を含有する第3剤からなることが好ましい。上記のその他の成分を含有する第3剤としては脱色力向上のために過硫酸塩(過硫酸アンモニウム、過硫酸カリウム、過硫酸ナトリウム等)等の造粒物からなる粉末状酸化剤を用いることが好ましい。
なお、本発明において「全組成物」とは、染毛処理の使用時の組成物全体をいい、上述の二剤式染毛剤にあっては、第1剤と第2剤を混合した後の混合物を意味し、三剤式染毛剤にあっては、第1剤と第2剤と第3剤を混合した後の混合物を意味する。
本発明の染毛剤組成物のpH(25℃)は、良好な染毛効果と皮膚刺激抑制の点から、使用時(二剤式又は三剤式の場合は混合時)において、7.5以上、好ましくは8以上、より好ましくは8.5以上、更に好ましくは9以上であり、また、12以下、好ましくは11.5以下、より好ましくは11以下である。また、本発明の染毛剤組成物が二剤式染毛剤である場合、第1剤のpH(25℃)は8以上12以下、第2剤のpH(25℃)は2以上5以下が好ましい。なお、本明細書において、染毛剤組成物のpHは、株式会社堀場製作所社製のpHメーターF-22とpH電極6367-10Dを用いて室温(25℃)で測定した値である。
本発明の染毛剤組成物が一剤式の場合、染毛剤組成物の安定性の観点から、成分(B)と成分(C)を混合した後、得られた混合物と成分(A)を混合するか、又は、成分(A)と成分(C)を混合した後、得られた混合物と成分(B)を混合して調製することが好ましい。また、本発明の染毛剤組成物が二剤式又は三剤式であって第1剤中に成分(A)~(C)の全てを含有する場合も、当該第1剤は、染毛剤組成物の安定性の観点から、成分(B)と成分(C)を混合した後、得られた混合物と成分(A)を混合するか、又は、成分(A)と成分(C)を混合した後、得られた混合物と成分(B)を混合して調製することが好ましい。
本発明の染毛剤組成物を用いて染毛処理するには、例えば本発明の染毛剤組成物(二剤式の場合は第1剤と第2剤、三剤式の場合は第1剤と第2剤と第3剤を使用直前に混合した後)を毛髪に適用し、所定時間放置後、洗い流し、乾燥すればよい。本発明の染毛剤組成物は、毛髪質量に対して0.1倍~10倍量を適用し、毛髪への適用温度は15~45℃、適用時間は1~60分間、更には3~45分間、更には5~30分間が好ましい。

(C):塩酸、炭酸及び硫酸からなる群より選択される酸のアルカリ金属塩の少なくとも1種 0.1質量%以上8質量%以下
表1に示す組成からなる染毛剤組成物(一剤式染毛剤)を下記の方法により調製した。得られた染毛剤組成物について、以下の方法によって、液だれ、剤すすぎ時の感触、染色性及び剤安定性の評価を行った。これらの結果を表1に併せて示す。
〔染毛剤組成物の調製方法〕
水に塩化アンモニウム、成分(C)を配合し、溶解したのを確認後、成分(B)を添加し、一定時間撹拌を行った。次いで、成分(D)成分を添加し、混合液1を調製した。また、別途、水にアンモニアと成分(A-2)を溶解させた混合液2を調製した。そして、混合液1に混合液2を配合し、一定時間撹拌を行うことで染毛剤組成物を得た。
染毛剤組成物20gを200mLの楕円筒状のプラスチックボトルに量り取り、キャップを閉めて上下に強く100回振って泡立てた。10g分の泡を200mLのビーカーに移し、5分間静置した後に、ビーカー下部に溜まった廃液をスポイトで取り出し、その質量を測定した。廃液量が少ない程、染毛剤の液だれが少ないことを示す。
欧米人毛髪を用いて幅5cm、長さ23cm、重さ8gの毛束を作製した。染毛剤組成物を毛束に浴比(剤:毛髪)=1:1で塗布し、30℃で20分放置した後、約40℃の水中で、すすぐ際の指通り性を、コミングフォース測定機によって測定した。コミングフォース測定機は、毛束をロードセルに繋がるフックに吊し、デンマンブラシ(デンマン社製のデンマンブラシD-3(全長204mm、行数7))を2本用いて挟みこんだ状態で毛束をコミングした時にロードセルで検出される力を表示するものであり、これを読み取ることにより、指通り性を定量的に評価することができる(J. Soc. Cosmet. Chem., 37, 111-124 (May/June 1986) 参照)。毛束を10回分コミングした時にロードセルで検出される力の平均値をコミングフォース測定値とした。コミングフォース(g)が小さいほど、剤すすぎ時の感触に優れることを示す。
染毛剤組成物を中国人白髪1gの毛束に浴比(剤:毛髪)=1:1で塗布し、30℃で20分放置した後、約40℃の水ですすぎ、市販のシャンプーで洗浄、水洗した。次いで、市販のヘアリンスを塗布した後、約40℃の水ですすぎ、タオルで拭き、ドライヤーで乾燥させた。
得られた染毛直後の毛束の色合いを、色差計(コニカミノルタセンシング社製、色彩色差計CR-400)を用いてCIE表色系(L*,a*,b*)で計測し、染色前の色合いとの差を下記式により求めて染色性ΔE*とした。ΔE*が大きいほど染色性が優れていることを示す。
染毛剤組成物の安定性の評価は、第1剤及び第2剤の混合直後に次に示す基準に従って目視により確認した。

1:沈殿物が存在する
表2に示す組成からなる染毛剤組成物(二剤式染毛剤)の第1剤と第2剤とを下記の方法により調製した。表2に示す第1剤と第2剤とを1:1で混合した染毛剤組成物を用いて、上記と同様に、液だれ、剤すすぎ時の感触、染色性及び剤安定性の評価を行った。評価結果を表2に併せて示す。
〔第1剤の調製方法〕
水に塩化アンモニウム、成分(C)を配合し、溶解したのを確認後、成分(B)を添加し、一定時間撹拌を行った。次いで、成分(D)を添加し、混合液1を調製した。また、別途、水にアンモニアと成分(A)を溶解させた混合液2を調製した。そして、混合液1に混合液2を配合し、一定時間撹拌を行うことで第1剤を得た。
〔第2剤の調製方法〕
水に過酸化水素及びエチドロン酸を配合し、一定時間撹拌を行うことで第2剤を得た。
表3に示す組成からなる染毛剤組成物(一剤式染毛剤)を下記の方法により調製した。得られた染毛剤組成物について、上記と同様に、液だれ、剤すすぎ時の感触、染色性及び剤安定性の評価を行った。評価結果を表3に併せて示す。
〔染毛剤組成物の調製方法〕
水にイソステアリルグリセリル、成分(C)を配合し、溶解したのを確認後、成分(B)を添加し、一定時間撹拌を行った。次いで、成分(D)を添加し、混合液1を調製した。また、別途、水にモノエタノールアミンと成分(A-1)~(A-3)を溶解させた混合液2を調製した。そして、混合液1に混合液2を配合し、一定時間撹拌を行うことで染毛剤組成物を得た。
表4に示す組成からなる染毛剤組成物(一剤式染毛剤)を下記方法により調製した。得られた染毛剤組成物について、染色性と配合時の沈殿の有無の評価を行った。評価結果を表4に併せて示す。
〔染毛剤組成物の調製方法〕

表5に示す組成からなる染毛剤組成物(一剤式染毛剤)を下記方法により調製した。得られた染毛剤組成物について、前述の方法によって、剤安定性、染色性、剤すすぎ時の感触の評価を行った。これらの結果を表5に併せて示す。
〔染毛剤組成物の調製方法〕
水に成分(C)を配合し、溶解したのを確認後、成分(B)を添加し、一定時間撹拌を行い、混合液1を調製する。また、別途、水にモノエタノールアミンと成分(A-2)を溶解させた混合液2を調製した。そして混合液1に混合液2を配合し、一定時間撹拌を行うことで染毛剤組成物を得た。
表6に示す組成からなる染毛剤組成物(二剤式染毛剤)の第1剤と第2剤とを下記方法により調製した。第1剤は、表5に示す一剤式染毛剤と同じものである。表6に示す第1剤と第2剤とを1:1で混合した染毛剤組成物を用いて、上記と同様に、染色性、剤すすぎ時の感触の評価を行った。評価結果を表6に併せて示す。
〔第1剤の調製方法〕
水に成分(C)を配合し、溶解したのを確認後、成分(B)を添加し、一定時間撹拌を行い、混合液1を調製した。また、別途、水にモノエタノールアミンと成分(A-2)を溶解させた混合液2を調製した。そして、混合液1に混合液2を配合し、一定時間撹拌を行うことで第1剤を得た。
〔第2剤の調製方法〕

表7に示す組成からなる染毛剤組成物(一剤式染毛剤)を下記方法により調製した。得られた染毛剤組成物について、上記と同様に、剤安定性、染色性、剤すすぎ時の感触の評価を行った。評価結果を表7に併せて示す。

水に塩化アンモニウム、アルキルグルコシド及び成分(C)を配合し、溶解したのを確認後、成分(B)を添加し、一定時間撹拌を行い、混合液1を調製した。また、別途、水にアンモニアと成分(A-2)を溶解させた混合液2を調製した。そして、混合液1に混合液2を配合し、一定時間撹拌を行うことで染毛剤組成物を得た。

Claims (16)
- 成分(B)が、(B1)カチオン性ポリマー及び(B2)カチオン界面活性剤からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の染毛剤組成物。
- 成分(B1)の窒素含有量が0.3質量%以上9.0質量%以下である、請求項2に記載の染毛剤組成物。
- 成分(B1)の含有量が、全組成中の0.01質量%以上10質量%以下である請求項2又は3に記載の染毛剤組成物。
- 成分(B2)が、塩化ラウリルトリメチルアンモニウム、塩化セチルトリメチルアンモニウム、塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモニウム、及び塩化ベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウムからなる群より選択される1種又は2種以上である請求項5に記載の染毛剤組成物。
- 成分(B2)の含有量が、全組成中の0.05質量%以上20質量%以下である請求項2~6のいずれか一項に記載の染毛剤組成物。
- 更に成分(D)として、(D1)アニオン界面活性剤又は(D2)非イオン界面活性剤を含有する請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の染毛剤組成物。
- 成分(D)が、アルキル硫酸塩、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキル硫酸塩、脂肪酸塩、アルキルエーテルカルボン酸塩、アルキルグリセリルエーテル及びアルキルポリグルコシドからなる群より選択される1種又は2種以上である請求項8に記載の染毛剤組成物。
- 成分(D)の含有量が、全組成中の0.1質量%以上20質量%以下である請求項8又は9に記載の染毛剤組成物。
- 更に成分(E)として、アルカリ剤を全組成中の0.01質量%以上20質量%以下含有する請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の染毛剤組成物。
- 全組成中における成分(A)と成分(C)との合計に対する成分(B1)の質量比(B1)/[(A)+(C)]が、0.01以上6以下である、請求項2~11のいずれか一項に記載の染毛剤組成物。
- 全組成中における成分(A)と成分(C)との合計に対する成分(B2)の質量比(B2)/[(A)+(C)]が、0.01以上6以下である、請求項2~12のいずれか一項に記載の染毛剤組成物。
- 全組成物中における成分(A)と成分(D1)との合計に対する成分(B2)の質量比(B2)/[(A)+(D1)]が、1.2以下である、請求項8~13のいずれか一項に記載の染毛剤組成物。
- 毛髪を染色するための請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の染毛剤組成物の使用。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の染毛剤組成物を毛髪に適用し、1~60分間放置した後、洗い流す染毛方法。
