Description

Clothing with cup
The present invention relates to a garment having a cup portion.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, clothing having a cup portion such as a brassiere uses a so-called mold-type cup or pad (hereinafter referred to as a cup portion) in which an elastic body such as polyurethane is molded (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). reference). In such a garment, the cup portion can be made seamless, so that a feeling of pressure or discomfort to the bust due to unevenness of the sewn portion of the cup can be eliminated, and the touch can be improved.

However, in the brassiere having a conventional mold type cup part, the cup part itself is made seamless, but when making the brassiere, other members than the cup part are attached. Therefore, for example, the side portion has a connecting portion with the back cloth and the upper portion of the cup portion has a connecting portion with the shoulder strap. No special consideration was given to this connecting portion, and a step due to sewing occurred, so the influence on the touch was inevitable.
The present invention provides a garment having a cup part that has a good feel at the boundary between a member including the cup part and another member constituting the garment, such as a back cloth, in a garment having a mold type cup part. A pair of cup support portions 102 are provided on the lower side portions of the pair of cup portions 101, and a base portion 110 is provided on the lower side portions of the pair of cup support portions 102. And a pair of cup support part 102 is formed along the Virges line, and is connected by the base part 110. FIG. A pair of cup part 101, a pair of cup support part 102, and the base part 110 are compression-molded integrally by the molding member (compression molding member 105). One end of a pair of back cloths 103 is attached to the side portions of the compression molding member 105 that are both ends of the base portion 110. The other end of the pair of back cloths 103 is attached with a connection locking portion 106 and is detachable near the center of the back.
In the present embodiment, the thickness of the compression molding member 105 is thinner in the attachment portion T of the back cloth 103 to the compression molding member 105 than in the adjacent portion. In this way, by reducing the thickness of the compression molding member 105 at the attachment portion T, the total thickness of the compression molding member 105 and the back cloth 103 at the attachment portion is substantially the same as the portion adjacent to the attachment portion. It becomes possible. Therefore, the level | step difference which arises in the boundary part of the compression molding member 105 and the back part 103 can be eliminated, and it becomes possible to make a feeling of wear favorable. Moreover, it can also prevent that a mark is attached to skin by wearing for a long time.
The back cloth 103 is preferably attached so as to be flat with a portion adjacent to the attachment portion. Here, the term “flat” is not limited to a strict one, but also includes a level that does not affect the touch when a garment having a cup portion is worn.
As the compression molded member 105, a thick sheet-like circular knitted material (cardboard knit) knitted from urethane foam, non-woven fabric, or high elastic yarn such as polyurethane can be used. To urethane foam is preferred.
The thickness of the attachment portion T of the compression molding member 105 is preferably partially reduced by compression molding, forming a notch, or the like. In the case of compression molding, for example, the material having a uniform thickness is prepared and a mold having a desired shape is used. The thin portion after molding is hard because it is strongly compressed, and the thick portion after molding is soft because it is weakly compressed, so that a compression molded member 105 having suitable thickness and softness can be obtained. it can. At this time, since the compression molding member 105 of the attachment portion T can be hardened by reducing the thickness, an effect as a bone supporting the side portion of the brassiere can be obtained.
In the brassiere of this embodiment, a hook (for example, hook-and-eye) can be used as the connection locking portion 106, but other types of locking tools may be used. Moreover, the back | bag cloth 103 does not need to have a connection latching | locking part. For example, it is good also as a front hook type by providing a connection latching | locking part in the front center. Moreover, the type which does not have a connection latching | locking part and the type which tied and latches a back cloth may be sufficient.
As the connection locking portion 106, a hook (for example, hook and eye (hook hook)), a gripper, a button, a string, a hook-and-loop fastener, and the like can be appropriately selected and used according to the design and application. In the case of using the hook and eye, gripper, or button, it is also preferable that a plurality of fastening positions are provided in advance so that the tightening degree can be finely adjusted. It should be noted that other types of locking tools other than those described above may be used.
In this embodiment, one end of the shoulder strap 104 is attached to the cup portion 101, and the other end is reversed through an annular locking tool 108A attached to the upper side portion of the back cloth 103, and is a long length consisting of an eight ring. The other end side of the shoulder strap 104 is attached to the upper side portion of the back cloth 103 in a state where the length of the shoulder strap 104 can be adjusted by being introduced into the height adjuster 108B. The form of the shoulder strap 104 is not limited to this, and may be, for example, a so-called “holter neck” type attached so as to connect the upper portions of the pair of cup portions 101 to each other. The attachment position of the shoulder strap 104 can be determined by the shape of the cup portion 101 and the design of the brassiere. The shoulder strap 104 may be anything that suspends the cup portion 101 from the shoulder. It may be a string or cloth tape, or may be a so-called round type strap having a wide width like a tank top. The form of the shoulder strap 104 is not limited to the form of attaching the pair of shoulder straps 104 to the upper part of the cup part 101 and the back cloth 103 corresponding to the pair of cup parts 101, for example, like a shoulder strap of a sports type bra Alternatively, the two shoulder straps 104 may be integrally attached to the back cloth 103 on the back side.
The present invention can be used for both types of wire-type and non-wire-type brassieres. Moreover, although the cup part 101 has given the example by which the whole is formed with the shaping | molding member in this embodiment, this invention is not limited to this. For example, according to the specification of the brassiere, the side portion including the shoulder strap attachment position of the cup portion 101 may be formed of a cloth material such as a marquisette or a power net.
FIG. 2 illustrates an example of a method for forming an attachment portion in which the back cloth 103 is attached to the compression molding member 105 including the cup portion of the brassiere 100 according to the first embodiment of the clothing having the cup portion of the present invention. The figure is shown. In the same figure, the cross section of the area | region S in FIG. 1 at the time of attachment is expanded and demonstrated. In addition, although the aspect containing the front cloth 120 which covers the front side of the compression molding member 105 is demonstrated here, even when it does not have the front cloth 120, an attachment part can be formed similarly.
First, a compression molding member 105 having a small thickness at the attachment portion T is prepared. On the attachment portion T of the compression molding member 105, the front cloth 120 and the back cloth 103 covering the front side of the clothing are overlapped in this order (FIG. 2A). Then, at the attachment portion T, the front cloth 120 and the back cloth 103 are attached to the compression molding member 105 (FIG. 2B). The front cloth 120 is folded back at the end of the attachment portion T so as to cover the front side of the compression molding member 105 (FIG. 2C).
The attachment portion T having a small thickness in the compression molding member 105 may be formed in advance, or may be formed by compression molding, or may be formed by providing a notch portion later. May be. When performing compression molding, as shown to Fig.3 (a), it can be set as a desired shape and thickness by performing heat compression (heat press) using the press type | mold P. FIG. It is preferable that the thickness of the attachment portion T is thinner than the adjacent compression molding member 105 by the thickness of the back cloth 103 or the like to be overlapped.
In order to attach the front cloth 120 and the back cloth 103 to the compression molding member 105 at the attachment portion T, in addition to bonding and sewing, thermocompression bonding and ultrasonic bonding can be performed, or bonding made of a hot melt resin Thermal bonding using an agent or the like may be performed.
When performing thermal bonding, it is also preferable to use a sheet having thermal adhesiveness. The sheet is a sheet made of a resin having thermal adhesiveness, a fiber sheet holding the resin having thermal adhesiveness, a fiber sheet in which the fibers constituting the sheet include heat-fusible fibers, etc. Can be used. In the case of using a heat-sealable fiber, a heat-sealable fiber having a core-sheath structure is more preferable because the strength of the fiber can be maintained even after heat-seal. It is particularly preferable to use a resin having a solid content of 100% in a heat-melting type called a hot-melt type resin because the process can be rationalized. Examples of the hot melt resin include EVA, polyamide, polyester, elastomer, and amorphous polymer hot melt resins. Among hot melt type resins, reactive hot melt type resins imparted with reactivity such as moisture curing, oxygen curing, ultraviolet curing, and electron beam curing can improve durability and heat resistance after curing. It can be used suitably.
When attaching the front cloth 120 and the back cloth 103 to the compression molding member 105 using the thermal adhesive sheet 130, the front cloth 120 and the back cloth 103 covering the front side of the clothing on the attachment portion T of the compression molding member 105, Are stacked in this order, and the thermal adhesive sheet 130 is sandwiched between the compression molding member 105 and the front cloth 120 and between the front cloth 120 and the back cloth 103 (FIG. 3B). Then, the attachment portion T is hot pressed to adhere the compression molding member 105, the front cloth 120 and the back cloth 103 (FIG. 3C), and then the front cloth 120 is folded back at the end of the attachment portion T and compressed. The front side of the molding member 105 is covered (FIG. 3D).
A member for reinforcement may be provided at a boundary portion between the compression molding member 105 and the back cloth 103. For example, in FIG. 3B, when a tape material having a heat bonding surface is arranged on one side so as to cover the boundary portion between the compression molding member 105 and the back cloth 103, and the heat pressing is performed, the reinforcing member is attached. It can be performed at the same time as attaching the back cloth.
As described above, in the first embodiment, in the brassiere 100, the left and right cup support portions 102 are connected via the base portion 110, and the cup support portion 102 and the back cloth 103 are connected. explained. However, the present invention is not limited to this.
(Second Embodiment)
In FIG. 4, the brassiere 200 which concerns on 2nd Embodiment of the clothing which has a cup part of this invention is shown. FIG. 4 is a rear view of the brassiere 200 according to the present embodiment. The brassiere 200 of this embodiment is a so-called glasses-type brassiere. More specifically, the back cloth 103 may extend forward so that the back cloth 103 is directly connected to the cup support portion 102, and may include an additional connection member that connects the front center side portions of the left and right cup support portions 102. it can. Also in this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, in the attachment portion T where the back cloth 103 is attached to the compression molding member 205, the thickness of the compression molding member 205 is thinner than the adjacent portions. In this way, by reducing the thickness of the compression molding member 205 at the attachment portion, the total thickness of the compression molding member 205 and the back cloth 103 at the attachment portion is made substantially the same as the portion adjacent to the attachment portion. Is possible. Therefore, the level | step difference which arises in the boundary part of the compression molding member 205 and the back | bag cloth 103 can be eliminated, and it becomes possible to make a feeling of wear favorable. Moreover, it can also prevent that a mark is attached to skin by wearing for a long time.
(Third embodiment)
FIG. 5 shows a brassiere 300 according to a third embodiment of a garment having a cup portion of the present invention. Fig.5 (a) is a rear view of the brassiere 300 of this embodiment. FIG. 5B is a cross-sectional view of the brassiere 300 according to the present embodiment in the vicinity of an attachment portion T of the pair of shoulder straps 304 to the compression molding member 305 (a region S surrounded by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 5A). It is the enlarged view of the cross section seen from. In the brassiere 300 of this embodiment, the thickness of the compression molding member 305 is thinner than the adjacent portion in the attachment portion T of the pair of shoulder straps 304 to the compression molding member 305. Thus, by reducing the thickness of the compression molding member 305 at the attachment portion, the total thickness of the compression molding member 305 and the shoulder strap 304 at the attachment portion is made substantially the same as the portion adjacent to the attachment portion. Is possible. Therefore, the level | step difference which arises in the boundary part of the compression molding member 305 and the shoulder strap 304 can be eliminated, and it becomes possible to make a feeling of wear favorable. Moreover, it can also prevent that a mark is attached to skin by wearing for a long time.
(Fourth embodiment)
FIG. 6 shows a brassiere 400 according to a fourth embodiment of a garment having a cup portion of the present invention. Fig.6 (a) is a rear view of the brassiere 400 of this embodiment. 6B is a cross-sectional view of the upper side portion of the cup portion of the compression molded member 405 including the cup portion 401 of the brassiere 400 of the present embodiment (the region S surrounded by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 6A is viewed from the direction of the arrow. FIG. In the brassiere 400 of the present embodiment, the front side of the cup part 401 is covered with a front cloth 420, and the front cloth 420 is folded back to the back side of the cup part at the upper side of the cup part and attached to the compression molding member 405. Yes. In the present embodiment, a backing cloth 421 is provided on the back surface of the compression molding member 405 (the surface that becomes the skin side when worn).
In the brassiere 400 of the present embodiment, the thickness of the compression molding member 405 is thinner than the adjacent portion in the attachment portion T of the front cloth 420 to the compression molding member 405. In this way, by reducing the thickness of the compression molding member 405 at the attachment portion, the total thickness of the compression molding member 405 and the front cloth 420 at the attachment portion is made substantially the same as the portion adjacent to the attachment portion. Is possible. Therefore, the level | step difference which arises in the boundary part of the compression molding member 405 and the surface cloth 420 can be eliminated, and it becomes possible to make a feeling of wear favorable. Moreover, it can also prevent that a mark is attached to skin by wearing for a long time.
In the above embodiment, the application of the present invention has been described with respect to the attachment portion of the back cloth, shoulder strap and front cloth constituting the brassiere, and the compression molded member, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the compression molded member Any portion that overlaps with other members can be applied. That is, the present invention can also be applied to an attachment portion of an arbitrary member that is a member constituting clothing and attached to a compression molding member including a cup portion. For example, in the first embodiment, the compression molding member 105 is composed of a pair of cup portions 101, a pair of cup support portions 102, and a base portion 110, but the cup support portion and the base portion are separate members. Also, the present invention can be applied to an attachment part of a compression molding member (cup part) for attaching a cup support part or a base part as another member.
(Fifth embodiment)
Next, FIG. 7A shows a perspective view of a bra camisole 500 as another example of the clothing having the cup portion of the present invention.
The brassiere part of the bra camisole 500 is designed based on the same concept as the brassiere 100 described in FIG. In this embodiment, the bra camisole 500 has a body 501 on the lower side of the base portion 110. In this example, the body 501 also serves as the back cloth in the present invention. A back cloth may be provided separately and the body 501 may be attached under the back cloth. Other aspects are substantially the same as those of the brassiere 100 shown in FIG. 1, and the same portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted. Here, the bra camisole having a brassiere-corresponding portion designed based on the same concept as the brassiere 100 according to the first embodiment has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and according to another embodiment. It can also be a bra camisole having a brassiere equivalent part.
(Sixth embodiment)
FIG. 7B shows a perspective view of a bra camisole 600 as another example of the clothing having the cup portion of the present invention. The bra camisole 600 is provided with a brassiere portion on the inside of the camisole body, and the brassiere portion is designed based on the same concept as the brassiere 100 described in FIG. In this aspect, the bra camisole 600 has a body 601 so as to cover a brassiere equivalent part. Moreover, the back | bag cloth 103 does not have a connection latching | locking part, but is a mode which can be attached or detached without operating a connection latching | locking part. It can also be a bra camisole having a brassiere equivalent part. By adopting the configuration of this example, it is possible to diversify variations in appearance when worn regardless of the design of the cup portion 101. In addition, the cup portion 101 can be prevented from cracking on the outer side.
