Description

The present invention relates to a package.
As a package for accommodating an object such as a cigarette, a package that can accommodate two or more kinds of objects to be separated is proposed. For example, a plurality of packs or cup-shaped containers connected by hinges or the like and integrally formed has been proposed (for example, Patent Documents 1-5). Moreover, what has provided the dividing line in the outer box of the package and made individual packaging bag accommodated in the outer box possible is proposed (for example, Patent Document 6). In addition, a configuration in which the outer first container accommodates two to four inner second containers has also been proposed (for example, Patent Document 7).

When accommodating different types of cigarettes, there is a problem that the scent moves between different types of cigarettes simply by partitioning the inside of the package. In addition, when a package in which each type of cigarette is individually packaged is used as a package body, a combination of cigarettes to be accommodated is determined in advance, so the user can freely combine packages that accommodate any type of cigarette. I can't.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object thereof is to provide a package that can be combined and separated.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the package according to the present invention has a connection part that accommodates a cigarette and is detachably provided with a connection part of another package.
In this way, a package that can be combined and separated can be provided. Therefore, the user can freely change the combination of packages.
Moreover, you may make it further have the to-be-connected part provided so that the connection part of the other package could be attached or detached. By providing the connection portion and the connection target portion of the package, the strength of connection can be improved, and three or more packages can be connected.
Further, the connecting portion may include a convex three-dimensional shape or tongue piece inserted into the connected portion, and the connected portion may include a concave three-dimensional shape or slit into which the connecting portion is inserted. For example, a connection part and a to-be-connected part can be formed by such an aspect.
Furthermore, the connecting portion may be a tongue piece, and may further have a slit into which the tongue piece is inserted in a state where the connecting portion is folded along the outer shape of the package. In this way, the connection portion can be accommodated in a compact manner when the user possesses the package alone.
Further, the lid further includes a lid that is pivotally connected via a hinge and covers an opening for taking out the cigarette, and the lid can be opened and closed even when the package and another package are coupled. You may make it connect. In this way, it is not necessary to separate the package every time it is opened and closed, which makes it easy for the user to use.
Further, the package may be formed of a paper material or a resin material. In this way, a special material is not required for attachment / detachment, and the package can be formed by changing the shape of the blank and the folding procedure of the package.
Also, the outer shape of the package has irregularities, and it may be formed into a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape by combining the packages. In this way, the strength of the package assembly is improved, and the user is not bulky when carrying the package in combination.
The package assembly according to another aspect of the present invention includes a first package and a second package. The first package accommodates the cigarette and has a connection portion detachably provided to the connected portion of the second package. The second package accommodates the cigarette and connects the first package. And a connected portion that is detachably provided. In this way, packages that can be combined and separated can be provided as an aggregate.
In addition, the means for solving the problems in the present invention can be employed in combination as much as possible.
According to the present invention, a package that can be combined and separated can be provided.

Next, an embodiment of a package according to the present invention will be described based on the drawings. Although the to-be-contained object accommodated in the package which concerns on this invention is not specifically limited, For example, a tobacco product can be illustrated suitably as an to-be-contained object. Cigarette products include, for example, cigarettes (filter cigarettes, double-cut cigarettes (no filter)), cigars (cigars), cigarillos, snus, snuff, chewing tobacco, and electronic tobacco. Further, paper materials such as card paper, Manila cardboard, and coated paper are preferably used as the material of the package, but are not limited thereto. For example, a resin material such as plastic or other materials may be used as the package material.
<Embodiment 1>
The configuration of the package will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing an assembly (also referred to as “aggregate”) of packages obtained by combining two packages according to the embodiment.
The package 1 is a container having a space for accommodating an object to be contained therein. In the present embodiment, there is a step having a depth of two steps in the internal space, and the package 1 has a shallow portion 2 and a deep portion 3. In this embodiment, for the sake of convenience, as shown in FIG. 1, the direction of the stepped surface is the rear and the opposite is the front. Of the shallow part 2 and the deep part 3, the direction in which the deep part 3 is present is defined as the upper side, and the direction in which the shallow part 2 is present is defined as the downward direction. The left and right directions when the package 1 is viewed from the front (front) are left and right, respectively. FIG. 1 shows a state in which two packages 1 are stacked with their front and back directions reversed. For convenience, of the two packages 1, the one in which the top and bottom and front and rear directions are reversed is also referred to as a package 1 ′.
The back surface of the shallow portion 2 and the back surface of the deep portion 3 are rectangles having substantially the same area. A surface that connects the back surface of the shallow portion 2 and the back surface of the deep portion 3 and is substantially orthogonal to each back surface is referred to as a stepped wall 4. The two packages 1 and 1 ′ shown in FIG. 1 overlap each stepped wall 4, and the back surface of one shallow portion 2 and the back surface of the deep portion 3, and the back surface of the other deep portion 3 and the back surface of the shallow portion 2. By overlapping each other, an assembly 100 of substantially rectangular parallelepiped packages is formed.
Further, the package 1 has a lid portion 5 that covers an opening for taking out an object to be contained. The lid portion 5 is connected so as to be rotatable about the upper end of the back surface of the deep portion 3 and covers the upper surface and the front surface of the package 1. In addition, the axis | shaft used as the center of rotation shall be called the cover part hinge 6. FIG. The lid 5 is a substantially rectangular plate-like portion having a crease at the boundary between the upper surface and the front surface. The lid 5 is a lid for fixing the lid 5 so that the lid 5 does not open in a state where the lid 5 is closed (also referred to as “closed state”) at a part of the side facing the lid hinge 6. It has a part fixing claw 7. The lid fixing claw 7 is a tongue-like convex portion formed by punching a paper material. The package 1 also has a slit-like insertion port 8 (also referred to as a “first insertion port”) through which the lid fixing claw 7 can be inserted at a position overlapping the lid fixing claw 7 in the closed state. . The package 1 can regulate the opening of the lid 5 by inserting the lid fixing claw 7 of the lid 5 into the insertion port 8. A portion of the package 1 other than the lid 5 (including the lid fixing claw 7) (that is, a portion connected to the lid 5 via the lid hinge 6) is also referred to as a “main body” of the package 1. Shall.
The package 1 is connected at one end of the bottom surface (lower surface) and has a connection portion 9 for connecting to another package 1. The connection part 9 is substantially rectangular, and is connected so as to be rotatable about one end of the bottom surface described above. In addition, the axis | shaft used as the center of rotation shall also be called the connection part hinge 10. FIG. The connecting portion 9 is substantially rectangular, and has a connecting portion fixing claw 12 which is a tongue-like convex portion formed by punching a paper material at a part of the side facing the connecting portion hinge 10. The connecting portion fixing claw 12 can be inserted into the slit-like insertion port 11 (also referred to as “second insertion port”) of the other package 1 in a state in which the two packages 1 are coupled to maintain the coupled state. it can.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an example of an assembly 100 in which two packages 1 are combined. By inserting the connection portion fixing claw 12 of one package 1 into the insertion port 11 of the other package 1 and inserting the connection portion fixing claw 12 of the other package 1 into the insertion port 11 of one package 1, Package 1 can be joined. The connecting portion 9 covers the bottom surface of one package 1 and the top surface of the other package 1 in a state where the two packages 1 are coupled. If it is the package 1 mentioned above, coupling | bonding and isolation | separation are possible, for example, a user can carry it combining arbitrary packages.
FIG. 3 is a right side view showing an example of the assembly 100. Since the assembly 100 has the two packages 1 stacked on the front and rear, the two packages 1 are difficult to separate even when pressed from the front and back. Further, the end surface of the assembly 100 in the vertical direction is composed of the bottom surface of one package 1 and the top surface of the other package 1. Here, when the aggregate 100 is pressed from above and below, the bottom surface having a large area is likely to receive a force. At this time, even if the assembly 100 is pressed from above and below, the stepped walls 4 of the two packages 1 come into contact with each other and restrict the relative sliding movement of the packages 1 in the vertical direction, so that the two packages 1 are separated. hard. As described above, the back surface of the shallow portion 2 and the deep portion 3 forming the step of the package 1 and the step wall 4 function as a slide restricting portion, and the assembly 100 is difficult to separate even if it receives a force from the outside. .
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the package 1 in a state in which the lid portion 5 is closed and the connection portion 9 is accommodated as viewed obliquely from the front. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the package 1 in a state in which the lid portion 5 is closed and the connection portion 9 is accommodated as viewed obliquely from the rear. The package 1 has a slit-like insertion port 13 (also referred to as a “third insertion port”) for holding the connection unit fixing claws 12 in a state where the connection unit 9 is folded along the main body of the package 1. When the user holds the package 1 alone, the user can fold the connection portion 9 and insert and fix the connection portion fixing claw 12 into the insertion port 13. Thus, the package 1 can be stored compactly so that the connecting portion 9 does not get in the way.
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a process of opening and closing the lid portion 5 of the package 1. The upper part (a) of FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the package 1 in an open state. 6 is a perspective view of the package 1 in a state where the lid 5 is being opened and closed. 6 is a perspective view showing the package 1 in a closed state. As shown in FIG. 6, the lid 5 can rotate about the lid hinge 6 to cover or open an opening provided from the upper surface of the package 1 to the front surface.
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which the object 14 is put in and out of the package 1. In the example of FIG. 7, ten cigarettes can be held in the package 1. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a panel 15 is provided on the front side of the package 1 covered with the lid 5 along the left and right and lower edges. The panel 15 is provided in a portion on the bottom surface side and a portion extending from the bottom surface side to the upper surface side along the left and right edges of the front surface of the package 1. The panel 15 functions as a presser for the object 14 and suppresses the object 14 from spilling down. Further, a part of the panel 15 in the left-right direction is deeply cut toward the bottom surface side. Moreover, the panel 15 makes it easy to take out the cigarette at the corner by having a deep cut toward the bottom surface side at a predetermined location. Further, on the upper surface side of the opening edge, there are provided flaps 16 connected to the left and right side surfaces, respectively. The flap 16 can improve the strength of the package 1 and suppress the spillage of the object 14.
FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a state in which the lid 5 is opened while the two packages 1 are joined. The lid 5 can be opened to the extent that the object 14 can be taken out even when the package is coupled. That is, the region through which the lid 5 passes when one of the packages 1 is opened and closed is positioned so as not to interfere with the other package 1 combined. The user can take out the object to be stored from either package while the two packages are joined.
<Manufacturing method>
FIG. 9 is an example of a blank B1 for forming the package 1. The blank is obtained by punching a paper material, a resin material, or the like into a shape as indicated by a solid line in FIG. For example, the package 1 is formed by folding in a mountain fold along a fold line indicated by a broken line and folding in a valley fold along a fold line indicated by a one-dot chain line. In addition, as shown in FIG. 9, for convenience, the connection relationship of the regions included in the blank will be described based on the top, bottom, left, and right of the drawing.

The side regions B107 and B108 have a shape excluding a rectangle having a size of about a quarter from the end of the rectangle. The removed portion is defined as margin areas B109 and B110 to be glued to the back surface of the shallow portion 2 in the package 1. On the blank, there are portions of the periphery of the side surface regions B107 and B108 that are in contact with the step region B104 and the back surface region B105, respectively, and an extension line of the boundary between the back surface region B103 and the step region B104. There is a cut in the center. Then, the side regions B107 and B108 are folded along a valley fold line extending substantially from the center to the lower side to form paste margin regions B109 and B110. Further, under the side regions B107 and B108, there are paste margin regions B111 and B112 which are folded and glued to the bottom surface of the package 1. Further, flap regions B113 and B114, which are the flaps 16 provided on the upper surface side of the package 1, are connected to the upper side of the side regions B107 and B108, respectively.
Further, a panel region B115, which becomes the panel 15 of the package 1, is connected to the right side of the side region B108. A slit for inserting the lid fixing claw 7 of the lid 5 is provided near the lower center of the panel region B115. In addition, connection area B116 and B117, which are the connection area 9 of the package 1, are successively provided below the panel area B115. The blank B2 has, in addition to the blank A1 shown in FIG. 9, a region for forming the lid bottom wall 17 and the lid side wall 18, a region overlapped with the lid 5A, and the like. In other words, the bottom surface regions B201 and B202 serving as the lid bottom wall 17 are continuously provided on the lid region B101. The bottom surface areas B201 and B202 are superposed and pasted, for example. Further, the vicinity of the center of the bottom surface regions B201 and B202 is cut out in an elliptical shape, and a semicircular handle is formed by overlapping the bottom surface regions B201 and B202. The user puts his / her finger on the handle and opens / closes the lid 5A. On the bottom area B202, a lid area B203 that is overlapped with the lid 5A is connected. The lid region B203 has substantially the same shape as the lid region B101. Further, side regions B204 and B205 serving as the lid side wall 18 are connected to the left and right sides of the lid region B203, respectively. On the side regions B204 and B205, margin regions B206 and B207 to be bonded to the upper surface region B102 are connected in series. Further, on the left and right sides of the bottom surface area B201, there are connected marginal areas B208 and B209 that are glued to the side surface areas B204 and B205, respectively.
The package 1A is formed by punching the blank as described above along the solid line, forming a mountain fold along the broken line, forming a valley fold along the alternate long and short dash line, and gluing the predetermined region described above.
<Embodiment 3>
FIG. 14 is an exploded perspective view showing an assembly of packages formed by combining two packages 1B according to the third embodiment. The example of FIG. 14 shows a state in which two packages 1B are stacked in the same direction. The package 1B is a so-called hinge-lid type package, and a lid (ie, “lid”) 5B is connected to one end in the longitudinal direction via a lid hinge 6B. As shown in FIG. 14, in the present embodiment, in the longitudinal direction of the package 1 </ b> B, the side provided with the opening for taking in / out the object 14 is referred to as “upper” and the opposite side is referred to as “lower”. To do. In addition, the side that is orthogonal to the vertical direction and is provided with the lid hinge 6 to which the lid 5B and the main body are connected in the periphery of the opening is referred to as “rear”, and the opposite side as “front”. . The left and right directions of the package 1B viewed from the front are respectively “left” and “right”.
Package 1B has connection portions 9A and 9B near the center of the left edge on the front and near the center of the right edge on the back, respectively. The connecting portions 9A and 9B are also tongue-like protrusions. The package 1B has insertion ports 11A and 11B near the center of the right edge on the front surface and the center of the left edge on the back surface, respectively, so that connection portions of other packages can be inserted. Note that hook-shaped connection portion fixing claws 12A and 12B are provided at the lower end of the connection portion 9A and the upper end of the connection portion 9B, and the connection portion 9A or 9B is inserted into the insertion port 11A or 11B of another package. Can be fixed in the state. That is, for example, a package 1B having the same shape can be further connected before and after the package 1B according to the present invention. The connecting portion fixing claws 12A and 12B have hook shapes facing in opposite directions, and it is necessary to relatively twist the two packages 1B when attaching and detaching. Therefore, the package assembly 100B is difficult to disassemble.
Also, for example, the two packages 1B can be joined by making the front, back, left and right directions opposite to each other and bringing the back surfaces into contact with each other. In this way, the lid 5B of any package 1B can be opened and closed while the two packages 1B are coupled.
Note that the package 1B may be configured such that the connecting portions 9A and 9B can be folded as shown in FIG. In the example of FIG. 15, slit-like insertion openings 13A and 13B are provided on the side surface of the package 1B in order to insert the connection portion fixing claws 12A and 12B provided in the connection portions 9A and 9B. Thus, by providing the insertion openings 13A and 13B, the connection portions 9A and 9B can be compactly folded and stored even in the case of the package 1B according to the third embodiment.
<Manufacturing method>
FIG. 16 is an example of a blank B3 of the package 1B. For example, the package 1 </ b> B is formed by folding in a valley fold along a folding line indicated by a broken line and folding in a mountain fold along a folding line indicated by a one-dot chain line. Further, as shown in FIG. 16, for convenience, the connection relationship of the regions included in the blank will be described based on the top, bottom, left, and right of the drawing.
Blank B3 added a region for forming a coupling portion (connecting portion fixing claw) for coupling the packages to a general hinge lid type package, and cut out a window for forming a coupled portion (insertion opening). Is.
In the lower center of FIG. 16, there is a front area B301 which is the front of the package 1B. The concave portion provided below the front area B301 forms the front side of the opening edge of the package 1B. Further, the slit provided near the center of the right edge of the front area B301 serves as the insertion port 11A of the package 1B. Side regions B302 and B303 that are side surfaces of the package 1B are connected to the left and right of the front region B301, respectively. Below the front area B301, there are portions protruding toward the side areas B302 and B303. The protruding portion engages with a recess provided inside the lid portion 5B, which will be described later, and functions as a lock mechanism that restricts the opening of the lid portion 5B.
Further, a connection region B304 serving as a connection portion 9B of the package 1B is continuously provided near the right center of the side surface region B303. In addition, in the lower right of the front area B301, a margin area B305 to be glued to a side face continuously provided on the rear face, which will be described later, is provided. Further, a bottom surface region B306 serving as a bottom surface of the package 1B is continuously provided on the front region B301. A back surface region B307 serving as the back surface of the package 1 is continuously provided on the bottom surface region B306. The slit provided in the vicinity of the center of the left edge of the back region B307 serves as the insertion port 11B of the package 1B. Side regions B308 and B309, which are side surfaces of the package 1B, are connected to the left and right of the back region B307, respectively. In addition, a connection region B310 serving as the connection portion 9A of the package 1B is continuously provided near the center on the left side of the side surface region B308. In the example of FIG. 16, for example, the side surface region B302 is bonded to the back of the side surface region B308, and the side surface region B309 is bonded to the back of the side surface region B303. Furthermore, the margin area B305 is pasted to the back of the side area B309. Further, on the side surface region B302 and below the side surface region B309, paste margin regions B311 and B312 that are glued to the bottom surface B306 are connected. In addition, an area to be the lid portion 5B of the package 1B is continuously provided on the back area B307.
First, an upper surface region B313 that is an upper surface of the package 1B in a state where the lid portion 5B is closed is provided immediately above the rear surface region B307. A front region B314 that is the front surface of the package 1B in a state where the lid 5B is closed is continuously provided on the upper surface region B313. Further, a folded region B315 that is folded back to the inside of the lid 5B and bonded to the front region B314 is continuously provided on the front region B314. Further, side regions B316 and B317, which are side surfaces of the lid portion 5B, are connected to the left and right of the front region B314, respectively. The side surface of the lid 5B is a right triangle. Further, on both the left and right sides of the upper surface region B313, there are connected marginal regions B318 and B319 that are glued to the side surface of the lid 5B. The package 1B is formed by assembling the blank B3 as described above.
It should be noted that a gap is provided between the side surface regions B316 and B317 and the marginal regions B318 and B319 on the blank where the package 1B is developed. In the example of FIG. 16, the side regions B316 and B317 are similar to the margin regions B318 and B319, and the margin regions B318 and B319 have a smaller area than the side regions B316 and B317. . When the package 1B is assembled from such a blank B3, a concave portion having a thickness of paper material is formed along the front side on the inner side surface of the lid portion 5B. In the state where the lid 5B is closed, the above-described portions protruding to the left and right of the front face are fitted into the recesses inside the side surface of the lid 5B, and function as a lock mechanism that restricts the opening of the lid 5B.
<Embodiment 4>
FIG. 17 is an exploded perspective view showing an assembly of packages formed by combining two packages 1C according to the fourth embodiment. The example of FIG. 17 shows a state in which two packages 1C are stacked in the same direction.
The package 1C has a lid 5C and a main body that are rotatably connected with one side as a hinge. Further, the package 1C has a concave portion 11C and a convex portion 9C for connecting to other packages. The convex portion 9C and the concave portion 11C are also referred to as a connecting portion and a connected portion in the present invention, respectively. Further, the direction in which the main body is opened is the upper side, and the opposite side is the lower side. Also, the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction and provided with the lid hinge 6C is referred to as “rear”, and the opposite side is referred to as “front”. The left and right directions of the package 1 </ b> C viewed from the front are “left” and “right”, respectively.
The convex part 9C of the package 1C is provided over the left and right along the substantially center in the front-rear direction of the package 1C. And the convex part 9C has spread in the front-back direction, so that it protrudes upwards. Further, the concave portion 11C of the package 1C is shaped to fit with the convex portion 9C. That is, a groove-like recess 11C is provided over the left and right sides of the package 1C, and the groove expands in the front-rear direction as the depth increases. Therefore, for example, the left end of the convex portion 9C of the two packages 1C and the right end of the concave portion 11C are aligned and slid left and right, whereby the convex portion 9C and the concave portion 11C are fitted. In other words, the connecting part and the connected part of the package 1C form an ant tenon and an ant hole of an “ant joint” known as a wood connecting method, and a plurality of packages 1C can be connected. Yes. In this way, the connecting portion and the connected portion may be two solid shapes that fit together instead of the flat tongue piece and the slit-shaped hole.

On the other hand, on the side surface region B413, paste margin regions B419, B420, and B421 that are bonded to the upper surface of the lid portion or the upper surface of the convex portion, respectively, are connected.
In addition, an area to be the main body of the package 1C is continuously provided below the back area B411.
