一种雾化器、电子烟以及电子烟的组装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,尤其涉及一种雾化器、电子烟以及 电子烟 的组装方法。
背景技术
电子烟是一种模拟香烟,利用电热丝加热雾化含香精的物质产生烟雾供使用者抽吸。目前大多数电子烟中雾化座为由软质的硅胶材料制成,作为支撑和通气用的黄纳管插置固定在所述雾化座上,将电热丝组件插置在所述黄纳管的固定孔中,通过黄纳管将所述电热丝组件固定,因此装配时需要用镊子夹住电热丝组件穿过黄纳管的固定孔,耗费大量的时间。由于雾化座由软质材料制得,因此容易变形而导致漏油,影响电子烟的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中雾化座由软质材料制得,使得雾化座变形而导致漏油的缺陷,提供防止雾化座变形而导致漏油的一种雾化器、电子烟以及电子烟的组装方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是 :构造一种雾化器,用于与电池杆组合形成电子烟,所述雾化器包括套管,以及设置在所述套管内的雾化座和雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括安装在所述雾化座上的雾化件,所述雾化座上设置有用于固定所述雾化件的定位结构;所述雾化座套设有用于密封烟油的密封件,所述密封件的硬度小于所述雾化座的硬度。
在本发明所述的雾化器中,所述雾化座由陶瓷材料制成。
在本发明所述的雾化器中,所述密封件为环形密封圈,所述密封件由硅胶材料制成。
在本发明所述的雾化器中,所述雾化座包括座体及由所述座体的一端缩径延伸形成的支撑管,所述座体上设置有与所述支撑管相连通的通气孔,所述支撑管的端面上设置有所述定位结构。
在本发明所述的雾化器中,所述定位结构为设置在所述支撑管端面上并连通到所述支撑管侧面的凹槽,所述雾化件纳置于所述凹槽上。
在本发明所述的雾化器中,所述雾化组件还包括一端套设在所述支撑管上并与所述支撑管同轴设置的通气管,所述通气管朝向所述座体的一端面抵持在所述雾化件上,所述支撑管与所述通气管共同组成所述雾化器的烟雾气流通道。

在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电子烟还包括电池杆,所述雾化器和电池杆为一体结构或可拆卸连接的结构。
本发明还构造了一种电子烟组装方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
S1 、在雾化座上开设一定位结构,将雾化件纳置固定在所述定位结构上,并将硬度小于所述雾化座硬度的密封件套设在所述雾化座上;
S2 、将连接在所述雾化件两端的第一导电体和第二导电体分别穿过所述雾化座上的第一穿孔与第一电极和第二电极电连接;
S3 、将通气管、雾化座、第一电极、绝缘件和第二电极依次嵌套在套管内,所述雾化座通过套设在其上的所述密封件与所述套管过盈配合;
S4 、将电池杆和所述雾化器连接形成所述电子烟。
在本发明所述的电子烟组装方法中,在所述步骤 S1 之前还包括:准备步骤:将所述雾化座分成座体及由所述座体的一端缩径延伸形成的支撑管;在所述座体上设置与所述支撑管相连通的通气孔;沿所述座体轴向开设两个第一穿孔,所述定位结构为开设在所述支撑管端面上并连通到所述支撑管侧面的凹槽。
在本发明所述的电子烟组装方法中,所述密封件为环形密封圈,将所述环形密封圈套设在所述雾化座周向外侧壁上所开设的环形凹槽内,使所述环形密封圈抵接至所述套管的内壁面上。
在本发明所述的电子烟组装方法中,将 所述密封件分为主体部和套合部,在所述主体部设置通孔,将所述 雾化座的上部穿过所述 主体部上的通孔,使所述座体与所述主体部的底面抵接,所述 定位结构伸出所述套合部, 所述主体部上的 环形凸起与套管的内侧壁抵接,所述密封件通过所述环形凸起与套管过盈配合。
实施本发明的雾化器、电子烟以及电子烟的组装方法,具有以下有益效果:通过采用硬质的陶瓷材料制得雾化座,使得雾化座不易变形,再在雾化座的支撑管的端面上开设各种形状的凹槽,将雾化件纳置固定在所述凹槽内,便于快速放置所述雾化件,简化了装配工序,提高组装效率。再配合使用硬度小于雾化座硬度的密封件,有效防止了烟油的泄露,提高了产品的良品率及可靠性。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图 1 所示,本发明较佳实施例之一提供一种 雾化器, 用于与电池杆 (图上未示出) 组合形成电子烟,所述雾化器与电池杆为可拆卸结构。所述雾化器包括套管 1 ,以及设置在所述套管 1 内的雾化座 2 和雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括雾化件 3 、密封件 4 、通气管 5 、第一电极 6 、第二电极 7 、绝缘体 8 和储油件 9 。
在本实施例中,所述雾化座 2 由陶瓷材料制成,其上设置有用于固定雾化件 3 的定位机构 24 (结合图 3 所示);所述密封件 4 套设在雾化座 2 上,并且密封件 4 由硅胶材料制成,其硬度小于雾化座 2 的硬度,密封件 4 主要用于密封烟油,防止烟油外泄。 所述 雾化件 3 可以是超声波雾化器或电热丝,在本实施例中,所述雾化件 3 是电热丝。可以理解的是,所述 雾化座 2 可以用硅酸盐等材料制成,只要其硬度比所述密封件 4 的硬度大且耐高温即可;同理,所述密封件 4 也可以由硅胶以外的其它材料制成,在此不再赘述。
如图 3 并结合图 2 、图 4 所示,所述雾化座 2 包括座体 21 、支撑管 22 、通气孔 23 、定位结构 24 和环形凹槽 25 。所述座体 21 大致为圆柱状结构,座体 21 沿轴向开设有通气孔 23 ;且座体 21 朝向雾化件 3 的一端面通过缩径延伸形成支撑管 22 ,所述支撑管 22 与通气孔 23 相连。支撑管 22 朝向雾化件 3 的一端面上开设有所述定位结构 24 ,定位结构 24 为设置在支撑管 22 端面上并连通到支撑管 22 侧面的凹槽,所述凹槽可以是半圆形凹槽、矩形凹槽或 U 型槽,雾化件 3 纳置固定在所述定位结构 24 上。
由于雾化座 2 由硬质陶瓷材料制得,且在所述支撑管 22 端面上设置有所述定位结构 24 ,因此组装过程中不需要在支撑管 22 上穿孔,可以直接将雾化件 3 固定在所述定位结构 24 上,简化了装配过程,提高了生产效率;并且使用过程中,可以利用陶瓷材料导热性能好的特性通过支撑管 22 对从进气孔(图中未示)吸入后流经所述支撑管 22 的气体进行预热,提高雾化温度,以更接近真烟的温度,提高用户体验;此外,通过支撑管 22 将雾化件 3 定位在雾化组件的中部区域,从而利于雾化组件中的储油件 9 端部的烟油快速向所述雾化件供油,可以防止干烧置于雾化件 3 上的导油绳 33 。
座体 21 沿轴向开设有两个第一穿孔 211 ,每一第一穿孔 211 环绕通气孔 23 设置,连接在雾化件 3 两端的导电体分别穿过两个所述第一穿孔 211 与第一电极 6 或第二电极 7 电连接。
此外, 座体 21 的周向外侧壁与套管 1 的内侧壁贴合,座体 21 的周向外侧壁上开设有至少一个与所述密封件 4 相适配的环形凹槽 25 ,密封件 4 套设在所述环形凹槽 25 上并抵接至套管 1 的内侧壁,使得座体 21 与套管 1 过盈配合。
如图 4 所示,雾化件 3 纳置固定在所述定位结构 24 上,雾化件 3 的两端分别连接有第一导电体 31 和第二导电体 32 ,所述第一导电体 31 穿过两个所述第一穿孔 211 中的其中一个第一穿孔 211 与第一电极 6 电连接,所述第二导电体 32 穿过两个所述第一穿孔 211 中的其中另一个第一穿孔 211 与第二电极 7 电连接。
密封件 4 大致为环形密封圈,其套设在所述环形凹槽 25 上并抵接至套管 1 的内侧壁,使得雾化座 2 与套管 1 过盈配合。由于雾化座 2 由陶瓷材料制得,在装配过程中不易变形,密封件 4 套设在雾化座 2 上能够有效防止了烟油的泄露。
如图 2 并结合图 1 所示,通气管 5 的一端 套设在支撑管 22 上并与支撑管 22 同轴设置,通气管 5 的端面抵持在雾化件 3 上, 所述通气管 5 与支撑管 22 共同组成雾化器的烟雾通道。通过设置 抵持在雾化件 3 上的 通气管 5 ,使得雾化件 3 的固定更加可靠。此外,雾化组件的第一电极 6 和第二电极 7 用于与电子烟的电池杆(图上未示出)连接,绝缘体 8 设置在第一电极 6 和第二电极 7 之间,以实现第一电极 6 和第二电极 7 之间的电气隔离。
组装过程中,首先将硬度小于雾化座 2 硬度的密封件 4 套设在雾化座 2 上;然后将连接在雾化件 3 一端的第一导电体 31 穿过两个第一穿孔 211 中的其中一个第一穿孔 211 抵接至第一电极 6 ,以实现第一电极 6 与雾化件 3 一端的电连接,同时将连接在雾化件 3 另一端的第二导电体 32 穿过两个第一穿孔 211 中的其中另一个第一穿孔 211 抵接至第二电极 7 ,以实现第二电极 7 与雾化件 3 另一端的电连接;最后,将通气管 5 套设在雾化座 2 上,再依次将雾化座 2 、第一电极 6 、绝缘件 8 和第二电极 7 依次嵌套在套管 1 内。雾化座 2 通过套设在其上的密封件 4 与套管 1 过盈配合,使得雾化座固定在套管 1 内,同时有效防止烟油的外泄。
图 5 示出了本发明较佳实施例之二提供的一种 雾化器,所述雾化器用于与电池杆(图上未示出)组合形成电子烟,所述雾化器与电池杆为可拆卸结构。本实施例与实施例一中不同之处在于雾化座 2 和密封件 4 的结构。

如图 7 所示,密封件 4 大致为圆柱体结构,密封件 4 包括主体部和沿所述主体部端面的周向侧缘朝雾化件 3 的一侧延伸形成的套合部,主体部包括通孔 41 、第二穿孔 43 和环形凸起 42 。所述通孔 41 沿主体部的轴向开设,且与支撑管 22 相适配,密封件 4 通过所述通孔 41 嵌套安装在雾化座 2 上。所述第二穿孔 43 为两个,两个所述第二穿孔 43 分别与第一穿孔 211 相连通,每一第二穿孔 43 环绕通孔 41 设置,连接在雾化件 3 两端的导电体分别穿过两个所述第二穿孔 43 与第一电极 6 或第二电极 7 电连接。
此外,主体部的外侧壁上延伸设置有至少一个环形凸起 42 ,所述环形凸起 42 抵接至套管 1 的内侧壁,密封件 4 通过所述环形凸起 42 与套管 1 过盈配合。
可以理解,在其它实施例中,所述环形凸起 42 也可以设置在套合部上,密封件 4 通过设置在套合部上的环形凸起 42 与套管 1 过盈配合。
如图 8 所示,密封件 4 通过所述通孔 41 套设在雾化座 2 上,雾化件 3 纳置固定在定位结构 24 上。雾化件 3 的两端分别连接有第一导电体 31 和第二导电体 32 ,所述第一导电体 31 依次穿过两个所述第二穿孔 43 中的其中一个第二穿孔 43 和与该第二穿孔 43 相连通的第一穿孔 211 抵接至第一电极 6 ;所述第二导电体 32 依次穿过两个第二穿孔 43 中的其中另一个第二穿孔 43 和与该第二穿孔 43 相连通的第一穿孔 211 抵接至第二电极 7 。
组装过程中,首先将硬度小于雾化座 2 硬度的密封件 4 通过通孔 41 套设在雾化座 2 上;然后将连接在雾化件 3 一端的第一导电体 31 依次穿过两个所述第二穿孔 43 中的其中一个第二穿孔 43 和与该第二穿孔 43 相连通的第一穿孔 211 抵接至第一电极 6 ,以实现第一电极 6 与雾化件 3 一端的电连接,同时将连接在雾化件 3 另一端的第二导电体 32 依次穿过两个第二穿孔 43 中的其中另一个第二穿孔 43 和与该第二穿孔 43 相连通的第一穿孔 211 抵接至第二电极 7 ,以实现第二电极 7 与雾化件 3 另一端的电连接;最后,将通气管 5 套设在雾化座 2 上,再依次将雾化座 2 、第一电极 6 、绝缘件 8 和第二电极 7 依次嵌套在套管 1 内。雾化座 2 通过套设在其上的密封件 4 与套管 1 过盈配合,使得雾化座固定在套管 1 内,同时有效防止烟油的外泄。
图 9 示出了本发明较佳实施例之三提供的一种雾化器,本实施例与实施例一中不同之处在于雾化座 2 的结构,并且所述雾化器与电池杆为一体结构的电子烟。
如图 10 并结合图 11 所示, 所述雾化座 2 包括座体 21 、支撑管 22 、通气孔 23 、定位结构 24 、环形凹槽 25 和容纳腔 26 。所述座体 21 大致为圆柱状结构,座体 21 沿轴向开设有通气孔 23 ;且座体 21 朝向雾化件 3 的一端面通过缩径延伸形成支撑管 22 ,所述支撑管 22 与通气孔 23 相连。支撑管 22 朝向雾化件 3 的一端面上开设有所述定位结构 24 ,定位结构 24 为设置在支撑管 22 端面上并连通到支撑管 22 侧面的凹槽,所述凹槽可以是半圆形凹槽、矩形凹槽或 U 型槽,雾化件 3 纳置固定在所述定位结构 24 上。由于雾化座 2 由硬质陶瓷材料制得,且在所述支撑管 22 端面上设置有所述定位结构 24 ,因此组装过程中不需要在支撑管 22 上穿孔,可以直接将雾化件 3 固定在所述定位结构 24 上,简化了装配过程,提高了生产效率;并且使用过程中,可以利用陶瓷材料导热性能好的特性通过支撑管 22 对吸入的气体进行预热,提高雾化温度,以更接近真烟的温度,提高用户体验;此外,通过支撑管 22 将雾化件 3 定位在雾化组件的中部区域,从而利于雾化组件中的储油件 9 端部的烟油可快速向所述雾化件供油,可以防止干烧置于雾化件 3 上的导油绳 33 (结合图 8 所示)。

座体 21 的端面侧缘朝远离雾化件 3 的一侧延伸形成所述容纳腔 26 , 第一导电体 31 和第二导电体 32 纳置在容纳腔 26 内。一般情况下,所述第一导电体 31 和第二导电体 32 为导线,可以将所述导线纳置在容纳强 26 内。
此外, 座体 21 的周向外侧壁与套管 1 的内侧壁贴合,座体 21 的周向外侧壁上开设有至少一个与所述密封件 4 相适配的环形凹槽 25 ,密封件 4 套设在所述环形凹槽 25 上并抵接至套管 1 的内侧壁,使得座体 21 与套管 1 过盈配合。
组装过程中,首先将硬度小于雾化座 2 硬度的密封件 4 套设在雾化座 2 上;然后将连接在雾化件 3 一端的第一导电体 31 穿过两个第一穿孔 211 中的其中一个第一穿孔 211 抵接至电池 10 的正极,以实现电池 10 的正极与雾化件 3 一端的电连接,同时将连接在雾化件 3 另一端的第二导电体 32 穿过两个第一穿孔 211 中的其中另一个第一穿孔 211 抵接至电池 10 的负极,以实现电池 10 的负极与雾化件 3 另一端的电连接;最后,将套设在雾化座 2 上,再将通气管 5 、雾化座 2 和电池 10 依次嵌套在套管 1 内。雾化座 2 通过套设在其上的密封件 4 与套管 1 过盈配合,使得雾化座固定在套管 1 内,同时有效防止烟油的外泄。
本发明还提供一种电子烟的组装方法,方法包括以下步骤:
S1 、在雾化座 2 上开设一定位结构 24 ,将雾化件 3 纳置固定在所述定位结构 24 上,并将硬度小于所述雾化座 2 硬度的密封件 4 套设在雾化座 2 上;
S2 、将连接在雾化件 3 两端的第一导电体 31 和第二导电体 32 分别穿过雾化座 2 上的第一穿孔 211 与第一电极 6 和第二电极 7 电连接;
S3 、将通气管 5 、雾化座 2 、第一电极 6 、绝缘件 8 和第二电极 7 依次嵌套在套管 1 内,所述雾化座 2 通过套设在其上的所述密封件 4 与所述套管 1 过盈配合;
S4 、将电池杆和所述雾化器连接形成所述电子烟。
在所述步骤 S1 之前还包括:准备步骤:将雾化座 2 分成座体 21 及由座体 21 的一端缩径延伸形成的支撑管 22 ;在座体 21 上设置与支撑管 22 相连通的通气孔 23 ;沿座体 21 轴向开设两个第一穿孔 211 ,定位结构 24 为开设在支撑管 22 端面上并连通到所述支撑管侧面的凹槽。
密封件 4 为环形密封圈,将环形密封圈套设在雾化座 2 周向外侧壁上所开设的环形凹槽 25 内,使环形密封圈抵接至所述套管 1 的内壁面上。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种雾化器, 用于与电池杆组合形成电子烟,所述雾化器包括套管( 1 ),以及设置在所述套管( 1 )内的雾化座( 2 )和雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括安装在所述雾化座( 2 )上的雾化件( 3 ),其特征在于,所述雾化座( 2 )上设置有用于固定所述雾化件( 3 )的定位结构( 24 );所述雾化座( 2 )套设有用于密封烟油的密封件( 4 ),所述密封件( 4 )的硬度小于所述雾化座( 2 )的硬度。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座( 2 )由陶瓷材料制成。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述密封件( 4 )为环形密封圈,所述密封件( 4 )由硅胶材料制成。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座( 2 )包括座体( 21 )及由所述座体( 21 )的一端缩径延伸形成的支撑管( 22 ),所述座体( 21 )上设置有与所述支撑管( 22 )相连通的通气孔( 23 ),所述支撑管( 22 )的端面上设置有所述定位结构( 24 )。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述定位结构( 24 )为设置在所述支撑管( 22 )端面上并连通到所述支撑管( 22 )侧面的凹槽,所述雾化件( 3 )纳置于所述凹槽上。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括一端套设在所述支撑管( 22 )上并与所述支撑管( 22 )同轴设置的通气管( 5 ),所述通气管( 5 )朝向所述座体( 21 )的一端面抵持在所述雾化件( 3 )上,所述支撑管( 22 )与所述通气管( 5 )共同组成所述雾化器的烟雾气流通道。
  7. 根据权利要求 4 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化件( 3 )可拆卸安装在所述定位结构( 24 )上,所述雾化件( 3 )的两端分别连接有第一导电体( 31 )和第二导电体( 32 ),所述第一导电体( 31 )和第二导电体( 32 )分别穿过所述雾化座( 2 )上的第一穿孔( 211 )电连接至所述雾化组件的用于与所述电池杆连接的第一电极( 6 )和第二电极( 7 )。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座( 2 )的座体( 21 )沿轴向开设有两个所述第一穿孔( 211 ),每一所述第一穿孔( 211 )环绕所述通气孔( 23 )设置;
    所述第一导电体( 31 )穿过两个所述第一穿孔( 211 )中的一个所述第一穿孔( 211 )与所述第一电极( 6 )电连接,所述第二导电体( 32 )穿过两个所述第一穿孔( 211 )中的另一个所述第一穿孔( 211 )与所述第二电极( 7 )电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述密封件( 4 )上开设有两个分别与所述第一穿孔( 211 )相连通的第二穿孔( 43 );
    连接在所述雾化件( 3 )两端的所述第一导电体( 31 )和第二导电体( 32 )分别依次穿过所述第二穿孔( 43 )和第一穿孔( 211 )电连接至所述雾化组件的第一电极( 6 )和第二电极( 7 )。
  10. 根据权利要求 8 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座( 2 )的端面侧缘朝远离所述雾化件( 3 )的一侧延伸形成一容纳腔( 26 ),所述第一导电体( 31 )和第二导电体( 32 )纳置在所述容纳腔( 26 )内。
  11. 根据权利要求 3 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座( 2 )的周向外侧壁与所述套管( 1 )的内侧壁贴合,所述雾化座( 2 )的周向外侧壁上开设有至少一个与所述密封件( 4 )相适配的环形凹槽( 25 ),所述密封件( 4 )套设在所述环形凹槽( 25 )上并抵接至所述外套管( 1 )的内侧壁,使得所述雾化座( 2 )与所述套管( 1 )过盈配合。
  12. 根据权利要求 3 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述 密封件(4)包括主体部和沿所述主体部端面的周向侧缘延伸形成的套合部,所述主体部上开设有通孔(41), 所述密封件( 4 )通过所述通孔( 41 )嵌套安装在所述雾化座( 2 )上;
    所述 主体部 的周向外侧壁上延伸设置有至少一个环形凸起( 42 ),所述环形凸起( 42 )抵接至所述套管( 1 )的内侧壁,所述密封件( 4 )通过所述环形凸起( 42 )与所述套管( 1 )过盈配合。
  13. 一种电子烟,包括雾化器,所述雾化器包括套管( 1 ),以及设置在所述套管( 1 )内的雾化座( 2 )和雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括安装在所述雾化座( 2 )上的雾化件( 3 ),其特征在于,所述雾化座( 2 )上设置有用于固定所述雾化件( 3 )的定位结构( 24 );所述雾化座( 2 )套设有用于密封烟油的密封件( 4 ),所述密封件( 4 )的硬度小于所述雾化座( 2 )的硬度。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括电池杆,所述雾化器和电池杆为一体结构或可拆卸连接的结构。
  15. 一种电子烟组装方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    S1 、在雾化座( 2 )上开设一定位结构( 24 ),将雾化件( 3 )纳置固定在所述定位结构( 24 )上,并将硬度小于所述雾化座( 2 )硬度的密封件( 4 )套设在所述雾化座( 2 )上;
    S2 、将连接在所述雾化件( 3 )两端的第一导电体( 31 )和第二导电体( 32 )分别穿过所述雾化座( 2 )上的第一穿孔( 211 )与第一电极( 6 )和第二电极( 7 )电连接;
    S3 、将通气管( 5 )、雾化座( 2 )、第一电极( 6 )、绝缘件( 8 )和第二电极( 7 )依次嵌套在套管( 1 )内,所述雾化座( 2 )通过套设在其上的所述密封件( 4 )与所述套管( 1 )过盈配合;
    S4 、将电池杆和所述雾化器连接形成所述电子烟。
  16. 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟的组装方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤 S1 之前还包括:准备步骤:将所述雾化座( 2 )分成座体( 21 )及由所述座体( 21 )的一端缩径延伸形成的支撑管( 22 );在所述座体( 21 )上设置与所述支撑管( 22 )相连通的通气孔( 23 );沿所述座体( 21 )轴向开设两个第一穿孔( 211 ),所述定位结构( 24 )为开设在所述支撑管( 22 )端面上并连通到所述支撑管( 22 )侧面的凹槽。
  17. 根据权利要求 16 所述的电子烟的组装方法,其特征在于,所述密封件( 4 )为环形密封圈,将所述环形密封圈套设在所述雾化座( 2 )周向外侧壁上所开设的环形凹槽( 25 )内,使所述环形密封圈抵接至所述套管( 1 )的内壁面上。
  18. 根据权利要求 16 所述的电子烟的组装方法,其特征在于,将 所述密封件(4)分为主体部和套合部,在所述主体部设置通孔(41),将所述 雾化座( 2 )的上部穿过所述 主体部上的通孔(41),使所述座体(21)与所述主体部的底面抵接,所述 定位结构( 24 )伸出所述套合部, 所述主体部上的 环形凸起( 42 )与套管( 1 )的内侧壁抵接,所述密封件( 4 )通过所述环形凸起( 42 )与套管( 1 )过盈配合。
