Abstract
Description
すなわち,剥離ライナーと支持体(キャリア)がフィルム本体を挟むような構造となっており,粘着剤が塗布されたフィルム本体は,粘着面側に剥離ライナーが貼付され,これと逆側に支持体が貼付されている(図1,B)。このような3つの部材からなる従来品は,剥離ライナーを剥いで目的の部位に貼付し,続いて支持体をはがすことにより用いられる。
従来品は,このような構成とすることにより,ポリウレタンフィルムが,水や細菌を通さず水蒸気は通すため貼付部分を衛生的かつむれにくく保つことができるという特徴を有し,感染予防の目的で血管留置カテーテルの固定等に医療施設では広く用いられている。加えて,ポリウレタンフィルムは伸縮性を有するため肌に追従し,かつ,無色透明であるため貼付部位の観察ができるメリットもある。
すなわち,従来品で用いられる7~30μmのポリウレタンフィルムは,厚みが薄くコシがないため,フィルム単体では操作性が悪くなり,支持体が必須となるという点である。
この場合,フィルム基材を30μmよりも厚くすることが考えられる。しかしながら,フィルム基材を厚くしてコシをもたせると,ゴワついて肌への追従性が悪くなり水疱などができやすくなってしまうことに加え,透湿性が落ちムレやすくなってしまう。加えて,厚みにより肌への追従性が悪くなってしまうため,より強い粘着力が必要になり,フィルムを剥ぐ際の肌への負担が大きくなってしまい,皮膚剥離などが懸念されてしまう。
また,フィルム基材にコシをもたせるために,他の通気性をもった素材(不織布など)を貼り合せることが考えられるが,この場合,透湿性自体はあまり落ちないが,透明性がなくなり患部を視認できなくなってしまう。
すなわち,フィルム基材に付着させるネット状構造物のネット形状により,製品の製造効率が必ずしも高いとはいえず,そのため,製造コストを押し上げてしまうという課題である。
発明者は,さらなる検討の結果,ネット状構造物のネット形状を改良し,製造効率を向上させた改良医療用フィルム製品ならびにこれの製造方法に関する発明を完成させた。
本発明の第一の構成は,支持体を必要とせず,フィルム本体と剥離ライナーの2つの部材からなる医療用フィルム製品であって,前記フィルム本体は,透明ないし半透明のフィルム基材と,これに不可逆的に付着する透明ないし半透明のネット状構造物と,粘着層からなり,前記剥離ライナーは,前記粘着層が付着した粘着層面に貼付されており,前記ネット状構造物が,円状,だ円状,多角形状のいずれか又はこれらの組み合わせによる繰り返しの構造からなることを特徴とする医療用フィルム製品である。
本発明の第三の構成は,前記ネット状構造物のネット形状において,その最大軸Rの長さが2~10mm,その最小軸rの長さが1~7mmであることを特徴とする第一又は第二の構成に記載の医療用フィルム製品である。
本発明の第四の構成は,前記ネット状構造物におけるネット線の最小幅が,0.2~2mmであることを特徴とする第一から第三の構成に記載の医療用フィルム製品である。
本発明の第五の構成は,前記フィルム基材の厚さが,5~35μmであることを特徴とする第一から第四の構成に記載の医療用フィルム製品である。
本発明の第七の構成は,rに対しRが,1.2~1.8であることを特徴とする第六の構成に記載の医療用フィルム製品である。
本発明の第九の構成は,前記フィルム基材がポリウレタン,前記ネット状構造物がポリウレタン,ポリスチレン又はこれらの組み合わせからなることを特徴とする第一から第九の構成に記載の医療用フィルム製品である。
本発明の第十一の構成は,製造される医療用フィルム製品が,請求項1から9に記載の医療用フィルム製品であることを特徴とする第十の構成に記載の医療用フィルム製品製造方法である。
すなわち,本発明の2つの部材からなる医療用フィルム製品によれば,支持体が不要であるにも関わらず,操作性や肌への追従性,視認性についても損なうことが無い。加えて,部材としての支持体が不要であるため,製造方法を簡易化することが可能となり,製造コストについても抑えることが期待できる。
本発明の医療用フィルム製品は,支持体を必要とせず,フィルム本体と剥離ライナーの2つの部材からなる。このような部材からなる本発明の医療用フィルムには,2つの態様がある(図1)。
一つが,フィルム本体において,フィルム基材に粘着剤が塗布され,粘着剤が塗布されている面と反対の面にネット状構造物が付着した態様である(図1,A)。
もう一つは,フィルム本体において,フィルム基材にネット状構造物が付着しており,これに続いて粘着剤が塗布されている態様である(図1,B)。
いずれの態様においても,医療用フィルム製品としては,ネット状構造物,フィルム基材,粘着剤,剥離ライナーの4層からなるものである。
フィルム基材として,ポリウレタンを用いることが好ましい。これにより,フィルム本体が,水や細菌を通さず水蒸気は通すため,貼付部分を衛生的かつむれにくく保つことが可能となり,本発明の医療用フィルム製品の機能を向上させる効果を有する。
ネット状構造物の素材として,ポリウレタン,ポリエチレン,ポリスチレン,ポリエステル,シリコーン,ポリオレフィン,エチレン酢酸共重合体,アクリル酸エステル共重合体などを単独,もしくはこれらの素材を組み合わせて用いることが好ましい。これにより,フィルム本体の肌への追従性を大きく損なうことなく,一定のはりを与えることが可能となり,かつ,ネット状構造物の形状の変更・調整がより簡易になるため,本発明の医療用フィルム製品の性能および製造効率を向上させる効果を有する。
図2は,正方形(a),ひし形(b),正六角形(c),縦長の六角形(d)のネット形状の例であり,灰色部分が線状構造物を示し,それぞれ白く示されている多角形が空間部分を示している。図に示すとおり,同じ形の多角形が繰り返したネット状構造物となっている。
同様に図3は,面取型の正六角形(e),面取型の縦長六角形(f),円(g),楕円(h)のネット状構造物を示した例である。
また図4は,異なる2種類のネット形状の組み合わせの例である。このように,ネット状構造物は,複数種のネット形状を繰り返した構造とすることもできる。
このネット形状の設定においては,ネット形状の最大軸Rと最小軸rを目安とすればよい。図5に示すように,各ネット形状には,そのネット形状における最大軸Rと最小軸rを設定することができる。例えば,正方形であればその対角線が最大軸Rとなるし,その一辺が最小軸rとなり(図5,a),円であれば,その直径がR(=r)となる(不図示)。ネット構造物においては,この最大軸Rを2~10mm,最小軸rを1~7mmとすればよい。
線状構造については,図2のaからdや図3のe,fに示すように,比較的一定の幅の線状構造を有する場合もあれば,図3のg,hのように幅が異なる場合もある。
比較的一定の幅の線状構造を有する場合は,その一定幅を0.2~2mmに調整すればよい。幅が異なる線状構造の場合は,その最小値と最大値が0.2~2mmの範囲に入るように調整すればよい。
医療用フィルム製品製造方法は,製膜工程,ネット状構造物貼付工程,剥離ライナー貼付工程,支持体剥離工程,これらの工程を必須の工程とする。これらの必須の工程において,製膜工程が一番最初の工程であるが,その後の工程においては製造を行う実施態様に対応して,適宜順番を変更して製造を行うことが可能であり,下記のような製造工程の態様がある。
(1) 製膜工程→剥離ライナー貼付工程→ネット状構造物貼付工程ならびに支持体剥離工程(実施態様1に対応した製造方法)
(2) 製膜工程→ネット状構造物貼付工程→剥離ライナー貼付工程→支持体剥離工程(実施態様2に対応した製造方法)
実施態様1の医療用フィルム製品の製造方法の例として,まず,剥離ライナーが貼付されたフィルム基材から支持体をはがす。そして,支持体が付着していたフィルム基材面に,ネット状構造物を重ね合わせながら,ロール状に送り出し,熱を与え不可逆的に貼付させるなどすればよい。
実施態様2の医療用フィルム製品の製造方法の例としては,まず,支持体上に製膜されたフィルム基材において,支持体と反対の面にネット状構造物を重ね合わせながら,ロール状に送り出し,熱を与え不可逆的に貼付させるなどすればよい。
これらいずれの場合においても,送り出す方向に,最大軸Rを設定すること,ならびに最大軸R>最小軸rとなることが好ましい。これにより,本発明の医療用フィルム製品の製造効率が上昇・安定化するため,本発明の医療用フィルム製品の製造コストを抑えるという効果を有する。
実施態様1の医療用フィルム製品の製造方法の場合,シリコーン等の粘着剤が付着した剥離ライナーを,製膜工程後のフィルム基材に貼付するなどすればよい。この場合,製膜されたフィルムに粘着剤を付着させ,その後,剥離ライナーを貼付してもかまわない。
実施態様2の医療用フィルム製品の製造方法の場合は,シリコーン等の粘着剤が付着した剥離ライナーを,ネット状構造物貼付工程後のネット状構造物に貼付するなどすればよい。この場合においても,ネット状構造物に粘着剤を付着させ,その後,剥離ライナーを貼付してもかまわない。
面取型の正六角形において,その原因は不明であるが,製造を行うと線部分がよじれ,製品として成立しないものが散在した(図7,矢印部分)。これについて,送り出し方向に最大軸Rを設定し,R/rを試作例のように調整したところ,線部分がよじれるものは見られず,製品として安定した製造が可能となった(図8)。
このように,送り出し方向に最大軸Rを設定し,かつ,R>rとすることにより,製造効率(歩留まり)が安定することが見出された。また,R/rについて,1.2~1.8とすることにより,本発明の医療用フィルム製品の製造効率が上昇・安定化するため,本発明の医療用フィルム製品の製造コストを抑えるという効果を有する。
(1) 支持体に肌へ貼付時の表面の滑り性をよくする柄(マット加工)を入れても,支持体と反対面にしかネットが貼り合せられないため,マット加工は表面にならず滑り性はよくならない。
(2) 支持体上に製膜されたポリウレタンフィルムのポリウレタンフィルム面にネットを貼るため,ネットを貼り合せたあと版からはがす際に,版にネットがもっていかれて支持体からポリウレタンフィルムがはがれてシワなどになりやすい。
1.本発明の医療用フィルムが,どの程度の視認性を有するかを調べるために検討を行った。
2.検討には下記のフィルムを用い,比較例として市販され,医療現場において広く用いられている医療用フィルムを用いた。
(1) 実施例2(図6ないし図8の面取型縦長六角形のもの)
ネット状構造物:セプトン30%ならびにポリウレタン70%からなり,厚さが80μm
フィルム基材:ポリウレタンフィルムからなり,厚さが7μm
粘着剤:シリコーン系粘着剤 80g/ m2(50~100g/m2)ならびにアクリル系粘着剤 20~50g/ m2
剥離ライナー:ポリエステル系フィルム(PET)50μm又は,紙とポリエステルラミネート
(2) 比較例1:S&N社製 オプサイトジェントルロール
(3) 比較例2:3M社製 テガダームスムースフィルムロール
3.実験として,各フィルムを白い板の上におき,それぞれのフィルムに各波長を有する光をあて,白い板にあたって反射した光を分光光度計(JASCO V-560)で測定した。透明度については,入射光に対する反射した光の反射率として計算した。すなわち,反射率が100%に近ければ近いほど,透明度が高いということとなる。
4.結果を図9に示す。実施例2は,可視領域である400~800nmの波長領域において,いずれの比較例と比べても,ほぼ同等もしくはやや高い反射率を示し,その値は100%に近いものであった。このことから,本発明の医療用フィルムが,市販品と比較しても透明度が高く視認性に問題がないことが分かった。
Claims (11)
- 支持体を必要とせず,フィルム本体と剥離ライナーの2つの部材からなる医療用フィルム製品であって,
前記フィルム本体は,透明ないし半透明のフィルム基材と,これに不可逆的に付着する透明ないし半透明のネット状構造物と,粘着層からなり,
前記剥離ライナーは,前記粘着層が付着した粘着層面に貼付されており,
前記ネット状構造物が,円状,だ円状,多角形状のいずれか又はこれらの組み合わせによる繰り返しの構造からなることを特徴とする医療用フィルム製品
- 前記ネット状構造物の厚さが30~150μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用フィルム製品
- 前記ネット状構造物のネット形状において,その最大軸Rの長さが2~10mm,その最小軸rの長さが1~7mmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の医療用フィルム製品
- 前記ネット状構造物におけるネット線の最小幅が,0.2~2mmであることを特徴とする請求項1から3に記載の医療用フィルム製品
- 前記フィルム基材の厚さが,5~35μmであることを特徴とする請求項1から4に記載の医療用フィルム製品
- 前記ネット状構造物におけるネット形状が,医療用フィルム製品を製造する際のフィルム本体の送り出し方向にそって,最大軸Rが設けられており,その最小軸rとの関係において,R>rであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5に記載の医療用フィルム製品
- rに対しRが,1.2~1.8であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の医療用フィルム製品
- 前記ネット状構造物が,ポリウレタン,ポリエチレン,ポリスチレン,ポリエステル,シリコーン,ポリオレフィン,エチレン酢酸共重合体,アクリル酸エステル共重合体のいずれかもしくは複数の組み合わせからなることを特徴とする請求項1から7に記載の医療用フィルム製品
- 前記フィルム基材がポリウレタン,前記ネット状構造物がポリウレタン,ポリスチレン又はこれらの組み合わせからなることを特徴とする請求項1から9に記載の医療用フィルム製品
- 支持体に膜材料をひいて製膜しフィルム基材を作製する製膜工程と,
ネット状構造物をフィルム基材に貼り合わせながら送り出しが行われるネット状構造物貼付工程と,
フィルム基材ないしネット状構造物に,粘着剤付き剥離ライナーの粘着面とを貼り合わせる剥離ライナー貼付工程とからなり,
前記ネット状構造物貼付工程中もしくは剥離ライナー貼付工程後に支持体をはがす支持体剥離工程を含むことを特徴とする医療用フィルム製品の製造方法
- 製造される医療用フィルム製品が,請求項1から9に記載の医療用フィルム製品であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の医療用フィルム製品製造方法
