Abstract

本发明实施例公开了一种选择终端模式的方法和装置,该方法包括:当获得屏幕唤醒指令时,读取配置信息,配置信息包括与所述终端已配对的可穿戴设备信息;查询是否存在可穿戴设备与所述终端连接;若查询到的可穿戴设备与已配对的可穿戴设备信息相同,选择终端为对应于该可穿戴设备的模式。本方案能根据终端与可穿戴设备间的连接状态选择对应的模式,增强了终端的自动化程度,提高了用户体验的效果。

一种选择终端模式的方法和装置 技术领域 本发明涉及电子技术领域, 尤其涉及一种选择终端模式的方法和装 置。 背景技术
目前, 对一部智能终端, 比如手机而言, 主要是由用户在手机上手动选择 手机的模式,一旦选定一种模式,每个使用这部手机的人都会获得相同的权限、 见到相同的内容, 除非用户再次变更这部手机的模式。 但是, 手机经常有可能 需要借给他人使用,现有技术中这种一旦选定,模式相对固定的方式不利于保 护用户存储在手机上的隐私。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的实施例提供了一种选择终端模式的方法和装 置。 用来解决现有技术中通过手动方式选择模式, 用户隐私保护不佳 的问题。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例釆用如下技术方案:
第一方面, 提供一种选择终端模式的方法, 包括: 查询是否存在可 穿戴设备与所述终端连接; 判断所述查询到的可穿戴设备与已配对的可 穿戴设备是否相同; 当所述查询到的可穿戴设备与已配对的可穿戴设备 相同时, 选择所述终端为第一模式; 当所述查询到的可穿戴设备与已配 对的可穿戴设备不同时, 选择所述终端为第二模式。
结合第一方面, 在第一方面的第一种可能实现的方式中, 所述第 一模式包括滑动解锁、 双击解锁、 直接解锁中任意一种解锁方式; 所 述第二模式包括指紋解锁、 密码解锁、 虹膜解锁、 图形图案解锁、 人 脸解锁、 PIN解锁、 语音解锁、 声波解锁、 手势解锁中任意一种解锁方 式。

本发明实施例提供了一种选择终端模式的方法和装置, 釆用本发明 实施例提供的方法, 通过查询是否有已配对的可穿戴设备与终端连接, 当查询结果包含已配对的可穿戴设备时, 选择到第一模式, 当查询结 果不包含已配对的可穿戴设备时, 选择到第二模式, 增加了自动切换 终端模式的功能, 有助于用户隐私的保护。

本发明实施例所说的终端包括移动电话、 平板电脑 ( Tablet Personal Computer ) 、 膝上型电月 ( Laptop Computer ) 等。

为了进一步提高终端的安全性, 可选的, 当终端查询不到已配对的 可穿戴设备, 选择所述终端为第二模式后, 还包括: 所述终端开始获取 由可穿戴设备发出的声音信号, 当收不到满足设定条件的声音信号时, 所述终端发出报警信息。 例如, 终端首先通过蓝牙搜索可穿戴设备, 当 搜索不到已配对的可穿戴设备时, 意味着所述终端或许不在机主身边, 此时, 为了进一步核实终端是不是在机主身边, 可选的, 终端自发的开 始获取由可穿戴设备发出的声音信号, 或者, 由用户操作所述终端开始 获取由可穿戴设备发出的声音信号,所述声音信号可以是声音、超声波、 音频文件等, 当获取到的可穿戴设备发出的声音信号满足设定条件时, 意味着所述终端与可穿戴设备距离较近, 所述设定条件包括获取到的声 音信号与所述终端保存的信号相同, 或者获取到的声音信号与所述终端 保存的信号的频率、 幅度等信息有 50%或 90%或任一设定数值以上的符 合度, 当获取不到可穿戴设备发出的声音信号时, 则发出报警信息, 可 以理解的这里所说的获取不到可穿戴设备发出的声音信号包括, 没有活 动任何声音信号, 以及获取到的声音信号不满足设定条件。
可以理解的是, 当可穿戴设备和终端釆用 NFC、 蓝牙、 WiFi等方式 传输时, 可穿戴设备与终端间的有效距离会受到传输方式的限制。 也就 是说, 当可穿戴设备与终端为已连接的状态, 意味着可穿戴设备与终端 的距离较近, 而当可穿戴设备脱离了终端信号辐射的有效范围, 则可穿 戴设备与终端会断开连接。 当机主携带可穿戴设备且与终端较近时, 可 穿戴设备能和终端建立连接, 当机主虽然携带可穿戴设备但与终端很远 时, 可穿戴设备无法和终端建立连接。 由此, 可穿戴设备与终端的连接 状态可以用来推断机主是否在终端附近。 所以在本发明实施例中, 可选 的, 当终端在机主附近时, 将终端选择为权限较大或解锁方式较简单的 模式, 以提高终端的便捷性; 当终端和机主离得很远, 可穿戴设备与终 端无法连接时, 将终端选择为权限较小或解锁方式较复杂的安全模式, 以提高终端的安全性。 需要说明的是, 上述设置方法并不构成对本发明 技术方案的限制, 本发明实施例并不限制模式设置的内容或顺序。
釆用本发明实施例提供的方法, 终端通过查询是否有已配对的可穿 戴设备与终端连接, 当查询结果包含已配对的可穿戴设备时, 选择到第 一模式, 当查询结果不包含已配对的可穿戴设备时, 选择到第二模式, 减少了用户手动切换的步骤, 有助于提升用户体验的效果。 图 3 为本发明实施例提供的设置选择终端模式的方法流程图。 所述 方法的主体为终端。 下面, 结合附图说明本发明实施例提供的设置选择 终端模式的方法包括:
501 , 设置终端包括的模式。
所述模式包括: 解锁方式、 桌面、 联系人列表、 应用程序等内容中 的任意一项或者多项。
可选的, 上述模式包括第一模式和第二模式, 在第一模式中, 包括 简单解锁的方式, 比如: 直接点亮屏幕、 滑动解锁、 双击解锁等, 第一 模式中还可以包括, 在显示屏上显示机主界面、 机主联系人列表、 机主 应用程序等。 在第二模式中, 包括安全解锁的方式, 比如: 密码解锁、 指紋解锁、 面部识别解锁等, 第二模式中还可以包括: 在显示屏上显示 访客界面、 访客联系人列表、 访客应用程序等。 可以理解的, 所述的不 同模式中可以仅包括单一项目的不同, 比如, 第一模式和第二模式的区 别仅仅是解锁方式的不同, 或者第一模式和第二模式的区别仅仅是开机 界面的不同, 也可以在不同模式中包括多个项目的不同, 比如第一模式 和第二模式中解锁方式、 开机界面、 联系人列表等均不相同。
502 , 将所述终端与所述可穿戴设备配对。 可选的, 可穿戴设备与终端间可以通过有线、 蓝牙、 WIFI、 NFC等 方式配对。
可选的, 在配对时, 由终端通信管理模块发起定时的或者不定时的 设备搜索, 终端在搜索到待配对的可穿戴设备后, 由可穿戴设备发出配 对请求,终端收到后响应这个请求,请求和响应的过程中可以包括验证、 确认等过程, 当响应完成, 终端保存配对信息, 将配对成功的可穿戴设 备的信息保存到终端存储和处理模块中, 则可穿戴设备与终端间配对成 功。
可以理解的, 如果有多个可穿戴设备需要与终端配对, 则需要重复 多次上述过程。 上述配对方式为本领域技术人员熟知, 具体方案和其他 变形方式不再赘述。
可选的, 在终端或者可穿戴设备的显示屏上显示配对状态的图案、 文字等, 或者, 由终端或者可穿戴设备通过语音、 振动等方式告知用户 已配对的信息。
S03 , 根据所述可穿戴设备与所述终端间不同的连接状态, 分别设置 对应的所述模式, 将设置结果保存到所述配置信息中。
可选的, 在终端的显示屏中提供根据与可穿戴设备连接状态选择终 端模式的选项, 供用户选择, 例如, 当名称为 Terminal— 007 的可穿戴设 备与终端配对完成后, 在终端显示屏上弹出选项框, 所述选项框可以以 多级目录的方式显示 (参见图 4 ) , 一级目录包括: 模式内容(如: 解锁 方式、 桌面、 联系人列表、 应用程序等) ; 二级目录则提供一级目录的 选项, 如解锁方式包括滑动解锁、 密码解锁等, 用户可以根据需要选择 该已配对的可穿戴设备的模式内容。 例如, 当第一可穿戴设备与终端间 为已连接的状态, 设置为第一模式, 第一模式包括滑动解锁、 联系人 A、 桌面 A的组合; 当第二可穿戴设备与终端间为已连接的状态, 设置为第 二模式, 第二模式包括指紋解锁、 联系人 B、 桌面 B的组合, 当没有可 穿戴设备与终端建立连接时,设置为第三模式,第三模式包括密码解锁、 桌面 A的组合, 终端将上述对应于各个可穿戴设备的模式设置结果保存 到存储和处理模块的配置信息中, 完成设置。 需要说明的是, 这里的第 一、 第二、 第三等仅用来区分不同的模式, 并不受上下文中其他第一模 式、 第二模式的限制。 下面将结合附图 5-附图 6,对本发明实施例提供的选择终端模式的装置进 行介绍。 下述的选择终端模式的装置可以应用于上述方法中,故重复的内容不 再赘述。
图 5为本发明实施例提供的选择终端模式的装置框图:
该选择终端模式的装置 500包括:
查询单元 501 , 用于查询是否存在可穿戴设备与所述终端连接; 判断单元 502 ,用于判断所述查询到的可穿戴设备与已配对的可穿戴 设备是否相同;
选择单元 503 ,用于当所述查询到的可穿戴设备与已配对的可穿戴设 备相同时, 选择所述终端为第一模式; 当所述查询到的可穿戴设备与已 配对的可穿戴设备不同时, 选择所述终端为第二模式。
可选的, 所述第一模式包括滑动解锁、 双击解锁、 直接解锁中任意一 种解锁方式。
可选的,所述第一模式包括以下至少一项内容:机主界面、机主桌面、 机主联系人列表。
可选的, 第二模式包括复杂的解锁方式, 如指紋解锁、 密码解锁、 虹膜解锁、 图形图案解锁、 人脸解锁、 P I N解锁、 语音解锁、 声波解锁、 手势解锁等复杂的解锁方式中的一种, 以提高终端的安全性。 也可以虽 然不用复杂的解锁方式, 但在第二模式中仅包括部分通讯录、 或者部分 聊天记录、 应用程序等。 或者, 在第二模式中包括发出报警信息, 所述 报警信息包括发出报警音, 或者向特定对象发送所述终端的信息, 所述 特定对象包括所述终端用户或者其他用户的手机、 邮箱、 社交账号; 所 述终端的信息包括所述终端的位置、 状态。
可选的, 参见图 6 , 所述终端还包括音频接收单元 601 , 用于获取由 可穿戴设备发出的声音信号;
第一判断单元 602 ,用于判断所述获得的声音信号是否满足设定条件; 报警单元 603 ,用于当所述音频接收单元收不到已配对的可穿戴设备 发出的声音信号时, 发出报警信息。
可选的, 所述声音信号可以是声音、 超声波、 音频文件等。
可选的, 所述设定条件包括获取到的声音信号与所述终端保存的信 号相同, 或者获取到的声音信号与所述终端保存的信号的频率、 幅度等 信息有 50%或 90%或任一设定数值以上的符合度,
可选的, 所述报警信息包括发出报警音, 或者向机主的其他手机、 邮箱等发送终端的状态、 位置等。
釆用本发明实施例提供的装置, 通过查询是否有已配对的可穿戴设 备与终端连接,再自动选择到对应的模式,减少了用户手动选择的步骤, 有助于提升用户体验的效果。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非 对其限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的 普通技术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进 行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要求 书
1、 一种选择终端模式的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
查询是否存在可穿戴设备与所述终端连接;
判断所述查询到的可穿戴设备与已配对的可穿戴设备是否相同; 当所述查询到的可穿戴设备与已配对的可穿戴设备相同时, 选择所 述终端为第一模式;
当所述查询到的可穿戴设备与已配对的可穿戴设备不同时, 选择所 述终端为第二模式。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述第一模式包括滑动解 锁、 双击解锁、 直接解锁中任意一种解锁方式;
所述第二模式包括指紋解锁、 密码解锁、 虹膜解锁、 图形图案解锁、 人脸解锁、 P IN解锁、 语音解锁、 声波解锁、 手势解锁中任意一种解锁方 式。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述第一模式包括机主界 面、 机主桌面、 机主联系人列表中任意一种;
所述第二模式包括访客界面、 访客桌面、 访客联系人列表中任意一 种。
4、 根据权利要求 1到 3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述当查询到的 可穿戴设备与已配对的可穿戴设备不同时, 选择所述终端为第二模式后 还包括:
所述终端获取由可穿戴设备发出的声音信号, 判断所述声音信号是 否满足设定条件, 当不满足设定条件时, 所述终端发出报警信息。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述报警信息包括发出 报警音, 或者向特定对象发送所述终端的信息, 所述特定对象包括所述 终端用户或者其他用户的手机、 邮箱、 社交账号; 所述终端的信息包括 所述终端的位置、 状态。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述连接包括通过蓝牙连 接、 通过 WiFi连接、 或者通过 NFC连接中任意一种连接方式。
7、 一种选择终端模式的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
查询单元, 用于查询是否存在可穿戴设备与所述终端连接;
判断单元, 用于判断所述查询到的可穿戴设备与已配对的可穿戴设 备是否相同;
选择单元, 用于当所述查询到的可穿戴设备与已配对的可穿戴设备 相同时, 选择所述终端为第一模式; 当所述查询到的可穿戴设备与已配 对的可穿戴设备不同时, 选择所述终端为第二模式。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于:
所述第一模式包括滑动解锁、 双击解锁、 直接解锁中任意一种解锁方 式;
所述第二模式包括指紋解锁、 密码解锁、 虹膜解锁、 图形图案解锁、 人脸解锁、 PIN解锁、 语音解锁、 声波解锁、 手势解锁中任意一种解锁方 式。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于:
所述第一模式包括机主界面、机主桌面、机主联系人列表中任意一种; 所述第二模式包括访客界面、 访客桌面、 访客联系人列表中任意一 种。
10、根据权利要求 7到 9任一所述的装置,其特征在于:所述装置还包括: 音频获取单元, 用于获取由可穿戴设备发出的声音信号;
第一判断单元, 用于判断获取的所述声音信号声音信号是否满足设 定条件;
报警单元,用于当所述声音信号不满足设定条件时,发出报警信息。
