本专利申请要求2013年10月28日申请的,申请号为201320668183.5,名称为“除湿机”的中国专利申请的优先权,在此将其全文引入作为参考。
技术领域
本实用新型涉及家用电器技术领域,特别是涉及一种除湿机。
背景技术
目前,家用除湿机的结构都分为上下两层,上层放置蒸发器、冷凝器和风扇等部件,下层放置压缩机、电器盒与水箱等部件。由于除湿机是整体式结构,压缩机是在室内工作会产生较大的噪音,影响使用。
鉴于上述缺陷,本发明人经过长时间的研究和实践终于获得了本发明创造。
实用新型内容
基于此,有必要针对除湿机在运行时压缩机产生的噪音等问题,提供一种降低压缩机噪音的除湿机。上述目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种除湿机,包括本体和面板,本体之中设置有压缩机,压缩机位于本体的底部,面板位于本体的外侧,所述除湿机还包括用于遮挡所述压缩机的下封板;所述下封板安装于所述本体上,并位于所述面板和所述压缩机之间。
上述目的还可以通过下述技术方案进一步实现。
在其中一个实施例中,所述下封板和所述面板之间设置至少一个弹性装置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性装置固定设置于所述下封板上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性装置为弹性塑料件或弹簧。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性塑料件的形状为片状,并且设置在所述下封板的边缘,并且所述弹性塑料件的其中一边与所述下封板相连,其余各边与所述下封板相分离;所述弹性塑料件远离与所述下封板相连的一端向所述下封板的外侧倾斜。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性塑料件与所述下封板一体成型。
在其中一个实施例中,所述面板与所述下封板上设置的所述弹性塑料件相对应的位置上设置有卡槽。
在其中一个实施例中,所述卡槽的形状与所述弹性塑料件的形状相适应。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型的除湿机,结构设计简单合理,本体之中设置有压缩机,通过在压缩机的外侧设置下封板来遮挡压缩机,并降低工作时产生的噪音;下封板位于本体和面板之间,可以在清洗和维修时只拆除面板,通过下封板遮挡压缩机,保障安全。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的除湿机进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
参见图1至图7,本实用新型的除湿机,包括本体300、下封板100和面板200。本体300之中设置有压缩机(未示出),压缩机安装在本体300的底部。下封板100安装于本体300上,并且位于面板200和压缩机之间。
如图1和图3所示,下封板100是用来遮挡压缩机、电线盒、线路和管路等设备的,可以起到隔音、电气安全、美观等作用。安装时,先将下封板100安装到本体300的底部,遮挡压缩机、电线盒、线路等,再将面板200安装到本体300上。在清洗和维修除湿机时,只需拆除面板200,下封板100的阻挡使用户不会接触到电器件,保障清洗维修时的安全。
作为一种可实施方式,下封板100和面板200之间设置有弹性装置,弹性装置分布在下封板100的边缘位置。
进一步地,弹性装置的数量至少一个。弹性装置可以设置有一个或多个,多个弹性装置均匀分布在下封板100的边缘位置。弹性装置与面板200紧密贴合,可以防止面板200 松动、滑落,同时预防面板200因震动而产生异响。
作为一种可实施方式,弹性装置为弹性塑料件110或弹簧。如图2和4所示,在本实施例中,弹性装置为弹性塑料件110。
如图5所示,在下封板100下端的边缘位置设置两个弹性塑料件110,弹性塑料件110均匀分布在下封板100下端的边缘位置,保证弹性塑料件110对面板200施加的预紧力均匀。进一步地,弹性塑料件110固定设置于下封板100上。
如图6和图7所示,弹性塑料件110的形状为片状,弹性塑料件110的其中一边与下封板100相连,其余各边与下封板100相分离,通过在弹性塑料件110两边各设置一切口的方式加工出来。弹性塑料件110与下封板100相连的一端为固定端,另一端为自由端。切口可以提高弹性塑料件110的弹性和可靠性,从而延长弹性塑料件110的使用寿命。
进一步地,弹性塑料件110远离与下封板100相连的一端向下封板100的外侧倾斜,即弹性塑料件110的自由端向下封板100的外侧倾斜。下封板100安装到本体300上时,下封板100的内侧为压缩机,弹性塑料件110的自由端向远离压缩机的方向倾斜。
作为一种可实施方式,为了节省生产成本、节约加工时间,弹性塑料件110和下封板100可以通过一体成型的加工方式加工出来。
作为一种可实施方式,面板200与下封板100上的弹性塑料件110相对应的位置上设置有卡槽(未示出)。下封板100的弹性塑料件110安装在面板200卡槽内,可以保证面板200与下封板100的定位更准确、配合更紧密。卡槽的数量与弹性塑料件110的数量相对应,卡槽是用来与弹性塑料件110配合的。进一步地,卡槽设置在面板200的位置,应与弹性塑料件110位置相对应。
作为一种可实施方式,卡槽的形状与弹性塑料件110的形状相适应,保证弹性塑料件110能够安装到卡槽内就可以。弹性塑料件110安装在卡槽内,为了保证面板200与下封板100的定位准确及配合紧密,可以防止面板200松动、滑落,预防面板200因震动而产生异响。
上述实用新型的除湿机,结构设计简单合理,本体之中设置有压缩机,通过在压缩机的外侧设置下封板来遮挡压缩机工作时产生的噪音,下封板位于本体和面板之间,可以在清洗和维修时只拆除面板,通过下封板遮挡压缩机,保障安全。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种除湿机,包括本体和面板,本体之中设置有压缩机,压缩机位于本体的底部,面板位于本体的外侧,其特征在于:
    还包括用于遮挡所述压缩机的下封板;
    所述下封板安装于所述本体上,并位于所述面板和所述压缩机之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于:
    所述下封板和所述面板之间设置至少一个弹性装置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的除湿机,其特征在于:
    所述弹性装置固定设置于所述下封板上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的除湿机,其特征在于:
    所述弹性装置为弹性塑料件或弹簧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的除湿机,其特征在于:
    所述弹性塑料件的形状为片状,并且设置在所述下封板的边缘,并且所述弹性塑料件的其中一边与所述下封板相连,其余各边与所述下封板相分离;
    所述弹性塑料件远离与所述下封板相连的一端向所述下封板的外侧倾斜。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的除湿机,其特征在于:
    所述弹性塑料件与所述下封板一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的除湿机,其特征在于:
    所述面板与所述下封板上设置的所述弹性塑料件相对应的位置上设置有卡槽。
