背景技术
随着电子技术的发展,移动通信终端的更新速度日新月异,移动通信终端的发展和普及速度也越来越快,目前的移动通信终端普遍都配备有无线WiFi、摄像头、加速度传感器、触摸屏、存储器等装置,触摸屏替代了鼠标,软键盘替代了传统键盘,而且移动通信终端的数字处理功能越来越强,移动通信终端已经发展成为一种智能终端,可以进行上网浏览互联网信息、观看音视频文件、进行娱乐性的互动游戏。
另一方面,现在的电视机已经推出智能电视机,可以通过有线或者无线上网,而且具有外接USB接口,可以扩容到很大存储空间,并具有应用程序下载安装、浏览互联网信息、分享电视机音视频内容等功能。同时伴随着电视形态的发展,电视节目出现了电视购物、电视广告等利用电视媒体实现商品推荐和销售的节目内容,丰富和拓展了原有电视媒体的用途。
在这种背景下,移动通信终端同智能电视的互动已经成为一种发展趋势。例如,在移动通信终端的用户需要外出时,不能够继续收看智能电视的音频和视频节目,不得不等到下次打开电视才能继续收看,给用户留下诸多遗憾和不便,影响了交互的便利性和实时性。
发明内容
为了实现智能电视与用户的有效互动,使用户能够方便地获取智能电视上的资源,本申请实施例提供了一种将智能电视中的资源推送到移动通信终端的方法,所述智能电视预先与所述移动通信终端建立通信连接,在所述智能电视侧,所述方法包括:
确定需要向所述移动通信终端推送的目标资源;所述需要向所述移动通 信终端推送的目标资源为所述智能电视本地保存的资源;
获取所述智能电视的IP地址,以及所述目标资源在所述智能电视中的存储路径;
根据所述IP地址以及所述存储路径生成所述目标资源的访问地址;
确定请求该目标资源的移动通信终端,通过所述通信连接,将该访问地址发送给所述移动通信终端;
接收到所述移动通信终端访问所述访问地址对应的目标资源的请求时,通过所述通信连接,向所述移动通信终端发送所述目标资源。
优选地,所述智能电视的操作***接收到所述移动通信终端访问所述访问地址对应的目标资源的请求之后,将该请求向各个后台应用进行广播,所述接收到所述移动通信终端访问所述访问地址对应的目标资源的请求时,通过所述通信连接,向所述移动通信终端发送所述目标资源包括:
接收到所述操作***广播的请求后,判断是否具有对该消息的处理权限;
如果是,则对所述请求进行解析,并通过所述通信连接,向所述移动通信终端发送所述目标资源。
优选地,所述目标资源包括视频文件、音频文件、图片文件或网页文件,当所述目标资源为视频文件或音频文件时,所述方法还包括:向所述移动通信终端发送所述目标资源的播放位置信息。
本申请实施例还提供了一种将智能电视中的资源推送到移动通信终端的方法,所述移动通信终端预先与所述智能电视建立通信连接,在所述移动通信终端侧,所述方法包括:
在所述移动通信终端的用户界面中提供用户操作入口;
通过所述通信连接,接收所述智能电视发送的资源的访问地址;所述访问地址是由所述智能电视根据其自身的IP地址,以及所述资源在所述智能电视中的存储路径生成的;
通过所述用户操作入口接收到用户访问所述访问地址对应的资源的请求时,对所述访问地址进行解析,并根据解析结果,通过所述通信连接,向所述智能电视发送访问请求,所述访问请求中携带有所述访问地址;
根据智能电视返回的网络资源数据,对所述资源进行存储或播放。

下面将参照附图更详细地描述本申请的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本申请的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本申请而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本申请,并且能够将本申请的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
在本申请实施例中,涉及到的执行主体为智能电视和移动通信终端(例如手机),用户使用该终端来控制智能电视,向其发送命令来请求数据,智能电视可以作为移动通信终端的服务器,向移动通信终端提供数据服务,一般是智能电视本地存储的数据,例如:音频,视频文件、图片文件或网页等资源数据。在具体实现过程中,移动通信终端与智能电视各自独立,同时又相互联系,共同实现本申请实施例提供的技术方案。
为了便于理解,首先需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,可以提供一款在移动通信终端设备上运行的应用程序(APP),例如,可以取名为“电视助手”,用户可以在自己的移动终端设备上安装该APP;相应的,智能电视侧的操作***中会装有相应的后台应用程序,来与移动终端设备侧的电视助手之间进行交互,实现向移动通信终端推送资源的功能,其中,由于推送的资源 存储在智能电视本地,因而,在本申请实施例中,将位于智能电视端的资源又称为本地资源,将要向移动通信终端设备推送的资源又称为目标资源,在移动通信终端一侧,将请求和接收到资源称为网络资源。
在移动通信终端设备中安装了电视助手、智能电视中具有相应的后台应用的情况下,再将智能电视与移动通信终端设备连接到同一局域网中,例如可以通过相同的WIFI(Wireless Fidelity)接入网络,这样,移动通信终端中的电视助手就可以通过私有的通信协议与智能电视之间建立通信连接,后续的信号、数据的传输等都是在建立的这个通信连接的基础上进行。具体的,在移动通信终端与智能电视之间通过一定的端口建立起通信连接之后,智能电视侧的各个后台应用程序(智能电视中可能安装了多个应用程序,可能同时有很多个应用程序都在后台运行,以实现各自的功能,其中就包括用于资源推送操作的应用程序)就可以监听该端口上接收到的消息。具体的消息交互的实现过程可以是:移动通信终端设备侧向智能电视侧发出了一个消息之后,智能电视侧的操作***会接收到该消息,并将该消息向智能电视中的各个后台应用进行广播,各个后台应用在收到消息之后,可以判断是否需要自己处理,如果需要自己处理,则进行解析等后续操作;如果不需要则可以丢弃。同样,建立了通信连接后,移动通信终端侧的后台应用程序也可以监听通信端口处是否有需要处理的消息,如果有智能电视发来的消息,移动通信终端侧的操作***会接收到该消息,将该消息向其各个后台应用进行广播,之后,移动通信终端中的应用程序查看是否需要自己处理,如果需要自己处理,可以接收该广播,进行解析等后续操作,如果不需要则可以丢弃。例如,如果移动通信终端中的电视助手接收到该广播,判断需要自己来处理,则进行解析等后续操作。
实施例一
首先,本申请实施例一从智能电视的角度,提供了一种将智能电视中的资源推送到移动通信终端的方法,该方法由一个与移动通信终端进行交互通信的智能电视来执行。参见图1,具体过程如下:
S101,确定需要向所述移动通信终端推送的目标资源;所述需要向所述移动通信终端推送的目标资源为所述智能电视本地保存的资源;
智能电视的后台程序可以监听电视遥控器发来的命令,查看是否有需要向外推送资源的请求,当接收到该请求后,确定待推送的目标资源。其中,待推送的目标资源可以是当前正在播放或者显示的资源,也可以是存在某个目录下的资源。对于前者,如果是正在播放或者显示某个资源的过程中,通过遥控器接收到了推送请求,则可以直接将该正在播放或者显示的资源确定为待推送的目标资源。对于后者,由于智能电视可以有很多文件夹,不同类型或者频道的文件可以放在不同的文件夹中,因此,如果是在具体的文件夹中显示出多个文件,并且其中的某文件被选中的情况下,接收到推送请求,则可以将该被选中的文件确定为待推送的目标资源。
其中,当待推送的目标资源是当前正在播放或者显示的资源并且该资源是智能电视通过互联网访问的互联网资源时,智能电视及时下载该互联网资源存储到本地,并且将其确定为待推送的资源。当待推送的目标资源是当前正在播放或者显示的资源并且该资源已经是智能电视本地存储的资源,则可直接确定其为待推送的资源。
S102,获取所述智能电视的IP地址,以及所述目标资源在所述智能电视中的存储路径;
由于本申请实施例中需要向移动终端设备中推送的资源,是智能电视本地保存的资源(例如,目标资源可能是从一台移动终端设备A中推送到智能电视中的某照片等,在本申请实施例中,还可以将这种照片推送到另一台移动终端设备B上,又如,目标资源可能是从互联网下载到智能电视中的某视频,在本申请实施例中,还可以将下载的视频推送到移动终端设备上),也就是说,是将保存在智能电视设备本地的资源推送到移动终端设备上。智能电视设备本地的资源与来自云端服务器或者第三方网站的资源有所不同,其并不属于网络中所有用户都可以访问的资源,而是智能电视设备的拥有者的私有资源,并不需要在网络中进行定位,因此原来是不具有网络访问地址的。但是,在本申请实施例中,为了使得接收方用户能够正常的访问到推送给他的资源,就需要首先构造待推送目标资源的访问地址。换言之,在本申请实施例中,智能电视作为服务器向移动通信终端推送资源,因此,智能电视中的资源需要一个移动通信终端能识别的访问地址来进行数据的传输。具体在构造这种访问地址时,可以获取目标资源在智能电视中的存储路径作为访问 地址的第一部分,并获取智能电视的IP地址作为访问地址的第二部分。
S103,根据所述IP地址以及所述存储路径生成所述目标资源的访问地址;
将上一步骤中得到的智能电视的IP地址和目标资源的存储路径按照一定的规则进行组合,就可以生成该目标资源的访问地址,该地址与智能电视中的资源对应,用户通过访问该访问地址,就能够找到其所请求的目标资源。
S104,确定请求该目标资源的移动通信设备,并通过所述通信连接,将该访问地址发送给所述移动通信终端;
智能电视的连接列表中可以有多个设备通过私有协议与其连接,用户可以通过遥控器选择请求目标资源的移动通信终端,选择后,通过与该移动通信终端之间已建立的通信路径,将该访问地址发送给移动通信终端。
S105,接收到所述移动通信终端访问所述访问地址对应的目标资源的请求时,通过所述通信连接,向所述移动通信终端发送所述目标资源。
智能电视的后台操作***监听移动通信终端的命令,当接收到移动通信终端要求访问对应上述访问地址的目标资源的命令后,操作***将该命令的消息向各个后台应用进行广播,智能电视的各个应用程序接收到该广播后,判断是否需要自己来处理,当资源推送应用程序确定具有对该消息的处理权限后,则对该消息进行解析,并根据该资源的路径查找该资源,并通过已有连接,发送给移动通信终端。
优选地,当智能电视推送的资源为音频文件或视频文件,并且在步骤S101中,确定待推送目标资源时,该音频文件或视频文件正在被智能电视播放或已经被智能电视播放一部分,则在向移动通信终端发送目标资源时,同时还发送该目标资源在智能电视中被播放的播放位置信息,例如,某45分钟的视频已经被播放到20分钟,又如某视频文件为流媒体,该1G的流媒体文件已经被播放500M,移动通信终端在接收到该播放位置信息时,可据此续播未播放的部分,而不重播已播放的部分。
采用该优选实施例,移动通信终端接收到智能电视推送的音频或视频时,不但使得用户不受地点限制地欣赏电视上的音、视频,而且用户可在移动通信终端根据接收到的播放位置信息续播音、视频,提升用户体验。
总之,在该实施例中,可以在智能电视上使用遥控器选择用户希望推送的目标资源,通过私有协议将该资源的访问地址发给用户端,如果用户要求 发送访问地址对应的目标资源,则智能电视可以进一步将目标资源发给用户。由于智能电视中有大量的本地资源,这样,智能电视就可以当做移动通信终端的服务器,将其本地资源作为目标资源推送给移动通信终端,用户可以很方便的从中得到资源,随时随地地观看其中的节目,即使用户有事需要外出,也可以继续欣赏自己喜欢的节目,不会留有遗憾,实现了交互的便利性和实时性。
实施例二
该实施例二从移动通信终端的角度对本申请实施例的方案进行介绍。其中,主要以移动通信终端为执行主体,描述移动通信终端如何与智能电视进行交互通信,如何接收智能电视的网络资源,其中,移动通信终端所执行的操作均与实施例一中的智能电视的相关操作相呼应。以下仅做简要介绍,具体过程参见图2。
移动通信终端预先与智能电视建立通信连接,之后,执行以下操作:
S201,在所述移动通信终端的用户界面中提供用户操作接口;
移动通信终端侧安装有电视助手等应用,因此可以通过该应用为用户提供用户界面,同时,在用户界面上提供具体的用户操作入口(例如按钮等),这样,用户在打开移动通信终端设备中的电视助手应用之后,可以在其用户界面中看到这样的操作入口。当用户通过该操作入口执行相应的点击等操作时,电视助手就相当于接收到了用户的指示。
S202,通过所述连接,接收所述智能电视发送来的资源的访问地址;所述访问地址是由所述智能电视根据所述智能电视的IP地址,以及所述资源在所述智能电视中的存储路径生成的;
智能电视请求后台网络程序返回该智能电视的IP地址和所确定的目标资源的存储路径,将二者组合而生成一个新的访问地址,移动终端用户已经与智能电视建立了连接,通过该连接,接收智能电视中该网络资源的访问地址。该地址与智能电视中的网络资源对应,用户通过接收并访问该访问地址,就能够找到其所请求的网络资源。
S203,通过所述用户操作接口接收到访问所述访问地址对应的网络资源的请求时,对所述访问地址进行解析,并根据解析结果,通过所述网络连接, 向所述智能电视发送访问请求,所述访问请求中携带有所述访问地址;
用户可以通过该电视助手中的用户操作入口向电视助手发出指令,再由电视助手向智能电视发送各种操作命令。该步骤实现过程中,包括用户与移动通信终端设备之间的交互,以及移动通信终端设备与智能电视之间的交互,这样两部分交互组成。首先,用户与移动通信终端设备进行交互。关于用户与移动通信终端设备之间具体的交互实现方式,与用户操作入口的实现方式是相关的。用户操作入口的实现方式可以有多种,相应的,用户与移动通信终端设备之间的交互实现方式也有多种。
例如,目前大多数手机上都装备有触摸屏,因此,可以通过在用户界面上显示的可操作按钮等来提供用户操作入口,用户可以直接在触摸屏上点击相应的按钮来发出请求网络资源的指令。或者,还可以通过在用户界面中显示可拖动滑块以及滑动方向的方式来提供用户操作入口,这样,用户可以通过拖动该滑块的方式来发出请求资源的指令,等等。对于电视助手而言,无论用户通过何种具体的交互方式提交了指令,电视助手都可以生成相应的命令,并通过通信连接将该命令发送到智能电视端。
或者,在另一种实现方式下,也可以在电视助手的用户界面中提供语音输入的按钮,以此作为用户操作入口,用户点击语音输入按钮后,就可以开启移动通信终端设备上的麦克等语音输入装置,接收用户输入的语音信息,例如,用户可以对着移动通信终端设备的麦克说“请求**资源”,相应的,电视助手可以对语音输入信号进行识别,并生成相应命令,由用户进行确认后准备发送给智能电视。
命令发送后,移动通信终端中的后台网络程序生成一个数据包,该数据包包括该用户所请求的网络资源的指令和该资源对应的访问地址,移动通信终端将通过与智能电视共同连接的网络,将该数据包传送到智能电视,请求相应的网络资源。
S204,根据智能电视返回的网络资源数据,接收所述资源并对所述资源进行存储或播放。
当智能电视给移动通信终端发送回用户所请求的网络资源后,移动通信终端后台的操作***接收到该网络资源相关的消息后,向各个后台应用进行广播,各个后台应用判断是否需要自己来处理该消息,当移动通信终端的电 视助手接收到广播后,确定需要自己来处理该消息,则对该消息进行解析,并通过网络接收该资源,如果用户不需要马上播放该资源中的节目,可以选择先将该资源存储在存储器中,或者,如果用户需要马上观看该节目,可以调用视频播放程序播放该资源中的节目。
优选地,当智能电视返回的网络资源为音频或视频资源,并且返回的网络资源数据还包括该网络资源在智能电视中被播放的播放位置信息,则在步骤S204中,移动通信终端在接收所述资源并对所述资源进行播放时,根据接收到的播放位置信息对所述资源未播放的部分进行续播,而不重播已播放的部分。
总之,在该实施例中,可以在移动通信终端设备侧向用户提供用于请求智能电视中的资源的操作入口,这样用户就可以直接通过操作移动通信终端来发出相应指令,之后,移动通信终端设备就可以自动通过预先建立的通信连接,向智能电视发送请求网络资源的消息,智能电视收到该消息之后,就可以将相应的资源发送给用户端。由于大多数现有的移动通信终端设备的用户操作界面都非常友好,各种功能和操作都简单易学,因此,比之遥控器,用户更容易从移动通信终端中找到网络资源推送的功能。并且,现有的移动通信终端一般都具有触摸屏或语音功能,因此,只要按一下手指,或说一句话,就可以将命令发送给智能电视,操作起来更加简单,方便,快捷。
在实施例二的基础上,本申请还可以做进一步改进,在移动通信终端接收到智能电视发送来的访问地址后,可以向智能电视发送已接收到该访问地址的信息。在移动通信终端接收到智能电视发送来的网络资源后,可以向智能电视发送已接收到该网络资源的信息。以确保交互的实时性。
另外,本申请还提供了对应实施例一的装置,即将智能电视中的资源推送到移动通信终端的装置,包括,连接模块,设置为将所述智能电视预先与所述移动通信终端建立通信连接,在智能电视一端,装置还包括以下模块:
确定模块301,用于确定需要向所述移动通信终端推送的目标资源;所述需要向所述移动通信终端推送的目标资源为所述智能电视本地保存的资源;
获取模块302,用于获取所述智能电视的IP地址,以及所述目标资源在所述智能电视中的存储路径;
访问地址生成模块303,用于根据所述IP地址以及所述存储路径生成所 述目标资源的访问地址;
访问地址发送模块304,用于通过所述通信连接,将该访问地址发送给所述移动通信终端;
目标资源发送模块305,用于当接收到所述移动通信终端访问所述访问地址对应的目标资源的请求时,通过所述通信连接,向所述移动通信终端发送所述目标资源。
其中,在所述智能电视的操作***接收到所述移动通信终端访问所述访问地址对应的目标资源的请求之后,将该请求向各个后台应用进行广播,所述目标资源发送模块包括:
权限判定模块,设置为在接收到所述操作***广播的请求后,判断是否具有对该消息的处理权限;
处理模块,设置为如果所述权限判定模块的判断结果为是,则对所述请求进行解析,并通过所述通信连接,向所述移动通信终端发送所述目标资源。
本申请还提供了对应实施例二的装置,即将智能电视中的资源推送到移动通信终端的装置,包括,连接模块,设置为将移动通信终端预先与智能电视建立通信连接,在移动通信终端侧,该装置还包括以下子模块:
用户接口模块401,用于在所述移动通信终端的用户界面中提供用户操作接口;
访问地址接收模块402,用于通过所述连接,接收所述智能电视发送来的资源的访问地址;所述访问地址是由所述智能电视根据所述智能电视的IP地址,以及所述资源在所述智能电视中的存储路径生成的;
网络资源请求模块403,用于通过所述用户操作接口接收到访问所述访问地址对应的网络资源的请求时,对所述访问地址进行解析,并根据解析结果,通过所述网络连接,向所述智能电视发送访问请求,所述访问请求中携带有所述访问地址;
网络资源接收模块404,用于根据智能电视返回的网络资源数据,接收所述资源并对所述资源进行存储或播放。
为了增加智能电视与移动通信终端之间交互的实时性,上述装置还包括:
通知模块,设置为当接收到所述智能电视发送来的访问地址后,向所述智能电视发送已接收到该访问地址的信息。
当接收到所述智能电视发送来的网络资源后,向所述智能电视发送已接收到该网络资源的信息。
其中,所述用户接口模块包括语音输入接口模块或按键输入接口模块。
另外,
在所述移动通信终端的操作***接收到所述智能电视发送来的网络资源后,将接收到该网络资源的消息向各个后台应用进行广播,
所述网络资源接收模块包括,权限判定模块与处理模块,
权限判定模块,设置为在接收到所述操作***广播的消息后,判断是否具有对该消息的处理权限;
处理模块,设置为如果所述权限判定模块判定的结果为是,则对所述消息进行解析,并对所述资源进行存储或播放。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种将智能电视中的资源推送到移动通信终端的方法,所述智能电视预先与所述移动通信终端建立通信连接,在所述智能电视侧,所述方法包括:
    确定需要向所述移动通信终端推送的目标资源;所述需要向所述移动通信终端推送的目标资源为所述智能电视本地保存的资源;
    获取所述智能电视的IP地址,以及所述目标资源在所述智能电视中的存储路径;
    根据所述IP地址以及所述存储路径生成所述目标资源的访问地址;
    确定请求该目标资源的移动通信终端,通过所述通信连接,将该访问地址发送给所述移动通信终端;
    接收到所述移动通信终端访问所述访问地址对应的目标资源的请求时,通过所述通信连接,向所述移动通信终端发送所述目标资源。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:所述智能电视的操作***接收到所述移动通信终端访问所述访问地址对应的目标资源的请求之后,将该请求向各个后台应用进行广播;
    所述接收到所述移动通信终端访问所述访问地址对应的目标资源的请求时,通过所述通信连接,向所述移动通信终端发送所述目标资源包括:接收到所述操作***广播的请求后,判断是否具有对该消息的处理权限,如果是,则对所述请求进行解析,并通过所述通信连接,向所述移动通信终端发送所述目标资源。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述目标资源包括视频文件、音频文件、图片文件或网页文件,当所述目标资源为视频文件或音频文件时,所述方法还包括:
    向所述移动通信终端发送所述目标资源的播放位置信息。
  4. 一种将智能电视中的资源推送到移动通信终端的方法,所述移动通信终端预先与所述智能电视建立通信连接,在所述移动通信终端侧,所述方法包括:
    在所述移动通信终端的用户界面中提供用户操作入口;
    通过所述通信连接,接收所述智能电视发送的资源的访问地址;所述访 问地址是由所述智能电视根据其自身的IP地址,以及所述资源在所述智能电视中的存储路径生成的;
    通过所述用户操作入口接收到用户访问所述访问地址对应的资源的请求时,对所述访问地址进行解析,并根据解析结果,通过所述通信连接,向所述智能电视发送访问请求,所述访问请求中携带有所述访问地址;
    根据智能电视返回的网络资源数据,对所述资源进行存储或播放。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    接收到所述智能电视发送的访问地址后,向所述智能电视发送已接收到该访问地址的信息;
    接收到所述智能电视发送来的网络资源后,向所述智能电视发送已接收到该网络资源的信息。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述入口包括语音输入入口或按键输入入口。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:所述移动通信终端的操作***接收到所述智能电视发送来的网络资源后,将接收到该网络资源的消息向各个后台应用进行广播;
    所述根据智能电视返回的网络资源数据,对所述资源进行存储或播放包括:接收到所述操作***广播的消息后,判断是否具有对该消息的处理权限,如果是,则对所述消息进行解析,并对所述资源进行存储或播放。
  8. 一种将智能电视中的资源推送到移动通信终端的装置,包括,连接模块,设置为将所述智能电视预先与所述移动通信终端建立通信连接,在所述智能电视侧,所述装置还包括:
    确定模块,设置为确定需要向所述移动通信终端推送的目标资源;所述需要向所述移动通信终端推送的目标资源为所述智能电视本地保存的资源;
    获取模块,设置为获取所述智能电视的IP地址,以及所述目标资源在所述智能电视中的存储路径;
    访问地址生成模块,设置为根据所述IP地址以及所述存储路径生成所述目标资源的访问地址;
    访问地址发送模块,设置为确定请求该目标资源的移动通信终端,通过所述通信连接,将该访问地址发送给所述移动通信终端;
    目标资源发送模块,设置为当接收到所述移动通信终端访问所述访问地址对应的目标资源的请求时,通过所述通信连接,向所述移动通信终端发送所述目标资源。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,在所述智能电视的操作***接收到所述移动通信终端访问所述访问地址对应的目标资源的请求之后,将该请求向各个后台应用进行广播,所述目标资源发送模块包括:
    权限判定模块,设置为在接收到所述操作***广播的请求后,判断是否具有对该消息的处理权限;
    处理模块,设置为如果所述权限判定模块的判断结果为是,则对所述请求进行解析,并通过所述通信连接,向所述移动通信终端发送所述目标资源。
  10. 一种将智能电视中的资源推送到移动通信终端的装置,包括,连接模块,设置为将所述移动通信终端预先与所述智能电视建立通信连接,在所述移动通信终端侧,所述装置还包括:
    用户接口模块,设置为在所述移动通信终端的用户界面中提供用户操作入口;
    访问地址接收模块,设置为通过所述通信连接,接收所述智能电视发送的资源的访问地址;所述访问地址是由所述智能电视根据所述智能电视的IP地址,以及所述资源在所述智能电视中的存储路径生成的;
    网络资源请求模块,设置为通过所述用户操作入口接收到用户访问所述访问地址对应的网络资源的请求时,对所述访问地址进行解析,并根据解析结果,通过所述网络连接,向所述智能电视发送访问请求,所述访问请求中携带有所述访问地址;
    网络资源接收模块,设置为根据智能电视返回的网络资源数据,对所述资源进行存储或播放。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    通知模块,设置为当接收到所述智能电视发送来的访问地址后,向所述智能电视发送已接收到该访问地址的信息;
    当接收到所述智能电视发送来的网络资源后,向所述智能电视发送已接收到该网络资源的信息。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述用户接口模块包括语音输 入接口模块或按键输入接口模块。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述资源包括视频文件、音频文件、图片文件或网页文件。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,在所述移动通信终端的操作***接收到所述智能电视发送来的网络资源后,将接收到该网络资源的消息向各个后台应用进行广播,
    所述网络资源接收模块包括,权限判定模块与处理模块,
    权限判定模块,设置为在接收到所述操作***广播的消息后,判断是否具有对该消息的处理权限;
    处理模块,设置为如果所述权限判定模块判定的结果为是,则对所述消息进行解析,并对所述资源进行存储或播放。
