Description

在实现上述资源分配的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问 题:
由于现有会话资源 (GBR承载)是针对每个 UE进行建立的, 即一个会话资源 ( GBR承载)只能被一个 UE专用。 不同的 UE要发送数据就要建立不同的 GBR 承载。 在集群通信中如果一个 GC的成员比较多的集中在一个小区, 而每个 UE 均有要发送的数据 , 则要为 GC中的每个 UE均建立 GBR承载。 然而 GBR承载 需要预留资源, 因此导致大量的会话资源被预留。 此时, 影响到 eNB 的接纳 控制 (ca l l admi s s ion control ) ,所谓接纳控制就是指核心网要求 eNB为某 个 UE建立 GBR承载时, eNB因没有剩余的会话资源而无法为 UE建立该 GBR承 载, 所以只能拒绝。 比如一个有 GBR承载的 UE在切换过程中被目标侧的小区 拒绝可能就是因为该小区已经没有足够的资源为 UE建立 GBR承载。 发明内容

本发明提供的一种集群通信应用服务器、 演进型基站、 ***及资源分配 的方法, 能够根据用户设备所在的小组标识和小区标识共同确定的会话对象 分配会话资源 (GBR承载), 如果未为所述用户设备所在的小组标识和小区标 识共同确定的会话对象分配会话资源, 则向演进型基站 eNB发送资源分配请 求。 现有技术中为每个 UE建立会话资源。 本发明中集群通信应用服务器只为 每个小区的每个小组分配一个会话资源 (每个小组在每个小区中分配一个会 话资源)。 由于集群通讯中, 在同一时间点上只允许一个 UE发送数据, 因此 在每个小区为每个小组分配会话资源后, 既可以保证集群通信的正常使用, 又可以提高网络中集群通信业务的数量, 解决 eNB 的接纳控制受限的问题, 提高网络资源的利用率。 附图说明

作为一种可选的实施方式, 第一映射表如表 1 所示, 由小组标识和小区 标识共同确定一个会话资源。 如果未为小组标识和小区标识共同确定的会话 资源分配资源, 则对应的资源上标识为 0。如果已为小组标识和小区标识共同 确定的会话资源分配资源, 则对应的资源上标识为 1。 在表 1中, 小区 A中已 分配会话资源的小组标识为 2和 3 ,小区 B中已分配会话资源的小组标识为 1 , 小区 C中已分配会话资源的小组标识为 3。

同理的, 也可先判断是否已为用户设备所在的小区标识分配会话资源。 如果已分配, 则该小区标识中是否已为用户设备所在的小组分配会话资源, 如果已为所述小组标识分配会话资源则由演进型基站根据已分配的会话资源 为用户设备提供会话服务。 如果未为所述小组标识分配会话资源, 则向演进 型基站发送资源分配请求。
本发明实施例提供的集群通信应用服务器, 能够通过小区标识和小组标 识的共同确定一个会话资源, 因此能够保证为每个小组在每个小区中仅建立 一个连接, 进而节约会话资源, 提高网络资源的可用性。
本发明实施例还提供了一种集群通信应用服务器, 作为对图 1 所示集群 通信应用服务器的具体说明, 所述处理器 12还用于:

本发明实施例提供的演进型基站能够在接收到用户设备小组标识后, 如 果已为该小组标识分配会话资源, 则直接将为该小组标识分配的会话资源的 资源配置信息发送到用户设备, 避免为同一小组标识重复分配会话资源(GBR 承载)。 现有技术中, 为每个用户设备均分配一个会话资源, 造成大量的会话 资源闲置。 本发明中, 由于组群通信同一个时刻只有一个用户设备发送数据 的特点, 即保证了组群通信的正常运行, 同时节约会话资源, 进而使演进型 基站能够为更多的小组通信分配会话资源, 提供资源利用率。

根据第一映射表判断是否已为所述小组标识分配会话资源; 如果未为所述小组标识分配会话资源, 则确定未为所述用户设备所在的小 组标识和所述用户设备所在的小区标识共同确定的会话对象分配会话资源; 如果已为所述小组标识分配会话资源, 则判断所述会话资源对应的小区标 识是否与接收的小区标识相同;
如果相同, 则确定已为所述用户设备所在的小组标识和所述用户设备所在 的小区标识共同确定的会话对象分配会话资源;
如果不相同, 则确定未为所述用户设备所在的小组标识和所述用户设备所 在的小区标识共同确定的会话对象分配会话资源。
35、 根据权利要求 34所述的资源分配的方法, 其特征在于, 在接收用户设 备 UE发送的话语权请求之前, 所述方法还包括:
对小组标识、 小区标识以及所述小组标识和所述小区标识共同确定的会话 对象的资源分配情况进行映射, 生成第一映射表;
在向演进型基站 eNB发送资源分配请求之后, 所述方法还包括:
在第一映射表中, 对所述用户设备所在的小组标识和所述用户设备所在的 小区标识共同确定的会话对象的资源配置状态标记为已分配。
36、 根据权利要求 35所述的资源分配的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向演进型 基站 eNB发送资源分配请求, 具体包括:
通过建立资源请求 Crea te Bearer reques t向演进型基站 eNB发送资源分 配请求, 所述建立资源请求中携带有所述小组标识。
37、 根据权利要求 33至 36所述的资源分配的方法, 其特征在于, 所述话 语权请求中还携带有话题标识, 所述话题标识用于表示小组中的一个话题通信; 所述方法还包括:
根据第一映射表判断是否已为所述用户设备所在的小组标识、 所述用户设 备所在的小区标识和所述用户设备当前进行的话题标识共同确定的会话对象分 配会话资源;
如果未为所述用户设备所在的小组标识、 所述用户设备所在的小区标识和 所述用户设备当前进行的话题标识共同确定的会话对象分配会话资源, 则向演 进型基站 eNB发送资源分配请求, 所述资源分配请求中携带有所述小组标识和 所述话题标识。
38、 一种资源分配的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
接收用户设备发送的小组标识;
如果已为所述小组标识分配会话资源, 则将已为所述小组标识分配的会话 资源的资源配置信息发送到用户设备。
39、 根据权利要求 38所述的资源分配的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将资源配 置信息发送给用户设备 UE , 具体包括:
向用户设备发送重配置 reconf i gura t i on信息, 所述重配置信息中携带有 资源配置信息。
40、 根据权利要求 38或 39所述的资源分配的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方 法还包括:
接收终端发送的话题标识;
判断是否已为所述小组标识和所述话题标识共同确定的会话对象分配会话 资源;
如果未为所述小组标识和所述话题标识共同确定的会话对象分配会话资 源, 则为所述小组标识和所述话题标识共同确定的会话对象分配会话资源, 将 分配的会话资源的资源配置信息发送给用户设备 UE , 以便所述用户设备根据分 配的资源配置信息进行会话通信;
如果已为所述小组标识和所述话题标识共同确定的会话对象分配会话资 源, 则将已分配的会话资源的资源配置信息发送给用户设备, 以便所述用户设 备在已分配的会话资源中进行会话通信。
41、 一种资源分配的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
接收集群通信应用服务器发送的资源分配请求, 所述资源分配请求中携带 有用户设备所在的小组标识;
根据第二映射表判断是否已为所述小组标识分配会话资源, 所述第二映射 表用于描述演进型基站所覆盖的小区中的各小组的会话资源分配情况; 如果未为所述小组标识分配会话资源, 则当接收到集群通信应用服务器发 送的资源分配请求时, 为所述小组标识分配会话资源;
如果已为所述小组标识分配资源, 则将已分配的资源配置信息和小组标识 发送给用户设备, 以便所述用户设备在已分配的会话资源中进行会话通信。
42、 根据权利要求 41所述的资源分配的方法, 其特征在于, 在根据第二映 射表判断是否已为所述小组标识分配会话资源之前, 所述方法还包括:
对所述小组标识和所述小组的资源分配情况进行映射, 生成第二映射表; 在所述将资源配置信息发送给用户设备之后, 所述方法还包括:
在所述第二映射表中, 将所述用户设备所在小组标识对应的资源配置状态 标记为已分配。
43、 根据权利要求 41所述的资源分配的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将资源配 置信息发送给用户设备 UE, 具体包括:
向用户设备发送重配置 reconf igurat ion信息, 所述重配置信息中携带有 资源配置信息。

如果未为所述小组标识和所述话题标识共同确定的会话对象分配会话资 源, 则为所述小组标识和所述话题标识共同确定的会话对象分配会话资源, 将 分配的会话资源的资源配置信息发送给用户设备 UE, 以便所述用户设备根据分 配的资源配置信息进行会话通信;
如果已为所述小组标识和所述话题标识共同确定的会话对象分配会话资 源, 则将已分配的会话资源的资源配置信息发送给用户设备, 以便所述用户设 备在已分配的会话资源中进行会话通信。
45、 一种资源分配的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 向演进型基站 eNB发送小组标识;
向集群通信应用服务器发起话语权请求, 所述话语权请求包含所述 UE所在 的小组标识和小区标识;
根据演进型基站 eNB发送的资源配置信息确定会话资源。
46、 根据权利要求 45所述的资源分配的方法, 其特征在于, 在接收演进型 基站 eNB发送的资源配置信息确定会话资源后, 所述方法还包括:
如果接收到集群通信应用服务器发送的语权请求许可, 则使用所述演进型 基站 eNB发送的资源配置信息中包含的会话资源进行数据发送。
47、 根据权利要求 45所述的资源分配的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包 括:
向演进型基站发送话题标识和小组标识, 以便所述演进型基站根据所述话 题标识和小组标识确定是否为用户设备分配会话资源;
向集群通信应用服务器发起话语权请求, 所述话语权请求还包括话题标识, 以便所述集群通信应用服务器根据所述话题标识、 小组标识和小区标识确定是 否通过所述演进型基站为用户设备分配会话资源。
