随着便携式医疗设备的日渐普及, 已经出现了可随身佩戴并能 够对身体状况和健康指标进行实时统计和观测的便携式医疗设备。特 别是针对一些老年人群体,出门时通常会携带某种能监测身体某项指 标 (如血压、 脉搏、 心跳等) 的医疗设备, 以便于对身体状况进行随 时监测。
但不够理想的是, 这些可随身携带的医疗设备虽然有实时监测 身体健康状况的功能, 但通常都不具备通信功能。而老年人在外出活 动时通常不又愿意携带笨重的通信终端(如手机、呼机等)。一方面, 携带通信终端不方便做户外运动; 另一方面, 通信终端对于老年人来 说操作起来比较复杂, 如拨电话时不记得电话号码, 在通信终端上査 找电话号码又比较费劲等等。
正因如此, 如果老年人或一些特殊群体 (例如高血压群体) 在 户外活动时身体状况出现异常,会因为没有携带通信终端而无法及时 通知朋友或家人。或者假如出现身体状况严重不适甚至出现晕倒、 昏 迷的情况时,即使携带了通信终端也无法通知朋友或家人甚至医院救 护中心, 导致朋友、家人或医院救护中心无法对紧急情况进行及时应 对,这往往会错失最宝贵的黄金抢救时间,造成了对患者病情的延误, 甚至对患者造成无法弥补的身体伤害。 发明内容

本实施例中, 发射模块 14和接收模块 21 的传输方式或通信方 式相匹配。如发射模块 14和接收模块 21都采用无线电传输方式, 当 然也可以采用其他的无线传输方式。 本实施例中, 发射模块 14和接 收模块 21采用无线电传输方式, 且发射模块 14和接收模块 21还设 置有配对的识别代码。只有发射模块 14和接收模块 21的识别代码相 匹配时, 二者之间才能进行正常通信 (即进行预警信息的发送和接 收) 。 如此便于发射模块 14和接收模块 21的点对点配对使用。
当然, 发射模块 14和接收模块 21也可以采用相同的通信频率 (即发射模块 14发射某一频率的信号,接收模块 21接收同一频率的 信号) , 如此便无需再设置配对的识别代码。
本实施例中的预警装置还包括环状带 (图 1 中未示出) , 始端 单元 1设置在环状带上, 环状带能佩戴在生物体的手腕、脚腕或脖子 上。另一方面, 终端单元 2能携带于监护人员身上或者设置于固定位 置。 优选的, 终端单元 2也能设置在另一环状带上, 从而使终端单元 2能够携带于监护人员身上。 环状带大大方便了该预警装置的携带, 同时还大大方便预警信息的发送和接收。
另外, 当终端单元 2 设置于固定位置时, 其可以在接收到预警 信息时, 及时地将该预警信息传达给个体的监护人员。 如终端单元 2 为电脑或信息发射台, 电脑或信息发射台能够通过邮件、 微博、 短信 或广播的方式通知监护人员。 基于上述预警装置, 本实施例还提供一种预警方法, 如图 2 所 示, 包括: 步骤 101, 根据生物体的生理状态参数发送预警信息; 步 骤 102, 接收预警信息并将预警信息通知监护人员。
如图 3所示, 步骤 101, 根据生物体的生理状态参数发送预警信 息包括: 步骤 101 1, 采集生物体的生理状态参数; 步骤 1012, 对生 理状态参数进行信号转换处理; 步骤 1013, 判断经处理后的生理状 态参数是否超过了设定值; 如果步骤 1013中判断为 "是" , 则执行 步骤 1014, 发射预警信息; 如果步骤 1013中判断为 "否" , 则不发 射预警信息。
该预警方法能自动检测生物体是否出现异常并在出现异常时发 射预警信息, 从而能实现对异常个体及时施救。尤其是当生物体在出 现异常时有时还会同时失去意识,所以该预警方法非常有利于后续的 自动并及时地发射预警信息。
该预警方法中, 发射预警信息的同时还发射生物体所在的地理 位置信息, 从而使监护人员能够及时了解生物体所在的地理位置, 便 于及时施救。 生物体所在的地理位置可以通过 GPS定位模块定位。
如图 4所示, 步骤 102, 接收预警信息并将预警信息通知监护人 员包括: 步骤 1021, 接收预警信息; 步骤 1022, 对预警信息进行信 号转换处理; 步骤 1023, 将经处理后的预警信息通知监护人员。
另外, 如图 4所示, 在步骤 1021接收预警信息前还可以包括: 步骤 1020, 判断发送端的通信方式是否与接收端的通信方式匹配; 如果步骤 1020中判断为 "是" , 则执行步骤 1021, 接收预警信息; 如果步骤 1020中判断为 "否" , 则不接收预警信息。 实施例 2 :
本实施例提供一种预警装置, 与实施例 1不同的是, 如图 5所 示, 在实施例 1 的基础上, 预警装置的始端单元 1 还包括输入模块 16, 输入模块 16与第一控制模块 18连接, 用于人工输入控制指令从 而通过第一控制模块来手动控制采集模块 1 1 的开启与关闭, 以及手 动控制发射模块 14的开启与关闭, 由此实现了由人工控制对生物体 采集生理状态参数和向监护人员发出预警信息。
其中, 输入模块 16包括话筒、 敲击感应键、 触摸屏和 /或按键。 输入模块 16的设置能使生物体在感觉不舒服时主动向监护人员 发出预警信息, 从而使监护人员能够及早地采取应对措施, 不致对病 情造成延误。 从某种角度看来, 输入模块 16的设置是对判断模块 13 功能的一种弥补, 因为判断模块 13通常是在生物体的生理状态参数 超过设定值时, 才会促使发射模块 14发出预警信息, 而设定值通常 会比较靠近危险值, 或者就是危险值。 输入模块 16能在生物体刚感 觉到不舒服时就主动促使发射模块 14发出预警信息, 所以输入模块 16的设置能使预警更加超前, 从而不致延误病情。
本实施例中预警装置的其他结构与实施例 1 中相同, 此处不再 赘述。
下面具体举例说明采用输入模块 16进行预警的操作过程: 如果 生物体感觉不舒服, 即可通过触动输入模块 16上的敲击感应键或按 键命令第一控制模块 18开启采集模块 1 1, 以由采集模块 1 1执行采 集作业来采集生物体的生理状态参数, 并通过输入模块 16上的话筒 说话或发出其他声音, 以由输入模块 16采集生物体的语音信息; 说 话完毕后再次触动敲击感应键或按键, 命令第一控制模块 18将输入 模块 16采集到的语音信息以及采集模块 1 1采集到的生理状态参数存 入第一存储模块 17 ; 最后第一控制模块 18启动发射模块 14把第一 存储模块 17中的语音信息和生理状态参数连同发射模块 14的识别代 码一并发射出去。终端单元 2接收识别代码, 并判断该识别代码是否 与接收模块 21 的识别代码匹配; 如果匹配则接收语音信息和生理状 态参数, 并对该语音信息和生理状态参数进行信号转换处理; 最后通 过扬声器将处理后的语音信息播放出来, 以及 /或者通过显示器将生 理状态参数显示出来,从而携带终端单元 2的监护人员即可听到来自 生物体的语音预警, 以及 /或者可以观测到生物体此时的生理状态参 数。其中的敲击感应键或按键是否被触动可以通过指示灯的亮灭来指 示, 如指示灯亮, 表示敲击感应键或按键被触动, 指示灯不亮, 表示 敲击感应键或按键未被触动。 需要补充说明的是, 在始端单元 1 中对上述语音信息的处理包 括例如语音信息通过放大电路、预加重电路及带通滤波器进入压控振 荡器, 然后进入调制电路进行调制, 最后经过一系列射频处理后通过 天线发射出去。在终端单元 2中对接收到的语音信息的处理包括例如 语音信息经过音频信号处理电路,进入音量控制电路和功率放大电路 进行处理, 然后驱动扬声器, 对语音信息进行播放。 具体处理过程这 里不再详述。
基于本实施例所述的预警装置, 本实施例还提供一种预警方法, 在实施例 1中的预警方法的基础上,该预警方法中根据生物体的生理 状态参数发送预警信息还包括: 手动控制是否采集生理状态参数; 手 动控制是否发射预警信息。
本实施例中预警方法的其他步骤与实施例 1中相同, 不再赘述。 实施例 3 :
本实施例提供一种预警装置, 与实施例 1-2 不同的是, 本实施 例中的预警装置包括输入模块, 不包括判断模块。
本实施例中预警装置的其他结构与实施例 1-2 任意一个中的相 同, 此处不再赘述。 即本实施例所提供的预警装置只能通过手动控制 发射预警信息, 而无法自动发射预警信息。虽然缺少了自动预警的功 能, 但针对生物体能够主动向监护人员发出预警的情况, 仍然能够发 挥一定的预警功能。
实施例 1-3 的有益效果: 实施例 1-3 中所提供的预警装置, 通 过设置始端单元和终端单元,能使携带该始端单元的生物体在身体出 现异常状况 (如心脏病、 高血压、 突然摔倒失去知觉等) 时及时发送 预警信息给终端单元, 以便终端单元及时通知该生物体的监护人员, 对该生物体的身体异常状况进行及时应对处置, 从而不致延误病情。 可以理解的是, 以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而 采用的示例性实施方式, 然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的 普通技术人员而言, 在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下, 可以做 出各种变型和改进, 这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种预警装置, 其特征在于, 包括始端单元和终端单元, 所 述始端单元能携带于生物体上, 用于采集所述生物体的生理状态参 数, 并根据所述生理状态参数发送预警信息; 所述终端单元用于接收 所述预警信息, 并将所述预警信息通知监护人员。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的预警装置, 其特征在于, 所述始端单 元包括采集模块、 第一处理模块、 判断模块和发射模块, 所述采集模 块用于采集所述生物体的所述生理状态参数,并将所述生理状态参数 传送至所述第一处理模块;所述第一处理模块用于对所述生理状态参 数进行信号转换处理,并将处理后的生理状态参数传送至所述判断模 块;所述判断模块用于判断所述处理后的生理状态参数是否超过了设 定值, 并将判断结果传送至所述发射模块; 所述发射模块用于根据所 述判断结果发射所述预警信息给所述终端单元。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的预警装置, 其特征在于, 所述终端单 元包括接收模块、第二处理模块和通知模块, 所述接收模块用于接收 所述预警信息, 并将所述预警信息传送至所述第二处理模块; 所述第 二处理模块用于对所述预警信息进行信号转换处理,并将处理后的所 述预警信息传送至所述通知模块;所述通知模块用于将所述预警信息 通知所述监护人员。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的预警装置, 其特征在于, 所述始端单 元还包括相互连接的第一存储模块和第一控制模块,所述第一存储模 块还与所述采集模块和所述第一处理模块分别连接,用于在所述第一 控制模块的控制下存储所述采集模块采集的所述生理状态参数和所 述第一处理模块处理后的生理状态参数;
所述第一控制模块还与所述判断模块和所述发射模块分别连 接,用于根据所述判断模块的所述判断结果控制所述发射模块的开启 与关闭; 并且
所述第一控制模块还控制将存储在所述第一存储模块中的生理 状态参数读出到所述发射模块中,进而由发射模块向终端单元发射生 物体的生理状态参数。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的预警装置, 其特征在于, 所述终端单 元还包括相互连接的第二存储模块和第二控制模块,所述第二存储模 块还与所述接收模块和所述第二处理模块分别连接,用于在所述第二 控制模块的控制下存储所述接收模块接收到的所述预警信息和所述 第二处理模块处理后的所述预警信息;
所述终端单元的接收模块还用于从所述始端单元的发射模块接 收生物体的生理状态参数,并将所述生理状态参数传送至所述第二处 理模块,所述第二处理模块还用于对所述生理状态参数进行信号转换 处理, 并将处理后的生理状态参数传送至所述通知模块, 并且所述通 知模块还用于将该生理状态参数通知给所述监护人员。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的预警装置, 其特征在于, 所述始端单 元还包括 GPS定位模块,所述 GPS定位模块与所述发射模块和所述第 一控制模块连接,所述 GPS定位模块用于定位所述生物体所在的地理 位置;所述第一控制模块用于根据所述判断模块的所述判断结果控制 所述 GPS定位模块是否将所述地理位置传送至所述发射模块;所述发 射模块还用于将所述地理位置发射给所述终端单元。
7. 根据权利要求 4所述的预警装置, 其特征在于, 所述始端单 元还包括输入模块, 所述输入模块与所述第一控制模块连接, 用于接 收人工输入的控制信号来手动控制所述采集模块的开启与关闭以及 手动控制所述发射模块的开启与关闭。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的预警装置, 其特征在于, 所述输入模 块包括话筒、敲击感应键、触摸屏或按键;所述通知模块包括扬声器、 振动器和 /或显示器。
9. 根据权利要求 2所述的预警装置, 其特征在于, 所述采集模 块包括血压传感器、 脉搏传感器、 心率传感器、 加速度传感器和 /或 陀螺仪。
10. 根据权利要求 4所述的预警装置, 其特征在于, 所述发射 模块和所述接收模块的传输方式或通信方式彼此相匹配。
1 1. 根据权利要求 1- 10任意一项所述的预警装置,其特征在于, 还包括环状带, 所述始端单元设置在所述环状带上, 所述环状带能佩 戴在所述生物体的手腕、脚腕或脖子上; 所述终端单元能携带于所述 监护人员身上或者设置于固定位置。
12. 一种预警方法, 其特征在于, 包括步骤: 根据生物体的生 理状态参数发送预警信息;以及接收所述预警信息并将所述预警信息 通知监护人员。
13. 根据权利要求 12所述的预警方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据 生物体的生理状态参数发送预警信息的步骤包括:采集所述生物体的 所述生理状态参数; 对所述生理状态参数进行信号转换处理; 以及判 断经处理后的所述生理状态参数是否超过了设定值, 如果是, 则发射 所述预警信息, 如果否, 则不发射所述预警信息。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的预警方法, 其特征在于, 发射所述 预警信息的同时还发射所述生物体所在的地理位置。
15. 根据权利要求 14所述的预警方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据 生物体的生理状态参数发送预警信息的步骤还包括:手动控制是否采 集所述生理状态参数; 以及手动控制是否发射所述预警信息。
16. 根据权利要求 15所述的预警方法, 其特征在于, 发射所述 预警信息的同时还发射所述生物体的生理状态参数。
17. 根据权利要求 15所述的预警方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收 所述预警信息并将所述预警信息通知监护人员的步骤包括:接收所述 预警信息; 对所述预警信息进行信号转换处理; 以及将经处理后的所 述预警信息通知所述监护人员。
18. 根据权利要求 12-17 任意一项所述的预警方法, 其特征在 于, 在发送和接收所述预警信息的步骤前还包括: 判断所述发送端的 通信方式是否与所述接收端的通信方式匹配, 如果是, 则接收所述预 警信息; 如果否, 则不接收所述预警信息。
