Description

DESCRIPTION
A DISPENSER COMPRISING A PRODUCT LOADING AND UNLOADING MECHANISM Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a dispenser designed for use of products made of paper such as paper towels, toilet papers and the like and comprising a mechanism enabling the product to be easily loaded thereinto and unloaded therefrom.
Prior Art
Products made of paper are used in houses, work places and many public areas, toilets and areas with wet surfaces. Products made of paper are offered for use by placement thereof into the dispensers.
Products made of paper are generally offered to the consumers by being wound around a core tube. The product is made ready for use by being placed into the dispenser in the form of rolls. To place the product into the dispenser, the holder legs positioned at both sides of the dispenser are required to be flexed to the sides in opposite directions in the horizontal plane (towards outer portion of the dispenser) so as to allow the product passage. In this mechanism where the two holders are movable, the holder legs enter into cylinder at the product's center of rotation. The holder leg shoes preventing the product from falling comprise a smooth cylindrical shape. In the case of using these dispensers, product is held with one hand and one of the holder legs is required to be flexed with the other hand during the placement of the product into the dispenser. The product cannot be ergonomically placed into the dispenser with one hand.
The currently used dispensers also comprise systems for loading the product, wherein said systems are provided with two legs fixed on one side and movable on the other side. The shoe of the movable leg comprises a cylindrical cross section when viewed from above and a right triangular cross section when viewed from the side. The triangular cross section flexes during the placement of the product roll and although this situation enables the product to be easily loaded, it does not eliminate the difficulty experienced in the removal of the roll when the product is finished. In the use of this system, the product is held with one hand and it is placed into the dispenser by flexing the movable leg with the other hand.
With the use of the dispenser developed within the scope of the present invention, mentioned problems are eliminated, product made of paper can be easily and ergonomically placed into the dispenser, and the core tube remaining in the dispenser can be easily removed out of the dispenser when the product is finished.
Object of the Invention
The object of the present invention is to develop a dispenser enabling operations of the product placement during the use of products made of paper such as paper towels, toilet papers and the like and removal of the core tube remaining after the product is finished to be easily carried out.

The present invention relates to a dispenser designed for use of products made of paper such as paper towels, toilet papers and the like and comprising a mechanism enabling the product to be easily loaded thereinto and unloaded therefrom.
The dispenser developed within the scope of the present invention comprises the following: a cover (5), a dispenser main body (7), a dispenser inner receptacle (6) for placing the product (1), at least one leg (3) positioned on both, right (R) and left (L) sides thereof to facilitate placement of the product (1) made of paper into the dispenser, and leg protectors (2) housing the legs (3). The product (1) used is wound around a core tube (4). The leg protector (2) portions allow the legs (3) to flex/move only laterally, do not allow for vertical movement of the legs (3), and act as a slot for the legs (3). The legs (3) comprise a parabolic surface in the xz axis so as to enable the product (1) to be easily placed into and removed from the dispenser (Figure 9). The surface shape of the legs (3) enables the product (1) to easily slide over the legs (3) and move. The product (1), during this movement thereof, exerts a pushing force on the legs (3) and enables the legs (3) to move in the horizontal plane, in the direction of the arrow (A) shown in Figure 5 and to be laterally opened. When the legs (3) are viewed from the XZ plane indicated in Figure 9, the leg (3) surfaces comprise a parabolic shape. Thanks to this parabolic structure, the product (1) can easily enter into and move through the dispenser when moved forward or backward in "x" axis and enables the legs (3) to flex in the horizontal plane in the direction (A) and to be laterally opened by the pushing force created by the product (1) on the leg (3) surfaces during the passage thereof (Figure 5). Thanks to this parabolic structure of the leg (3) surface, easy placement of the product (1) into the dispenser and easy removal of the core tube (4) remaining after the product (1) is finished from the dispenser are provided. When the legs (3) are viewed in the YZ plane shown in Figure 9, a quadrangular structure (8) is provided on the leg (3) surface. This structure (8) is shown in detail in Figures 7 and 9, wherein it prevents the legs (3) from moving when a force in the "y" axis in the vertical direction is experienced. The product (1) is prevented from falling thanks to this cornered and quadrangular structure (8) positioned on the leg (3) surface in the vertical direction (y axis), i.e. positioned so as to be perpendicular to the ground plane. This structure (8) enters into the product core tube (4), fixes the product (1) thanks to the cornered structure thereof, and prevents the movement of the product (1) in the vertical direction. The legs (3) and protector portions (2) are positioned in the dispenser as shown in Figure 9 such that the cornered structure (8) in the middle portion is provided in the "y" axis or vertical direction.
There is no need to manually flex any of the legs (3) when the product (1) is being placed into the dispenser. The product (1), as shown in Figure 9 and 2, is pushed in the x axis and placed into the location thereof by moving over the parabolic leg (3) surfaces inside the dispenser. During the placement of the product (1) into the dispenser, the legs (3), with the pressure exerted on the leg (3) surfaces, move in the created pushing force direction (direction (A)) as shown in Figure 5, i.e. allow product (1) passage by flexing to the sides in . the horizontal plane in other words laterally. During the placement of the product (1) into the dispenser, the leg (3) surfaces are pushed to the side laterally by the pressure exerted thereon and the legs (3) move to the sides laterally as shown in Figure 5. The legs (3), when the center axis thereof is aligned with the center axis of the product (1), enter into the core tube (4) provided in the center of the product (1) and around which the product is wound and fix the product (1) by compression thereof. The product (1) does not move in the vertical direction and becomes fixed thanks to the cornered structure (8) formed on the leg (3) surface in the vertical direction and the entry of said structure (8) into the core tube (4).
When the product (1) placed into the dispenser is finished, the core tube (4) is pulled out of the dispenser in the direction opposite of the loading direction in other words pulling it out of the dispenser and the legs (3) laterally opened by means of the pushing force with the pressure exerted on the leg (3) surface. When the core tube (4) between the legs (3) is removed, the legs (3) again return to the original closed position thereof (as in figure 6).
With the use of dispenser according to the present invention, the product (1) can be easily placed into the dispenser and the core tube (4) remaining after the product (1) is finished can be easily removed from the dispenser. The operation of flexing the holder legs (3) positioned in the dispenser with one hand is not required during the placement of the product (1) and removal of the core tube (4) wound with the product (1) from the dispenser when the product (1) is finished.
