本发明实施例提供了一种实现一卡多号漫游业务的方法, 图 1是根据本 发明实施例提供的拜访地本地用户 A呼叫处于所述拜访地的漫游用户 B的会 话建立流程图。 其中, 拜访地本地的用户 A向漫游到拜访地的用户 B发起呼 叫, 该方法包括:
在步骤 S101中, 拜访地的移动交换中心 VMSC接收所述用户 A的呼叫 请求, 所述呼叫请求中携带用户 B在所述拜访地的号码。
所述用户 B为办理了一卡多号业务的用户, 他能同时拥有拜访地的号码 和归属地的号码, 并且 HLR中记录有两个号码的映射关系, 并且可以同时处 述一^ ^多号业务的费率, 可以是事先在办理所述一^ ^多号业务时, 就已经由双 方运营商协商确定的,该运营商间协商确定的过程为商业问题,因此不再贅述。
本步骤在节点间的信令实现如图 4中的步骤 401。
在步骤 102中, VMSC根据所述拜访地的号码寻址, 向信令转接点 ( Signaling Transfer Point, STP )发送取路由信息 ( Send Routing Information, SRI ), 以便所述 STP根据所述拜访地的号码获取指向用户 B归属地的位置寄 存器( Home Location Register, HLR ) 的路由信息。
取路由信息 SRI是一种网内消息,只有在 VMSC确定被呼叫的号码是漫 游地本地的号码时才会做出响应。 SRI是一种信令消息, 因此, 它不会像 IAM 消息一样需要占用话路资源。 但是, 现有技术中, 一个拜访地本地用户在拨打 一个现有技术中漫游用户的号码时,只能通过 IAM消息获取相应的路由信息。
本步骤在节点间的信令实现如图 4中的步骤 402。 在步骤 103中 , VMSC接收所述 HLR发送的获取所述拜访地的号码的 请求 ( Provide Roaming Number, PRN )。
本实施例是利用了 PRN消息,将获取对象由现有技术里的获取移动用户 漫游号码( Mobile Subscriber Roaming Number, MSRN )替换为获取用户 B在 拜访地的号码, 所述用户 B在拜访地的号码是在用户 B完成位置更新时存储 在拜访地测的(例如: 拜访地的 VMSC/VLR上), 而所述移动用户漫游号码则 是由 VMSC生成并分配给漫游到拜访地用户的。
本步骤在节点间的信令实现如图 4中的步骤 405。
在步骤 104中, VMSC向所述 HLR发送所述拜访地的号码,并接收 HLR 返回的取路由信息响应。
本步骤在节点间的信令实现如图 4中的步骤 406-407。
在步骤 105中, VMSC根据所述取路由信息响应, 依据本地接续方式接 续所述用户 A和用户 B。
本步骤在节点间的信令实现如图 4中的步骤 408。
本实施例中通过为用户 B分别提供在其归属地和拜访地的号码, 以便有 拜访地本地的用户通过用户 B在拜访地的号码发起呼叫时, 用户 B能够利用 SRI信令完成路由信息的获取, 从而避免了现有技术采用 IAM消息发送时, 附带需要建立话路以致产生更多的话费结算,本发明的方法节省了建立会话所 要消耗的资源, 并且实现了在拜访地本地用户呼叫时, 能够通过本地接续的方 式与用户 B建立会话连接, 从而避免会话通路的迂回。
之所以在本实施例中能够基于本地接续方式建立漫游用户 B和漫游地本 地用户 A的通话, 是因为从商业运营角度来说, 双方的运营商在一开始就协 商了该一卡多号的业务,并就此业务拟定了上述利用本地接续方式建立漫游用 户通话时的费率关系; 从技术实现角度来说, 因为 VMSC无需生成 MSRN, 而 于协商定的一卡多号业务中的漫游地号码来完成接续, 因此, 可以基于 预置的费率完成计费。这种方式在现有技术中是不可能实现的,现有技术会话 通路只能迂回到漫游用户 HMSC才能实现。
为了使得本实施例更易于实现, 基于上述实施例特征, 进一步描述在所 述用户 A向漫游到拜访地的所述用户 B发起呼叫之前, 所述用户 B如何先接 入到 VMSC, 参考图 2, 所述接入具体包括以下步骤:
在步骤 201中, VMSC接收所述用户 B的位置更新请求, 所述位置更新 请求中包含所述用户 B在归属地的国际移动台标识( International Mobile Station Identity, IMSI )。
在步骤 202中, VMSC根据所述用户 B在归属地的 IMSI寻址到所述用 户 B的 HLR,并发送位置更新请求给所述 HLR; 以便 HLR在发现所述用户 B 为一^ ^多号用户时, 能够根据所述用户 B当前所处拜访地的 VMSC查找对应 的 MSISDN; 所述查找出的 MSISDN和 VMSC所在地的号码制式相同。
其中, VMSC查找出的 MSISDN即用户 B办理的一^ ^多号业务中,在该 拜访地的号码。
在步骤 203中, VMSC接收所述 HLR返回的位置更新接收消息; 所述 位置更新接收消息中携带所述查找出 MSISDN。
在步骤 204中, VMSC存储所述 MSISDN并返回更新成功消息给用户 B。 上述接入内容支撑了 VMSC如何能够识别用户 A所拨打的用户 B在拜 访地的号码, 并根据所述号码获取到用户 B的 HLR的路由信息。
对于上述实施例中步骤 102中实现的, STP根据所述拜访地的号码获取 指向用户 B归属地的位置寄存器 HLR的路由信息的方式包括:
所述 STP查询号码携带数据库( Number Portability Database , NPDB ) 获得所述路由信息, 所述路由信息是在用户 B完成位置更新时, 存储于所述 NPDB中。
本发明另一个实施例提供的一种实现一^ ^多号漫游业务的方法, 其中, 用户 B的归属地本地的用户 C向漫游到拜访地的用户 B发起呼叫, 所述方法 包括:
在步骤 301中,归属地的移动交换中心( Home Mobile Switching Center, HMSC )接收所述用户 C的呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求中携带用户 B在所述归 属地的号码。
本步骤在节点间的信令实现如图 5中的步骤 501。
在步骤 302中, HMSC根据所述归属地的号码向所述用户 B的归属地的 位置寄存器 HLR发送取路由信息 SRI;以便所述 HLR根据用户 B在归属地的 号码查询用户 B所处拜访地的 VMSC。
本步骤在节点间的信令实现如图 5中的步骤 502。
在步骤 303中 , HMSC接收所述 HLR发送的 SRI响应; 所述 SRI响应 中携带所述 HLR从 VMSC中获取到的用户 B的拜访地的号码和路由信息; 本步骤在节点间的信令实现如图 5中的步骤 506。
在步骤 304中, HMSC通过所述路由信息建立用户 C和所述 MSRN的 接续。
本步骤在节点间的信令实现如图 5中的步骤 507。
本实施例中通过为用户 B分别提供在其归属地和拜访地的号码, 以便有 拜访地本地的用户通过用户 B在拜访地的号码发起呼叫时, 用户 C能够利用 用户 B原本在归属地的号码发起呼叫, 并且减少了现有技术中会话建立时直 接采用 IAM消息方式造成的话路资源的浪费。
本实施例中所述 HLR根据用户 B在归属地的号码查询用户 B所处拜访地 的 VMSC后, 具体还包括如图 5中步骤 503-步骤 505的内容:
在步骤 503中, HLR根据用户 B在归属地的号码查询用户 B的 IMSI和 当前漫游所处拜访地的 VMSC。
在步骤 504中, HLR向查找出的 VMSC发送 PRN。
在步骤 505中 , VMSC向 HLR返回 PRN Ack, 其中携带用户 B在接入
VMSC时存储的用户 B的拜访地的号码。
为了使得本实施例更易于实现,基于上述实施例特征, 进一步描述在所述 用户 A向漫游到拜访地的所述用户 B发起呼叫之前, 所述用户 B如何先接入
VMSC, 所述接入具体包括上述步骤 201-步骤 204的内容。
在本发明实施例提供的如图 1所示的漫游地本地用户 A拨打漫游用户 B 的情况和如图 2所示的归属地的用户 C拨打漫游用户 B的情况, 是两者单独 实现的情况。 那么当用户 A和用户 C同时发起对漫游用户 B的会话请求时, 则由于用户 A拨打的是用户 B拜访地的号码, 用户 C拨打的是用户 B归属地 的号码, 所以, 就可能造成冲突。 因此, 下面为该冲突问题给出了一种可选的 方案。
由于无论用户 A发起还是用户 C发起,都需要通过 VMSC侧的用户 B的 拜访地的号码寻找到用户 B的移动台, 并且是有 VMSC来建立最终的会话通 路。 因此, 最简单的方法就是在 VMSC中维护一个用户 B的状态, 使得在建 立呼叫时候, 能够依据所述用户 B的状态获知当前用户 B是处于占用还是处 于空闲状态。
本发明实施例除了提供了上述一种实现一^ ^多号漫游业务方法外, 还提 供了相应实现方法的装置,该装置包括收发器 601、存储器 602和处理器 603 , 三者通过总线连接, 其功能描述具体如下:
所述存储器 601 , 用于存储收发器 602接收来的需要保存的数据, 以及 存储提供给处理器执行所述一卡多号业务的相关代码;
所述收发器 602, 用于在处理器 603运行过程中涉及到与网络间其他节 点间的信令交互时, 提供接收和发送功能;
所述处理器 603 , 用于从存储器 601中获取执行所述一卡多号业务的相 关代码, 并实现以下操作:
利用所述收发器 602接收所述用户 A的呼叫请求; 根据所述呼叫请求中 携带的拜访地的号码寻址, 并通过所述收发器 602向信令转接点 STP发送取 路由信息 SRI, 以便所述 STP根据所述拜访地的号码获取指向用户 B归属地 的位置寄存器 HLR的路由信息;利用所述收发器 602接收所述 HLR发送的获 取所述拜访地的号码的请求 PRN; 向所述 HLR发送所述拜访地的号码, 并通 过所述收发器 602接收 HLR返回的取路由信息响应; 根据所述取的路由信息 响应, 依据本地接续方式接续所述用户 A和用户 B。
上述本发明实施例一种实现一卡多号漫游业务的装置, 还用于完成漫游 用户 B接入网络的过程, 其特征在于, 所述收发器 601、 存储器 602和处理器 603还用于:
所述处理器 603 , 用于从存储器 602中获取执行所述一卡多号业务的相 关代码, 并实现以下操作:
通过所述收发器 601接收所述用户 B的位置更新请求, 所述位置更新请 求中包含所述用户 B在归属地的国际移动台标识 IMSI; 根据所述用户 B在归 属地的 IMSI寻址到所述用户 B的 HLR, 并发送位置更新请求给所述 HLR; 以便 HLR在发现所述用户 B为一^ ^多号用户时, 能够根据所述用户 B当前所 处拜访地的 VMSC查找对应的 MSISDN;所述查找出的 MSISDN和 VMSC所 在地的号码制式相同; 通过所述收发器 601接收所述 HLR返回的位置更新接 收消息; 所述位置更新接收消息中携带所述查找出 MSISDN; 利用所述存储器 602存储所述 MSISDN, 并返回更新成功消息给用户 B。
本发明的实施例除了提供了上述一种实现一^ ^多号漫游业务方法外, 还 提供了相应实现方法的装置,该装置包括收发器 701、存储器 702和处理器 703, 三者通过总线连接, 其功能描述具体如下:
所述存储器 701 , 用于存储收发器 702接收来的需要保存的数据, 以及 存储提供给处理器执行所述一卡多号业务的相关代码;
所述收发器 702, 用于在处理器 703运行过程中涉及到与网络间其他节 点间的信令交互时, 提供消息的接收和发送功能;
所述处理器 703 , 用于从存储器 701中获取执行所述一卡多号业务的相 关代码, 并实现以下操作:
通过所述收发器 702接收所述用户 C的呼叫请求; 根据所述呼叫请求中 携带的归属地的号码向所述用户 B的归属地的位置寄存器 HLR发送取路由信 息 SRI; 以便所述 HLR根据用户 B在归属地的号码查询用户 B所处拜访地的 VMSC; 通过所述收发器 702接收所述 HLR发送的 SRI响应; 所述 SRI响应 中携带所述 HLR从 VMSC中获取到的用户 B的拜访地的号码和路由信息;通 过所述路由信息建立用户 C和所述拜访地的号码的接续。
所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用 时, 可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技 术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以 以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括 若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设 备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。 而前述的存储介质 包括: U盘、 移动硬盘、 只读存储器(Read-Only Memory, ROM ), 随机存取 存储器(Random Access Memory, RAM ), 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序 代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于 此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到 变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应 所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种实现一^ ^多号漫游业务的方法, 其中, 拜访地本地的用户 A向 漫游到拜访地的用户 B发起呼叫, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
拜访地的移动交换中心 VMSC接收所述用户 A的呼叫请求, 所述呼叫 请求中携带用户 B在所述拜访地的号码;
所述 VMSC根据所述拜访地的号码寻址, 向信令转接点 STP发送取路 由信息 SRI, 以便所述 STP根据所述拜访地的号码获取指向用户 B归属地的 位置寄存器 HLR的路由信息;
所述 VMSC接收所述 HLR发送的获取所述拜访地的号码的请求 PRN; 所述 VMSC向所述 HLR发送所述拜访地的号码,并接收 HLR返回的取 路由信息响应;
所述 VMSC根据所述取的路由信息响应,依据本地接续方式接续所述用 户 A和用户 B。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述用户 A向漫游到拜 访地的所述用户 B发起呼叫之前, 所述用户 B要先接入 VMSC, 所述接入具 体包括:
所述 VMSC接收所述用户 B的位置更新请求,所述位置更新请求中包含 所述用户 B在归属地的国际移动台标识 IMSI;
所述 VMSC根据所述用户 B在归属地的 IMSI寻址到所述用户 B的 HLR, 并发送位置更新请求给所述 HLR; 以便 HLR在发现所述用户 B为一^ ^多号用 户时, 能够根据所述用户 B当前所处拜访地的 VMSC查找对应的 MSISDN; 所述查找出的 MSISDN和 VMSC所在地的号码制式相同;
所述 VMSC接收所述 HLR返回的位置更新接收消息; 所述位置更新接 收消息中携带所述查找出 MSISDN;
所述 VMSC存储所述 MSISDN, 并返回更新成功消息给用户 B。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 STP根据所述拜 访地的号码获取指向用户 B归属地的位置寄存器 HLR的路由信息的方式包括: 所述 STP查询号码携带数据库 NPDB获得所述路由信息;所述路由信息 是在用户 B完成位置更新时, 存储于所述 NPDB中。
4、 一种实现一^ ^多号漫游业务的方法, 其中, 用户 B的归属地本地的 用户 C向漫游到拜访地的用户 B发起呼叫, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 归属地的移动交换中心 HMSC接收所述用户 C的呼叫请求,所述呼叫请 求中携带用户 B在所述归属地的号码;
所述 HMSC根据所述归属地的号码向所述用户 B的归属地的位置寄存器 HLR发送取路由信息 SRI; 以便所述 HLR根据用户 B在归属地的号码查询用 户 B所处拜访地的 VMSC;
所述 HMSC接收所述 HLR发送的 SRI响应; 所述 SRI响应中携带所述 HLR从 VMSC中获取到的用户 B的拜访地的号码和路由信息;
所述 HMSC通过所述路由信息建立用户 C和所述 MSRN的接续。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述用户 C向漫游到拜 访地的所述用户 B发起呼叫之前, 所述用户 B要先接入 VMSC, 所述接入具 体包括:
所述 VMSC接收所述用户 B的位置更新请求,所述位置更新请求中包含 所述用户 B在归属地的国际移动台标识 IMSI;
所述 VMSC根据所述用户 B在归属地的 IMSI寻址到所述用户 B的 HLR, 并发送位置更新请求给所述 HLR;以便 HLR在发现所述用户 B为一^ ^多号用 户时, 能够根据所述用户 B当前所处拜访地的 VMSC查找对应的 MSISDN; 所述查找出的 MSISDN和 VMSC所在地的号码制式相同;
所述 VMSC接收所述 HLR返回的位置更新接收消息; 所述位置更新接 收消息中携带所述查找出 MSISDN;
所述 VMSC存储所述 MSISDN并返回更新成功消息给用户 B。
6、一种实现一卡多号漫游业务的装置, 该装置包括收发器、存储器和处 理器, 三者通过总线连接, 其特征在于,
所述存储器, 用于存储收发器接收来的需要保存的数据, 以及存储提供 给处理器执行所述一卡多号业务的相关代码;
所述收发器, 用于在处理器运行过程中涉及到与网络间其他节点间的信 令交互时, 提供接收和发送功能; 所述处理器, 用于从存储器中获取执行所述一卡多号业务的相关代码, 并实现以下操作:
利用所述收发器接收所述用户 A的呼叫请求,
根据所述呼叫请求中携带的拜访地的号码寻址, 并通过所述收发器向信 令转接点 STP发送取路由信息 SRI, 以便所述 STP根据所述拜访地的号码获 取指向用户 B归属地的位置寄存器 HLR的路由信息;
利用所述收发器接收所述 HLR发送的获取所述拜访地的号码的请求
PRN;
向所述 HLR发送所述拜访地的号码, 并通过所述收发器接收 HLR返回 的取路由信息响应;
根据所述取的路由信息响应,依据本地接续方式接续所述用户 A和用户
B。
7、如权利要求 6所述的装置,还用于完成漫游用户 B接入网络的过程, 其特征在于, 所述收发器、 存储器和处理器还用于:
所述处理器, 用于从存储器中获取执行所述一卡多号业务的相关代码, 并实现以下操作:
通过收发器接收所述用户 B的位置更新请求, 所述位置更新请求中包含 所述用户 B在归属地的国际移动台标识 IMSI;
根据所述用户 B在归属地的 IMSI寻址到所述用户 B的 HLR, 并发送位 置更新请求给所述 HLR; 以便 HLR在发现所述用户 B为一^ ^多号用户时, 能 够根据所述用户 B当前所处拜访地的 VMSC查找对应的 MSISDN; 所述查找 出的 MSISDN和 VMSC所在地的号码制式相同;
接收所述 HLR返回的位置更新接收消息;所述位置更新接收消息中携带 所述查找出 MSISDN;
存储所述 MSISDN, 并返回更新成功消息给用户 B。
8、一种实现一卡多号漫游业务的装置, 该装置包括收发器、存储器和处 理器, 三者通过总线连接, 其特征在于,
所述存储器, 用于存储收发器接收来的需要保存的数据, 以及存储提供 给处理器执行所述一卡多号业务的相关代码; 所述收发器, 用于在处理器运行过程中涉及到与网络间其他节点间的信 令交互时, 提供接收和发送功能;
所述处理器, 用于从存储器中获取执行所述一卡多号业务的相关代码, 并实现以下操作:
通过所述收发器接收所述用户 C的呼叫请求;
根据所述呼叫请求中携带的归属地的号码向所述用户 B的归属地的位置 寄存器 HLR发送取路由信息 SRI; 以便所述 HLR根据用户 B在归属地的号码 查询用户 B所处拜访地的 VMSC;
通过所述收发器接收所述 HLR发送的 SRI响应; 所述 SRI响应中携带 所述 HLR从 VMSC中获取到的用户 B的拜访地的号码, 以及路由信息; 通过所述路由信息建立用户 C和所述拜访地的号码的接续。
