例如， 用户喜欢旅游， 则用户可以主动下载一些旅游景点的风景照片或者 在旅游时拍摄的照片保存在移动终端上，作为锁屏背景的备用图片，还可以通 过对现有锁屏背景进行评价， 以便服务器了解用户的喜好，从而由服务器进行 风景类图片的推送。
可选地，在本发明实施例的一种实现方式中， 所述第一图片可以为图片形 所述电子杂志以图片方式呈现。所述电子杂志可以是用户下载的，也可以是用 户根据移动终端本地的软件制作的，还可以是服务器推送的， 例如某应用商店 定期向终端推送电子杂志以推介该应用商店或该终端厂商的相关信息。所述电 子杂志兼具平面与互联网两者的特点， 可融入图像， 文字， 声音、 视频、 游戏 等相互动态结合。 用户点亮屏幕后， 在所述锁屏状态下， 所述移动终端调用锁 屏杂志替换预设的锁屏背景， 具体地可以为以下几种情形中的一种或几种： 呈 现该电子杂志的封面图片或内容图片； 播放该电子杂志的背景音乐； 播放该电 子杂志的预设视频； 呈现电子杂志中游戏界面入口等。 进一步地， 所述电子杂 志还可以包括超链接、及时互动等网络元素， 在保证用户获知杂志内容的同时 可参与互动，提高用户体验。本发明实施例中，所述电子杂志的格式不做限定， 可以为 ie格式、 im格式、 flv格式等。 仍以旅游题材为例， 若当前存储的电子 杂志为旅游类电子杂志且格式为 flv格式， 则当用户点亮移动终端时， 一般为 用户按一下移动终端的电源按键， 此时，移动终端将接收到用户点亮屏幕的指 令，从而在锁屏状态下，从移动终端上存储的旅游电子杂志中调用一张风景图 片替换预设锁屏背景，在调用旅游电子杂志中的图片时， 可以按照电子杂志的 页码顺序或倒序调用， 也可以随机调用， 此处不作任何限制， 当然还可以将该 风景图片相关的内容介绍信息如文字内容、视频内容或音乐内容在锁屏界面进 行展示， 当然， 也可以另外配置一个显示界面用于显示这些内容， 如在锁屏界 面上，用户可向上滑动以出发移动终端切换至另一个显示界面来展示文字内容、 视频内容或音乐内容。 因此， 在用户采用电子杂志作为锁屏背景时， 在不引起 误操作的情况下， 用户可多维度（包括图像、 文字、 声音、 视频、 互动）获取 锁屏界面下的信息， 提高了用户体验。
在本实施例中， 调用图片替换预设背景的图片格式没有限制， jpg格式、 bmp格式、 png格式、 gif格式等都可以进行调用。 对于 gif格式的图片， 可以 直接调用作为动态锁屏背景，也可以调用后截取其中的一帧画面作为静态锁屏 背景， 本发明同样不作任何限定。
需要说明的是，在上文中采用了风景类图片进行举例说明，但是所述图片 类型可以包括但不限于风景类图片、 人物类图片、 动物类图片、 汽车类图片、 科技类图片、体育类图片及军事类图片。具体在保存时可以分不同文件夹进行 保存， 每一类图片又可以分为一些小类别， 如体育类可分为篮球小类、足球小 类等等。
通过点亮移动终端的屏幕，在移动终端处于锁屏状态时调用本地图片替换 预设锁屏背景，从而实现了在锁屏状态下锁屏背景的自动切换， 用户只要点亮 屏幕即可以看到新的锁屏背景， 从而提高了锁屏背景的变化性以及切换效率 , 提升了用户对锁屏的新鲜感。
而当移动终端的屏幕熄灭后，用户再点亮移动终端的屏幕时，请参照图 2, 为本发明锁屏方法的第二实施例的流程示意图，在本实施例中，步骤 S201-S202 与本发明锁屏方法的第一实施例中的步骤 S101-S102相同， 此处不再赘述。
5203 ,当所述移动终端在屏幕熄灭后再次接收到用户点亮所述移动终端屏 幕的指令时， 点亮所述移动终端的屏幕；
5204,在锁屏状态下，从所述移动终端存储的本地图片中调用第二图片替 换所述第一图片以作为锁屏背景。
这样， 只要每次用户点亮屏幕， 移动终端便会自动的切换一次锁屏背景， 从而使得锁屏背景变得多样化， 提高了用户体验。
可选地， 移动终端的图片可以由用户下载， 也可以由服务器推送， 服务器 在推送图片时， 为了减少移动终端的存储压力，在推送图片时需要根据用户的 喜好推送用户喜欢的图片， 因此， 服务器必须获知用户的喜好。 获取用户喜好 的方式可以是： 首先为移动终端配置一个锁屏配置界面， 用于配置锁屏的各项 功能， 例如可以包括但不限于锁屏的开启和关闭、 对当前锁屏背景的评价等， 为了用户更好的了解图片， 还可以在锁屏配置界面显示图片的内容介绍信息。 具体地， 可参照图 3 , 为本发明锁屏方法的第三实施例的流程示意图， 在本实 施例中， 步骤 S301-S302与步骤 S101-S102相同， 此处不再赘述。
S303 ,接收用户执行预设手势操作时产生的获取指令，获取所述第一图片 的内容介绍信息并显示在锁屏配置界面。
可选地， 所述预设手势操作可以是在所述移动终端的屏幕上向上滑动、 向 下滑动、长按屏幕或双击屏幕， 只要所述预设手势操作与其他功能的手势操作 不沖突即可， 在本实施例中， 以向上滑动的手势操作举例进行说明。
所述第一图片的内容介绍信息可以是对图片内容的解释或说明，如风景类 图片， 可对风景所在地及风景的特色进行说明， 而体育类图片中的体育明星图 片， 可对该体育明星的光辉战绩进行介绍说明等。甚至还可以在内容介绍信息 中附带网络连接地址以便感兴趣的用户点击进行更深入的了解。
S304, 接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的对所述第一图片的评价信息， 将所述评价信息上传至所述服务器，以便所述服务器获知用户的喜好并推送满 足用户喜好的图片给所述移动终端。
在所述锁屏配置界面， 可设置 "喜欢，， 的选项， 用户只需点击该选项， 便 可以对当前锁屏背景进行评价， 该评价信息将上传至服务器，服务器便可以了 解到所述用户的喜好，从而在推送照片时，推送用户喜欢的图片作为锁屏背景。
当然，在获知用户的喜好时，还可以由所述移动终端根据用户在移动浏览 器中的搜索记录和浏览记录， 分析用户的喜好并上传分析结果至所述服务器， 以便所述服务器推送满足用户喜好的图片给所述移动终端； 或
所述移动终端将用户在移动浏览器中的搜索记录和浏览记录上传至所述 服务器，以便所述服务器分析用户的喜好并推送满足用户喜好的图片给所述移 动终端。
由于用户可能只停留在锁屏界面而不一定会切换至锁屏配置界面对当前 的锁屏背景进行评价，因此移动终端还可以根据用户在移动浏览器上的搜索记 录和浏览记录来分析用户的喜好，如用户经常搜索或浏览汽车类的网站， 则可 以为该用户推送汽车类图片， 而用户经常搜索或浏览手机或电脑的网站时， 则 可以为该用户推送科技类图片。
需要说明的是， 当两种获知用户喜好的方式同时进行时，服务器可优先考 虑用户的评价信息， 当然，也可以优先考虑根据搜索记录和浏览记录的分析结 果， 或者还可以为两种方式得到的结果分配不同的权重，通过加权计算获知最 准确的用户喜好。
具体地，服务器在进行图片推送时，可以以主题或电子杂志的方式进行推 送， 其中主题可包括锁屏背景和各种功能的显示图标， 电子杂志可包括图片、 音乐、 视频甚至超级链接等， 当然服务器也可以单独以图片的方式进行推送， 其中仅包括用作锁屏背景的图片。
在本实施例中，通过在点亮移动终端的屏幕时调用图片替换预设锁屏背景, 提高了锁屏背景的变化性，提升了用户对锁屏的新鲜感，通过预设手势操作可 查看锁屏背景切换后的图片内容介绍， 丰富了锁屏的内容，通过提供图片评价 的入口， 利于服务器了解用户的喜好，从而为用户推送符合该用户喜好的图片 作为锁屏背景， 提升了用户体验。
可选地，在所述锁屏配置界面还可以配置其他的功能选项以便用户对锁屏 进行进一步的配置， 如锁屏切换的开关选项、设置图片切换类型的选项、 查看 下一张图片的选项、 分享当前锁屏背景的选项等等。 请参照图 4, 为本发明锁 屏方法的第四实施例的流程示意图，
当存在这些功能选项时， 所述移动终端还可以：
S401 ,接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的图片切换模式配置指令，开启 或关闭锁屏背景的切换； 若用户选择关闭锁屏背景的切换， 则每次点亮屏幕时 锁屏背景将保持不变。
S402,接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的图片类型设置指令，在下一次 屏幕点亮时，调用符合用户设置的图片类型的图片。 若用户当前选择的为风景 类图片， 但最近举行***， 用户希望获取更多体育类的相关信息， 则可以选 择将图片类型设置为体育类图片。
5403,接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的显示下一张图片的指令，获取 第二图片和所述第二图片的内容介绍信息，将锁屏背景由所述第一图片替换为 所述第二图片并将所述第二图片的内容介绍信息显示在所述锁屏配置界面；当 用户喜爱体育类图片但对第一图片显示的体育内容不感兴趣时可主动进行切 换。 当切换至最后一张时可停止切换或继续切换至第一图片。
5404,接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的图片分享指令，获取待分享的 图片并将所述待分享的图片分享至其他移动终端或社交网络；当用户觉得当前 锁屏背景其他朋友也会喜欢时，可点击分享以便其他朋友获取该锁屏背景对应 的图片。
5405,接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的本地图片更新设置指令， 限定 所述移动终端在接收所述服务器推送图片时的网络通信模式。 例如， 用户可以 选择在 2G或 3G或无线高保真（ Wireless Fidelity, 筒称 Wi-Fi )的网络通信模 式下进行本地图片更新，也可以选择仅在 Wi-Fi的网络通信模式下进行本地图 片更新以减低流量资费。
由于移动终端的存储空间是有限的，因此用于存储本地图片的空间也是有 限的， 当所述本地图片中没有符合用户预先设置的图片类型的图片时， 可随机 调用所述本地图片中其他类型的图片替换预设锁屏背景，或者提示用户不存在 符合条件的图片；
当所述本地图片中符合用户预先设置的图片类型的所有图片都切换过之 后， 可随机调用所述本地图片中其他类型的图片替换预设锁屏背景， 或者提示 用户没有新图片， 暂停锁屏背景切换直至用户更新所述本地图片。
当然， 若用户并没有设置图片类型， 则移动终端可以选择服务器根据用户 喜好推送的图片进行切换， 且全部切换完后， 可提示用户没有新图片， 暂停锁 屏背景切换直至用户更新所述本地图片。
需要说明的是，在本实施例中对锁屏配置界面的一些功能进行了描述，移 动终端可分别接收用户输入的不同指令进行不同的处理以实现各种功能，因此 步骤 S401-S405并没有严格的逻辑关系或时间先后顺序，如用户既可以选择关 闭锁屏切换，但是仍可以设置图片类型， 以便下次开启锁屏切换时调用用户设 置的类型的图片。
针对锁屏界面及锁屏配置界面的详细介绍，请一并参照图 5和图 6,其中， 图 5为采用本发明锁屏方法时的一种锁屏界面的示意图；图 6为与图 5中锁屏 界面对应的一种锁屏配置界面的示意图。
在图 5中，锁屏界面包括常规的日期、时间、信号强度、电池电量、短信、 电话的信息和拍照应用的快捷入口， 以及锁屏背景及锁屏背景的名称。 其中， 作为锁屏背景的图片可以来自于电子杂志，在锁屏界面上还可以显示锁屏背景 的名称。当用户喜欢该锁屏背景并尝试获取该锁屏背景的图片内容介绍信息时, 可在锁屏界面向上滑动，从而移动终端可调用电子杂志中作为锁屏背景的图片 的内容介绍信息， 进入图 6所示的锁屏配置界面， 在锁屏配置界面， 可包括图 片内容介绍信息以及各种功能选项如 Psuse (暂停）、 Next (下一张）、 Favorite (喜欢）、 Share (分享）、 Setting (设置）和 More (更多）等。 "暂停，， 选项可 设置锁屏背景切换的开启和关闭， "下一张" 选项可查看下一张图片， "喜欢" 可对当前锁屏背景进行评价， "分享" 选项可将当前锁屏背景分享至其他移动 终端或社交网络， "设置" 选项可设置图片切换的类型， 本地图片更新时网络 通信模式的限定等， "更多" 选项可保留以便后续增加新的功能选项。

点亮单元 100, 用于接收用户点亮移动终端屏幕的指令， 点亮所述移动终 端的展幕；

当所述本地图片中没有符合用户预先设置的图片类型的图片时，随机调用 所述本地图片中其他类型的图片替换预设锁屏背景，或者提示用户不存在符合 条件的图片；

例如， 在本发明移动终端的第二实施例（图 8所示的实施例）中， 调用单 元 200可以为移动终端的处理器， 而点亮单元 100、 获取单元 300以及配置单 元 400的功能可以内嵌于该处理器中，也可以独立于处理器单独设置，也可以 以软件的形式存储于存储器中， 由处理器调用实现其功能。 当然， 点亮单元 100、 调用单元 200、 获取单元 300和配置可以集成设置， 也可以独立设置， 或者还可以作为移动终端的接口电路，独立设置或集成设置。本发明实施例不 做任何限制。 以上处理器可以为中央处理单元（CPU )、微处理器、单片机等。

8、 如权利要求 2或 3或 5所述的方法， 其特征在于， 还包括：
接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的显示下一张图片的指令，获取第二图 片和所述第二图片的内容介绍信息，将锁屏背景由所述第一图片替换为所述第 二图片并将所述第二图片的内容介绍信息显示在所述锁屏配置界面； 和 /或 接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的图片分享指令，获取待分享的图片并 将所述待分享的图片分享至其他移动终端或社交网络； 和 /或
接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的本地图片更新设置指令，限定所述移 动终端在接收所述服务器推送图片时的网络通信模式。
9、 一种移动终端， 其特征在于， 包括：
点亮单元， 用于接收用户点亮移动终端屏幕的指令， 点亮所述移动终端的 屏幕；
调用单元， 用于在锁屏状态下，从所述移动终端存储的本地图片中调用第 一图片替换预设锁屏背景， 其中， 所述第一图片由用户下载或拍摄得到， 或者 由服务器根据用户的喜好推送给所述移动终端。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的移动终端， 其特征在于， 还包括：
获取单元， 用于接收用户执行预设手势操作时产生的获取指令， 获取所述 第一图片的内容介绍信息， 并在锁屏配置界面显示所述内容介绍信息。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的移动终端， 其特征在于， 还包括：
配置单元，用于接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的对所述第一图片的评 价信息，将所述评价信息上传至所述服务器， 以便所述服务器获知用户的喜好 并推送满足用户喜好的图片给所述移动终端。
12、 如权利要求 9或 10所述的移动终端， 其特征在于， 还包括： 上传单元， 用于根据用户在移动浏览器中的搜索记录和浏览记录， 分析用 户的喜好并上传分析结果至所述服务器，以便所述服务器推送满足用户喜好的 图片给所述移动终端； 或
用于将用户在移动浏览器中的搜索记录和浏览记录上传至所述服务器，以 便所述服务器分析用户的喜好并推送满足用户喜好的图片给所述移动终端。
13、 如权利要求 9-12任一项所述的移动终端， 其特征在于， 所述配置单 元还用于：
接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的图片切换模式配置指令，开启或关闭 锁屏背景的切换；
接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的图片类型设置指令，以便在下一次屏 幕点亮且锁屏背景的切换开启时，调用符合用户设置的图片类型的图片作为锁 屏背景。
14、 如权利要求 9-13任一项所述的移动终端， 其特征在于， 所述点亮单 元还用于当所述移动终端在屏幕熄灭后再次接收到用户点亮所述移动终端屏 幕的指令时， 点亮所述移动终端的屏幕； 所述调用单元还用于在锁屏状态下，从所述移动终端存储的本地图片中调 用第二图片替换所述第一图片以作为锁屏背景。
15、 如权利要求 13或 14所述的移动终端， 其特征在于， 所述调用单元还 用于：
当所述本地图片中没有符合用户预先设置的图片类型的图片时，随机调用 所述本地图片中其他类型的图片替换预设锁屏背景，或者提示用户不存在符合 条件的图片；
当所述本地图片中符合用户预先设置的图片类型的所有图片都切换过之 后， 随机调用所述本地图片中其他类型的图片替换预设锁屏背景， 或者提示用 户没有新图片， 暂停锁屏背景切换直至用户更新所述本地图片。
16、 如权利要求 10或 11或 13任一项所述的移动终端， 其特征在于， 所 述配置单元还用于：
接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的显示下一张图片的指令，获取第二图 片和所述第二图片的内容介绍信息，将锁屏背景由所述第一图片替换为所述第 二图片并将所述第二图片的内容介绍信息显示在所述锁屏配置界面； 和 /或 接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的图片分享指令，获取待分享的图片并 将所述待分享的图片分享至其他移动终端或社交网络； 和 /或
接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的本地图片更新设置指令，限定所述移 动终端在接收所述服务器推送图片时的网络通信模式。
17、 一种移动终端， 其特征在于， 包括： 输入设备、 输出设备、 存储器和 处理器， 所述输入设备、 输出设备、 存储器和处理器与总线连接， 其中， 所述 存储器中存储一组程序代码，所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序代 码， 执行以下操作：
接收用户点亮移动终端屏幕的指令， 点亮所述移动终端的屏幕； 在锁屏状态下，从所述移动终端存储的本地图片中调用第一图片替换预设 锁屏背景， 其中， 所述第一图片由用户下载或拍摄得到， 或者由服务器根据用 户的喜好推送给所述移动终端。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的移动终端， 其特征在于， 所述处理器还用于执 行以下操作：
接收用户执行预设手势操作时产生的获取指令，获取所述第一图片的内容 介绍信息， 并在锁屏配置界面显示所述内容介绍信息。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的移动终端， 其特征在于， 所述移动终端还包括 发送器； 所述处理器还用于执行以下操作：
接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的对所述第一图片的评价信息，通过所 述发送器将所述评价信息上传至所述服务器，以便所述服务器获知用户的喜好 并推送满足用户喜好的图片给所述移动终端。
20、 如权利要求 17或 18所述的移动终端， 其特征在于， 所述移动终端还 包括发送器； 所述处理器还用于执行以下操作：
根据用户在移动浏览器中的搜索记录和浏览记录，分析用户的喜好并通过 所述发送器上传分析结果至所述服务器，以便所述服务器推送满足用户喜好的 图片给所述移动终端； 或
通过所述发送器将用户在移动浏览器中的搜索记录和浏览记录上传至所 述服务器，以便所述服务器分析用户的喜好并推送满足用户喜好的图片给所述 移动终端。
21、 如权利要求 17-20任一项所述的移动终端， 其特征在于， 所述处理器 还用于执行以下操作：
接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的图片切换模式配置指令，开启或关闭 锁屏背景的切换；
接收用户在所述锁屏配置界面输入的图片类型设置指令，以便在下一次屏 幕点亮且锁屏背景的切换开启时，调用符合用户设置的图片类型的图片作为锁 屏背景。
22、 如权利要求 17-21任一项所述的移动终端， 其特征在于， 所述处理器 还用于执行以下操作：
当所述移动终端在屏幕熄灭后再次接收到用户点亮所述移动终端屏幕的 指令时， 点亮所述移动终端的屏幕；
在锁屏状态下，从所述移动终端存储的本地图片中调用第二图片替换所述 第一图片以作为锁屏背景。
23、 如权利要求 21或 22所述的移动终端， 其特征在于， 所述处理器还用 于执行以下操作：
当所述本地图片中没有符合用户预先设置的图片类型的图片时，随机调用 所述本地图片中其他类型的图片替换预设锁屏背景，或者提示用户不存在符合 条件的图片；
