1.一种乐摇车, 包括梁架、 摆杆、 后轴、 后轮、 座椅、 万向轮和抛面 形盖件, 其特征是: 梁架包括纵梁管、 转筒管、 前横管、 后竖管、 矩形冲 片、后轴管和前管套,纵梁管是用圆管在前部和中部压成横向的椭圆管形、 在后部压成竖向的椭圆管形, 纵梁管的中部开有竖向的对穿圆孔, 纵梁管 的对穿圆孔与***该对穿圆孔的转筒管焊接,转筒管的上下各镶嵌一轴承, 纵梁管前端的左右两侧开有圆弧口, 纵梁管后端的上下开有圆弧口, 纵梁 管靠近前端的下方开有工艺孔, 纵梁管靠近后端的下方开有工艺孔, 纵梁 管前端的圆弧口焊接前横管, 前横管是一圆管制成中部弧形后凸的波状弯 曲状, 前横管中部的弧形后凸与纵梁管前端的圆弧口焊接, 前横管的两头 套接前管套, 纵梁管后端的圆弧口焊接后竖管, 后竖管是一圆管的下部向 后弯曲、下端的左右两侧开有圆弧口的管件,后竖管的圆弧口焊接后轴管, 后竖管的顶部焊接矩形冲片, 矩形冲片上有两孔, 矩形冲片的两孔通过两 对螺栓螺母连接座椅, 座椅是内部空心的吹塑工艺的塑料座椅, 后轴管通 过后轴连接两后轮, 摆杆包括弧形椭圆管、 短轴、 手把、 把套、 螺筒和椭 圆闷盖, 弧形椭圆管是一椭圆管平弯成向两头向前的弧形弯曲, 弧形椭圆 管两头的下方各有开孔, 弧形椭圆管中间的顶部垂直向上焊接一短轴, 弧 形椭圆管两头的上方向上焊接两手把, 手把是圆管的上部向后下方弯曲而 成,弧形椭圆管两头下方的开孔中焊接螺筒,焊接于弧形椭圆管后的螺筒, 呈上前下后的倾斜状态, 摆杆的短轴穿入转筒管中的两轴承中, 再在短轴 的顶部盖上抛面形盖件, 并用内六角螺栓穿入抛面形盖件的通孔中、 并拧 接于短轴顶端中间的螺纹孔中, 摆杆两头的螺筒中各连接一万向轮, 万向 轮包括: 轮叉件、轮子和对锁螺栓, 轮叉件包括一塑料轮叉、 两轮叉轴承、 两弹簧垫圈、 一轮叉螺栓、 两螺母和一防滑垫片, 塑料轮叉的顶部的上下 面的中间各有一沉孔, 塑料轮叉的两沉孔之间有一贯通孔, 塑料轮叉两叉 下端有相互的对穿孔, 塑料轮叉两叉内侧的对穿孔处各带有突圈, 塑料轮 叉顶部的上下面的沉孔中各镶嵌一轮叉轴承, 塑料轮叉顶部的贯通孔中放 置两弹簧垫圈, 一轮叉螺栓从下向上穿入塑料轮叉顶部的两轮叉轴承的内 孔中和两弹簧垫圈中, 再用一螺母与一轮叉螺栓对拧拧紧, 轮子是一中间 的两面各带有一轴承的 PU轮,轮子通过对锁螺栓的对拧连接于塑料轮叉两 叉下端的相互的对穿孔中, 从而形成一所述的万向轮; 摆杆的两端管孔中 各塞有一椭圆闷盖, 摆杆两头的手把上各套接一把套。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的乐摇车, 其特征是: 所述的转筒管的顶部 和底部均加工有放置轴承的台阶, 所述的转筒管顶部和底部的台阶中各 镶嵌一轴承。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的乐摇车, 其特征是: 所述的前管套是儿童 自行车的手把把套, 所述的前管套套接于所述前横管的两头后。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的乐摇车, 其特征是: 所述的后轴管是圆管 的切断件, 所述后轴管的管孔大于所述后轴的外径, 所述的矩形冲片是 矩形的金属片, 它的两边各带有一个孔。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的乐摇车, 其特征是: 所述的短轴的下部带 有凸圈、 顶端的中间带有螺孔, 所述手把的弯曲处成圆弧形, 所述手把 的弯曲度为锐角。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的乐摇车, 其特征是: 所述的把套是儿童自 行车的手把把套, 所述的螺筒是管孔内带螺纹的管形部件。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的乐摇车, 其特征是: 所述的抛面形盖件是 上表面中部抛起、 中间带有柱形沉孔、 柱形沉孔连贯向下通孔的塑料件, 所述的抛面形盖件的底面的中部带有向下的凸圈。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的乐摇车, 其特征是: 所述的短轴由内六角 螺栓和所述的抛面形盖件定位于所述转筒管中的两轴承中。
9.根据权利要求 1所述的乐摇车, 其特征是: 所述的椭圆闷盖是塑 料制成的椭圆形闷盖。
10.根据权利要求 1所述的乐摇车, 其特征是: 所述的后轴是一直径 为 Φ 8毫米的圆钢, 它的两端端面上各开有一螺孔,所述的后轴穿入所述 的后轴管中、 并且两头各露出与所述后轮厚度相等的长度。
11.根据权利要求 1所述的乐摇车, 其特征是: 所述的后轮是塑料轮 毂的 PU轮, 所述的 PU轮的轮心有两轴承, 所述的两后轮套接于所述后 轴的两头、 并用螺栓拧接于所述后轴两端的螺孔中。
12.根据权利要求 1所述的乐摇车, 其特征是: 座椅椅背的上部有一 个供手抓握的长圆孔, 座椅的坐垫中间的横向位置有两通孔, 所述座椅 坐垫两通孔的上部各带有沉孔, 所述座椅坐垫的两通孔通过两对螺栓螺 母与所述矩形冲片的两孔连接。
13.根据权利要求 1所述的乐摇车, 其特征是: 所述万向轮用其顶部 的轮叉螺栓拧接于所述摆杆两头的两所述的螺筒中。
