Description

滴管及具备该滴管的化妆品容器 技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品容器领域，尤其涉及滴管及具备该滴管的化妆 口口合 。 背景技术
当前， 眼线、 唇彩等已经成为女士们随身携带的常用化妆品， 但 是现有的用来装眼线、 唇彩， 粉底液， 护肤等）的容器却并不能满足 使用的（特殊）需要。 普通的容器都是一个瓶体配合一个蘸头， 化妆 品装盛在瓶体内，需要使用的时候，直接用蘸头从瓶体内不断的蘸取， 直到化妆完成为止。 但是， 这种容器使用起来非常的不方便， 需要不 断的蘸取。 而 JU艮多化妆品的化学活性都是艮强的， 不断的蘸取过程 中， 会不断的接触到空气， 化妆品会非常容易变质。 同时， 普通的化 妆品容器在蘸取化妆品的时候，根本无法准确的控制蘸取的量。如果 化妆品一下蘸取的量太多了， 就无法正常的化妆了。 发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种方便使用的化妆品容器。
根据本发明的目的， 本发明的一个方面， 提供一种滴管， 其包括 弹性帽、 管体和头部件， 弹性帽与所述管体的一端密封连接， 保证弹 性帽与管体之间不会漏气， 头部件与管体的另一端连接， 头部件与管 体之间尽量也是密封不漏气的连接， 管体为空心管体， 弹性帽能够发 生形变且内部为空心结构，管体的内部空心部分与所述弹性帽的内部 空心部分相通， 头部件上设有供流体状物质通过的联通结构， 流体状 物质能够通过联通结构进入到管体内或者从管体内流出。
其有益效果是， 本发明中的弹性帽可以釆用橡胶帽， 也可以是从 上往下按压的弹性帽， 弹性帽需要可以实现的功能是， 在对弹性帽进 行按、 压、 挤等操作时， 弹性帽可以发生形变， 并在产生形变时产生 一定的吸力。在使用的时候，使用者可以先用挤压弹性帽，然后松开， 将化妆品物质吸到管体内， 然后再慢慢的通过弹性帽的形变，慢慢控 制管体内的化妆品物质通过联通结构流出来， 同时， 可以在慢慢流出 的过程中进行使用。 使用这种滴管可以只需要进行一次提取即可以， 不需要进行多次蘸取， 可以保护化妆品不会变质。 同时， 使用者稍微 有意识的控制弹性帽的形变量，还可以有目的地控制提取的化妆品的 量， 提取的量多或者量少， 可以根据使用者的需要来决定。
在一些实施方式中， 头部件为棉头， 棉头包括一体成型的连接部 和接触部，接触部的外径大于所述连接部的外径， 连接部***所述管 体内，接触部上设有接触面，联通结构为设置在所述接触面上的通孔， 通孔与所述管体的内部空心部分相通。 其有益效果是，化妆品可以从 接触面的通孔处慢慢的流出，然后使用者可以通过接触部的接触面进 行涂抹或者擦拭等化妆操作。
在一些实施方式中， 头部件为毛刷， 毛刷包括刷柄和刷毛， 刷柄 的一端***到所述管体内，刷柄的另一端与刷毛连接，刷柄为空心结 构， 联通结构为刷毛之间的空隙， 流体状物质能够通过刷毛之间的空 隙和刷柄的空心结构进入到管体内或者从管体内流出。 其有益效果 是， 化妆品可以从刷毛之间的空隙处慢慢的流出， 然后使用者可以通 过刷毛进行涂抹或者擦拭等化妆操作。
在一些实施方式中， 弹性帽的外部套设有顶盖， 顶部内部设有容 置空间， 弹性帽设于所述顶盖内部， 顶盖的侧壁设有缺口， 弹性帽与 缺口相对应。 其有益效果是， 设置顶盖可以防止弹性帽受到破坏， 同 时设置缺口又不会妨碍使用者正常的挤压弹性帽。
在一些实施方式中，缺口设有两个， 两个缺口对称设置于顶盖的 侧壁上， 缺口的剖面视图呈弧形。 其有益效果是， 设置两个缺口， 方 便使用者同时釆用食指和拇指两个手指来进行挤压操作。
在一些实施方式中， 弹性帽为按压式弹性帽，按压式弹性帽的上 方设有按压盖， 按压盖与所述顶盖相配合。 其有益效果是， 本发明的 弹性帽也可以釆用按压式的弹性帽， 通过控制按压式弹性帽的形变 量， 从而准确定量的提取化妆品。
根据本发明的另一个方面，提供了一种化妆品容器， 其包括容器 体和和滴管， 容器体具有容纳流体性物质的功能， 滴管伸入到所述容 器体内。 其有益效果是， 通过在化妆品容器当中搭配一个本发明提供 的滴管， 就可以先将化妆品物质吸到管体内， 然后再慢慢控制管体内 的化妆品物质通过联通结构流出来， 同时， 可以在慢慢流出的过程中 进行使用。 这种化妆品容器可以极大的方便使用者， 尤其适用于便携 式的化妆品。
在一些实施方式中，化妆品容器还包括内盖， 容器体的顶部设有 结合部，内盖通过结合部与所述容器体配合，内盖的顶部为空心设计， 所述内盖顶部的空心处设有向内的凸沿，所述弹性帽顶部外侧设有与 凸沿相配合的凹槽。 其有益效果是， 结合部可以是螺纹或者插槽， 在 内盖的内侧壁上设有与结合部相配合的螺纹或者插条。 同时， 通过凸 沿和凹槽的配合， 可以实现内盖与弹性帽的良好连接。
在一些实施方式中， 弹性帽的外部套设有顶盖， 顶部内部设有容 置空间， 弹性帽设于所述顶盖内部， 顶盖的侧壁设有缺口， 弹性帽与 所述缺口相对应，缺口设有两个，两个缺口对称设置于顶盖的侧壁上， 缺口的剖面视图呈弧形， 内盖的外侧壁上设有凸棱， 顶盖上设有与所 述凸棱相配合的凹槽。 其有益效果是，设置顶盖可以防止弹性帽受到 破坏， 同时设置缺口又不会妨碍使用者正常的挤压弹性帽， 设置两个 缺口， 方便使用者同时釆用食指和拇指两个手指来进行挤压操作。
在一些实施方式中， 化妆品容器还包括空心结构的塞头， 所述塞 头位于所述容器体的顶部， 所述塞头***并固设于容器体的开口处， 所述管体穿过所述塞头并***到容器体内部，所述塞头的内径与所述 管体的外径相匹配。 其有益效果是， 一方面， 塞头与管体一起配合， 实现较好的密封效果， 防止容器体内的化妆品流出来； 另一方面， 当 滴管***的时候， 头部件会从塞头的空心结构中通过， 由于塞头的 内径与所述管体的外径相匹配，所以塞头的内侧壁就可以将头部件上 面沾到的多余的化妆品刮去，防止头部件上沾到过多的化妆品而影响 使用。 附图说明

下面结合附图 1至附图 8对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
首先， 对本发明提供的滴管进行详细说明， 如图 1所示， 本发明 一实施方式的滴管， 其包括弹性帽 101、 管体 102和头部件， 其中， 弹性帽 101与管体 102的一端密封连接， 保证弹性帽 101与管体 102 之间不会漏气， 在弹性帽 101发生形变的时候， 管体 102内的气压就 会发生变化， 产生负压， 从而产生吸力。 头部件与管体 102的另一端 连接， 管体 102为空心管体 102, 弹性帽 101能够发生形变且内部为 空心结构，管体 102的内部空心部分与弹性帽 101的内部空心部分相 通， 头部件上设有供流体状物质通过的联通结构， 流体状物质能够通 过联通结构进入到管体 102内或者从管体 102内流出。
本发明中的弹性帽 101可以釆用橡胶帽，也可以是从上往下按压 的弹性帽， 弹性帽 101需要可以实现的功能是， 在对弹性帽 101进行 按、 压、 挤等操作时， 弹性帽 101可以发生形变， 并在产生形变时产 生一定的吸力， 在使用的时候， 使用者可以先用挤压弹性帽 101 , 然 后松开， 将化妆品物质吸到管体 102 内， 然后再慢慢的通过弹性帽 101的形变，慢慢控制管体 102内的化妆品物质通过联通结构流出来， 同时， 可以在慢慢流出的过程中进行使用。使用这种滴管可以只需要 进行一次提取即可以， 不需要进行多次蘸取， 可以保护化妆品不会变 质。 同时， 使用者稍微有意识的控制弹性帽 101的形变量， 还可以有 目的地控制提取的化妆品的量， 提取的量多或者量少， 可以根据使用 者的需要来决定。
其中， 本发明当中的头部件可以有多种形式。如图 1所示的实施 例一，该实施例中的头部件为棉头，棉头包括一体成型的连接部 1031 和接触部 1032, 接触部 1032的外径大于连接部 1031的外径， 连接 部 1031***管体 102内，连接部 1031与管体 102之间的连接不是密 封的。 在使用的时候， 需要将整个棉头以及管体 102的一部分***到 化妆品内， 从而产生一个液封， 防止漏气。 从而将化妆品顺利的吸入 到管体 102内。 接触部 1032上设有接触面 1033 , 联通结构为设置在 接触面 1033上的通孔 1034, 通孔 1034与管体 102的内部空心部分 相通。 其有益效果是，化妆品可以从接触面 1033的通孔 1034处慢慢 的流出，然后使用者可以通过接触部 1032的接触面 1033进行涂抹或 者擦拭等化妆操作。
实施例二提供了一种更优的方案， 与实施例一的区别是： 连接部 1031 与管体 102是密封不漏气的连接， 那样的话使用者就可以仅将 棉头的接触部***待吸的化妆品中，不需要将整个棉头都***到化妆 品内， 管体 102的侧壁上面不会沾上化妆品， 方便使用者使用。
如图 2所示的实施例三， 该实施例中的头部件为毛刷， 毛刷包括 刷柄 1035和刷毛 1036, 刷柄 1035与管体 102之间的连接不是密封 的。 在使用的时候， 需要将整个毛刷以及管体 102的一部分***到化 妆品内， 从而产生一个液封， 防止漏气。 从而将化妆品顺利的吸入到 管体 102内。刷柄 1035的一端***到管体 102内， 刷柄 1035的另一 端与刷毛 1036连接， 刷柄 1035为空心结构， 联通结构为刷毛 1036 之间的空隙， 流体状物质能够通过刷毛 1036之间的空隙和刷柄 1035 的空心结构进入到管体 102内或者从管体 102内流出。其有益效果是， 化妆品可以从刷毛 1036之间的空隙处慢慢的流出， 然后使用者可以 通过刷毛 1036进行涂抹或者擦拭等化妆操作。
实施例四提供了一种更优的方案， 与实施例三的区别是： 刷柄 1035与管体 102是密封不漏气的连接， 那样， 使用者就可以仅将毛 刷的刷柄 1035***待吸的化妆品中， 不需要将整个毛刷都***到化 妆品内， 管体 102的侧壁上面不会沾上化妆品， 方便使用者使用。
为了尽量的保护弹性帽 101 , 在弹性帽 101的外部可以套设有顶 盖 104, 顶部内部设有容置空间， 弹性帽 101设于顶盖 104内部， 顶 盖 104的侧壁设有缺口 1041 , 弹性帽 101与缺口 1041相对应。 其有 益效果是，设置顶盖 104可以防止弹性帽 101受到破坏， 同时设置缺 口 1041又不会妨碍使用者正常的挤压弹性帽 101。
顶盖 104上的缺口 1041可以设置两个，两个缺口 1041对称设置 于顶盖 104的侧壁上，缺口 1041的剖面视图呈弧形。 其有益效果是， 设置两个缺口 1041 , 方便使用者同时釆用食指和拇指两个手指来进 行挤压操作。
除了上述实施方式， 本发明的弹性帽 101 也可以有多种实施方 式，如图 9、图 10所示，本发明的弹性帽还可以是按压式弹性帽 101 , 按压式弹性帽 101上方设有按压盖 1042, 按压盖 1042与顶盖 104相 配合， 通常可以在顶盖 104的顶部设置一个圓孔， 然后按压盖设置于 圓孔内。通过准确的控制按压式弹性帽 101的形变量，从而准确定量 的提取化妆品。
然后， 对本发明提供的具有上述滴管的化妆品容器进行说明， 如 图所示， 如图 3-5所示， 根据本发明的另一个方面提供的一种化妆品 容器， 其包括容器体 201和和滴管， 容器体 201具有容纳流体性物质 的功能， 滴管包括弹性帽 101、 管体 102和头部件， 弹性帽 101与管 体 102的一端密闭连接， 头部件与管体 102的另一端紧密连接。 滴管 伸入到容器体 201内。 其中， 头部件为棉头， 棉头包括一体成型的连 接部 1031和接触部 1032, 接触部 1032的外径大于连接部 1031的外 径， 连接部 1031***管体 102内， 接触部 1032上设有接触面 1033 , 联通结构为设置在接触面 1033上的通孔 1034,通孔 1034与管体 102 的内部空心部分相通。化妆品可以从接触面 1033的通孔 1034处慢慢 的流出，然后使用者可以通过接触部 1032的接触面 1033进行涂抹或 者擦拭等化妆操作。通过在化妆品容器当中搭配一个本发明提供的滴 管， 就可以先将化妆品物质吸到管体 102 内， 然后再慢慢控制管体 102内的化妆品物质通过联通结构流出来， 同时， 可以在慢慢流出的 过程中进行使用。 这种化妆品容器可以极大的方便使用者， 尤其适用 于便携式的化妆品。
同时， 本发明的化妆品容器还包括内盖 202, 容器体 201的顶部 设有结合部 203 , 内盖 202通过结合部 203与容器体 201配合， 内盖 202的顶部为空心设计，内盖 202顶部的空心处设有向内的凸沿 204, 弹性帽 101顶部外侧设有与凸沿 204相配合的凹槽 1011。 其中， 结 合部 203可以是螺纹或者插槽，在内盖 202的内侧壁上设有与结合部 203相配合的螺纹或者插条。 同时， 通过凸沿 204和凹槽 1011的配 合， 可以实现内盖 202与弹性帽 101的良好连接。
为了保护弹性帽 101 , 同时可以在弹性帽 101的外部套设有顶盖 104, 顶部内部设有容置空间， 弹性帽 101设于顶盖 104内部， 顶盖 104的侧壁设有缺口 1041 ,弹性帽 101与缺口 1041相对应，缺口 1041 设有两个， 两个缺口 1041对称设置于顶盖 104的侧壁上， 缺口 1041 的剖面视图呈弧形， 内盖 202的外侧壁上设有凸棱 205 , 顶盖 104上 设有与凸棱 205相配合的凹槽。 其有益效果是，设置顶盖 104可以防 止弹性帽 101受到破坏， 同时设置缺口 1041又不会妨碍使用者正常 的挤压弹性帽 101 ,设置两个缺口 1041 , 方便使用者同时釆用食指和 拇指两个手指来进行挤压操作。
同时， 化妆品容器还包括空心结构的塞头 206, 塞头 206位于容 器体 201的顶部， 塞头 206***并固设于容器体 201的开口处， 管体 102穿过塞头 206并***到容器体 201内部， 塞头 206的内径与管体 102的外径相匹配。 其有益效果是， 一方面， 塞头 206与管体 102— 起配合， 实现较好的密封效果， 防止容器体 201内的化妆品流出来； 另一方面， 当滴管***的时候， 头部件会从塞头 206的空心结构中 通过， 由于塞头 206的内径与管体 102的外径相匹配， 所以塞头 206 的内侧壁就可以将头部件上面沾到的多余的化妆品刮去，防止头部件 上沾到过多的化妆品而影响使用。
如图 6-8所示， 为本发明又一实施方式的化妆品容器， 与图 3-5 所示化妆品容器的区别在于， 本实施例的化妆品容器搭配的滴管不 同， 本实施例所搭配的滴管的头部件为毛刷， 毛刷包括刷柄 1035和 刷毛 1036, 刷柄 1035的一端***到管体 102内， 刷柄 1035的另一 端与刷毛 1036连接， 刷柄 1035为空心结构， 联通结构为刷毛 1036 之间的空隙， 流体状物质能够通过刷毛 1036之间的空隙和刷柄 1035 的空心结构进入到管体 102内或者从管体 102内流出。化妆品可以从 刷毛 1036之间的空隙处慢慢的流出， 然后使用者可以通过刷毛 1036 进行涂抹或者擦拭等化妆操作。 以上的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员 来说， 在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下， 还可以做出若干变形和改 进， 这些都属于本发明的保护范围， 本发明的实施例仅以唇彩与眼线 的化妆品容器为例进行了说明， 同时本发明还可以适用于粉底液， 护 肤等化妆品的容器， 这都属于本发明的保护范围， 同时本发明包括不 同按压类型的化妆品滴管。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 滴管， 其特征在于， 包括弹性帽（101)、 管体 (102)和头部件， 所述弹性帽（101)与所述管体 (102)的一端密封连接， 所述头部件与所 述管体 (102)的另一端连接， 所述管体 (102)为空心管体 (102), 所述弹 性帽（101)能够发生形变且内部为空心结构， 所述管体 (102)的内部空 心部分与所述弹性帽（101)的内部空心部分相通， 所述头部件上设有 供流体状物质通过的联通结构，流体状物质能够通过联通结构进入到 管体 (102)内或者从管体 (102)内流出。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的滴管， 其特征在于， 所述头部件为棉 头， 所述棉头包括一体成型的连接部（1031)和接触部（1032), 所述连 接部（1031)***所述管体（102)内， 所述接触部（1032)上设有接触面 (1033), 所述联通结构为设置在所述接触面（1033)上的通孔 (1034), 所 述通孔 (1034)与所述管体 (102)的内部空心部分相通。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的滴管， 其特征在于， 所述头部件为毛 刷， 所述毛刷包括刷柄 （ 1035 )和刷毛（ 1036 ), 所述刷柄 （ 1035 ) 的一端***到所述管体 (102)内， 所述刷柄 （ 1035 ) 的另一端与刷毛
( 1036 )连接， 所述刷柄（ 1035 )为空心结构， 所述联通结构为刷毛 ( 1036 )之间的空隙， 流体状物质能够通过刷毛 ( 1036 )之间的空隙 和刷柄 （ 1035 ) 的空心结构进入到管体（ 102)内或者从管体（ 102)内流 出。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的滴管， 其特征在于， 所述弹 性帽（101)的外部套设有顶盖 （104 ), 所述顶部内部设有容置空间， 所述弹性帽（101)设于所述顶盖 （104 ) 内部， 所述顶盖 （104 ) 的侧 壁设有缺口 （1041 ), 所述弹性帽（101)与所述缺口 （1041 )相对应。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的滴管， 其特征在于， 所述缺口 （1041 ) 设有两个， 两个缺口 （1041 )对称设置于顶盖 （104 ) 的侧壁上， 所 述缺口 （1041 ) 的剖面视图呈弧形。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的滴管， 其特征在于， 所述弹 性帽 (101)为按压式弹性帽（101), 所述按压式弹性帽（101)的上方设有 按压盖 （ 1042 ), 所述按压盖（ 1042 )与所述顶盖（104 )相配合。 7、 化妆品容器， 其特征在于， 包括容器体 (201)和如权利要求 1 至 3 中任一项所述的滴管， 所述容器体 (201)具有容纳流体性物质的 功能， 所述滴管伸入到所述容器体 (201)内。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的化妆品容器， 其特征在于， 还包括内 盖（202 ),所述容器体 (201)的顶部设有结合部（203 ),所述内盖（202 ) 通过结合部 （203 ) 与所述容器体 (201)配合， 所述内盖 （202 ) 的顶 部为空心设计，所述内盖（ 202 )顶部的空心处设有向内的凸沿（ 204 ) , 所述弹性帽（101)顶部外侧设有与所述凸沿 （ 204 ) 相配合的凹槽
( 1011 )。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的化妆品容器， 其特征在于， 所述弹性 帽（101)的外部套设有顶盖 （ 104 ), 所述顶部内部设有容置空间， 所 述弹性帽（101)设于所述顶盖 （104 ) 内部， 所述顶盖 （104 ) 的侧壁 设有缺口 （1041 ), 所述弹性帽（101)与所述缺口 （1041 )相对应， 所 述缺口 （ 1041 )设有两个， 两个缺口 （ 1041 )对称设置于顶盖（ 104 ) 的侧壁上， 所述缺口 （1041 ) 的剖面视图呈弧形， 所述内盖 （202 ) 的外侧壁上设有凸棱（ 205 ),所述顶盖（ 104 )上设有与所述凸棱（ 205 ) 相配合的凹槽 ( 1011 )。
10、 根据权利要求 7或 8或 9所述的化妆品容器， 其特征在于， 还包括空心结构的塞头（ 206 ),所述塞头（ 206 )位于所述容器体 (201) 的顶部， 所述塞头 （206 )***并固设于容器体 (201)的开口处， 所述 管体 (102)穿过所述塞头（206 )并***到容器体 (201)内部， 所述塞头
( 206 ) 的内径与所述管体 (102)的外径相匹配。
