获得信息提供者当前行进速度;
根据所述当前行进速度和预设的不同路况对应的速度范围,判断所述信息提供者实际行进信息所反映的路况;
将所述实际行进信息所反映的路况、实时获得的信息提供者行进方向和当前位置与所述交通路况数据进行对比,获得交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数。
上述方案中,当该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数大于等于预设的真实度阈值时,采用所述交通路况数据更新***数据库之后,还包括:将该信息提供者的信用度参数按照预设的提升单位进行提升,并对该信息提供者的信用度参数记录进行更新;
当该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数小于预设的真实度阈值时,拒绝采用所述交通路况数据更新***数据库;然后将该信息提供者的信用度参数按照预设的降低单位进行降低,并对该信息提供者的信用度参数记录进行更新。

数据接收模块:配置为接收信息提供者分享的交通路况数据;
真实度计算判断模块:配置为根据所述信息提供者分享的交通路况数据计算相应的真实度参数,并判断所述真实度参数是否大于等于预设的真实度阈值;
数据更新模块:配置为当该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数大于等于预设的真实度阈值时,采用所述交通路况数据更新***数据库;其中,所述***数据库用于向查询交通路况的用户提供相应的交 通路况数据。

从上面所述可以看出,本发明提供的交通路况信息提供方法、装置和服务端,可对信息提供者分享的交通路况数据进行真实度判断,选择真实度较高的分享数据,可对用户提供真实度高的交通路况数据。本发明实施例提供的方法、装置和移动终端,还结合交通路况信息实际特点以及信息提供者的信用度对交通路况数据是否真实进行判断,具有更高的判断准确度。

为了给出有效的实现方案,本发明提供了下述实施例,以下结合说明书附图对本发明实施例进行说明。
本发明实施例首先提供一种交通状况信息提供方法,包括如图1所示的步骤:
步骤101:接收信息提供者分享的交通路况数据;
步骤102:根据所述信息提供者分享的交通路况数据计算相应的真实度参数;
步骤103:判断所述真实度参数是否大于等于预设的真实度阈值;
步骤104:当该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数大于等于预设的真实度阈值时,采用所述交通路况数据更新***数据库;其中,所述***数据库用于向查询交通路况的用户提供相应的交通路况数据。
从上面所述可以看出,本发明实施例提供的交通状况信息提供方法,能够根据信息提供者分享的交通数据计算相应的真实度参数,并根据该真实度参数决定是否采用该信息提供者本次提供的交通路况数据,仅当该信 息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数大于等于预设的真实度阈值时,才采用该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据更新交通路况数据库,因而能够向用户提供具有足够真书读的交通路况数据。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数包括关于该信息提供者的来源真实度参数、和/或关于所述交通路况数据的数据真实度参数。
上述实施例所提供的方法从信息提供者的真实度和数据真实度两个方面对信息提供者分享的交通路况数据的真实度进行判断,数据选择和筛选更全面。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述来源真实度参数包括信息提供者的信用度参数;所述数据真实度参数包括交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数、相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例中的至少一个;相应的,所述真实度阈值包括信用度阈值,还包括一致度阈值、比例阈值中的至少一个。
继续参照图1,当所述来源真实度参数包括信息提供者的信用度参数;所述数据真实度参数包括交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数、和相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例时,在执行步骤102执行的过程中可包括下述步骤:
步骤1021:通过查询,获取***数据库中记载的该信息提供者的信用度参数。
步骤1022:通过比对交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息,获取所述一致度参数;例如,信息提供者分享的交通路况数据为拥堵,而信息提供者实际行进信息为畅通,则一致度参数为不一致。在具体实施例中,可对不一致、一致赋予不同的值。
步骤1023:通过统计计算的方式获得相同的交通路况数据在接收到所有同位置分享数据中所占比例。
其中,上述步骤1021-1023可按照任意顺序执行。
在本发明一些实施例中,当所述数据真实度参数包括交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数,和相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例时,判断所述真实度参数是否大于等于预设的真实度阈值包括图2所示的步骤:
步骤201:判断信息提供者的信用度参数是否大于等于所述信用度阈值;
步骤202:当信息提供者的信用度大于等于所述信用度阈值时,判断交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数是否大于等于所述一致度阈值;
步骤203:当所述交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数大于等于所述一致度阈值时,判断相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例是否大于等于所述比例阈值;
步骤204:当相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例大于等于所述比例阈值时,确定该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数大于等于预设的真实度阈值。
步骤201中所述的信息提供者信用度参数,可以是关于该信息提供者的信用度记录的度量值。例如,所述信用度参数可以是该信息提供者提供的交通路况数据被接纳的累加次数。再如,对应于一个具体的信息提供者,可以设置一个初始信用度参数值(例如1),当信息提供者提供一次交通路况数据并被接纳后,该信息提供者的信用度参数增加1;当信息提供者提供一次交通路况数据并内有被接纳,该信息提供者的信用度参数减1。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述信息提供者实际行进信息包括信息提供者行进速度、行进方向、当前位置;根据所述信息提供者分享的交通路况数据计算相应的真实度参数包括图3所示的过程:
步骤301:通过获得信息提供者当前行进速度;
步骤302:根据所述当前行进速度和预设的不同路况对应的速度范围, 判断所述信息提供者实际行进信息所反映的路况;
步骤303:将所述实际行进信息所反映的路况、实时获得的信息提供者行进方向和当前位置与所述交通路况数据进行对比,获得交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数。
在步骤301中,如果信息提供者采用车载移动终端发送交通路况数据,当GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位***)可用时,通过GPS的定位信息计算信息提供者在设定的单位时间内的行进距离。当GPS不可用时,通过AGPS(Assisted Global Positioning System,辅助全球定位***),利用基站定位信息获取信息提供者当前在设定的单位时间内的行进距离。所述设定的单位时间,可以通过一个能够产生时钟频率的设备来测量。例如,所述单位时间可结合晶体谐振器产生的时间戳来确定;所述晶体谐振器设置于包含CPU的设备中,如手机等移动终端。
在其它实施例中,所述行进距离可以借助其它具有定位功能的设备获取。所述单位时间可借助其它能够产生时钟频率的设备来测量,例如电子钟等。
步骤303中所述信息提供者行进方向和当前位置也可以借助GPS或AGPS获得。
一般情况下,当路况拥堵时,信息提供者的前进速度小;当路况畅通时,信息提供者的前进速度高。
因此,执行步骤302时,可设置一个拥堵路况的速度范围,当所述当前行进速度对应拥堵路况的速度范围时,确定所述信息提供者实际行进信息所反映的路况为拥堵;同理,可设置一个畅通路况的速度范围,当所述当前行进速度对应畅通路况的速度范围时,确定所述信息提供者实际行进信息所反映的路况为畅通。
例如,当信息提供者分享的一个具体路况信息为:A路口,南北方向,拥堵。若根据GPS或AGPS获取的该信息提供者的位置信息为A路口;并 且,预设的拥堵路况速度范围为0-10公里/小时,实时获取的该信息提供者的前进速度为5公里/小时,即该信息提供者的当前行进速度对应拥堵路况的畅通速度;同时,根据GPS或AGPS的定位信息,该信息提供者前进方向为南北方向,则综合上述三方面可以判断,交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数为一致。
在本发明一些实施例中,当该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数大于等于预设的真实度阈值时,采用所述交通路况数据更新***数据库之后,还包括:将该信息提供者的信用度参数按照预设的提升单位进行提升,并对该信息提供者的信用度参数记录进行更新;
当该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数小于预设的真实度阈值时,拒绝采用所述交通路况数据更新***数据库;然后将该信息提供者的信用度参数按照预设的降低单位进行降低,并对该信息提供者的信用度参数记录进行更新。
交通路况信息提供方法可包括如图4所示的步骤:
步骤401:接收信息提供者分享的交通路况数据;
步骤402:获得所述信息提供者的信用度参数;
步骤403:判断所述信用度参数是否大于等于预设的信用度阈值;若是,则进入步骤404;若否,进入步骤408;
步骤404:判断所述交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数是否大于等于所述一致度阈值;若是,则进入下一步骤;
步骤405:判断相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例是否大于等于所述比例阈值;若是,则进入下一步骤;
步骤406:确定该信息提供者分享的交通路况数据的真实度大于等于预设的真实度阈值;
步骤407:采用所述交通路况数据更新***数据库;进入步骤411;
步骤408:确定该信息提供者分享的交通路况数据的真实度小于预设的 真实度阈值;
步骤409:判断与该信息提供者分享的交通路况数据相同的数据是否被采用;若是进入步骤410;若否,进入步骤411;
步骤410:采用设定的提升单位对该信息提供者的信用度参数进行提升;
步骤411:采用设定的降低单位对该信息提供者的信用度参数进行降低;
步骤412:对该信息提供者的信用度参数记录进行更新。
信息提供者可能包括行人、开车出行的人群、骑车出行的人群等。由于行人在提供路况信息时,其本身的行进速度会落入拥堵路况的速度范围而导致交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数小于所述一致度阈值;因此,在上述步骤404中,若判断为否,可以确定该信息提供者分享的交通路况数据的真实度小于预设的真实度阈值而不予以采纳该信息提供者本次分先过的交通路况数据,也可以继续进入步骤405进行判断,若步骤405中判断为是,则按顺序执行步骤406和407。
从上面所述可以看出,本发明实施例所提供的交通路况信息提供方法,可从接收到的交通路况数据中有效地选出具有较高真实度的交通路况信息,因而该方法向用户提供的交通路况信息具有更高的可信度。同时,本发明实施例从关于信息提供者的来源真实度参数、以及关于所述交通路况数据的数据真实度参数两个方面对一个信息提供者某次分享的交通路况数据进行真实度判断,判断准确度提高。本发明实施例记录信息提供者的信用度,对信用记录达不到标准的信息提供者所提供的数据不予以采纳,避免恶作剧信息提供者的数据分享对用户造成困扰以及带来不便。
本发明实施例还提供一种交通路况信息提供装置,结构如图5所示,包括:
数据接收模块10:配置为接收信息提供者分享的交通路况数据;
真实度计算判断模块20:配置为根据所述信息提供者分享的交通路况数据计算相应的真实度参数,并判断所述真实度参数是否大于等于预设的 真实度阈值;
数据更新模块30:配置为当该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数大于等于预设的真实度阈值时,采用所述交通路况数据更新***数据库;其中,所述***数据库用于向查询交通路况的用户提供相应的交通路况数据。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数包括关于该信息提供者的来源真实度参数,以及关于所述交通路况数据的数据真实度参数。

第一判断单元201:配置为判断信息提供者的信用度参数是否大于等于所述信用度阈值;
第二判断单元202:配置为当信息提供者的信用度大于等于所述信用度阈值时,判断交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数是否大于等于所述一致度阈值;
第三判断单元203:配置为当所述交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数大于等于所述一致度阈值时,判断相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例是否大于等于所述比例阈值;
真实度判断结果输出单元204:配置为当相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例大于等于所述比例阈值时,确定该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数大于等于预设的真实度阈值。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述信息提供者实际行进信息包括信息提供者行进速度、行进方向、当前位置;如图6所示,所述真实度计算判断模块20还包括:
行进速度获取单元205:配置为获得信息提供者当前行进速度;
实际行进信息所反映路况判断单元206:配置为根据所述当前行进速度和预设的不同路况对应的速度范围,判断所述信息提供者实际行进信息所反映的路况;
一致度参数获得单元207:配置为将所述实际行进信息所反映的路况、实时获得的信息提供者行进方向和当前位置与所述交通路况数据进行对比,获得交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数。
在本发明的一些实施例中,仍然参照图5,所述装置还包括:
信用度参数提升模块40:配置为在数据更新模块采用所述交通路况数据更新***数据库之后,将该信息提供者的信用度参数按照预设的提升单位进行提升,并对该信息提供者的信用度参数记录进行更新;
信用度参数降低模块50:配置为在该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数小于预设的真实度阈值、并被拒绝用来更新***数据库后,将该信息提供者的信用度参数按照预设的降低单位进行降低,并对该信息提供者的信用度参数记录进行更新。
从上面所述可以看出,本发明提供的交通路况信息提供方法和装置,可对信息提供者分享的交通路况数据进行真实度判断,选择真实度较高的分享数据,可对用户提供真实度高的交通路况数据。本发明实施例提供的方法和装置,还结合交通路况信息实际特点以及信息提供者的信用度对交通路况数据是否真实进行判断,具有更高的判断准确度。
其中,所述信息提供者提供信息的载体,可以是手机、笔记本电脑、手表、车载电脑等。
需要说明的是,上述数据接收模块10、真实度计算判断模块20、数据更新模块30、信用度参数提升模块40和信用度参数降低模块50可由交通路况信息提供装置的中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、微处理器(MPU,Micro Processing Unit)、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Signal Processor)或可编程逻辑阵列(FPGA,Field-Programmable Gate Array)实现。
本发明实施例还提供一种交通路况信息提供服务端,包括本发明上述实施例所提供的交通路况信息提供装置。

  1. 一种交通路况信息提供方法,包括如下步骤:
    接收信息提供者分享的交通路况数据;
    根据所述信息提供者分享的交通路况数据计算相应的真实度参数,并判断所述真实度参数是否大于等于预设的真实度阈值;
    当该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数大于等于预设的真实度阈值时,采用所述交通路况数据更新***数据库;其中,所述***数据库用于向查询交通路况的用户提供相应的交通路况数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数包括关于该信息提供者的来源真实度参数、和/或关于所述交通路况数据的数据真实度参数。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述来源真实度参数包括信息提供者的信用度参数;所述数据真实度参数包括交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数、相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例中的至少一个;相应的,所述真实度阈值包括信用度阈值,还包括一致度阈值、比例阈值中的至少一个。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,当所述数据真实度参数包括交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数,和相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例时,判断所述真实度参数是否大于等于预设的真实度阈值包括如下步骤:
    判断信息提供者的信用度参数是否大于等于所述信用度阈值;
    当信息提供者的信用度大于等于所述信用度阈值时,判断交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数是否大于等于所述一致度阈值;
    当所述交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数 大于等于所述一致度阈值时,判断相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例是否大于等于所述比例阈值;
    当相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例大于等于所述比例阈值时,确定该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数大于等于预设的真实度阈值。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述信息提供者实际行进信息包括信息提供者行进速度、行进方向、当前位置;根据所述信息提供者分享的交通路况数据计算相应的真实度参数包括:
    获得信息提供者当前行进速度;
    根据所述当前行进速度和预设的不同路况对应的速度范围,判断所述信息提供者实际行进信息所反映的路况;
    将所述实际行进信息所反映的路况、实时获得的信息提供者行进方向和当前位置与所述交通路况数据进行对比,获得交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,当该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数大于等于预设的真实度阈值时,采用所述交通路况数据更新***数据库之后,还包括:将该信息提供者的信用度参数按照预设的提升单位进行提升,并对该信息提供者的信用度参数记录进行更新;
    当该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数小于预设的真实度阈值时,拒绝采用所述交通路况数据更新***数据库;然后将该信息提供者的信用度参数按照预设的降低单位进行降低,并对该信息提供者的信用度参数记录进行更新。
  7. 一种交通路况信息提供装置,包括:
    数据接收模块:配置为接收信息提供者分享的交通路况数据;
    真实度计算判断模块:配置为根据所述信息提供者分享的交通路况 数据计算相应的真实度参数,并判断所述真实度参数是否大于等于预设的真实度阈值;
    数据更新模块:配置为当该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数大于等于预设的真实度阈值时,采用所述交通路况数据更新***数据库;其中,所述***数据库用于向查询交通路况的用户提供相应的交通路况数据。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数包括关于该信息提供者的来源真实度参数、和/或关于所述交通路况数据的数据真实度参数。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述来源真实度参数包括信息提供者的信用度参数;所述数据真实度参数包括交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数、相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例中的至少一个;相应的,所述真实度阈值包括信用度阈值,还包括一致度阈值、比例阈值中的至少一个。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,当所述数据真实度参数包括交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数,和相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例时,真实度计算判断模块包括:
    第一判断单元:配置为判断信息提供者的信用度参数是否大于等于所述信用度阈值;
    第二判断单元:配置为当信息提供者的信用度大于等于所述信用度阈值时,判断交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数是否大于等于所述一致度阈值;
    第三判断单元:配置为当所述交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数大于等于所述一致度阈值时,判断相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例是否大于等于所述比 例阈值;
    真实度判断结果输出单元:配置为当相同的交通路况数据在接收到的所有同位置分享数据中所占比例大于等于所述比例阈值时,确定该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数大于等于预设的真实度阈值。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述信息提供者实际行进信息包括信息提供者行进速度、行进方向、当前位置;所述真实度计算判断模块包括:
    行进速度获取单元:获得信息提供者当前行进速度;
    实际行进信息所反映路况判断单元:配置为根据所述当前行进速度和预设的不同路况对应的速度范围,判断所述信息提供者实际行进信息所反映的路况;
    一致度参数获得单元:配置为将所述实际行进信息所反映的路况、实时获得的信息提供者行进方向和当前位置与所述交通路况数据进行对比,获得交通路况数据与信息提供者实际行进信息之间的一致度参数。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    信用度参数提升模块:配置为在数据更新模块采用所述交通路况数据更新***数据库之后,将该信息提供者的信用度参数按照预设的提升单位进行提升,并对该信息提供者的信用度参数记录进行更新;
    信用度参数降低模块:配置为在该信息提供者本次分享的交通路况数据的真实度参数小于预设的真实度阈值、并被拒绝用来更新***数据库后,将该信息提供者的信用度参数按照预设的降低单位进行降低,并对该信息提供者的信用度参数记录进行更新。
  13. 一种交通路况信息提供服务端,包括如权利要求7-12中任意一项所述的交通路况信息提供装置。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述存储介质包括一组计算机可执 行指令,所述指令用于执行权利要求1-6任一项所述的交通路况信息提供方法。
