本发明提供的电池杆通过在内电极与电池之间设置一个绝缘件,从而有效地防止了电池电极与内电极之间短路问题的发生。在本发明中还可以将绝缘件与固定支架一体成型,这样就不需要额外增加其他零件,从而降低了加工成本,还便于装配及管理,节省加工工时及管理成本。在本发明中,将绝缘件与所述固定支架之间设置成可翻折的活动连接结构,并在绝缘件上设置卡扣,并通过卡扣固定在固定支架上,装配简单、提高生产效率。
参考图2和图3,本发明的较佳实施例提供的电池杆的结构示意图。在本实施例中,电池杆包括电池套管10、容纳在电池套管10中的电池40、插接在该电池套管10的一端部的电极组件(未标号)、盖设在该电池套管10的相对的另一端部上的端盖20,以及容纳在电池套管10中并位于电池40与端盖20之间的控制器30。电极组件包括与电池套管10插接的外电极70、插设在外电极70中并与外电极70电性绝缘的内电极80、穿设在外电极70与内电极80之间并用于固定内电极80的固定支架50,以及套设在固定支架50与内电极80之间并用于使外电极70与内电极80电性绝缘的绝缘环60。电池40的负极通过导线与外电极70电连接,电池40的正极通过导线与控制器30电连接,控制器30通过导线与内电极80电连接。内电极80与电池40的电极之间间隔设置。在本实施例中,在内电极80与电池40之间设置隔离件90使得两者之间相隔离,从而有效的防止了两者之间短路问题的产生。
具体地,参考图4和图5并参阅图3,本发明较佳实施例提供的固定支架50大致呈一端具有开口、相对的另一端封闭的圆筒状,包括与外电极70插接相连的插接部502以及沿插接部502的端面(即封闭端)朝向所述电池40延伸形成的延伸部501。插接部502中形成有用于插设内电极80的通孔,内电极80***该通孔中,并朝向电池40的一侧伸出。延伸部501用于罩护延伸在通孔外的内电极80。延伸部501为横截面呈弧形的凸起,延伸部501的弧度可以与插接部502的弧度相同,从而使得延伸部501的加工简单,节省加工制造成本。延伸部501用于使内电极80与电池40之间形成一定距离的间隔,相互隔开。绝缘环60套设在内电极80的外部并盖设在固定支架50的开口端,从而使得内电极80的安装更加的牢固。
为了防止内电极80与电池40的电极发生短路,则在内电极80与电池40之间设置了绝缘件90。具体地,绝缘件90的一端与固定支架50连接,绝缘件90的另一端延伸至内电极80与电池40之间,从而将内电极80与电池40隔开。
在本发明的一实施例提供的绝缘件中,绝缘件90呈倒L形折板状,包括与固定支架50连接的连接部901以及沿连接部901的一端朝向内电极80的一侧折弯延伸形成的阻隔部902,阻隔部902延伸至内电极80与电池40之间。在本实施例中,绝缘件90与固定支架50采用一体成型,这样就不需要额外增加其他零件,从而降低了加工成本,还便于装配及管理,节省加工工时及管理成本。绝缘件90的连接部901与固定支架50的插接部502端部的边缘相连接,连接部901与延伸部501的延伸方向相平行,连接部901的高度略高于延伸部501的高度。阻隔部902沿着与连接部901相垂直的方向延伸,一直延伸至内电极 80的外侧,从而将内电极80与电池40相隔开。
在本实施例中,连接部901与插接部502端部边缘的连接处的厚度远小于连接部901以及插接部502的厚度,从而使得连接部901可以绕该连接处翻折。这样地可翻折的绝缘件90可以使得绝缘件90更加的灵活,与固定支架50之间更好的配合,整个绝缘件90的结构应用的范围更加广泛。可以理解的是,在其他的实施例中,连接部901与固定支架50的插接部502之间以枢轴连接或铰接的方式活动连接。在本实施例中,需要使用该绝缘件90时,使该绝缘件90翻折转动至内电极80与电池40之间,从而将两者隔开。
为了使翻折后的绝缘件90能稳定的放置在内电极80与电池40之间,还在绝缘件90上设置了卡扣904,绝缘件90通过卡扣904固定在固定支架50上。具体地,参考图4,绝缘件90的连接部901与阻隔部902的连接处开设有条形的避让槽903。开设避让槽903的目的是为了使绝缘件90与固定支架50的延伸部501之间更好的贴合。避让槽903从连接部901上延伸至阻隔部902上。在避让槽903位于阻隔部902的端部设置有用于卡持在固定支架50上的卡扣904。卡扣904为沿阻隔部902中靠近固定支架50的一侧上朝向固定支架50突出形成的凸起,该凸起的纵截面可以呈半圆形、梯形。在本实施例中,卡扣904与固定支架50的延伸部501边缘上的卡槽相卡持,从而实现了将可翻折的绝缘件90固定在固定支架50的目的。绝缘件90通过卡扣904固定在固定支架50上,装配简单、提高生产效率。
参考图6和图7,本发明另一实施例提供的电极组件。该实施例提供的电极组件与前一实施例中提供的电极组件的区别仅在于,在本实施例中,绝缘件90的结构不同。在本实施例中,绝缘件90包括连接在延伸部501的沿轴向的端部边缘的隔离部(未标号),隔离部用于将内电极80与电池40的电极相隔开。在本实施例中,绝缘件90包括盖设在内电极80上的、呈圆盘状的第一隔离部905以及与第一隔离部905垂直连接的第二隔离部906。第二隔离部906为沿第一隔离部905的边缘朝向固定支架50一侧延伸形成,第二隔离部906的端部与插接部502的封闭端的端面相抵持。因此,该第一隔离部905、第二隔离部906以及延伸部501围合成用于容纳延伸至通孔外的内电极80的封闭空间,从而使得内电极80与电池40的电极完全隔开。为了使控制器30与内电极80通过导线实现电连接,则在第一隔离部905上开设缺口907,从而供导线穿过并实现与内电极80的连接。
在本实施例中,为了使绝缘件90与固定支架50活动连接,将第一隔离部905与延伸部501之间通过弹片100来实现连接,即弹片100的一端与第一隔离部905连接,弹片100的另一端与延伸部501连接,这样可以使得绝缘件90可以绕弹片100进行翻折,且翻折的过程中不需要施加很大的作用力。这样地可翻折的绝缘件90可以使得绝缘件90更加的灵活,与固定支架50之间更好的配合,整个绝缘件90的结构应用的范围更加广泛。为了增加翻折的稳定性,在本实施例中采用一对弹片100连接在第一隔离部905与延伸部501之间。
本发明提供的电池杆通过在内电极与电池之间设置一个绝缘件,从而有效地防止了电池电极与内电极之间短路问题的发生。进一步地,本发明还将绝缘件设置成可翻折的以使得绝缘件更加的灵活,与固定支架之间更好的配合,从而使得整个电子烟组装方便。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,该电子烟包括雾化器以及与雾化器连接的上述的电池杆。本发明提供的电子烟可以有效地防止电池电极与内电极之间短路问题的发生。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电池杆,用于与雾化器组合成电子烟,所述电池杆包括外电极(70)、穿设在所述外电极(70)中且与所述外电极(70)电性绝缘的内电极(80),以及与所述外电极(70)电连接的电池(40),其特征在于,所述电池杆还包括设置在所述内电极(80)与所述电池(40)之间并用于隔离所述内电极(80)与所述电池(40)的绝缘件(90)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述电池杆还包括插设在所述外电极(70)中并用于固定所述内电极(80)的固定支架(50),所述绝缘件(90)的一端与所述固定支架(50)连接,所述绝缘件(90)的另一端伸至所述内电极(80)与所述电池(40)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述固定支架(50)包括与所述外电极(70)连接的插接部(502)以及沿所述插接部(502)的端面朝向所述电池(40)延伸形成的延伸部(501),所述插接部(502)中形成有用于插设所述内电极(80)的通孔;所述延伸部(501)用于使所述内电极(80)与所述电池(40)形成间隔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述绝缘件(90)包括与所述固定支架(50)连接的连接部(901)以及沿所述连接部(901)的一端朝向所述内电极(80)折弯延伸形成的阻隔部(902),所述阻隔部(902)延伸至所述内电极(80)与所述电池(40)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述连接部(901)与所述固定支架(50)之间活动连接,所述活动连接的方式包括枢轴连接或铰接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述绝缘件(90)与所述固定支架(50)一体成型,所述连接部(901)与所述固定支架(50)的连接处的厚度小于所述连接部(901)的厚度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述连接部(901)与所述阻隔部(902)的连接处开设有避让槽(903),所述避让槽(903)靠近所述阻隔部(902)的端部上设置有卡扣(904),所述卡扣(904)用于与所述固定支架(50)相卡持。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述卡扣(904)为沿所述阻隔部(902)中靠近所述固定支架(50)的一侧朝向所述固定支架(50)突出形成的凸起。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述凸起的纵截面呈半圆形。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述凸起的纵截面呈梯形。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述绝缘件(90)包括连接在所述延伸部(501)上、用于隔离所述内电极(80)与所述电池(40)的隔离部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述隔离部包括相互垂直连接的第一隔离部(905)和第二隔离部(906),所述第一隔离部(905)与所述延伸部(501)连接,所述第二隔离部(906)与所述插接部(502)的端面相抵持。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述第一隔离部(905)通过弹片(100)与所述延伸部(501)可活动地连接。
  14. 一种电池杆,用于与雾化器组合成电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆包括外电极(70)、穿设在所述外电极(70)中且与所述外电极(70)电性绝缘的内电极(80)、插设在所述外电极(70)中并用于固定所述内电极(80)的固定支架(50)、与所述外电极(70)电连接的电池(40),以及设置在所述内电极(80)与所述电池(40)之间并用于隔离所述内电极(80)与所述电池(40)的绝缘件(90);
    所述绝缘件(90)与所述固定支架(50)一体成型,所述连接部(901)与所述固定支架(50)的连接处的厚度小于所述连接部(901)的厚度,所述固定支架(50)绕所述连接处翻折;
    所述绝缘件(90)包括与所述固定支架(50)连接的连接部(901)以及沿所述连接部(901)的一端朝向所述内电极(80)折弯延伸形成的阻隔部(902),所述阻隔部(902)延伸至所述内电极(80)与所述电池(40)之间。
  15. 一种电子烟,包括雾化器,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括权利要求1所述的电池杆。
