Claims (15)
- 조향 바퀴가 장착된 포크 튜브(fork tube)와 상기 조향 바퀴의 방향을 조정하기 위해 마련된 핸들 바(handle bar)를 상호 연결하는 자전거용 스템(stem)으로서,상기 포크 튜브의 상단부에 연결되는 제1 고정구; 상기 핸들 바의 중앙부에 연결되는 제2 고정구; 및 상기 제1 고정구와 상기 제2 고정구 사이에 마련되는 연결구;를 포함하되,상기 연결구를 회전시켜, 지면에 수직되는 상기 제1 고정구의 중심축과 상기 제2 고정구의 중심축의 수직된 사이각이 감소되도록 상기 제2 고정구의 중심축을 위치시킴으로써, 자전거를 보관할 때 상기 핸들 바를 상기 포크 튜브에 인접하게 둘 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 핸들 바의 위치를 변경할 수 있는 자전거용 스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 고정구의 중심축과 상기 제2 고정구의 중심축 사이의 감소되는 사이각의 크기는 70도 내지 90도인 것을 특징으로 하는, 핸들 바의 위치를 변경할 수 있는 자전거용 스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연결구는,상기 제1 고정구의 측부로부터 연장되어 원통형으로 형성된 제1 연장부와, 상기 제2 고정구의 측부로부터 연장되어 원통형으로 형성된 제2 연장부를 포함하되,상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부 중 어느 하나가 다른 어느 하나에 삽입되어 상호 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 핸들 바의 위치를 변경할 수 있는 자전거용 스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 연결구는,사용자의 의사와 무관하게 상기 제1 연장부를 기준으로 상기 제2 연장부가 회전하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록, 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부가 외측에서 접하는 부분은 다수의 돌기가 상호 맞물려 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 핸들 바의 위치를 변경할 수 있는 자전거용 스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 다수의 돌기는,상기 연결구가 회전될 때 서로 대향하던 돌기에서 이탈되어 다른 돌기와 대향하게 되는 것이 반복되되, 반복 회수가 4번 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 핸들 바의 위치를 변경할 수 있는 자전거용 스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,사용자의 의사와 무관하게 상기 제1 연장부를 기준으로 상기 제2 연장부가 회전하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록, 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부가 상호 연결된 상태를 유지시키는 록킹 유닛(locking unit)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 핸들 바의 위치를 변경할 수 있는 자전거용 스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 록킹 유닛은,상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부의 중심축을 따라 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부를 가로지르는 조임축과, 상기 조임축의 일단부에 장착되는 조절나사와, 상기 조임축의 타단부에 장착되는 조임 레버를 포함하는 직접 조임형 클램프로 구성되어,상기 조임 레버를 조작하면, 상기 조임축 상에서 상기 조임 레버와 상기 조절나사 사이에 위치하는 상기 제1 연장부의 일부분과 상기 제2 연장부의 일부분이 밀착됨으로써, 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부가 상호 연결된 상태를 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 핸들 바의 위치를 변경할 수 있는 자전거용 스템.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 직접 조임형 클램프는,사용자의 의사와 무관하게 상기 조임 레버가 조작됨에 따라 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부가 상호 연결되어 있는 상태가 해제되는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 상기 조임 레버가 조작되지 못하도록 상기 조임 레버를 상기 제1 연장부 또는 상기 제2 연장부에 고정시키는 후크를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 핸들 바의 위치를 변경할 수 있는 자전거용 스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 록킹 유닛은,상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부의 중심축을 따라 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부를 가로지르는 조임축과, 상기 조임축의 일단부에 장착되는 제1 나사부와, 상기 조임축의 타단부에 장착되는 제2 나사부를 포함하는 직접 조임형 양축 나사로 구성되어,상기 제1 나사부와 상기 제2 나사부 중 어느 하나를 조이면, 상기 제1 나사부와 상기 제2 나사부 사이에 위치하는 상기 제1 연장부의 일부분과 상기 제2 연장부의 일부분이 밀착됨으로써, 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부가 상호 연결된 상태를 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 핸들 바의 위치를 변경할 수 있는 자전거용 스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 록킹 유닛은,상기 제1 연장부의 측부와 상기 제2 연장부의 측부를 가로질러서 관통하여 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부를 구속하는 쐐기(wedge) 형태의 관통 나사로 구성되어,상기 관통 나사를 통해 상기 제1 연장부의 측부와 상기 제2 연장부의 측부를 밀착시킴으로써, 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부가 상호 연결된 상태를 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 핸들 바의 위치를 변경할 수 있는 자전거용 스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 록킹 유닛은,상기 제1 연장부의 측부에 돌출 형성된 제1 플랜지와 상기 제2 연장부의 측부에 돌출 형성된 제2 플랜지를 연결하는 조임 나사로 구성되어,상기 조임 나사를 통해 상기 제1 플랜지와 상기 제2 플랜지를 밀착시킴으로써, 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부가 상호 연결된 상태를 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 핸들 바의 위치를 변경할 수 있는 자전거용 스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 록킹 유닛은,상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부 중 삽입되지 않은 어느 하나의 측부에 일정 간격 이격되어 한 쌍으로 돌출 형성된 제3 플랜지와 제4 플랜지를 가로지르는 조임축과, 상기 조임축의 일단부에 장착되는 조절나사와, 상기 조임축의 타단부에 장착되는 조임레버를 포함하는 간접 조임형 클램프로 구성되어,상기 조임 레버를 조작하면, 상기 조임축 상에서 상기 조임 레버와 상기 조절나사 사이에 위치하는 상기 제3 플랜지와 상기 제4 플랜지가 밀착됨으로써, 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부 중 삽입되지 않은 어느 하나의 외주면을 축소시켜, 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부가 상호 연결된 상태를 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 핸들 바의 위치를 변경할 수 있는 자전거용 스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 록킹 유닛은,상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부 중 삽입되지 않은 어느 하나의 측부에 일정 간격 이격되어 한 쌍으로 돌출 형성된 제3 플랜지와 제4 플랜지를 가로지르는 조임축과, 상기 조임축의 일단부에 장착되는 제1 나사부와, 상기 조임축의 타단부에 장착되는 제2 나사부를 포함하는 간접 조임형 양축 나사로 구성되어,상기 제1 나사부와 상기 제2 나사부 중 어느 하나를 조이면, 상기 제1 나사부와 상기 제2 나사부 사이에 위치하는 상기 제3 플랜지와 상기 제4 플랜지가 밀착됨으로써, 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부 중 삽입되지 않은 어느 하나의 외주면을 축소시켜, 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부가 상호 연결된 상태를 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 핸들 바의 위치를 변경할 수 있는 자전거용 스템.
- 제4항 또는 제6항에 있어서,사용자의 의사에 따라 상기 제1 연장부를 기준으로 상기 제2 연장부가 회전할 때, 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부 사이에 발생되는 마찰력을 감소시키시 위하여, 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부 중 삽입되지 않는 어느 하나의 내측 단부와 상기 내측 단부에 대향하는 삽입되는 다른 어느 하나의 외측 단부 사이에 마련되는 스프링을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 핸들 바의 위치를 변경할 수 있는 자전거용 스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 록킹 유닛은,상기 제1 연장부와 연결된 일측과 상기 제2 연장부와 연결된 타측 사이를 루프 형태로 연결하되, 루프 내측 둘레에 상기 제2 고정구의 외주면이 배치되는 와이어와, 상기 와이어의 타측에 장착되는 조절 레버를 포함하는 직접 조임형 유닛으로 구성되어,상기 조절 레버를 조작하면, 상기 와이어의 길이가 감소함에 따라 상기 와이어의 일측과 타측 사이의 루프가 짧아짐으로써, 상기 제1 연장부와 상기 제2 연장부가 상호 연결된 상태를 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 핸들 바의 위치를 변경할 수 있는 자전거용 스템.
