Abstract
Bei einem erfindungsgemäßen Sensorelement zur Bestimmung von Dehnungen ist ein sensitives Element auf einer Oberfläche eines Bauteils oder Substrats befestigt und/oder an mindestens zwei in einem Abstand zueinander angeordneten Positionen eingespannt gehalten. Das sensitive Element ist aus einem elastisch verformbaren Polymer gebildet, in dem elektrisch leitende Partikel, mit einem Anteil bei dem die Perkolationsschwelle überschritten ist, eingebettet sind. Außerdem sind am sensitiven Element in einem Abstand zueinander mindestens zwei für einen Anschluss an eine elektrische Spannungsquelle ausgebildete Kontaktpunkte vorhanden oder ausgebildet, so dass eine auftretende Dehnung am sensitiven Element durch Erfassung einer sich entsprechend verändernden elektrischen Spannung, eines elektrischen Stromes und/oder eines elektrischen Widerstandes mit einem Messgerät bestimmbar ist/sind.
