- 根据权利要求1所述的可正反方向对插的USB插头,其特征在于:所述插芯(21)的上下两端面上每排导电端子(3)各为4根,插芯(21)上端面由左到右第1根、第2根、第3根、第4根导电端子(3)分别依次与插芯(21)下端面由右到左第1根、第2根、第3根、第4根导电端子(3)一一对应连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可正反方向对插的USB插头,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体(2)尾端固定有电路板(4),各个导电端子(3)的后端分别与电路板(4)电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可正反方向对插的USB插头,其特征在于:所述插芯(21)上下两端面中对应连接的导电端子(3)之间为一体成型结构。
- 根据权利要求4所述的可正反方向对插的USB插头,其特征在于:所述插芯(21)上下两端面中对应连接的导电端子(3)的后端连接在一起,其中,插芯(21)下端面对应导电端子(3)的前端 向前引出到插芯(21)下端面,插芯(21)上端面对应导电端子(3)的前端先向后引出再弯折到插芯(21)上端面。

- 根据权利要求1所述的可正反方向对插的USB插头,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体(2)通过一体注射成型方式与导电端子(3)结合成一体结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可正反方向对插的USB插头,其特征在于:各个导电端子(3)的前端均嵌入在插芯(21)中,导电端子(3)前端向外侧凸起形成导电凸部(31),位于插芯(21)上端面的导电端子(3)的导电凸部(31)凸伸出插芯(21)上端面,位于插芯(21)下端面的导电端子(3)的导电凸部(31)凸伸出插芯(21)下端面。
- 根据权利要求1~8任意一项所述的可正反方向对插的USB插头,其特征在于:所述金属壳体(1)向内凹陷形成有多个卡点(11),卡点(11)紧压绝缘本体(2)将绝缘本体(2)固定在金属壳体(1)内。
- 根据权利要求9所述的可正反方向对插的USB插头,其特征在于:所述金属壳体(1)的上下端面和两侧面上均设有卡点(11)。
