一种漆膜附着力测试装置,包括机座(1)、驱动盘(2)、悬臂(3)、托盘(4)、转动机构(5)、多个夹持件(6)和水平移动座(8),水平移动座(8)水平安装在机座(1)的上表面,悬臂(3)底部安装在机座(1)上;悬臂(3)的悬空端连接转动机构(5),在悬臂的侧壁上还安装驱动盘(2),驱动盘(2)与转动机构(5)连接,在悬臂(3)的顶部还安装砝码盘(9);托盘(4)安装在转动机构(5)的顶部;多个夹持件(6)均安装在水平移动座(8)上,均匀分布在水平移动座(8)的两边。该装置在划圆操作时不易发生滑动,能更好的画出重叠圆的纹路,更准确的判断附着力的级别,另外,还设置专门的放置砝码的砝码盘,方便取放砝码,操作更方便。

Description

漆膜附着力测试装置 技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及漆膜附着力测试装置。
背景技术
漆膜的附着力是指漆膜与被附着物体表面通过物理和化学力作用结合在一起的坚牢程度。漆膜的附着力是考核漆膜性能的重要指标之一,附着力的好坏关系到整个配套图层的质量。漆膜只有很好的附着在被涂物件上,才能发挥其应有的保护和装饰作用,否则即使涂层具有很好的保护性和装饰性,但由于附着力不好而造成大量脱落,也没有实际意义。现有的该装置中水平移动座上放置的待测试漆膜板,在对其进行划圆操作时容易发生移动,不能较好的划出重叠圆滚线的纹路,从纹路中观察漆膜破坏的位置,用以判断附着力的级别。而在这一过程中需要用到砝码并要进行加减砝码的操作,而在现有的装置上均没有设置专门的放置砝码的区域,给操作带来不便。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供漆膜附着力测试装置,在划圆操作时不易发生滑动,能更好的画出重叠圆的纹路,更准确的判断附着力的级别,另外,还设置专门的放置砝码的砝码盘,方便取放砝码,操作更方便。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:漆膜附着力测试装置,包括机座、驱动盘、悬臂、托盘、转动机构、多个夹持件和水平移动座,所述的水平移动座水平安装在机座的上表面,悬臂底部安装在基座上;所述的悬臂的悬空端连接转动机构,在悬臂的侧壁上还安装驱动盘,驱动盘与转动机构连接,在悬臂的顶部还安装砝码盘;所述的托盘安装在 转动机构的顶部;所述的多个夹持件均安装在水平移动座上,均匀分布在水平移动座的两边。把涂有漆膜的样板放置在水平移动座上,样板的两边分别卡接在对应的夹持件上,然后再移动水平移动座到转动机构的下方进行划圆操作,在划圆操作时不易发生滑动,能更好的画出重叠圆的纹路,方便从纹路中观察漆膜破坏的位置,更准确的判断附着力的级别,另外,还设置专门的放置砝码的砝码盘,方便取放砝码,操作更方便。
所述的砝码盘的侧面上还专门设置有区域用于放置夹持砝码的夹子。将砝码盘上设置放置夹子的区域,能更好的实现对其进行操作。
所述的转动机构底部还安装划刀。实现对样板的划圆操作。
安装在水平移动座两边的多个夹持件对称分布,且两边的多个夹持件卡口相对。便于更牢固的夹持样板。
所述的机座底部设置为粗糙的底面。增大底部的摩擦力,放置该装置滑动,更好的实现划圆操作。
所述的机座上表面上设置有与转动机构匹配的滑槽。便于水平移动座的移动。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.放置在水平移动座上的样板通过多个夹持件对其进行固定,在划圆操作时不易发生滑动,能更好的画出重叠圆的纹路,方便从纹路中观察漆膜破坏的位置,更准确的判断附着力的级别。
2.设置专门的放置砝码的砝码盘及夹子的区域,方便取放砝码,操作更方便。
3.基座的底部设置为粗糙的底面,增大底部的摩擦力,放置该装置滑动, 更好的实现划圆操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步阐述,本发明的实施例不限于此。
实施例1:
如1图所示,本发明包括机座1、驱动盘2、悬臂3、托盘4、转动机构5、多个夹持件6和水平移动座8,所述的水平移动座8水平安装在机座1的上表面,悬臂3底部安装在基座1上。悬臂3的悬空端连接转动机构5,在悬臂的侧壁上还安装驱动盘2,驱动盘2与转动机构5连接,在悬臂3的顶部还安装砝码盘9;所述的托盘4安装在转动机构5的顶部。多个夹持件6均安装在水平移动座8上,均匀分布在水平移动座8的两边。
把涂有漆膜的样板放置在水平移动座上,样板的两边分别卡接在对应的夹持件上,然后再移动水平移动座到转动机构的下方,通过转动驱动盘带动转动机构转动,在样板表面进行规则的划圆操作。在划圆操作时不易发生滑动,能更好的画出重叠圆的纹路,方便从纹路中观察漆膜破坏的位置,更准确的判断附着力的级别,另外,还设置专门的放置砝码的砝码盘,方便取放砝码,操作更方便。
实施例2:
本实施例在实施例1的基础上增加如下技术特征:砝码盘9的侧面上还 专门设置有区域用于放置夹持砝码的夹子。将砝码盘上设置放置夹子的区域,能更好的实现对其进行操作。
所述的转动机构5底部还安装划刀7。
安装在水平移动座8两边的多个夹持件6对称分布,且两边的多个夹持件6卡口相对。
实施例3:
本实施例在上述实施例的基础上优选具体结构如下:机座1底部设置为粗糙的底面。增大底部的摩擦力,放置该装置滑动,更好的实现划圆操作。
所述的机座1上表面上设置有与转动机构5匹配的滑槽。便于水平移动座的移动。
如上所述便可实现该发明。

  1. 漆膜附着力测试装置,其特征在于:包括机座(1)、驱动盘(2)、悬臂(3)、托盘(4)、转动机构(5)、多个夹持件(6)和水平移动座(8),所述的水平移动座(8)水平安装在机座(1)的上表面,悬臂(3)底部安装在基座(1)上;所述的悬臂(3)的悬空端连接转动机构(5),在悬臂的侧壁上还安装驱动盘(2),驱动盘(2)与转动机构(5)连接,在悬臂(3)的顶部还安装砝码盘(9);所述的托盘(4)安装在转动机构(5)的顶部;所述的多个夹持件(6)均安装在水平移动座(8)上,均匀分布在水平移动座(8)的两边。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的漆膜附着力测试装置,其特征在于:所述的砝码盘(9)的侧面上还专门设置有区域用于放置夹持砝码的夹子。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的漆膜附着力测试装置,其特征在于:所述的转动机构(5)底部还安装划刀(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的漆膜附着力测试装置,其特征在于:安装在水平移动座(8)两边的多个夹持件(6)对称分布,且两边的多个夹持件(6)卡口相对。
