Abstract

In the present invention, when a person will wear a helmet, it will be confirmed by helmet wear sensor (photo diode). And alcohol sensor will confirm that the driver is not drunk. Then both photo diode and alcohol sensor will send their data about person to ADC.ADC will feed this data to controller by converting it into digital form. If person had been drunk then controller will send signal to receiver. But if person is not drunk then controller will send request for ignition to receiver through Bluetooth /wifi or any other way of transmission.

SAFETY HELMET DEVICE
FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
This invention relates to SAFETY HELMET DEVICE, especially a two wheeler vehicle driver with a safety helmet. A two wheeler helmet is a type of protective headgear used by two wheeler riders. The primary goal of a two wheeler helmet is two wheeler safeties to protect the rider's head during impact, thus preventing or reducing head injury or saving the rider's life. Death caused in two wheeler accidents is mainly due to head injury. Still people choose to ride without helmet. Government has also applied rules for compulsory implied for the same and also collects the fine from the people who are driving without wearing helmet on two wheeler. More particularly, the present invention relates to a safety helmet device which shall check the presence or absence of helmet on rider's head and rider has not dunked alcohol by sensors and electronic means and allow the vehicle ignition onl after confirmation that the rider has worn helmet. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
j When a motorcyclist is involved in an accident, it is the brain that might be at a rater risk of injury. In order to protect the brain one must wear a helmet. A motorcycle helmet protects the skull and the brain from extensive damage. But in recent year most of the person not wear the helmet so the present invention overcome such limitation that do not allow one to drive bike without helmet, which will help to save human injury in an accidents. In last some decades many patents have filed in arena of human safety. Many of these technologies were related to four wheeler and focused on seat belt. Very less work has been executed in human safety for two wheelers. And hence technology has not valorized properly in masses. Moreover there has no technology which cannot allow rider or driver to start and move two wheeler without wearing helmet.
CN201128456 relates to an intelligent motorcycle inserted bar helmet lock which consists of an inserted bar, fixedly connected with a motorcycle helmet, a lock body fixedly connected with a motorcycle, and a normally closed button switch movably contact with a lock tongue piece provided with a long lower end and arranged at the lock body. A lock bar is a metal material, so the theft proof performance is better than a helmet lock used for locking a motorcycle helmet. When the helmet is not taken down from the motorcycle, the lock tongue piece with the long lower end cannot press the button switch, and a motorcycle firing circuit is switched off, which can force a driver to wear the motorcycle helmet automatically when the motorcycle runs. DEI9934188 provides a safety device for a motor cycling helmet comprising a transponder in the helmet which sends a signal when the helmet is correctly fitted which releases a lock on the starter or another section of the motor cycle. This may contain a recognition code and an alarm may be set off if this is not correct.
CN201377233 discloses a helmet motorcycle lock which comprises a switch, a resistance, a relay and a receiver.; The helmet motorcycle lock is characterized in that a battery and a remote controller are mounted in the helmet of a motorcycle, and the receiver is mounted in a motorcycle body for reaching the purpose o£ using the helmet to control the start and the stop of the motorcycle. The helmet motorcycle lock has simple structure and manufacture, convenient installation and use and high assurance coefficient, and is not easy to be stolen.
CN201673 046 provides an automobile ignition lock detecting system, which comprises a microcontroller, a parameter input device and a display. A voltage and current detection device connected with the microcontroller consists of a high current generator which is used for providing various-gear detection current to an ignition lock of an automobile to be detected, the microcontroller is connected with a photoelectric isolator, the photoelectric isolator is connected with a key plug-pull driving device and an asynchronous motor rotary driving device, the asynchronous motor rotary driving device is connected with a key spindle rotary device, the key spindle rotary device is connected with an angle encoder and a torque sensor, and signal output ends of the angle encoder and the torque sensor are connected with the microcontroller. The automobile ignition lock detecting system has the advantages that the system is fast and efficient in detection, automatically stores technical parameters of products, has friendly human-computer interface, and the like.
TW201012684 discloses a motorcycle having a multifunctional safety helmet, comprising a motorcycle, a safety helmet, and a key. The safety helmet comprises a snap ring, a sna ring checking circuit, a control system, an alcohol sensor, a temperature sensor, and a fan. The motorcycle comprises a latch circuit. The alcohol sensor senses alcohol concentration of a user after the' user wean; the safety helmet. The snap ring checking circuit senses whether or not the snap ring of the safety helmet is tightly clasped by the user; After passing the sensing detections of the alcohol concentration and the snap ring, the key is inserted to start the motorcycle. Otherwise, if the sensing detections of the alcohol concentration and the snap ring failed, the latch circuit would lock the inserting hole of the motorcycle, and an audio reminding signal is sent by an audio system of the control system. When the temperature sensor detects the temperature inside the safety helmet being too high, a message then is transmitted to actuate the fan for lowering the temperature. ·
These devices have been very useful in assisting people in providing safety while driving motorcycles and two wheelers. However, there is no system or method in the art which compels the driver to wear helmet before starting to drive the vehicle so that mishaps and injuries due to accidents can be minimized. There is hence, an unmet need of developing a system that is primarily designed to compel a driver to wear a helmet before he starts driving.
OBJECT OF INVENTION:
Therefore, one object of the present invention is to provide a ignition control system for checking presence of helmet on rider's head.
Another object of the present invention is to provid a ignition control system, which shall allow ignition of fuel on confirmation of presence of helmet on rider's head by sensor and electronic means.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a ignition control system, which shall allow ignition in engine on confirmation of presence of helmet on rider's head by sensor and electronic means periodically.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a system which can be fitted easily in the existing bikes and other vehicles and check the presence of helmet on the driver's head regularly.
It is a still further object of the present invention to provide a novel device which shall trigger alarm in case the rider removes the helmet after ignition is on and turn off the engine automatically.
It is still further object of the present invention to provide a novel device to prevent causalities due to accidents. In the present invention head sensor and alcohol sensor . is used. By using this system, alert system is applied on the person v ho is driving the vehicle in order to prevent him from the accidents
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
In recent year most of the person not wear the helmet , to overcome such limitation in the present invention designing something that do not allow one to drive bike without helmet. Whe a person will wear a helmet it will be confirmed by helmet wear sensor (photo diode). And alcohol sensor will confirm that the driver is not drunk. Then both photo diode and alcohol sensor will send their data about person to ADC. ADC will fed this data to controller by converting it into digital form. If person had been drunk then controller will not send any signal to receiver .But if person is not dunked then controller will send request for ignition to receiver through Bluetooth or RF transmitter or Wifi etc.
RF receiver OR Bluetooth receiver will receive request signal from transmitter and fed to controller. Whenever the person will not wear helmet or drink an alcohol then the IR sensors and alcohol sensors sense that information and sends it to transmitter. The Receiver, which is present in the vehicle, receives the information and automatically stops the vehicle. But if there is no signal from receiver then controller will not allow anf type of startup, neither cell start nor kick start Cell start will be blocked by relay and kick start will be blocked by motor.
When request is received by controller that will allow ignition for bike. If accident occurs, any one of the limit switches will be pressed which are placed at several points on bike. When switch is pressed controller will send acknowledgement message to respected numbers through GSM module. T e present invention is useful in protecting the person from an accident.

Before explaining the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its ap?pli cation to the details of the construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The invention is' capable of other embodiments, as depicted in different figures as described above and of being practiced or carried out in a variety of ways. It is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation By using the present invention system alert the person who is driving the vehicle in order to prevent him from the accidents. Whenever the person will not wear helmet or drink an alcohol then the head and alcohol sensors sense that information and sends it to transmitter. The Receiver, which is present :m the vehicle, receives the information and automatically stops ih.2 vehicle. The present invention is useful in protecting the persons from an accident. In order to protect the brain one must wear a helmet. A motorcycle helmet protects the skull and brain.

In the transmitter system consists with power supply, alcohol sensor, IR LED photodiode, ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) and Microcontroller, wherein POWER SUPPY:

ALCOHOL SENSOR: MQ- 6 ALCOHOL SENSOR. It detects alcohol from human mouth where human wear helmet . If alcohol is detected then it send request to microcontroller. And if the alcohol is not detected then also send request to microcontroller.
IR LED PHOTODIODE:
This diode will check the person have wear; elmet or not and then send request to microcontroller. This diode absorb the black surface. So use this diode because when the human will wear helmet then IR Led photodiode absorbs the black surface and send signal .If person does not wear helmet then it does not absorb black surface and send signal.
ADC:
ADC receive analog signal from alcohol sensor and IR Led photodiode. It converts analog signal into digital form and pass it to the microcontroller.
MlGROCNTROLLER.(AT8MEGA16):
Microcontroller transmitter side receive signal from alcohol sensor and IR led photodiode and send to Bluetooth Transmitter or wifi transmitter or through other embedded device single. Power supply 5V given to microcontroller from 7805IC. In Fig.2 the block diagram of the receiver is shown which is consists with power supply , microcontroller , motor driver, GSM module, limit switch , ALCOHOL SENSOR. POWER SUPPY:
Battery 12 v supply connected 7805 IC to -5V supply for various devices. The circuit provides 12V to the motor drivers.
MICROCNTROLLER.(AT8lVlEGA16):
Microcontroller receiver-side receives the signal from Bluetooth Rx/RF Rx or wifi or other embedded device single . If person doesn't wear helmet and is not drunk then bike will start through relay and clamp opens through motor. If person is drunk and is not wearing helmet, microcontroller block starter through relay and clamp block the kick through motor. If accident occurs the microcontroller receive signal from limit switch and microcor.troller send message to predefined number via serial port US ART thr ug GSM module.
MOTOR DRIVER (L293D):
They are used to drive the moto /vibrator as motor cannot be directly driven by connecting it to microcontroller. Motor driver IC connected to motor it control motor to block/open kick by mechanical clamp. GSM MODULE:
SIM 300 GSM is interfaced with PIC16F887 microcontroller to decode the received message and do the required action. The protocol used for the communication between the two is AT Command. If accident occurs then it receive data from
microcontroller and message will be send to predefined number.
LIMIT SWITCH:
Limit switch is placed at several points on the outer body of the bike or wherever required. If limit switch press then it sends signal to microcontroller. Its means accident have occurred.
ALCOHOL SENSOR (As shown in Fig.3):
Sensitive material of MQ-6 gas sensor is SnO.2 with lower conductivity in clean air. The sensor's conductivity is more higher along with the gas concentration rising. Simple electro circuit is used to Convert change of conductivity to correspond output signal of gas concentration. MQ-6 gas sensor has high sensitivity to Alcohol, and has good resistance to disturb of gasoline, smoke and vapor. The sensor could be used to detect alcohol with different concentration/it has low cost and suitable for different application.
GSM GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) is world's most famous Mobile platform. Mobile phones with SIM cards use GSM technology to help you communicate With your family, friends and business associates. GSM systems have following advantages over basic land line telephony systems:

3. High uptime In the Fig.4 the flow diagram of the present invented system is explained.
While, the invention has been described with respect to the given embodiment, it will be appreciated that many variations, modifications and other applications of the invention may be made. However, it is to be expressly understood that such modifications and adaptations are within the scope of the present invention, as set forth in the following claims.

I claimed
SAFETY HELMET DEVICE consists with transmitter circuit , receiver circuit
wherein the transmitter system consists with power supply, alcohol sensor, IR LED photodiode, ADC (analog to digital convertor) and microcontroller,
wherein the receiver system consists with power supply , microcontroller , motor driver, GSM module, limit switch , alcohol sensor.
SAFETY HELMET DEVICE as claimed in claim 1 wherein IR LED photodiode and alcohol sensor transmit their signal to the Microcontroller through the DC .
SAFETY HELMET DEVICE as claimed in -claim 1 wherein MQ- 6 ALCOHOL SENSOR detects alcohol from human mouth where human wear helmet then it send request to microcontroller.
SAFETY HELMET DEVICE as claimed in claim I wherein IR LED PHOTODIODE will check the person have wear helmet or not and then send request to microcontroller then this diode absorbs the black surface and send signal. SAFETY HELMET DEVICE as claimed in claim 1 wherein ADC receives analog signal from alcohol sensor and IR Led photodiode and converts analog signal into digital form and pass it to the microcontroller.
SAFETY HELMET DEVICE as claimed in claim 1 wherein microcontroller transmitter side receive signal from alcohol sensor and IR led photodiode and send to Bluetooth Transmitter or wifi transmitter or through other embedded device single.
SAFETY HELMET DEVICE as claimed in claim 1 wherein microcontroller receiver-side receives the signal from bluetooth Rx/RF or wifi or other embedded device if person doesn't wear helmet and is not drunk then bike will start through relay and clamp opens through motor and if person is drunk and is not wearing helmet, microcontroller block starter through relay and clamp block the kick through motor.

9. SAFETY HELMET DEVICE as claimed in claim 1 Motor driver IC connected to control motor to block/open kick by mechanical clamp.
10. SAFETY HELMET DEVICE as claimed in claim 1 wherein Limit switch is placed at several points on the outer body of the bike to sends signal to microcontroller in case of accident take placed.
