Abstract

The present invention relates to a method, in a dual connectivity communication system, for transmitting a scheduling request in a scenario in which a bear supports bearing splitting, the method comprising: determining a time interval value between an first available D-SR and an second first available D-SR; determining a transmission policy for transmitting the scheduling request to a first base station and a second base station based on a result of comparing the time interval value and a predetermined threshold; the transmission policy comprises forwarding or transmitting using RACH the scheduling request between base stations; wherein the first D-SR is a transmission resource in a physical uplink control channel of the first base station for transmitting the scheduling request, and the second D-SR is a transmission resource in a physical uplink control channel of the second base station for transmitting the scheduling request.
