本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在箱体上靠近冰箱间室开口处的相对侧分别设置一组风帘产生装置,从而在门体打开时形成双向对流出风,并且由于出风距离短,进而在冰箱间室前侧形成强度较好的风帘,有效阻止冰箱外侧空气流入、内侧冷气流出。另外,在门体关闭时,本发明还通过第一温度检测元件和第二温度检测元件分别检测冰箱间室内靠近开口处和远离开口处的温度,并且在开口处温度较高时控制风帘产生装置的风机反转,从而借助风机反转时的抽力造成冰箱间室内部的气流扰动,进而加快冰箱间室里侧的温度较低的冷气和靠近开口的温度较高的空气相互流动,使得冰箱内部的温度达到平衡状态。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的各实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
图1至图4所示为本发明冰箱100的一较佳实施方式。参见图1-图4,本发明冰箱100包括具有冰箱间室10的箱体1(本领域技术人员熟知的,箱体1的冰箱间室10前端具有开口)、开关冰箱间室10的门体(未图示)、设置在箱体1与门体之间的门体开关检测元件3、用以分别检测冰箱间室10内靠近冰箱间室10的开口处和远离该开口处温度的第一温度检测元件4和第二温度检测元件5、设置在箱体1靠近冰箱间室10开口处的相对侧的两组风帘产生装置6、制冷***(未图示)、以及与门体开关检测元件3、第一温度检测元件4和第二温度检测元件5相连接以控制风帘产生装置6的控制装置7。冰箱100的制冷***也与控制装置7相连接并受控制装置7的控制。
本领域技术人员可以理解,上文提到的“用以分别检测冰箱间室10内靠近开口处和远离开口处温度的第一温度检测元件4和第二温度检测元件5”中的技术术语“靠近”和“远离”是相对的概念,即第一温度检测元件4距离冰箱间室10开口处较近,而第二温度检测元件5距离冰箱间室10开口处较远。在一些实施例中,第一温度检测元件4距离冰箱间室10开口处的距离例如可在1mm-100mm之间,优选在10mm-50mm之间;第二温度检测元件5距离冰箱间室10开口处的距离例如可在50mm-300mm之间,优选在100mm-200mm之间,并且第一温度检测元件4距离冰箱间室10开口处的距离小于第二温度检测元件5距离冰箱间室10开口处的距离。
本领域技术人员还可理解,上文提到的“设置在箱体1靠近冰箱间室10开口处的相对侧的两组风帘产生装置6”中的技术术语“靠近”,可理解为第一温度检测元件4与冰箱间室10开口之间有间距,该间距例如可在1mm-100mm之间,具体地,可选为50mm,30mm,10mm,5mm等。
参见图1,箱体1设有相对的顶侧和底侧、以及相对的左侧和右侧;在本实施方式中,两组风帘产生装置6相对设置在箱体1的左侧和右侧,从而可使得每组风帘产生装置6所需的出风距离较短,进而可保证出风强度,且能耗较低。当然,两组风帘产生装置6也可选择相对设置在箱体1的顶侧和 底侧,同样也可实现本发明的目的。
箱体1包括形成在冰箱间室10周围的内胆11、外壳(未图示)及设置在内胆11和外壳(未图示)间的发泡层(未图示)。
结合图2及图3所示,每一组风帘产生装置6包括设置在冰箱间室10靠近开口处的风口61、设置在风口61外侧的风机62、以及收容风机62的壳体63。
在本实施方式中,每组风帘产生装置6的风口61开设在内胆11的(一个)侧壁上、并在冰箱100高度方向上延伸。风口61连通壳体63和冰箱间室10,以使得壳体63内的风机62可自风口61朝向冰箱间室10内吹风,从而形成风帘。为使得风帘布满冰箱间室10的前侧,风口61在冰箱100高度方向上的延伸长度大于内胆11的侧壁高度的2/3,并且在冰箱100高度方向上位于内胆11侧壁的中间位置。本领域技术人员可以理解,此处的术语“中间位置”可理解为风口61顶端距离内胆11侧壁顶端的距离与风口61底端距离内胆11侧壁底端的距离基本相同。在其他实施例中,风口61顶端距离内胆11侧壁顶端的距离与风口61底端距离内胆11侧壁底端的距离可不相同。
风帘产生装置6包括有多个沿冰箱100高度方向均匀设置的风机62,以使得风机62吹出的风均匀布满冰箱间室10的前侧,从而形成较好的风帘。收容风机62的壳体63镶嵌在内胆11外侧的发泡层中,从而可不占用冰箱间室10的内侧空间或者冰箱100外侧的空间,使得冰箱100整体视觉效果较好。
当然,风帘产生装置6整体也可设置在内胆11内侧或者镶嵌在内胆11的侧壁上。
结合图1至图4所示,控制装置7主要是根据门体开关检测元件3、第一温度检测元件4和第二温度检测元件5的反馈信息控制风帘产生装置6中的风机62正转或反转。
结合本发明以上冰箱100的结构设置,本发明还涉及一种冰箱100内风帘产生装置6的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
控制装置7接收门体开关检测元件3检测到的门体的开关信息;
在检测到门体打开时,控制装置7控制两组风帘产生装置6中的风机62正转,使两个风口62相对出风,从而在冰箱间室10的前侧形成一道风 帘;
在检测到门体关闭时,控制装置7获取第一温度检测元件4和第二温度检测元件5的检测数值,以获得冰箱间室10靠近开口处和远离开口处的温度差值,并将该温度差值与一预设值相比较;在本实施方式中,该预设值设置为1℃;
若温度差值大于预设值,则控制两组风帘产生装置6中的风机62反转,使冰箱间室10内冷气向前流动,并在温度差值不大于预设值后控制风机62停止转动。
在上述门体关闭时,控制装置7同时根据冰箱间室10内的温度状况、即第二温度检测元件5的检测值控制制冷***的工作。
综上所述,本发明通过在箱体1上靠近冰箱间室10开口处的相对侧分别设置一组风帘产生装置6,从而在门体打开时形成双向对流出风,进而在冰箱间室10前侧形成强度较好的风帘,有效阻止冰箱100外侧空气流入、内侧冷气流出。另外,在门体关闭时,本发明还通过第一温度检测元件4和第二温度检测元件5分别检测冰箱间室10内靠近开口处和远离开口处的温度,并且在开口处温度较高时控制风帘产生装置6的风机62反转,从而借助风机62反转时的抽力造成冰箱间室10内部的气流扰动,进而加快冰箱间室10里侧的温度较低的冷气和靠近开口的温度较高的空气相互流动,使得冰箱100内部的温度达到平衡状态。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱,包括具有冰箱间室的箱体、开关所述冰箱间室的门体、设置在所述箱体与所述门体之间的门体开关检测元件、用以分别检测所述冰箱间室内靠近所述冰箱间室开口处和远离所述开口处温度的第一温度检测元件和第二温度检测元件、以及与所述门体开关检测元件、所述第一温度检测元件和所述第二温度检测元件相连接的控制装置;
    其特征在于:所述箱体在所述冰箱间室靠近所述开口处的相对侧还分别设有一组风帘产生装置,每组所述风帘产生装置包括设置在冰箱间室靠近所述开口处的风口、以及设置在所述风口外侧的风机;其中
    所述控制装置与所述风机相连接、并根据所述门体开关检测元件、所述第一温度检测元件和所述第二温度检测元件的反馈信息控制所述风机正转或反转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:
    所述箱体设有相对的顶侧和底侧、以及相对的左侧和右侧,两组所述风帘产生装置相对设置在所述箱体的左侧和右侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:
    所述箱体包括形成在所述冰箱间室周围的内胆、外壳及设置在所述内胆和所述外壳间的发泡层;且
    每组所述风帘产生装置还包括***述风机的壳体,所述壳体镶嵌在发泡层中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于:
    每组所述风帘产生装置的风口开设在所述内胆的侧壁上、并连通所述壳体和所述冰箱间室。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于:
    所述风口在冰箱高度方向上延伸;且
    每组所述风帘产生装置包括有多个沿冰箱高度方向均匀设置的所述风机。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于:
    所述风口在冰箱高度方向上的延伸长度大于所述内胆侧壁高度的2/3,并且在冰箱高度方向上位于所述内胆侧壁的中间位置。
  7. 一种冰箱内风帘产生装置的控制方法,其特征在于:
    所述冰箱包括具有冰箱间室的箱体、开关所述冰箱间室的门体、设置在所述箱体与所述门体之间的门体开关检测元件、用以分别检测所述冰箱间室内靠近所述冰箱间室开口处和远离所述开口处温度的第一温度检测元件和第二温度检测元件、设置在所述箱体靠近所述开口处的相对侧的两组风帘产生装置、以及控制装置;其中每组所述风帘产生装置包括设置在所述冰箱间室靠近所述开口处的风口、以及设置在所述风口外侧的风机;所述控制方法包括以下步骤:
    检测所述门体的开关信息;
    在所述门体打开时控制两组所述风帘产生装置中的风机正转,使两个所述风口相对出风而在所述冰箱间室的前侧形成一道风帘;
    在检测到所述门体关闭时,获取所述冰箱间室靠近所述开口和远离所述开口处的温度差值,并将所述温度差值与一预设值相比较;
    若所述温度差值大于所述预设值,则控制两组所述风帘产生装置中的风机反转,使所述冰箱间室内冷气流动,并在所述温度差值不大于所述预设值后控制所述风机停止转动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱内风帘产生装置的控制方法,其特征在于:
    所述预设值为1℃。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的冰箱内风帘产生装置的控制方法,其特征在于:
    所述箱体包括形成在所述冰箱间室周围的内胆、外壳及设置在所述内胆和所述外壳间的发泡层;且
    所述风帘产生装置还包括***述风机的壳体,所述壳体镶嵌在所述发泡层中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱内风帘产生装置的控制方法,其特征在于:
    每组所述风帘产生装置的风口开设在所述内胆的侧壁上、并在冰箱高度方向上延伸;且
    每组所述风帘产生装置包括有多个沿冰箱高度方向均匀设置的所述风机。
