根据本发明一个方面的实施例, 提供一种视频墙显示单元的拼接框架, 包 括: 两个矩形侧框, 在纵向方向上相对设置, 两个矩形侧框的顶部横梁和底部 横梁中的每一个上设有在高度方向上延伸的至少一个第一装配孔, 两个矩形侧 框的前侧竖梁及后侧竖梁中的每一个上设有在纵向方向上延伸的至少一个第 二装配孔; 至少一根前侧横梁,连接于两个矩形侧框的两个前侧竖梁之间; 至 少一根后侧横梁, 连接于两个矩形侧框的两个后侧竖梁之间; 以及至少一个挂 件, 安装在所述前侧横梁中的至少一个上, 用于可拆卸地连接到所述显示单元 的背侧。
在上述拼接框架中, 两根所述前侧横梁被设置成分别靠近所述矩形侧框的 顶部横梁和底部横梁; 两根所述后侧横梁被设置成分别靠近所述矩形侧框的顶 部横梁和底部横梁。
在上述拼接框架中, 所述前侧横梁和后侧横梁分别焊接或者可拆卸地连接 至在两个矩形侧框之间。
在上述拼接框架中, 分别设置在所述顶部横梁和底部横梁中的所述第一装 配孔在高度方向上成对地彼此对齐, 分别设置在前侧竖梁及后侧竖梁中的所述 第二装配孔在纵向方向上成对地彼此对齐。
本发明进一步发明的实施例, 提供一种视频墙, 包括: 阵列拼接的任一实 施例所述的拼接框架; 多个紧固件, 在高度方向上相邻的两个拼接框架通过与 第一装配孔配合的紧固件连接,在纵向方向上相邻的两个拼接框架通过与第二 装配孔配合的紧固件连接; 以及至少一排显示单元, 每个所述显示单元的背侧 利用所述挂件悬挂于对应的所述拼接框架的前侧横梁上。
在上述视频墙中, 所述挂件包括与显示单元的背侧连接的连接部、 以及与 所述前侧横梁连接的横向挂接部和纵向挂接部。
在上述视频墙中, 所述横向挂接部和纵向挂接部分别装配有微调螺钉。 在上述视频墙中, 具有悬挂作用的每个所述前侧横梁通过至少两个挂件支 撑相应的显示单元。
在上述视频墙中, 所述紧固件包括螺栓和螺母。
在本发明实施例的拼接框架和视频墙, 可通过第一装配孔与紧固件结合, 在高度方向上连接多个拼接框架, 通过第二装配孔与紧固件结合, 在纵向方向 上连接多个拼接框架,从而形成可在横向和 /或纵向上任意扩展的视频墙,应用 灵活性得到提高。 附图说明

另外, 在下面的详细描述中, 为便于解释, 阐述了许多具体的细节以提供 对本披露实施例的全面理解。 然而明显地, 一个或多个实施例在没有这些具体 细节的情况下也可以被实施。 在其他情况下, 公知的结构和装置以图示的方 式体现以简化附图。
根据本发明总体上的发明构思, 提供一种视频墙显示单元的拼接框架, 包 括: 两个矩形侧框, 在纵向方向上相对设置, 两个矩形侧框的顶部横梁和底部 横梁中的每一个上设有在高度方向上延伸的至少一个第一装配孔, 两个矩形侧 框的前侧竖梁及后侧竖梁中的每一个上设有在纵向方向上延伸的至少一个第 二装配孔; 至少一根前侧横梁, 连接于两个矩形侧框的两个前侧竖梁之间; 至 少一根后侧横梁, 连接于两个矩形侧框的两个后侧竖梁之间; 以及至少一个挂 件, 安装在所述前侧横梁中的至少一个上, 用于可拆卸地连接到所述显示单元 的背侧。
为便于理解, 在下面的描述中, 在本发明实施例的视频墙正常工作的状态 下, "前侧" 指视频墙面向使用者的一侧, "后侧" 则指与前侧相对的一侧, 纵 向方向指相对于使用者的左右方向, 高度方向指相对于使用者的上下方向。
如图 1和 2所示,根据本发明的一种示例性实施例的视频墙显示单元的拼 接框架 100 , 包括: 在纵向方向上相对设置的两个矩形侧框 10、 连接于两个矩 形侧框 10的两个前侧竖梁 11之间的至少一根前侧横梁 12、连接于两个矩形侧 框 10的两个后侧竖梁 13之间的至少一根后侧横梁 14、以及至少一个挂件。 两 个矩形侧框 10的顶部横梁 15和底部横梁 16中的每一个上设有在高度方向上 延伸的至少一个第一装配孔 17 , 两个矩形侧框 10的前侧竖梁 11及后侧竖梁 13中的每一个上设有在纵向方向上延伸的至少一个第二装配孔 18。挂件 20安 装在前侧横梁 12中的至少一个上, 用于可拆卸地连接到显示单元 200的背侧。
在一种示例性实施例中, 分别设置在顶部横梁 15和底部横梁 16中的第一 装配孔 17在高度方向上成对地彼此对齐, 这样便于在高度方向上连接两个拼 接框架 100; 进一步地, 分别设置在前侧竖梁 11及后侧竖梁 13中的第二装配 孔 18在纵向方向上成对地彼此对齐, 这样便于在纵向方向上连接两个拼接框 架 100。
在本发明的实施例中, 显示单元 200的具体类型不限, 例如可以为液晶显 示屏、 有机电致发光二极管显示屏等等。 为了尽量减小将形成的视频墙显示单 元的拼接缝, 拼接框架 100的整体形状应与显示单元 200的整体形状匹配, 这 样, 从视频墙的正面观看屏幕时, 不但不会看到拼接框架 100 , 而且显示单元 200之间的拼接缝也最小化, 能够达到较佳的显示效果。
前侧横梁 12和后侧横梁 14的具体数量不限。 参照图 1和 2, 前侧横梁 12 为两根, 分别靠近矩形侧框 10的顶部横梁 15和底部横梁 16; 后侧横梁 14为 两根,分别靠近矩形侧框 10的顶部横梁 15和底部横梁 16。该设计可使拼接框 架 100的结构较为稳固,从而使得视频墙的结构较为稳固、牢靠。显示单元 200 悬挂于前侧横梁 12上, 其顶部与矩形侧框 10的顶部横梁 15平齐, 侧部与两 个前侧竖梁 11平齐, 相邻显示单元 200的缝隙达到最小化。 可选的, 所述前侧横梁 12和后侧横梁 14分别焊接或者可拆卸地连接至在 两个矩形侧框 10之间。 拼接框架 100例如可以由铝型材制成。 选用铝型材制 成的拼接框架 100能够大大降低视频墙的整体重量, 便于视频墙拆装及移动。
在一种示例性实施例中, 紧固件 19 包括螺栓与螺母, 拆装便利, 且互换 性较强。 根据本发明实施例的拼接框架 100, 可以将高度方向上相邻的两个拼 接框架 100在拼接处通过与第一装配孔 17装配的紧固件 19固定连接,将纵向 方向上相邻的两个拼接框架 100在拼接处通过与第二装配孔 18装配的紧固件 19 固定连接, 从而形成可在横向和 /或纵向上任意扩展的视频墙, 应用灵活性 得到提高。 此外, 相邻拼接框架 100通过紧固件 19连接, 显示单元 200悬挂 于拼接框架 100的前侧横梁 12, 这使得视频墙的拆装非常便利。
如图 3和图 4所示,根据本发明进一步发明的实施例,提供了一种视频墙, 包括拼接成阵列的多个前述实施例所述的拼接框架 100、 多个紧固件 19、 以及 至少一排显示单元 200,每个显示单元 200的背侧利用挂件 20悬挂于对应的拼 接框架 100的前侧横梁 12上(参照图 1和图 2所示)。 在高度方向上相邻的两 个拼接框架 100通过与第一装配孔 17配合的紧固件 19连接, 在纵向方向上相 邻的两个拼接框架 100通过与第二装配孔 18配合的紧固件 19连接。
如图 4所示, 最下方的一排或者多排(具体排数不限, 可根据视频墙的屏 幕高度进行选择)拼接框架 100也可以不安装显示单元, 用来充当支撑底座。 视频墙可在横向和 /或纵向上任意扩展, 应用灵活性提高。 此外, 相邻的拼接框 架 100通过紧固件 19连接,显示单元 200挂设于拼接框架 100的前侧横梁 12, 这使得视频墙的拆装非常便利。
请参照图 2,在一种示例性实施例中,挂件 20包括与显示单元 200的背侧 连接的连接部 201、 以及与前侧横梁 12连接的横向挂接部 202和纵向挂接部 203。 具有这种结构的挂件可使显示单元 200牢靠的悬挂于拼接框架 100上, 不易脱落分离。 进一步地, 具有悬挂作用的每一根前侧横梁 12通过至少为两 个挂件 20支撑相应的显示单元 200。这样可使显示单元 200更加稳固、牢靠的 挂设于拼接框架 100上。
横向挂接部 202和纵向挂接部 203分别装配有微调螺钉 21。通过调节微调 螺钉 21的旋入量可以调节显示单元 200在高度方向和前后方向 (横向方向 ) 的位置, 也可通过左右移动来调节显示单元 200的在纵向方向上的位置, 调节 便利、 灵活、 精确度较高, 以使视频墙达到较佳的显示效果。
以包含 2 *2显示单元的视频墙为例, 在拼接时, 在高度方向上相邻的两个 拼接框架 100在拼接处通过与第一装配孔 17装配的螺栓、 螺母固定连接, 在 纵向方向上相邻的两个拼接框架 100在拼接处通过与第二装配孔 18装配的螺 栓、 螺母固定连接, 共拼接 2*3个拼接框架, 如图 3所示。 位于底部的两个拼 接框架 100用做支撑底座,支撑底座上方的 4个拼接框架 100安装液晶显示屏, 液晶显示屏通过背侧的挂件 20挂设于对应的拼接框架 100的前侧横梁 12上, 如图 4所示。如果需要在横向和 /或纵向上进行扩展,只需要相应的加装拼接框 架并对应安装液晶显示屏即可。 当需要对视频墙进行拆卸时, 只需要摘下液晶 显示屏, 拆除相应的螺栓、 螺母, 即可将相邻的拼接框架拆分, 视频墙的拆装 非常便利。 明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及 其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种视频墙显示单元的拼接框架, 包括:
两个矩形侧框, 在纵向方向上相对设置, 两个矩形侧框的顶部横梁和底部 横梁中的每一个上设有在高度方向上延伸的至少一个第一装配孔, 两个矩形侧 框的前侧竖梁及后侧竖梁中的每一个上设有在纵向方向上延伸的至少一个第 二装配孔;
至少一才艮前侧横梁, 连接于两个矩形侧框的两个前侧竖梁之间; 至少一根后侧横梁, 连接于两个矩形侧框的两个后侧竖梁之间; 以及 至少一个挂件, 安装在所述前侧横梁中的至少一个上, 用于可拆卸地连接 到所述显示单元的背侧。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的拼接框架, 其中, 两根所述前侧横梁被设置成分 别靠近所述矩形侧框的顶部横梁和底部横梁; 两根所述后侧横梁被设置成分别 靠近所述矩形侧框的顶部横梁和底部横梁。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的拼接框架, 其中, 所述前侧横梁和后侧横梁 分别焊接或者可拆卸地连接至在两个矩形侧框之间。
4、 如权利要求 1-3 中的任一项所述的拼接框架, 其中, 分别设置在所述 顶部横梁和底部横梁中的所述第一装配孔在高度方向上成对地彼此对齐, 分别 设置在前侧竖梁及后侧竖梁中的所述第二装配孔在纵向方向上成对地彼此对 齐。
5、 一种视频墙, 包括:
拼接成阵列的多个如权利要求 1~4中的任一项所述的拼接框架; 多个紧固件,在高度方向上相邻的两个拼接框架通过与第一装配孔配合的 紧固件连接,在纵向方向上相邻的两个拼接框架通过与第二装配孔配合的紧固 件连接; 以及
至少一排显示单元,每个所述显示单元的背侧利用所述挂件悬挂于对应的 所述拼接框架的前侧横梁上。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的视频墙, 其中, 所述挂件包括与显示单元的背侧 连接的连接部、 以及与所述前侧横梁连接的横向挂接部和纵向挂接部。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的视频墙, 其中, 所述横向挂接部和纵向挂接部分 别装配有微调螺钉。
8、 如权利要求 5~7 中的任一项所述的视频墙, 其中, 具有悬挂作用的每 个所述前侧横梁通过至少两个挂件支撑相应的显示单元。
9、 如权利要求 5~8 中的任一项所述的视频墙, 其中, 所述紧固件包括螺 栓和螺母。
