所述开门感应装置包括连杆固定块、 第二连接轴、 关节连杆、 第一连接轴、 关节轴 承、 滑动轴、 滑动固定座、 直线轴承、 第二感应器及开门感应安装片, 所述连杆固定块 设于所述门板上, 所述关节连杆一端通过所述第二连接轴固定在所述连杆固定块上, 所 述关节轴承设于所述关节连杆的另一端, 所述滑动轴的一端经过所述第一连接轴固定在 所述关节轴承上, 所述滑动轴的另一端穿过所述直线轴承设于所述滑动固定座上, 所述 开门感应安装片一端设于所述滑动固定座上, 所述第二感应器设于所述开门感应安装片 另一端。
本装置通过感应器检测箱壳体上的门板的开门次数, 当次数达到一定的数值时进行 一次对内部空间的压缩, 压缩之后会将压缩装置自动收起, 经过压缩后的装置内的使用 空间被合理的扩大, 在感应器检测到压板的位置已经回到原来的位置, 停止收其压缩装 置。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种对内部空间承装物进行压缩的垃圾箱, 其特征在于: 该垃圾箱包括箱壳体, 所述箱壳体上端侧壁设有相互轴对称的开口, 所述开口内设有尺寸吻合的门板, 所述门 板上端与所述箱壳体铰链连接, 所述箱壳体内的顶面设有压缩装置, 所述压缩装置控制 端连接控制器的输出端, 所述控制器的输入端连接开门感应装置输出端, 所述开门感应 装置设于所述门板上, 其中所述控制器通过开门感应装置检测的开门次数对所述箱壳体 内的装载物进行压缩释放空间。
1、根据权利要求 1所述的垃圾箱,其特征在于:所述压缩装置包括压板、驱动装置、 两套伸缩支架若千固定轴, 所述压板相对两端通过所述固定轴分别连接两套所述伸缩支 架的一端, 两套所述伸缩支架的另一端分别连接驱动装置上。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的垃圾箱, 其特征在于: 该压缩装置还包括第一导向杆及第 二导向杆, 所述第一导向杆的一端与所述第二导向杆通过所述连杆轴连接, 所述第一导 向杆的另一端通过所述连杆轴连接在所述压板上, 所述第二导向杆的另一端通过所述连 杆轴固定在所述驱动装置上。
4、 根据权利要 3所述的垃圾箱, 其特征在于: 所述驱动装置包括第一固定座、 第二 固定座、 减速箱、 电机、 齿轮、 传动杆、 从动杆、 感应器安装片及第一感应器, 所述齿 轮包括第一齿轮、 第二齿轮、 第三齿轮及第四齿轮, 所述第一固定座与所述第二固定座 相对设于所述箱壳体内的顶板上, 所述第一固定座及第二固定座上分别设有两个相邻的 轴承, 所述传动杆两端分别穿过所述第一固定座与所述第二固定座上对称设置的一轴承, 所述传动杆两端分别设有所述第二齿轮和所述第三齿轮, 所述第二齿轮和所述第三齿轮 分别经齿轮键固定, 所述电机的电机轴经过减速箱穿过所述第一固定座上的另一轴承, 所述第一齿轮设于所述电机轴上经齿轮键固定, 所述第一齿轮与所述第二齿轮齿合连接, 所述从动杆一端设于所述第二固定座上的另一轴承上, 所述从动杆另一端设有第四齿轮, 所述第四齿轮经齿轮键固定, 所述第三齿轮与所述第四齿轮齿合连接, 所述感应器安装 片设于所述第一固定座的侧壁上, 所述感应器安装片上设有所述第一感应器。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的垃圾箱, 其特征在于: 所述伸缩支架包括第一固定杆、 第 二固定杆、 第一连杆、 第二连杆、 第三连杆、 第四连杆、 第一转动杆、 第二转动杆、 若 千轴承及若千连杆轴, 所述第一固定杆、 第二固定杆、 第一连杆、 第二连杆、 第三连杆、 第四连杆、 第一转动杆、 第二转动杆的两端均设有一所述轴承, 所述一连杆、 第二连杆、 第三连杆及第四连杆的中心点均设有一所述轴承, 所述第一连杆与所述第二连杆的中心 通过所述连杆轴连接, 所述第三连杆与所述第四连杆的中心通过所述连杆轴连接, 所述 第一固定杆及第二固定杆的一端分别通过所述连杆轴连接所述压板上, 所述第一固定杆 的另一端通过连杆轴与所述第一连杆的一端连接, 所述第一连杆的另一端通过所述连杆 轴与所述第四连杆的一端连接, 所述第四连杆的另一端通过所述连杆轴与所述第一转动 杆的一端连接, 所述第一转动杆的另一端连接所述传动杆; 所述第二固定杆的另一端通 过连杆轴与所述第二连杆的一端连接, 所述第二连杆的另一端通过所述连杆轴与所述第 三连杆的一端连接, 所述第三连杆的另一端通过所述连杆轴与所述第二转动杆的一端连 接, 所述第二转动杆的另一端连接所述电机轴或从动杆。
6、 根据权利要求 1-5任一项所述的垃圾箱, 其特征在于: 所述开门感应装置包括连 杆固定块、 第二连接轴、 关节连杆、 第一连接轴、 关节轴承、 滑动轴、 滑动固定座、 直 线轴承、 第二感应器及开门感应安装片, 所述连杆固定块设于所述门板上, 所述关节连 杆一端通过所述第二连接轴固定在所述连杆固定块上, 所述关节轴承设于所述关节连杆 的另一端, 所述滑动轴的一端经过所述第一连接轴固定在所述关节轴承上, 所述滑动轴 的另一端穿过所述直线轴承设于所述滑动固定座上, 所述开门感应安装片一端设于所述 滑动固定座上, 所述第二感应器设于所述开门感应安装片另一端。
