Abstract

节目播放控制方法及装置 技术领域 本发明涉及电视技术领域, 特别涉及一种节目播放控制方法及装置。 背景技术 随着 IPTV业务的不断普及以及用户数量的不断增长,用户对 IPTV的服务也提出 越来越高的要求。 目前 IPTV的基本业务主要有直播、 点播两大类。 直播业务类似传 统电视的频道, 是所有用户同时收看同一节目内容。 点播业务则给用户提供定制化的 服务, 可以自由的快进快退、 播放暂停和定位播放。 业务的多样性带来的一个结果就是操作的复杂性,给用户的使用带来了诸多不便。 当用户收看一个频道时, 想回头重新观看之前的节目, 如何找到节目开始的播放时间 成为一个问题。 目前常用的做法是: 一、 通过快退按钮寻找节目开始播放的时间点。 二、 按回看按钮, 通过查找节目时刻表来寻找节目开始播放的时间点。 然而, 无论是 以上的哪一种方法, 用户都需要反复操作按键才能够实现, 从而增加了用户操作的复 杂性, 降低了用户的产品体验度。 发明内容 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种节目播放控制方法, 旨在使得用户能够通过简单 的按键操作既能够实现在同一频道中切换不同的节目, 从而提高用户的体验度。 为了实现发明目的, 本发明提供一种节目播放控制方法, 该节目播放控制方法包 括以下步骤: 接收节目切换指令和播放终端播放的当前节目信息, 该当前节目信息包 含有当前节目播放的时间点和 /或播放的码流关键帧; 根据所述节目切换指令和当前节 目信息确定目的节目起始播放位置; 根据所述目的节目起始播放位置发送码流信号至 所述播放终端。 优选地, 根据所述节目切换指令和当前节目信息确定目的节目起始播放位置具体 包括: 当当前播放的节目为直播业务且节目切换指令为切换至上一节目时, 进入点播 业务, 并将当前播放的节目的起始播放位置确定目的节目起始播放位置; 当当前播放 的节目为点播业务时, 则根据所述节目切换指令和所述当前节目信息确定目的节目起 始播放位置。 优选地, 所述确定目的节目起始播放位置的步骤具体包括: 根据当前节目信息获 取当前节目播放的时间点; 根据当前节目播放的时间点和节目切换指令, 并参照预置 的节目时刻表来确定目的节目起始播放位置。 优选地, 所述确定目的节目起始播放位置的步骤具体包括: 根据当前节目信息获 取当前节目播放的码流关键帧; 根据所述码流关键帧和节目切换指令, 并参照预置的 节目时刻表来确定目的节目起始播放位置。 优选地, 所述节目切换指令包括切换至上一节目和切换至下一节目。 本发明还提供一种节目播放控制装置, 该节目播放控制装置包括: 接收模块, 设 置为接收节目切换指令和播放终端播放的当前节目信息, 该当前节目信息包含有当前 节目播放的时间点和 /或播放的码流关键帧; 定位模块, 设置为根据所述节目切换指令 和当前节目信息确定目的节目起始播放位置; 发送模块, 设置为根据所述目的节目起 始播放位置发送码流信号至所述播放终端。 优选地, 定位模块还包括: 第一定位子模块, 设置为当当前播放的节目为直播业 务且节目切换指令为切换至上一节目时, 进入点播业务, 并将当前播放的节目的起始 播放位置确定目的节目起始播放位置; 第二定位子模块, 设置为当当前播放的节目为 点播业务时, 则根据所述节目切换指令和所述当前节目信息确定目的节目起始播放位 置。 优选地, 所述第一定位子模块和所述第二定位子模块具体包括: 播放时间点获取 单元, 设置为根据当前节目信息获取当前节目播放的时间点; 第一定位单元, 设置为 根据当前节目播放的时间点和节目切换指令, 并参照预置的节目时刻表来确定目的节 目起始播放位置。 优选地, 所述第一定位子模块和所述第二定位子模块具体包括: 码流关键帧获取 单元, 设置为根据当前节目信息获取当前节目播放的码流关键帧; 第二定位单元, 设 置为根据所述码流关键帧和节目切换指令, 并参照预置的节目时刻表来确定目的节目 起始播放位置。 优选地, 所述节目切换指令包括切换至上一节目和切换至下一节目。 本发明通过接收节目切换指令和播放终端播放的当前节目信息, 根据接收到的当 前节目信息获取当前节目播放的时间点或播放的码流关键帧等信息。 根据接收到的节 目切换指令获取用户需要切换节目至当前节目的上一节目还是切换至当前节目的下一 节目, 再进一步确定目的节目起始播放位置。 确定目的节目起始播放位置后, 发送该 位置相应的码流信号至播放终端, 并由播放终端进行播放。上述的节目播放控制方法, 用户仅需要操作上一节目或者下一节目按键, 即能够定位到目的节目起始播放位置。 该方法克服了现有技术中, 在同一频道中切换不同节目时操作复杂的缺点, 从而提高 了用户体验度。 附图说明 图 1为本发明节目播放控制方法一实施例的流程示意图; 图 2为本发明节目播放控制方法另一实施例的流程示意图; 图 3为本发明节目播放控制方法中确定目的节目起始播放位置一实施例的流程示 意图; 图 4为本发明节目播放控制方法中确定目的节目起始播放位置另一实施例的流程 示意图; 图 5为本发明节目播放控制装置一实施例的结构示意图; 图 6为图 5中定位模块的结构示意图; 图 7为图 6中第一定位子模块一实施例的结构示意图; 图 8为图 6中第一定位子模块另一实施例的结构示意图。
本发明目的的实现、 功能特点及优点将结合实施例, 参照附图做进一步说明。 具体实施方式 应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。 本发明提供一种节目播放控制方法。 参考图 1, 图 1为本发明节目播放控制方法一实施例的流程示意图。 本实施例提 供的一种节目播放控制方法, 该节目播放控制方法包括以下步骤: 步骤 S10, 接收节目切换指令和播放终端播放的当前节目信息, 该当前节目信息 包含有当前节目播放的时间点和 /或播放的码流关键帧。 上述节目播放控制方法用于在同一频道中切换不同的节目。 节目切换指令可以为 同一频道中切换至上一节目或切换至下一节目。 当前节目信息包含有当前节目播放的 时间点或播放的码流关键帧,又或者同时包含节目播放的时间点和播放的码流关键帧。 节目切换指令可以由遥控器发送节目切换请求至机顶盒, 再由机顶盒根据节目切换请 求发送节目切换指令。 应当说明的是, 节目切换指令还可以由能够与实现该节目播放 控制方法的装置进行数据交互的终端进行发送, 如手机终端。 播放终端播放的当前节 目信息可以由机顶盒获取, 也可以由实现该节目播放控制方法的装置获取。 应当说明 的是, 遥控器中可以在其原来的基础之上增设切换至上一节目和切换至下一节目两个 按键。 用户按压相应的按钮以实现发送相应的节目切换指令。 另外, 遥控器可不单独 设置切换至上一节目和切换至下一节目的按键, 而是复用遥控器原来的按键。 如双击 频道加按键以实现发送切换至上一节目的节目切换指令。 双击频道减按键以实现发送 切换至下一节目的节目切换指令。 在本实施例中, 用户通过遥控器发送节目请求信息至机顶盒。 机顶盒根据节目请 求信息获取节目切换指令。 机顶盒还获取播放终端播放的当前节目信息。 机顶盒将节 目切换指令和播放终端播放的当前节目信息发送至实现该节目播放控制方法的装置。 该装置接收节目切换指令和当前节目信息。 例如: 在 A频道中, 7:00到 8: 00播放的节目为早间新闻, 8: 00到 9: 00播放 的节目为动物世界, 9:00到 10: 00为儿童剧场。 用户正在收看昨天 A频道播放的动 物世界时, 若想收看昨天播放的早间新闻节目, 用户可通过遥控器向机顶盒发送切换 至上一节目的节目切换请求。 机顶盒根据该节目切换请求得到切换至上一节目的节目 切换指令, 并将该节目切换指令以及播放终端播放的当前节目信息发送至实现该节目 播放控制方法的装置。 步骤 S20, 根据节目切换指令和当前节目信息确定目的节目起始播放位置。 本实施例中, 将用户需要收看的节目定义为目的节目。 切换到目的节目时, 将播 放位置直接定位到目的节目起始播放位置, 使得播放终端由该节目的开始位置进行播 放。 确定目的节目起始播放位置的步骤具体为: 首先确定当前节目信息, 具体如当前 节目播放的时间点或播放的码流关键帧。 再结合节目切换指令来确定目的节目, 最后 确定该目的节目起始播放位置。 步骤 S30, 根据目的节目起始播放位置发送码流信号至播放终端。 本实施例中, 确定目的节目起始播放位置后, 发送该位置相应的码流信号至播放 终端。 播放终端接收到该码流信号并进行播放。 本发明通过接收节目切换指令和播放终端播放的当前节目信息, 根据接收到的当 前节目信息获取当前节目播放的时间点或播放的码流关键帧等信息。 根据接收到的节 目切换指令获取用户需要切换节目至当前节目的上一节目还是切换至当前节目的下一 节目, 再进一步确定目的节目起始播放位置。 确定目的节目起始播放位置后, 发送该 位置相应的码流信号至播放终端, 并由播放终端进行播放。上述的节目播放控制方法, 用户仅需要操作上一节目或者下一节目按键, 即能够定位到目的节目起始播放位置。 该方法克服了现有技术中, 在同一频道中切换不同节目时操作复杂的缺点, 从而提高 了用户体验度。 结合参考图 2, 图 2为本发明节目播放控制方法另一实施例的流程示意图。 进一 步地, 基于上述实施例, 本实施例中, 步骤 S20具体包括以下步骤: 步骤 S21, 当当前播放的节目为直播业务且节目切换指令为切换至上一节目时, 进入点播业务, 并将当前播放的节目的起始播放位置确定目的节目起始播放位置。 步骤 S22, 当当前播放的节目为点播业务时, 则根据所述节目切换指令和所述当 前节目信息确定目的节目起始播放位置 应当说明的是, 播放终端播放的当前节目可以为直播业务或点播业务。 直播业务 为该频道正在播放的节目。 点播业务则为该频道已经直播过的节目。 如, A频道每天 早上播放的早间新闻为直播业务, 而 A频道昨天早上播放的早间新闻为点播业务。 在本实施例中, 若播放终端播放的是直播业务, 且节目切换指令为切换至上一节 目时, 通过 RTSP信令关闭直播业务, 进入点播业务, 并以直播时的节目为目的节目。 直播节目的起始播放位置为目的节目的起始播放位置。 若用户需要收看该直播节目的 上一节目时, 继续发送切换至上一节目的节目切换指令。 应当说明的是, 为了避免目 的节目始终为直播节目, 而无法定位到用户需要收看的节目的缺点, 首先预置一缓冲 时间, 当第一次接收节目切换指令与第二次接收节目切换指令之间的时间间隔小于缓 冲时间时, 直播节目的上一节目即为目的节目。 直播节目的上一节目的起始播放位置 为目的节目起始播放位置。 当第一次接收节目切换指令与第二次接收的节目切换指令 之间的时间间隔大于缓冲时间时, 直播节目即为目的节目。 该直播节目的起始播放位 置为目的节目起始播放位置。 应当说明的是, 上述缓冲时间可以根据用户的需要进行设置。 进一步说明, 当前 业务为直播业务, 且节目切换指令为切换至下一节目时, ***报错, 且继续播放当前 的直播节目。 结合参照图 3, 图 3为本发明节目播放控制方法中确定目的节目起始播放位置一 实施例的流程示意图。 进一步地, 确定目的节目起始播放位置的步骤具体包括: 步骤 S201, 根据当前节目信息获取当前节目播放的时间点; 步骤 S202, 根据当前节目播放的时间点和节目切换指令, 并参照预置的节目时刻 表来确定目的节目起始播放位置。 在本实施例中, 目的节目起始播放位置通过当前节目播放的时刻和节目切换指令 来确定。 应当说明的是, 装置中预存该频道的节目时刻表。 该节目时刻表具体记载了 该频道中各个节目的播放时间段。 具体地, 根据当前节目信息获取当前节目播放的时 间点, 并根据当前节目播放的时间点, 在节目时刻表中确定当前节目的位置。 再根据 节目切换指令, 确定目的节目的起始播放位置。 若当前播放为直播业务, 且节目切换 指令为切换至上一节目时, 该直播节目的起始播放位置为目的节目起始播放位置。 若 当前播放为点播业务时, 则根据节目切换指令在节目时刻表中确定目的节目, 再确定 目的节目起始播放位置。 结合参照图 4, 图 4为本发明节目播放控制方法中确定目的节目起始播放位置另 一实施例的流程示意图; 第一定位单元 2012, 根据当前节目播放的时间点和节目切换指令, 并参照预置的 节目时刻表来确定目的节目起始播放位置。 在本实施例中, 目的节目起始播放位置通过当前节目播放的时刻和节目切换指令 来确定。 应当说明的是, 装置中预存该频道的节目时刻表。 该节目时刻表具体记载了 该频道中各个节目的播放时间段。 具体地, 根据当前节目信息获取当前节目播放的时 间点, 并根据当前节目播放的时间点, 在节目时刻表中确定当前节目的位置。 再根据 节目切换指令, 确定目的节目的起始播放位置。 若当前播放为直播业务, 且节目切换 指令为切换至上一节目时, 该直播节目的起始播放位置为目的节目起始播放位置。 若 当前播放为点播业务时, 则根据节目切换指令在节目时刻表中确定目的节目, 再确定 目的节目起始播放位置。 结合参照图 8, 图 8为图 6中第一定位子模块另一实施例的结构示意图。 应当说 明的是, 第二定位子模块 202与第一定位子模块 201的具体结构相同, 请参照图 8来 理解第二定位子模块 202。 进一步地, 第一定位子模块 201和第二定位子模块 202的 组成结构还可以为: 码流关键帧获取单元 2111, 根据当前节目信息获取当前节目播放的码流关键帧;
