이러한 멘토 열풍은 멘토링의 범위에도 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 개인 대 개인 멘토링 뿐만 아니라 기업 대 기업 멘토링으로 확장되는 추세이다. 다만, 아직까지는 기업을 위한 멘토링이 활발하지 않고, 신생기업이 멘토의 도움을 받고자 하더라도 해당 신생기업에 적절한 멘토를 찾는 것 또한 어렵다는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 모두 해결하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 기업을 위한 멘토를 효율적으로 연결시켜 멘토링이 이루어지도록 함으로써 기업이 보다 발전할 수 있도록 하는 것을 다른 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 단체가 그 동안 수행한 다양한 업무 등으로부터 추출되는 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 바탕으로 하여 단체에 적합한 멘토를 추천받을 수 있도록 하는 것을 다른 목적으로 한다.

또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 서버(200)는 소정의 토픽에 관하여 멘토링을 수행하기 위한 적어도 하나의 멘토 후보군에 대한 정보를 획득할 수 있으며, 멘토 후보군 중 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보와의 관련도가 기설정된 임계치 이상인 토픽을 멘토링 분야로서 설정한 특정 멘토에 대한 정보 또는 상기 관련도가 기설정된 임계치 이상인 토픽에 대한 멘토링을 위해 개설한 온라인멘토링공간에 대한 정보를 단체에게 제공하는 기능을 수행할 수도 있다. 여기서, 멘토는 스타트업 기업 등을 멘토링할 수 있는 대기업, 중소기업 등과 같은 단체 또는 기업양성전문가 등을 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 서버(200)의 구성과 기능에 관하여는 추후 상세한 설명을 통하여 자세하게 알아보기로 한다.
한편, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사용자 단말 장치(300)는 서버(200)에 접속한 후 통신할 수 있는 기능을 포함하는 디지털 기기로서, 데스크탑 컴퓨터, 노트북 컴퓨터, 워크스테이션, PDA, 웹 패드, 이동 전화기 등과 같이 메모리 수단을 구비하고 마이크로 프로세서를 탑재하여 연산 능력을 갖춘 디지털 기기라면 얼마든지 본 발명에 따른 사용자 단말 장치(300)로서 채택될 수 있다. 특히, 사용자 단말 장치(300)에는 서버(200)가 제공하는 온라인 멘토링 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공 받을 수 있도록 하는 브라우저(browser) 관련 프로그램이 포함되어 있을 수 있다.
이하에서는, 본 발명에 따른 서버의 내부 구성과 각 구성요소의 기능에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.

도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 서버(200)는 단체 이력 분석부(210), 멘토 후보군 모집부(220), 인터랙션 지원부(230), 데이터베이스(240), 통신부(250) 및 제어부(260)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 여기서, 단체 이력 분석부(210), 멘토 후보군 모집부(220), 인터랙션 지원부(230), 데이터베이스(240), 통신부(250) 및 제어부(260)가 전부 서버(200)에 포함되어 있어야 하는 것은 아니며, 서버(200)와 연동하는 외부에 위치할 수도 있을 것이다. 한편, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 단체 이력 분석부(210), 멘토 후보군 모집부(220), 인터랙션 지원부(230), 데이터베이스(240), 통신부(250) 및 제어부(260)는 그 중 적어도 일부가 사용자의 단말 장치(300)와 통신하는 프로그램 모듈일 수 있다. 이러한 프로그램 모듈은 운영 시스템, 응용 프로그램 모듈 또는 기타 프로그램 모듈의 형태로 서버(200)에 포함될 수 있고, 물리적으로는 여러 가지 공지의 기억 장치에 저장될 수도 있다.　 또한, 이러한 프로그램 모듈은 사용자의 단말 장치(300)와 통신 가능한 원격 기억 장치에 저장될 수도 있다.　 한편, 이러한 프로그램 모듈은 본 발명에 따라 후술할 특정 업무를 수행하거나 특정 추상 데이터 유형을 실행하는 루틴, 서브루틴, 프로그램, 오브젝트, 컴포넌트, 데이터 구조 등을 포괄하지만, 이에 제한되지는 않는다.
먼저, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단체 이력 분석부(210)는 단체의 관리자로부터 단체의 이력 또는 목표에 대한 정보를 획득하며, 상기 단체의 이력 또는 목표에 관한 정보로부터 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 추출하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 이를 위하여, 단체 이력 분석부(210)는 단체의 관리자에게 단체의 이력 또는 목표를 입력하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있으며, 이로부터 단체의 이력 또는 목표에 대한 정보를 획득할 수 있다. 이하에서는, 도 3을 참조로 하여 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 제공되는, 단체의 이력 또는 목표를 입력하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 보다 구체적으로 설명하도록 한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 단체의 이력 또는 목표를 입력할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 제공되는 사용자 인터페이스를 예시적으로 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 사용자 인터페이스는 시계열적 의미를 포함하는 기준선(310) 및 내용이 비어 있는 단위 영역(도 3에서는 단위 영역이 육각형인 것을 예시로서 상정함, 320)이 표시된 템플릿을 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 단위 영역(320)은 단체의 이력 또는 목표가 입력된 경우, 단체의 이력 또는 목표가 입력되었다는 것을 표시하기 위한 입력내용존재표시영역이 디스플레이되는 기본 틀의 역할을 할 수 있다.
단체의 이력 또는 목표에 관한 내용이 입력될 때마다, 상기 단체의 이력 또는 목표와 관련된 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 참조로 하여 결정되는 위치에 존재하는 특정 단위 영역을 통해, 단체의 이력 또는 목표에 대응되는 입력내용존재표시영역이 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다. 여기서, 입력내용존재표시영역은, 단체의 기본적인 이력으로서 기존의 이력과는 다른 새로운 이력에 대한 입력이 추가될 시에 생성되는 기본입력내용존재표시영역 및 기존에 입력된 소정의 기본적인 이력에 종속되는 세부 이력에 대한 입력이 추가될 시에 생성되는 종속입력내용존재표시영역을 포함하는 개념일 수 있다.
한편, 본 명세서에서 단체의 이력 또는 목표와 관련된 시계열적 시작점 또는 종료점이란 이력이 수행된 기간과 관련된 것일 수 있으며, 예를 들어, 입력되는 이력이 단체가 수행한 업무에 관한 것을 경우 상기 업무가 수행된 기간과 관련된 것일 수 있다. 또한, 목표가 입력되는 경우, 목표와 관련된 시계열적 정보란 목표 설정 시점 및/또는 단체가 희망하는 목표 달성 시점과 관련된 것일 수 있다.
도 3을 참조하면, 시계열적 의미를 가지는 기준선은 참조번호(310)으로 표시되어 있지만, 반드시 직선일 필요는 없을 것이다. 도 3에서는 기준선(310)의 제일 밑 부분이 해당 단체가 설립 또는 생성된 날짜를 나타내고, 기준선(310)을 따라 상부 방향으로 올라갈수록 시간이 현재의 시점에 가까워진다. 또한, 특정 시기에 해당되는 이력이나 목표 등이 입력되는 경우 해당 기준선(310)의 특정 시기에 해당되는 위치에 근접한 단위 영역을 통해 입력내용존재표시영역(330, 340)이 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다. 여기서, 참조번호(320)은 템플릿에 포함되어 있는 육각형의 단위 영역을 의미하며, 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)은 기준선(310)에 가장 근접하게 위치하는 단위 영역을 통해 디스플레이되는 영역으로서, 기준선(310)과 바로 밀착해 붙어 있는 영역이 이에 해당할뿐만 아니라, 기준선(310)에 의해 짤린 육각형이 위치한 시계열적 위치에서는 상기 짤린 육각형과 밀착해 붙어 있는 영역이 이에 해당할 것이다. 한편, 이와 같은 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330)에 직접 또는 간접적으로 붙어 있는 단위 영역을 통해 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340)이 노출될 것이다.
다시 도 3을 참조하면, 사용자 인터페이스 제공부(미도시)에 의해 사용자의 단말 장치에 제공되는 템플릿은 기준선(310), 복수의 단위 영역(320)을 포함할 수 있다. 단체의 이력 또는 목표에 대한 정보가 입력되기 전에는 기준선(310) 및 내부가 비어 있는 것으로 시각적 효과가 나타나는 복수의 단위 영역(320)만이 표시될 수 있으며(물론, 단위 영역(320)이 반드시 화면 상에 표시되어야 하는 것은 아님), 신규의 이력 또는 목표에 대한 입력이 완료되거나, 이미 생성된 기본입력내용존재표시영역에 해당되는 이력의 종속 이력(즉, 세부 이력)과 관련된 내용이 입력되면, 비어 있는 상태의 단위 영역들 중 소정의 적절한 위치의 단위 영역을 통해 기본입력내용존재표시영역(330) 또는 종속입력내용존재표시영역(340)이 노출될 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로, 단체의 관리자의 의해 이력 또는 목표에 대한 입력이 완료되면, 사용자 인터페이스 제공부(미도시)는 특정 이력 또는 특정 목표에 대한 입력내용존재표시영역(330, 340)을 템플릿을 통해 디스플레이함에 있어서, 상기 입력내용존재표시영역(330, 340)에 해당되는 이력 또는 목표와 관련되어 획득되는 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 참조로 하여 결정되는 특정 단위영역을 통해 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다. 복수의 입력내용존재표시영역이 배치되어야 하는 경우, 각각의 입력내용존재표시영역에 해당되는 이력 또는 목표와 관련된 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 참조로 하고 기준선의 시계열적 정보도 같이 참조로 하여, 양측의 시계열적 정보가 매칭되는 기준선의 해당되는 지점을 기준으로 하여 결정되는 위치에 존재하는 단위영역에 해당 입력내용존재표시영역을 디스플레이함으로써, 복수의 입력내용존재표시영역이 기준선의 시계열적 흐름을 따라 순차적으로 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다. 여기서, 단체의 관리자에 의해 이력 또는 목표에 대한 입력이 완료되는 프로세스의 구체적인 방법론을 논하면, 도 3과 같은 사용자 인터페이스와는 별도의 화면을 통해 제공되는 사용자 인터페이스(미도시)를 통해 단체의 이력 또는 목표 등에 대해 텍스트 등으로 입력하는 경우를 상정할 수도 있을 것이고, 다른 예로서, 도 3과 같은 사용자 인터페이스가 제공되는 화면 상에 디스플레이되는 복수의 단위 영역 중 특정 단위 영역을 단체의 관리자가 직접 선택(가령, 마우스 클릭)하여 단체의 이력 또는 목표 등에 대한 입력을 시도하는 경우를 상정할 수도 있을 것이다. 전자의 경우, 단체 이력 분석부(210)가 단체의 관리자에 의해 입력된 텍스트 등을 분석하여 시계열적 시작점 또는 시계열적 종료점에 대한 정보를 추출해 낸 후, 이와 같이 추출해 낸 정보를 참조로 결정되는 특정 단위 영역을 통해 기본입력내용존재표시영역 또는 종속입력내용존재표시영역 등을 디스플레이할 수 있을 것이며, 후자의 경우, 단체의 관리자에 의해 직접 선택된 특정 단위 영역 자체에 이미 시계열적 위치 정보(앞서 설명했듯이, 기준선의 어느 지점에 근접해 있는 단위 영역인지에 따라 시계열적 위치가 결정됨)가 부여되어 있으므로, 단체의 관리자에 의해 직접 선택된 해당 특정 단위 영역을 통해 입력내용존재표시영역을 디스플레이할 수 있을 것이다.
이때, 입력내용존재표시영역(330, 340)은 이력 또는 목표의 특성 카테고리에 따라 이에 대응되는 시각적 효과를 가지도록 함으로써 다른 특성 카테고리를 가지는 입력내용존재표시영역(330, 340)과 차별되도록 하여 디스플레이될 수 있으며, 특히, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 이력의 특성 카테고리에 따라 해당 영역 내의 색깔을 달리하여 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다. 특성 카테고리의 예에 대해서는 앞서 설명한 것으로 갈음하도록 한다. 이와 같이 해당 단체의 관리자가 어느 특성 카테고리에 해당하는 이력 등을 입력하는지에 따라 입력내용존재표시영역(330, 340)의 색깔을 달리하여 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 사용자 인터페이스 제공부(미도시)는 입력내용존재표시영역(330, 340) 각각에 대응되는 이력과 관련하여 해당되는 이력을 증빙하기 위한 콘텐츠를 첨부할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 단체가 스마트폰 어플리케이션 관련 업무를 수행하였으며 이에 대한 이력을 입력한 경우, 상기 사용자 인터페이스를 통하여 단체가 제작한 어플리케이션의 캡쳐 화면, 어플리케이션에 대한 기사, 어플리케이션 동작 영상 등과 같은 콘텐츠를 첨부하여 단체의 이력을 증빙할 수 있다. 참고로, 입력내용존재표시영역을 디스플레이함에 있어서, 특정 이력과 관련된 증빙서류를 첨부하지 않은 영역에 대해서는 나머지의 특정 이력과 관련된 입력내용존재표시영역과는 다른 시각적 효과를 나타내도록 디스플레이할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 증빙서류를 첨부하지 않은 입력내용존재표시영역에 대하여는 특성 카테고리에 상관없이 회색으로 디스플레이되게끔 할 수도 있다.
또한, 사용자 인터페이스 제공부(미도시)는 단체의 관리자에 의해 입력된 이력 또는 목표 중 n 개의 이력 또는 목표에 대해서는 중요한 이력 또는 중요한 목표인 것으로 선택할 수 있도록 지원할 수도 있다. 상술한 입력내용존재표시영역(330, 340) 각각에 대응되는 이력과 관련하여 해당되는 이력을 증빙하기 위한 콘텐츠가 첨부되었는지 여부 또는 단체의 관리자에 의하여 중요한 이력 또는 목표인 것으로 선택되었는지 여부는 단체 이력 분석부(210)가 후술할 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼을 결정하는 데에 참조로 사용될 수 있다.
단체 이력 분석부(210)는 단체의 이력 또는 목표가 복수 개 입력되면 이들로부터 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 결정할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 복수 개의 이력 또는 목표를 제1 항목, 제2 항목, … , 제k 항목이라고 하며, 상기 제1 항목에 대응되는 특성 카테고리를 제1 카테고리, 상기 제2 항목에 대응되는 특성 카테고리를 제2 카테고리, 상기 제k 항목에 대응되는 특성 카테고리를 제k 카테고리라고 할 때, 각각의 항목에 대응되는 특성 카테고리의 종류 및 개수에 대한 정보를 참조로 하여 각각의 특성 카테고리에 대한 가중치를 부여하고, 상기 가중치가 부여된 특성 카테고리를 참조로 하여 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 결정할 수 있다. 가령, 해당 단체의 제1 ~ 제k 항목에 대응되는 특성 카테고리의 종류가 연구/개발/엔지니어링 카테고리 및 경영/전략/기획 카테고리이고, 그 중 연구/개발/엔지니어링 카테고리에 해당되는 항목이 (k-1)개이고 경영/전략/기획 카테고리에 해당되는 항목이 1개일 때, 해당 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼은 연구/개발/엔지니어링 카테고리에 대해 (k-1/k)에 해당되는 가중치를, 경영/전략/기획 카테고리에 대해서는 (1/k)에 해당되는 가중치를 부여하여 결정할 수 있을 것이나, 가중치로서 곱해지는 수치가 반드시 상기 예에 한정되는 것은 아닐 것이다.
또한, 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 결정함에 있어서, 제1 ~ 제k 항목 각각에 대하여 단체의 관리자가 중요도를 부여했는지에 대한 정보 또는 각각의 항목에 대하여 증빙서류를 첨부했는지에 대한 정보를 참조로 하여 각각의 특성 카테고리에 대한 가중치를 부여하고, 상기 가중치가 부여된 특성 카테고리를 참조로 하여 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 결정할 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 증빙서류가 첨부된 이력 또는 목표에 관한 특성 카테고리이거나 단체의 관리자가 중요도를 부여한 이력 또는 목표에 관한 특성 카테고리에 대하여는 가중치를 높게 부여할 수 있다. 반대로, 증빙서류가 첨부되지 않은 이력 또는 목표에 관한 특성 카테고리이거나, 단체의 관리자가 중요도를 부여하지 않은 이력 또는 목표에 관한 특성 카테고리에 대하여는 가중치를 낮게 부여할 수도 있을 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼이 시각적으로 표시되는 것을 예시적으로 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 사용자 인터페이스 제공부(미도시)는 단체 이력 분석부(210)에 의해 추출된 단체 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보가 시각적으로 표시되도록 할 수도 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 사용자 인터페이스 제공부(미도시)는 단체의 이력 또는 목표에 대응되는 특성 카테고리에 따라 해당 입력내용존재표시영역의 색채를 다른 특성 카테고리를 가지는 영역들과 차별되도록 디스플레이 하는 바, 각각의 특성 카테고리에 대응되는 색채 및 상기 각각의 특성 카테고리에 부여된 가중치를 참조로 하여 상기 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 시각적으로 표시되도록 할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 단체의 이력 또는 목표를 분석한 결과, 단체가 주력하는 업무분야는 연구/개발/엔지니어링 분야라면, 도 4와 같이 연구/개발/엔지니어링 카테고리에 대응되는 색채인 가령 파란색이 가장 넓은 면적을 차지하도록 디스플레이될 수 있다. 즉, 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 시각적으로 표시함으로써, 상기 단체의 이력 정보를 시각적으로 한눈에 알아볼 수 있으며, 특히, 단체의 특기 또는 주요업무분야를 멘토가 효율적으로 알아볼 수 있다.
한편 도 4에서는 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼이 색채의 띠 형상으로 표시되는 것으로 상정하여 설명하였으나 이에 제한되는 것은 아니며, 색채를 통하여 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼을 시각적으로 한눈에 알아보기 쉽다면 어느 형상이라도 무방하다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 멘토 후보군 모집부(220)는 소정의 토픽에 관하여 멘토링을 수행하기 위한 멘토 후보군에 대한 정보를 획득하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 여기서 토픽은 멘토가 단체(멘티)에게 수행할 멘토링에 대한 내용일 수 있으며, 예를 들어 멘토가 기업의 사회공헌활동에 관하여 멘토링을 하고자 한다면, 기업의 사회공헌활동에 관한 내용이 토픽이 될 수 있다.
이때, 멘토 후보군 모집부(220)는 본 발명에 따른 온라인 멘토링 제공 서버(200)에 의해 제공되는 서비스에 가입된 일반 회원 중에서 온라인멘토링공간을 개설한 단체(해당 단체에 대응되어 지정되어 있는 관리자를 포함함) 또는 개인사용자를 멘토 후보군으로 분류할 수 있다. 상기 일반 회원 중 어느 하나가 자신이 보유한 다양한 분야의 지식과 경험을 전달하는 멘토로서 활동하고자 하는 경우, 소정의 토픽을 선정하여 온라인멘토링공간을 개설할 수 있고, 온라인멘토링공간을 개설한 회원은 상기 온라인멘토링공간에 대응되는 특정 토픽에 있어서는 멘토인 것으로 분류될 수 있다는 것이다. 멘토 후보군 모집부(220)는 특정 단체 또는 개인사용자가 개설한 온라인멘토링공간에 대응되는 토픽에 관한 정보, 특히 상기 토픽에 대한 특성 카테고리 정보를 획득할 수 있으며, 온라인멘토링공간을 개설한 단체 또는 개인사용자의 기본 정보(예를 들어, 단체인 경우에는 단체의 산업군, 단체의 직원수, 상장여부, 자본금, 매출액 등일 수 있으며, 개인사용자인 경우, 학력사항 또는 경력사항)를 함께 획득할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따르면, 멘토 후보군 모집부(220)는 본 발명에 따른 온라인 멘토링 제공 서버에 의해 제공되는 서비스에 가입된 일반 회원 중 온라인멘토링공간을 개설한 회원을 멘토 후보군으로 분류하는 방안을 채택하지 않고, 상기 서비스에 가입되지 않은 전문가를 대상으로 하여 별도로 모집할 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 특성 카테고리에 대응되는 분야에 있어서 저명한 인사 또는 단체의 경우에는 상기 서비스에 가입하여 자신의 기본 사항을 입력하는 번거로움 없이도 멘토로서 활동할 수 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 인터랙션 지원부(230)는 멘토 후보군 중 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보와의 관련도가 기설정된 임계치 이상인 토픽을 멘토링 분야로서 설정한 특정 멘토에 대한 정보 또는 상기 관련도가 기설정된 임계치 이상인 토픽에 대한 멘토링을 위해 개설한 온라인멘토링공간에 대한 정보를 단체에게 제공하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
인터랙션 지원부(230)는 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보에 포함된 적어도 하나의 특성 카테고리 및 각 특성 카테고리에 부여된 가중치와 멘토 후보군 각각이 설정한 적어도 하나의 토픽이 속하는 카테고리를 비교하여, 단체에게 추천할 특정 멘토를 결정할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 인터랙션 지원부(230)는 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보에 포함된 적어도 하나의 특성 카테고리에 포함된 텍스트 및 멘토 후보군 각각이 설정한 적어도 하나의 토픽에 포함된 텍스트를 자연어처리에 의해 분석하여 비교하거나, 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보에 포함된 적어도 하나의 특성 카테고리 및 멘토 후보군 각각이 설정한 적어도 하나의 토픽이 속하는 카테고리의 포함 관계를 분석하여 비교하여 특정 멘토를 결정할 수 있다. 가령, 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보에 포함된 복수의 특성 카테고리 중 가중치가 높게 부여된 특성 카테고리에 속하는 토픽을 선정하여, 상기 토픽을 멘토링 분야로서 설정한 특정 멘토를 추천할 수 있다. 한편, 같은 특성 카테고리에 포함된 토픽을 멘토링 분야로서 설정한 멘토가 복수인 경우, 상기 복수의 멘토를 모두 단체에게 추천할 특정 멘토로서 결정할 수 있다. 또 다른 예로서, 복수의 멘토 중 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보와 유사한 속성을 갖는 멘토를 선정하여 단체 또는 단체의 관리자에게 추천할 수도 있는데, 구체적으로 말하면, 일반적으로 해당 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼이 복수의 특성 카테고리를 가지게 마련이므로, 각각의 특성 카테고리 및 이들의 가중치로 이루어지는 소위 "카테고리 조합비율"과 유사한 조합비율을 가지는 멘토를 해당 단체에게 추천해 줄 수도 있을 것이다. 이때, 멘토의 카테고리 조합비율은 해당 멘토가 그동안 온라인멘토링공간을 개설하고 멘토링을 했던 토픽들이 속하는 카테고리 및 이들 카테고리 각각에 부여된 가중치를 대상으로 파악할 수도 있을 것이며(가령, 특정 카테고리에 속하는 토픽들에 대해 멘토링을 많이 한 경우 상기 특정 카테고리에 대해 가중치가 부여될 수 있음), 다른 예로서, 온/오프라인에서 그동안 멘토링했던 이력 등을 증빙서류와 함께 검증하여 파악할 수도 있을 것이나, 반드시 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
한편, 본 발명의 변형 실시예로서, 특정 토픽에 관하여 멘토링을 수행하기 위한 멘토에게 단체(즉, 멘티 후보군)에 대한 정보를 제공할 수도 있다. 즉, 특정 토픽과의 관련도가 기설정된 임계치 이상인 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 보유하고 있는 적어도 하나의 특정 단체(즉, 멘티 후보군)를 상기 멘토에게 추천할 수 있다. 멘토와 단체를 매칭하는 단계는 상술한 바와 동일한 과정에 의하여 수행될 수 있다.
사용자 인터페이스 제공부(미도시)는 특정 멘토, 단체 또는 제3자에 의해 개설된 온라인멘토링공간을 통해 멘토링을 위한 토픽이 디스플레이되도록 하고, 소정 기간 동안 상기 토픽에 대하여 단체 또는 상기 단체의 관리자 및 특정 멘토 사이에서 멘토링이 이루어질 수 있도록 지원하는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 이하에서는 도 5 내지 도 7을 참조로 하여, 단체 또는 단체의 관리자 및 특정 멘토 사이에 멘토링을 하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 보다 구체적으로 설명하도록 한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 토픽이 디스플레이되는 것을 예시적으로 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 복수의 토픽이 썸네일 형식으로 배열되어 있으며, 그 중 하나를 참조번호(510)로 표시하였으며, 각각의 썸네일을 선택하면 해당 토픽에 대한 온라인멘토링공간에 접근할 수 있다. 한편, 마우스 커서를 참조번호(510) 상에 허버링(hovering)하는 경우, 참조번호(510)에 대응되는 토픽의 특성 카테고리가 디스플레이되도록 할 수도 있으며, 특성 카테고리를 나타내는 텍스트 또는 특성 카테고리에 대응되는 색채 중 적어도 어느 하나가 디스플레이되도록 할 수도 있다.
사용자 인터페이스 제공부(미도시)는, 특정 토픽이 선택(예를 들어, 마우스 클릭)되었음을 감지하면, 상기 특정 토픽에 관한 상세 정보가 특정 멘토에 의해 개설된 온라인멘토링공간을 통해 디스플레이되도록 하며, 단체 또는 단체의 관리자 및 특정 멘토 사이에서 멘토링이 이루어질 수 있도록 사용자 인터페이스를 지원할 수 있다. 상기 사용자 인터페이스에는 특정 토픽과 관련된 내용이 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있으며, 특히 상기 토픽이 상기 토픽에 종속된 내용을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 세부 항목(소위, 챕터)을 포함할 경우, 상기 세부 항목을 상기 특정 멘토에 의해 개설된 온라인멘토링공간을 통해 디스플레이되도록 할 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 토픽의 세부 항목이 온라인멘토링공간을 통해 디스플레이되는 것을 예시적으로 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
예를 들어, ‘기업의 사회공헌활동’이란 토픽에 ‘1. 기업의 사회공헌이란?’, ‘2. 기업의 사회공헌은 꼭 필요한가?’, ‘3. 기업의 사회공헌활동이 사회에 좋은 영향을 끼치기 위한 조건’ 에 관한 세부 항목이 포함된 경우, 각각의 세부 항목은 도 6의 참조번호(610, 612, 614)와 같이 디스플레이될 수 있으며, 참조번호(610, 612, 614) 중 어느 하나에 해당하는 것이 선택되었음을 감지하면 선택된 세부 항목에 대응되어 있는 상세 내용이 디스플레이 될 수 있다. 한편, 토픽에 세부 항목이 포함된 경우에는 세부 항목에 대하여 단체 또는 단체의 관리자 및 특정 멘토 사이에서 멘토링이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 사용자 인터페이스가 제공될 수 있다.
참고로, 본 명세서에서 멘토가 멘토링을 수행하기 위한 토픽 또는 상기 토픽에 종속된 세부 항목을 개설하는 경우, 상기 멘토에게 상기 토픽 자체 또는 세부 항목에 대한 일정(예를 들어, 멘토링이 시작되는 날짜 및 종료되는 날짜)을 설정할 수 있는 권한을 부여할 수 있다. 따라서, 멘토에 의하여 설정된 일정 동안에만 멘토링이 진행되도록 할 수 있다. 물론, 반드시 멘토링 일정이 멘토에 의해서만 결정되는 것은 아니며, 멘티 또는 서비스 관리자 등에 의해 결정되는 경우를 상정할 수도 있을 것이다.
한편, 멘토에게는 멘토링을 수행하기 위한 토픽 또는 상기 토픽에 종속된 세부 항목을 개설하는 경우 그 일정을 설정할 수 있는 권한 외에 세부 항목을 편집 및 삭제할 수 있는 권한을 더 부여할 수도 있다. 다만, 세부 항목에 대한 멘토링이 진행 중이거나 멘토가 설정한 일정이 경과하여 세부 항목에 대한 멘토링이 종료된 경우에는 세부 항목을 편집 및 삭제할 수 있는 권한을 부여하지 않을 수 있다. 여기서, 멘토링이 진행 중인 것과 관련하여, 상기 멘토의 멘티로부터 세부 항목에 대한 의견 또는 질문이 등록된 시점으로부터 멘토링이 시작된 것으로 볼 수 있으나 반드시 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 온라인멘토링공간에서 단체 또는 단체의 관리자와 멘토 사이에 멘토링이 이루어지는 것을 예시적으로 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 단체 또는 단체의 관리자는 토픽 또는 세부 항목에 대하여 의견 또는 질문을 등록할 수 있으며, 참조번호(710)이 단체 또는 단체의 관리자가 등록한 의견 또는 질문에 해당한다. 이에 멘토는 상기 단체 또는 단체의 관리자가 등록한 의견 또는 질문에 대하여 참조번호(720)와 같은 의견을 등록할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 온라인 멘토링 서버가 제공하는 서비스를 통해, 단체 또는 단체의 관리자는 멘토에게 자신의 의견을 나타내거나 궁금한 사항을 질문하고, 멘토는 이에 대하여 자신이 보유한 지식을 바탕으로 조언 등을 함으로써 단체 또는 단체의 관리자와 멘토 간에 멘토링이 수행될 수 있다.
이때, 멘토에게는 온라인멘토링공간을 통해 멘토링이 일어나는 경우 상기 토픽 또는 세부 항목에 대하여 단체 또는 단체의 관리자의 의견 또는 질문이 등록되는 회수를 제한할 수 있는 권한을 부여할 수도 있다. 즉, 멘토가 설정한 회수만큼 단체 또는 단체의 관리자의 의견 또는 질문이 등록되면, 멘토가 다시 단체 또는 단체의 관리자의 의견 또는 질문이 등록될 수 있도록 설정하기 전까지 더 이상 의견 또는 질문이 등록되지 않도록 할 수 있다. 또한, 멘토링의 내용을 단체 또는 단체의 관리자 및 특정 멘토에게만 공개할지 이에 제한을 두지 않고 공개할지에 대하여 결정할 수 있는 권한을 단체, 단체의 관리자 또는 특정 멘토에게 부여할 수도 있다.
한편, 상기에서는 멘토링이 이루어질 때 비용에 대한 언급이 없었지만, (i) 무료 멘토링, (ii) 멘토 또는 서비스 제공자에 의해 결정되는 소정의 비용에 의한 유료 멘토링, (iii) 멘티가 알아서 결정하는 소정의 비용에 의한 유료 멘토링 등의 방법 중 어느 하나에 의해 수행될 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 유료 멘토링에 해당하는 (ii), (iii)의 경우에는 유료 멘토링에 의한 멘토 비용의 소정의 비율(가령, 멘토 또는 서비스 제공자에 의해 결정되는 소정의 비율)만큼이 멘토 또는 서비스 제공자에 의해 선택된 소정의 단체에 기부되도록 할 수도 있다.
도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 단체 또는 단체의 관리자와 특정 멘토 사이에 수행된 멘토링에 대한 정보를 포함하는 이북을 예시적으로 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
사용자 인터페이스 제공부(미도시)는 단체 또는 단체의 관리자와 특정 멘토 사이에 수행된 멘토링에 대한 정보를 포함하는 이북(e-book)을 자동으로 생성하거나 상기 이북을 단체, 단체의 관리자 또는 특정 멘토의 선택에 의해 생성할 수 있도록 지원하는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 기능을 수행할 수 있으며, 이 경우 도 8과 같은 이북이 생성될 수 있다. 상기 이북에는 멘토가 작성한 토픽 또는 세부 항목에 대한 상세 내용이 포함될 수 있으며, 상기 토픽 또는 세부 항목에 대한 멘티들의 질문 또는 의견, 이에 대한 멘토의 조언 등에 관한 내용 또한 포함될 수 있다. 이때, 사용자 인터페이스 제공부(미도시)에 의하여 생성된 이북은 복제 방지 기능이 삽입된 DRM(Digital Rights Management) 콘텐츠일 수 있다.
사용자 인터페이스 제공부(미도시)는 단체 또는 단체의 관리자와 특정 멘토 사이에 수행된 멘토링에 대한 정보를 포함하는 이북을, 상기 멘토링에 멘티로서 참여한 단체, 단체의 관리자 또는 상기 멘토링에 멘티로서 참여하지 않은 타단체 또는 타사용자가 구입할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 기능을 수행할 수도 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 단체 또는 단체의 관리자가 이북을 구입할 수 있도록 함으로써, 지속적으로 멘토의 경험, 지식, 노하우 등을 이용할 수 있도록 하며, 상기 타단체 또는 타사용자가 이북을 구입할 수 있도록 함으로써 멘토링에 참여하지 않더라도 멘토의 경험, 지식, 노하우 등을 함께 공유할 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 한편, 단체, 단체의 관리자, 타단체 또는 타사용자가 이북을 구매한 경우, 상기 구매한 이북을 보유하고 있지 않은 또 다른 단체 또는 또 다른 사용자에게 중고로 판매하거나, 상기 또 다른 단체 또는 또 다른 사용자가 보유한 이북(이때, 또 다른 단체 또는 또 다른 사용자가 보유한 이북은 상기 단체 또는 단체의 관리자가 구매한 이북과 다른 것에 해당함)과 교환할 수 있도록 지원하는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공할 수도 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 데이터베이스(240)에는, 단체의 관리자가 입력한 단체의 이력 또는 목표와 관련된 내용, 단체의 인생 스펙트럼 정보, 멘토 후보군에 대한 정보, 특정 멘토가 멘토링을 위해 개설한 온라인멘토링공간에 대한 정보 등이 저장될 수 있다. 비록 도 2에서 데이터베이스(240)가 서버(200)에 포함되어 구성되는 것으로 도시되어 있지만, 본 발명을 구현하는 당업자의 필요에 따라, 데이터베이스(240)는 서버(200)와 별개로 구성될 수도 있다. 한편, 본 발명에서의 데이터베이스(240)는, 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체를 포함하는 개념으로서, 협의의 데이터베이스뿐만 아니라 파일 시스템에 기반을 둔 데이터 기록 등을 포함하는 광의의 데이터베이스일 수도 있으며, 단순한 로그의 집합이라도 이를 검색하여 데이터를 추출할 수 있다면 본 발명에서의 데이터베이스(240)가 될 수 있다.
다음으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 통신부(250)는 단체 이력 분석부(210), 멘토 후보군 모집부(220), 인터랙션 지원부(230) 및 데이터베이스(240) 로부터의/로의 데이터 송수신 또는 사용자 단말 장치(300)와 서버(200) 간의 통신이 가능하도록 하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
마지막으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제어부(260)는 단체 이력 분석부(210), 멘토 후보군 모집부(220), 인터랙션 지원부(230), 데이터베이스(240) 및 통신부(250) 간의 데이터의 흐름을 제어하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 즉, 본 발명에 따른 제어부(260)는 서버(200)의 외부로부터의/로의 데이터 흐름 또는 서버(200)의 각 구성요소 간의 데이터 흐름을 제어함으로써, 단체 이력 분석부(210), 멘토 후보군 모집부(220), 인터랙션 지원부(230), 데이터베이스(240) 및 통신부(250)에서 각각 고유 기능을 수행하도록 제어할 수 있다.
마지막으로, 본 발명의 명세서에서, 멘토와 멘티 사이의 멘토링이라 함은 기업과 기업 사이에서의 멘토링, 기업과 부서 사이에서의 멘토링, 부서와 부서 사이에서의 멘토링, 기업과 모임 사이에서의 멘토링, 부서와 모임 사이에서의 멘토링, 모임과 모임 사이에서의 멘토링 등 다양한 경우를 포함하는 개념임을 밝혀둔다. 또한, 멘토라는 개념이 기본적으로는 일 개인인 경우를 상정하기 쉽지만, 반드시 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 상기에서 언급하였던 "조합비율" 개념을 생각해 보면, 멘티(기업, 부서, 모임 등)의 조합비율과 기설정된 유사도를 가지는 조합비율을 보유하고 있는 멘토(기업, 부서, 모임 등)를 찾는 과정을 생각해 볼 수 있을 것이고, 이에 따르면 멘토가 반드시 일 개인일 필요는 없을 것이다. 일단 멘토(기업, 부서, 모임 등)가 조합비율 등에 의거하여 결정된 후, 해당 멘토(기업, 부서, 모임 등)에 속해 있는 관리자(개인)가 멘티(기업, 부서, 모임 등) 또는 멘티(기업, 부서, 모임 등에 속해 있는 개인)를 상대로 멘토링을 수행할 수도 있을 것이다.
이상 설명된 본 발명에 따른 실시예들은 다양한 컴퓨터 구성요소를 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령어의 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체는 프로그램 명령어, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령어는 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 분야의 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체의 예에는, 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체, CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광기록 매체, 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical media), 및 ROM, RAM, 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령어를 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 프로그램 명령어의 예에는, 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드도 포함된다. 상기 하드웨어 장치는 본 발명에 따른 처리를 수행하기 위해 하나 이상의 소프트웨어 모듈로서 작동하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 그 역도 마찬가지이다.
이상에서 본 발명이 구체적인 구성요소 등과 같은 특정 사항들과 한정된 실시예 및 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 이는 본 발명의 보다 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위해서 제공된 것일 뿐, 본 발명이 상기 실시예들에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상적인 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형을 꾀할 수 있다.

  1. (a) 서버가, 제1 단체에 관하여 입력된 상기 제1 단체의 이력 또는 목표에 관한 정보로부터 상기 제1 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 추출하되, 상기 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보는 상기 제1 단체의 이력 또는 목표에 대응되는 특성 카테고리를 참조로 하여 결정되는 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 단계;
    (b) 상기 서버는, 소정의 토픽에 관하여 상기 제1 단체 또는 상기 제1 단체의 관리자를 대상으로 멘토링을 수행하기 위한 적어도 하나의 멘토 후보군에 대한 정보를 획득하는 단계; 및
    (c) 상기 서버는, 상기 멘토 후보군 중 상기 제1 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보와의 관련도가 기설정된 임계치 이상인 토픽을 멘토링 분야로서 설정한 특정 멘토에 대한 정보 또는 상기 관련도가 기설정된 임계치 이상인 토픽에 대한 멘토링을 위해 개설한 온라인멘토링공간에 대한 정보를 상기 제1 단체 또는 상기 제1 단체의 관리자에게 제공하는 단계
    를 포함하는 온라인 멘토링 제공 방법.

    상기 제1 단체의 상기 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보에 포함된 적어도 하나의 특성 카테고리에 포함된 텍스트 및 상기 멘토 후보군 각각이 설정한 적어도 하나의 토픽에 포함된 텍스트를 자연어처리에 의해 분석하여 비교하거나 상기 제1 단체의 상기 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보에 포함된 적어도 하나의 특성 카테고리 및 상기 멘토 후보군 각각이 설정한 적어도 하나의 토픽이 속하는 카테고리의 포함 관계를 분석하여 비교하여 상기 특정 멘토를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 토픽을 상기 특정 멘토에 의해 개설된 온라인멘토링공간을 통해 디스플레이되도록 하고, 소정 기간 동안 상기 토픽에 대하여 상기 제1 단체 또는 상기 제1 단체의 관리자 및 상기 특정 멘토 사이에서 멘토링이 이루어질 수 있도록 지원하는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 토픽이 상기 토픽에 종속된 내용을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 세부 항목을 포함할 경우, 상기 세부 항목을 상기 특정 멘토에 의해 개설된 온라인멘토링공간을 통해 디스플레이되도록 하고, 소정 기간 동안 상기 세부 항목에 대하여 상기 제1 단체 또는 상기 제1 단체의 관리자 및 상기 특정 멘토 사이에서 멘토링이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 세부 항목에 대한 멘토링이 진행 중이거나 상기 소정 기간이 만료되어 상기 세부 항목에 대한 멘토링이 종료된 경우 상기 세부 항목을 편집 및 삭제할 권한을 부여하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 온라인멘토링공간을 통해 멘토링이 일어나는 경우 상기 토픽에 대하여 상기 제1 단체 또는 상기 제1 단체의 관리자의 의견 또는 질문이 등록되는 회수를 제한할 수 있는 권한을 상기 특정 멘토에게 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 멘토링의 내용을 상기 제1 단체 또는 상기 제1 단체의 관리자 및 상기 특정 멘토에게만 공개할지 이에 제한을 두지 않고 공개할지에 대하여 결정할 수 있는 권한을 상기 제1 단체, 상기 제1 단체의 관리자 또는 상기 특정 멘토에게 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 서버는, 상기 제1 단체 또는 상기 제1 단체의 관리자와 상기 특정 멘토 사이에 수행된 멘토링에 대한 정보를 포함하는 이북(e-book)을 자동으로 생성하거나 상기 이북을 상기 제1 단체, 상기 제1 단체의 관리자 또는 상기 특정 멘토의 선택에 의해 생성할 수 있도록 지원하는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서,
    상기 이북은 복제 방지 기능이 삽입된 DRM(Digital Rights Management) 콘텐츠인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서,
    상기 서버는, 상기 이북을 상기 제1 단체, 타단체 또는 타사용자가 구입할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서,
    상기 서버는, 상기 이북을 구매한 상기 제1 단체, 상기 타단체 또는 상기 타사용자는 상기 이북을 보유하고 있지 않은 또 다른 단체 또는 또 다른 타사용자에게 상기 특정 이북을 중고로 판매하거나, 상기 또 다른 단체 또는 상기 또 다른 타사용자가 보유한 이북과 교환할 수 있도록 지원하는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 멘토링에 대한 대가로서 소정 비용이 상기 특정 멘토에게 제공되도록 하되, 상기 소정 비용 중 소정의 비율 - 상기 소정의 비율은 상기 멘토 또는 상기 서버에 의해 제공되는 서비스의 제공자에 의해 결정됨 - 에 해당되는 금액에 대해서는 상기 멘토 또는 상기 서버에 의해 제공되는 서비스의 제공자가 선택하는 소정의 단체에 기부되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  20. (a) 서버가, 복수의 단체 각각에 관하여 입력된 상기 복수의 단체의 이력 또는 목표에 관한 정보로부터 상기 복수의 단체 각각의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 추출하되, 상기 각각의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보는 상기 복수의 단체 각각의 이력 또는 목표에 대응되는 특성 카테고리를 참조로 하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단계;
    (b) 상기 서버는, 특정 토픽에 관하여 멘토링을 수행하기 위한 멘토에 대한 정보를 획득하는 단계; 및
    (c) 상기 서버는, 상기 복수의 단체 중 상기 특정 토픽과의 관련도가 기설정된 임계치 이상인 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 보유하고 있는 적어도 한 명의 특정 단체에 대한 정보를 상기 멘토에게 제공하는 단계
    를 포함하는 온라인 멘토링 제공 방법.
  21. 제1 단체에 관하여 입력된 상기 제1 단체의 이력 또는 목표에 관한 정보로부터 상기 제1 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 추출하되, 상기 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보는 상기 제1 단체의 이력 또는 목표에 대응되는 특성 카테고리를 참조로 하여 결정되는 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 단체 이력 분석부;
    소정의 토픽에 관하여 멘토링을 수행하기 위한 적어도 하나의 멘토 후보군에 대한 정보를 획득하는 멘토 후보군 모집부; 및
    상기 멘토 후보군 중 상기 제1 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보와의 관련도가 기설정된 임계치 이상인 토픽을 멘토링 분야로서 설정한 특정 멘토에 대한 정보 또는 상기 관련도가 기설정된 임계치 이상인 토픽에 대한 멘토링을 위해 개설한 온라인멘토링공간에 대한 정보를 상기 제1 단체 또는 상기 제1 단체의 관리자에게 제공하는 인터랙션 지원부
    를 포함하는 온라인 멘토링 제공 서버.
  22. 제21항에 있어서,
    상기 단체 이력 분석부는,
    상기 제1 단체의 이력 또는 목표가 복수 개 입력되고, 이를 제1 항목, 제2 항목, … , 제k 항목이라고 하며, 상기 제1 항목에 대응되는 특성 카테고리를 제1 카테고리, 상기 제2 항목에 대응되는 특성 카테고리를 제2 카테고리, 상기 제k 항목에 대응되는 특성 카테고리를 제k 카테고리라고 할 때, 각각의 항목에 대응되는 특성 카테고리의 종류 및 개수에 대한 정보, 각각의 항목에 대하여 상기 제1 단체가 중요도를 부여했는지에 대한 정보, 각각의 항목에 대하여 증빙서류를 첨부했는지에 대한 정보 중 적어도 하나를 참조로 하여 각각의 특성 카테고리에 대한 가중치를 부여하고, 상기 가중치가 부여된 특성 카테고리를 참조로 하여 상기 제1 단체의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  23. 제21항에 있어서,
    상기 인터랙션 지원부는,
    상기 제1 단체의 상기 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보에 포함된 적어도 하나의 특성 카테고리 및 각 특성 카테고리에 부여된 가중치로 결정되는 조합 비율과 상기 멘토 후보군 각각이 설정한 적어도 하나의 토픽이 속하는 카테고리 및 이들에 대한 가중치로 결정되는 조합 비율을 비교하여 상기 특정 멘토를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  24. 제23항에 있어서,
    상기 인터랙션 지원부는,
    상기 제1 단체의 상기 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보에 포함된 적어도 하나의 특성 카테고리에 포함된 텍스트 및 상기 멘토 후보군 각각이 설정한 적어도 하나의 토픽에 포함된 텍스트를 자연어처리에 의해 분석하여 비교하거나 상기 제1 단체의 상기 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보에 포함된 적어도 하나의 특성 카테고리 및 상기 멘토 후보군 각각이 설정한 적어도 하나의 토픽이 속하는 카테고리의 포함 관계를 분석하여 비교하여 상기 특정 멘토를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  25. 제21항에 있어서,
    상기 인터랙션 지원부는,
    상기 토픽을 상기 특정 멘토에 의해 개설된 온라인멘토링공간을 통해 디스플레이되도록 하고, 소정 기간 동안 상기 토픽에 대하여 상기 제1 단체 또는 상기 제1 단체의 관리자 및 상기 특정 멘토 사이에서 멘토링이 이루어질 수 있도록 지원하는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  26. 제25항에 있어서,
    상기 인터랙션 지원부는,
    상기 토픽이 상기 토픽에 종속된 내용을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 세부 항목을 포함할 경우, 상기 세부 항목을 상기 특정 멘토에 의해 개설된 온라인멘토링공간을 통해 디스플레이되도록 하고, 소정 기간 동안 상기 세부 항목에 대하여 상기 제1 단체 또는 상기 제1 단체의 관리자 및 상기 특정 멘토 사이에서 멘토링이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  27. 제25항에 있어서,
    상기 인터랙션 지원부는,
    상기 제1 단체 또는 상기 제1 단체의 관리자와 상기 특정 멘토 사이에 수행된 멘토링에 대한 정보를 포함하는 이북(e-book)을 자동으로 생성하거나 상기 이북을 상기 제1 단체, 상기 제1 단체의 관리자 또는 상기 특정 멘토의 선택에 의해 생성할 수 있도록 지원하는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서버.
  28. 복수의 단체 각각에 관하여 입력된 상기 복수의 단체의 이력 또는 목표에 관한 정보로부터 상기 복수의 단체 각각의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 추출하되, 상기 각각의 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보는 상기 복수의 단체 각각의 이력 또는 목표에 대응되는 특성 카테고리를 참조로 하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단체 이력 분석부;
    특정 토픽에 관하여 멘토링을 수행하기 위한 멘토에 대한 정보를 획득하는 멘토 후보군 모집부; 및
    상기 복수의 단체 중 상기 특정 토픽과의 관련도가 기설정된 임계치 이상인 히스토리 스펙트럼 정보를 보유하고 있는 적어도 하나의 특정 단체에 대한 정보를 상기 멘토에게 제공하는 인터랙션 지원부
    를 포함하는 온라인 멘토링 제공 서버.
  29. 제1항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 하에 따른 방법을 실행하기 위한 컴퓨터 프로그램을 기록하는 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체.
