导流支架52的下方敞开,水流可以从导流支架52的下方和侧面进入到叶轮51,即开放式水泵5的入水口位于导流支架52的下方和侧面,旋转喷臂53的相对上容置空腔531的顶面封闭,水流从上容置空腔531的侧面流出,即开放式水泵5的出水口位于旋转喷臂53内上容置空腔531的侧面。
旋转喷臂53包括对合的上盖体532和下盖体533,两者之间形成与上容置空腔531连通的流道,上容置空腔531位于旋转喷臂53的中间,而流道位于上容置空腔531的两侧。导流支架52顶部中心外周、位于下台阶面524上方的位置处还设有上台阶面525,与旋转喷臂53的下表面抵接,旋转喷臂53搁置在上台阶面525上。上盖体532上表面开设有多个出水孔5321,出水孔5321位于流道的上方,与流道相对应,由叶轮51泵出的水通过上容置空腔531进入到流道,进而从出水孔5321喷出,对待清洗对象进行冲洗。
底板11上位于导流支架52的下方,即开放式水泵5的入水口设有导流环54,导流环54的位置与导流支架52对应,并且电机4的输出轴41从导流环54中心穿过与叶轮51的轴511连接,导流环54的上表面由周边向中心逐渐向上倾斜,由此使得和导流支架52下表面之间的距离由周边向中心逐渐减小,即使得该处的水流通道由周边向中心逐渐减小,导流环54可对在该入水口处进入的水流进行导向,使其有序的进入到下容置空腔522内,由此大大降低了叶轮51旋转汲水时的噪音,并且由于入水口的水流通道由周边向中心逐渐减小,使得水流在进入到下容置空腔522前有一个加速的过程,有助于形成负压,获得较好的汲水效果。
在本实施例中,参见图4-1,导流环54的上表面呈由周边向中心逐渐向上倾斜的斜面541。
导流环54还可以设计成其他结构,如图4-2所示的另一个实施例中,导流环54的上表面呈由周边向中心逐渐向上倾斜的弧形面542,该弧形面呈上凸状;如图4-3所示的又一个实施例中,该弧形面呈下凹状。
相应的,导流支架52的下表面也可以设置与导流环54对应的环形的导流面523。导流面523的形状可以与导流环54的上表面对称。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种开放式水泵,包括上壳体、下壳体和叶轮(51),所述叶轮(51)包括位于中心的轴(511)和在轴(511)的周面上沿周向均匀分布的多个沿轴向延伸的叶片(512),所述叶片(512)在轴向上分为相互连接的上段(5121)和下段(5122),所述上壳体中形成有容置叶片(512)上段(5121)的上容置空腔(531),所述下壳体中形成有容置叶片(512)下段(5122)的下容置空腔(522),其特征在于:
    所述下壳体的下方设置有导流环(54),所述导流环(54)与下壳体之间的水流通道由周边向中心逐渐减小。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的开放式水泵,其特征在于:所述导流环(54)的上表面呈由周边向中心逐渐向上倾斜的斜面(541)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的开放式水泵,其特征在于:所述导流环(54)的上表面呈由周边向中心逐渐向上倾斜的弧形面(542),所述弧形面(542)呈上凸状或下凹状。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的开放式水泵,其特征在于:所述下壳体下表面与所述导流环(54)对应的位置设置有相应的环形的导流面(523)。
  5. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的开放式水泵,其特征在于:所述叶轮(51)的轴(511)穿过所述导流环(54)与电机的输出轴(41)连接。
  6. 一种水槽式清洗机,包括形成洗涤空间的箱体,所述箱体包括水槽本体(1),其特征在于:所述水槽本体(1)的底部至少中央部位形成有沥水区域(32),所述沥水区域(32)上覆盖有带有沥水孔(31)的沥水板(3),所述沥水区域(32)内设置有如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的开放式水泵,所述导流环(54)固定在所述水槽本体(1)的底部。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的水槽式清洗机,其特征在于:所述上壳体为覆盖在叶轮(51)上的旋转喷臂(53),所述旋转喷臂(53)包括对合的上盖体(532)和下盖体(533),所述下盖体(533)的中间形成所述上容置空腔(531)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的水槽式清洗机,其特征在于:所述旋转喷臂(53)的上盖体(532)上开设有出水孔(5321),所述上盖体(532)和下盖体(533)之间形成有与所述上容置空腔(531)连通的流道,所述出水孔(5321)与流道的位置对应。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的水槽式清洗机,其特征在于:所述下壳体为导流支架(52),导流支架(52)的中心形成所述下容置空腔(522),所述导流支架(522)的周向上设有多个纵向延伸的安装支脚(521),使得导流支架(52)悬空设置在水槽本体(1)的底部。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的水槽式清洗机,其特征在于:所述导流支架(52)顶部中心外周具有上台阶面(525),所述上壳体搁置于所述上台阶面(525)上。
