步骤 S104, 根据请求消息对 USSD业务在进行过程中上报的监控数据进行处理; 步骤 S106, 对处理之后的监控数据进行展示。 通过上述步骤, 是对 USSD业务在进行过程中上报的监控数据进行处理, 并对处 理之后的监控数据进行展示, 从而解决了相关技术中非结构化补充数据业务不能实时 监控的问题, 实现了对非结构化补充数据业务的实时动态展示。 本实施例中, USSD 业务在进行过程中上报的监控数据, 可以在预定的不同时机 上报监控数据, 优选的, 在 USSD业务的会话开始时, 上报会话的开始信息; 和 /或, 在 USSD业务的会话结束时, 上报会话的结束信息, 其中, 开始信息和 /或结束信息作 为监控数据, 本实施例中, 不是每秒都不停上报统计监控数据, 而是在预定的不同时 机上报监控数据, 这样就保证了 USSD***的业务处理能力, 也能 USSD***达到了 实时统计和监控的要求。 在本实施例中, 优选地, 监控的信息可以包括会话索引, 接入码, 功能索引等, 优选的, 会话的开始信息包括以下至少之一: 开始时间、 会话号、 接入码、 功能索引; 和 /或, 会话的结束信息包括以下至少之一: 结束时间、 会话号、 接入码、 统计组合串 值, 其中, 统计组合串值是一个或多个功能和统计项的组合值, 针对不同的监控要求, 对应不同的监控信息, 这样提高了监控信息的准确性, 降低了***的业务量。 在本实施例中, 该请求消息用于请求按照接入码或者功能项对所述 USSD业务的 进行过程进行监控, 不同的请求信息对监控的信息要求不同, 这种统计要求的定制方 式, 对请求信息要求高的监控信息重点监控, 对请求信息要求中, 监控信息要求低的, 可以采取默认的低要求监控信息。 通过该优选方式, 可以很好解决对任意功能或流程 分支实现流量监控的解决方案。 在本实施例中, 该请求消息用于请求对 USSD业务有***当前每秒处理的在线话 务书, 业务每秒交互的信令交互数, 信令交互的成功次数和失败次数等, 优选的, 请 求对 USSD业务的进行过程中的以下至少之一进行监控:在线会话数、业务访问次数、 成功每秒事务处理能力 (Transactions per Second, 简称为 TPS)、 失败 TPS, 这些数据 很好了表明***当前正在处理业务的状态。 在上述实施例及优选的实施方式, 对处理之后的监控数据进行展示的方式有很多 种,在本实施例中提供了一种优选的展示方式, 即对处理之后的监控数据进通过 WEB 页面进行展示。 通过 Web页面展示的方式可以更加清楚、 更加直接。 为了更好的呈现 监控数据, 在一个更优的实施方式中, 可以在 WEB页面中以秒为单位刷新展示的监 控数据, 并在 WEB页面保留预定时间段的统计数据, 这样的展示方式方便的了解了 各个业务的流程运行情况, 实现了对 USSD业务的实时动态展示。 在本实施例中还提供了一种非结构化补充数据业务监控装置, 该装置用于实现上 述的方法, 在上述实施例中已经进行过说明的, 在此不再赘述。 需要说明的是, 下述 装置中的模块的名称并不构成对该模块的实际限定,例如, 接收模块可以表述为 "设置 为接收请求消息", 以下的模块均可以在处理器中实现,例如,接收模块可以表述为 "一 种处理器, 用于接收请求消息", 或者, "一种处理器, 包括接收模块 "等。 图 2是根据本发明实施例的非结构化补充数据业务监控装置的结构图, 如图 2所 示, 该装置 20包括: 接收模块 22, 处理模块 24和展示模块 26, 下面对该装置进行详 细说明。 接收模块 22, 设置为接收请求消息, 其中, 请求消息用于请求对非结构化补充数 据 USSD业务的进行过程进行监控; 和 /或, 在 USSD业务的会话结束 时, 上报所述会话的结束信息, 其中, 开始信息和 /或结束信息作为所述监控数据。 本实施例中, 展示模块 26设置为对处理之后的监控数据进通过 WEB页面进行展 示, 优选的, 展示模块 26设置为在 WEB页面中以秒为单位刷新展示的监控数据, 并 在 WEB页面保留预定时间段的统计数据,在 WEB页面上直观的显示 USSD业务的实 时状况。 下面结合优选实施例和实施方式对本发明进行说明。 优选实施例 1 本优选实施例提供的实时监控方法,可以实时提供对这些数据的展示和进行监控, 实现该功能, 本优选实施例有三个模块组成, 业务模块, 接口机模块和 WEB动态展 示模块, 业务模块负责处理和提供原始的统计数据, 接口机模块负责对原始数据进行 加工处理, 把加工好数据最后发给 WEB模块进行动态展示, WEB模块负责配置和动 态每秒展示图形变化结果, 内容如下: 用户在界面进行监控请求, 然后 WEB界面把请求发送到接口机, 接口机在向业 务要数据, 接口机在处理好业务发来的原始数据后, 在上报给 WEB模块实时动态展 示, 统计内容提供两种方式, 一种是按接入码统计监控, 一种是按功能项统计。 选择好后, 归属于该接入码或功能项统计, 都有一些统计项, 这些统计项需要根 据具体的统计要求来制定, 一般来说, 重要的统计数据, 比如: 业务在线会话数, 该 功能当前访问次数, ***发送的 TPS数等都默认提供, 其它再根据需要进行定制, 另 外一点需要强调的是时, 我们采用的数据上报是在业务开发和业务结束时候, 上报数 据, 所以这样并不会太影响***的性能。 下面具体阐述下各个模块功能和作用。 业务模块, 业务模块需要在会话开始和会话结束时候, 提供原始数据给接口机模 块, 当用户拨打 USSD接入码后, 开始触发业务, 业务在会话开始时候, 首先给接口 机模块发送消息, 告知接口机, 一个新会话开始, 主要内容包括:开始时间, 会话号, 接入码, 功能索引等信息。 在会话结束的时候, 业务需要把本次业务的使用情况上报 给接口机, 由接口机近汇总和处理, 然后在上报给 WEB模块开动态展示。 业务在结 束时候, 给接口机发送的消息主要包括, 结束时间, 会话号, 接入码, 统计组合串值 等信息, 其中统计组合串是一系列的功能和统计项的组合值, 其中'; '为按功能划分的 统计项, '> '为某一个功能中的统计项之间的分隔符, 比如组合串为:功能索引 1>统计 项 1>统计项 2>统计项 n; 功能索引 2>统计项 1>统计项 2>统计项 n ... ...。 接口机模块:接口机模块首先接收 WEB模块发过来的监控请求, 把监控请求发送 给业务模块, 在收到业务模块的数据后, 开始组织和处理, 把处理好的数据作为响应 消息发送给 WEB模块, 优选的, 首先接口机会收到业务模块发过来的开始消息, 其 中包括会话号, 接口机会把这个新会话号存放在会话池中, 然后当收到业务模块会话 结束时, 发过米的统计数据时候, 首先会在会话池中查找, 如果找不到, 则丢弃该消 息, 如果找到, 认为是需要统计的消息, 会把该会话从会话池中给释放掉, 同时要计 算各个统计项, 因为页面模块发过来的 的原始统计值,一般需要根据监控和统计要求 进行加工处理, 经过加工处理后, 接口机把相关数据发送给 WEB模块展示。 WEB模块, WEB模块主要是完成用户请求配置和动态展示监控数据功能, 首先, 用户可以选择要监控的业务类型, 包括可以按功能选择功能索引进行选择, 也可以按 照接入码进行选择, 还可以选择全部功能或接入码所有功能选择项, 选择监控功能项 后,开始选择要监控的具体的监控指标数据,如在线会话数,业务访问次数,成功 TPS, 失败 TPS数, 还有其它根据需要的统计监控数据, 当选择完毕后, 模块给接口机模块 发送监控请求, 并开始接收接口机发送过来的监控数据, 收到接口机送过来的监控数 据后, 开始动态图形化展示监控的数据, 图 3本发明优选实施例的监控界面展示图形 示意图, 如图 3所示, 本优选实施例采用的连续的线型方式动态展示, 即每秒进行连 续更改, 界面保留当前 30秒的统计数据, 横坐标为时间坐标轴, 竖坐标为统计数值坐 标轴, 每个统计项以各种颜色线型展示, 比如:在线会话数为红色, 访问次数为蓝色, TPS为黄色等等, 很清楚的展示各种统计数据动态的实时的展示出来。 本优选实施例是在 USSD应用中, 提供一种实时的业务统计数据的处理方法, 针 对 USSD业务的各种功能和接入码进行统计监控, 当用户请求监控时候, 业务开始给 接口机发送业务统计监控数据, 接口机收到消息后, 对监控数据进行处理, 处理完毕 后上报给 WEB***进行动态的展示, 实时每秒动态曲线方式展示相关的统计数据, 极大的方便了运营商及时的了解***的和各个业务流程的运行情况, 从而进行适当的 监控和干预, 保证了运营商的利益。 优选实施方式 2 本优选实施例提供一种对 USSD各种接入码和功能的实时监控的实现方法, 对业 务数据统计,一般采用报表和历史查询就可以,但对流量等统计,运营商迫切需要知道实 时使用情况, 比如,***当前每秒处理的在线会话数,业务每秒交互的信令交互数,信令 交互的成功次数, 失败次数等, 这些数据很好表明***当前正在处理处于什么样的状 态, 是否在正常运行范围,是否需要超过警戒值,需要干预等。 本优选实施例是运营商基于智能网架构的 USSD应用流程上的处理实时监控, 详 细说明如下: 在 USSD业务应用中, 一般采用统计报表来展示 USSD流程和业务的使用情况, 按各种功能和接入码实时出统计数据的一般比较少, 因为 USSD***是处理业务流程 为主, 不可能每秒都在上报和处理统计数据, 这对***性能影响非常大, 所以本发明 采用的方式也不是每秒都是不停上报统计数据, 而是在会话开始和会话结束时候上报 两次数据, 这样保证了 USSD***的业务处理能力, 也能基本上达到实时统计和监控 的要求。 图 4根据本发明优选实施例的 USSD***模块的方框图, 如图 4所示, 该本优选 实施例整体实现方案为:实时监控***由业务模块, 接口机模块, 和 WEB展示模块组 成, 首先用户在 WEB界面上进行定制和配置要进行实时监控的请求, 然后 WEB界面 发送消息给接口机, 接口机收集到监控请求后, 发送消息给业务, 业务收到请求后, 开始给接口机上报统计监控数据, 每个会话在开始和结束时候, 都会上报两次监控数 据给接口机, 有接口机对上报的数据进行汇总处理后, 上报给 WEB展示***, WEB ***进行动态展示,后面统计数据会一直不停上报, WEB界面会通过曲线来展示每秒 的数据。
WEB界面展示模块, WEB模块有 3部分功能组成, 定制请求消息, 接收监控数 据和展示监控数据组成, 本优选实施例还支持 WEB选项卡来同时定制多个功能统计 项或接入码来展示各种统计和监控数据。 定制请求消息, 定制监控数据, 本优选实施例提供两种数据供选择, 首先是选择 接入码还是按功能统计, 表 1是根据本发明优选实施例的监控功能选择表。 如表 1所示其中有三个字段, 接入码, 功能 id和对应功能或接入码的描述, 提供 按功能或接入码选择, 本优选实施例采用"接入码 _功能索引_对应描述 "来展示, 供用 户选择, 比如: *345#_fl001_查询余额, 这样逐条列出, 用户可很清楚的选择那个接入 吗或功能进行监控查看, 选择完毕后, 然后再选择该选择功能或接入码的要监控的数 据统计项, 比如:在线会话数, 访问次数, 成功的 tps数, 失败的 tps数, 其它要统计 定制统计监控数据。 这些数据都可以复选, 可以同时监。 消息发送和接收功能, 定制好监控请求后, 发送消息给接口机, 然后接收接口机 上报的监控数据,发送接口为:会话索引,接入码,功能索引等。接收接口为:会话索引, 接入码, 功能索引, 统计项 1, 统计项 2, 统计项 n, 统计项 n根据具体需求一般在 20 以内。 包括通用统计项和流程的特有的定制统计监控项。 WEB接收模块, 需要根 据会话 id检索出自已的统计数据, 不能和其它 web监控请求混淆。 表 1

WEB展示功能, 主要负责动态展示监控数据,本优选实施例采用每秒动态曲线方 式展示, 各种统计数据采用不同的颜色进行区分, 比如红线表示在线会话数, 蓝线表 示访问次数, 绿线来表示 tps数等等, 图形的横坐标为时间坐标轴, 竖坐标采用具体 统计值为坐标轴, 横坐标收集 30秒内的动态数据, 保留和展示刚刚过去的 30秒至当 前时间的 30秒数据, 其它数据会被丢弃。 WEB界面还支持进行多次选择并行查询多 个接入码和功能索引的监控数据进行查看。 接口机模块, 接口机模块主要功能是负责处理 WEB监控请求和处理数据上报给 WEB展示***, 当接口机收到 WEB的监控请求后, 接口机会发送消息给业务, 或者 通过写数据库标志位来告诉业务模块, 让其上报监控原始数据给接口机, 本发明采用 写数据库标志位告诉业务, 因为业务模块每个会话都是独立的, 所以通过数据库标志 位来告诉每个会话都上报数据给接口机, 接口机会收到两种消息类型的上报数据, 一 种是 USSD业务流程开始时候, 会收到上报消息, 消息接口内容为:操作码 (开始), 当 前时间, 会话 id, 接入码, 功能索引等, 当接口机收到这个消息的操作码为开始时候, 认为是会话的开始消息, 需要统计在线会话数, 在线会话数会加一, 同时把这个会话 id放在当前会话池中, 当接口机收到操作码 (结束), 当前时间, 会话 id, 接入码, 功 能索引, 统计组合串等, 当操作码为结束时候, 开始处理统计组合串的统计值处理, 当处理完毕统计组合串后, 把会话池总的该会话 id去除掉, 主要做的主要目的是接口 机仅仅收到结束消息而没有收到开始消息, 导致数据统计错误, 统计组合串包括统计 项的各种组合值, 比如:功能索引 1>统计项 1>统计项 2>统计项 n; 功能索引 2>统计项 1>统计项 2>统计项..等等。 这些都是业务模块提供的原始数据, 接口机要根据要求进 行汇总计算等, 然后再上报给 WEB展示模块。 另外统计结束后, 接口机要把统计标 志位清楚, 这样业务便不再发送消息给接口机模块, 以便减少***的负荷。 业务模块, 业务模块主要负责提供原始数据给接口机模块, 当接口机写数据库标 志为 1时候, 在触发业务的开始时候, 以便在识别出功能索引后, 就开始发现消息给 接口机, 接口内容如表 1所示, 然后在业务处理过程中, 按照组合串的内容纪录其中 要统计和监控的数据, 这些数据都是原始数据, 业务***仅做初始纪录, 不做运算, 对业务***的负担不是很重, 当业务结束后, 按照表 1所示的结束消息的接口, 发送 消息给接口机, 直到数据标志为 0时候, 表示不需要进行监控数据上报, 这样业务模 块仅在开始和结束时候, 发现两条消息给接口机, 对性能的影响有限, 在整个过程中 也是纪录组合串的值纪录, 不作汇总运算, 以便保证***主要工作还是在处理业务流 程上。 本优选实施例通过业务模块, 接口机模块和 WEB展示模块的相互协作, 较好的 实现 USSD实时数据的监控处理, 极大的方便了运营商及时的了解***的和各个业务 流程的运行情况, 方便运营商进行适当的监控和干预, 保证了运营商的利益。 本发明实施例和优选实施例提供一种对 USSD各种接入码和功能的实时监控的处 理实现方法,通过在 USSD业务开始发送相关统计数据给统计模块,在业务中间进行相 关数据采集, 然后在业务结束后, 把采集的相关数据上报给统计模块进行分析计算, 然后实时每秒在上报给 WEB***进行实时动态展示. 实现了运营商对各种 USSD接 入码和功能的实时统计功能, 极大方便运营商实时掌控 USSD***的各种功能的应用 情况。 工业实用性 通过本发明实施例, 接收请求消息, 其中, 请求消息用于请求对非结构化补充数 据 USSD业务的进行过程进行监控; 根据该请求消息对 USSD业务在进行过程中上报 的监控数据进行处理; 对处理之后的监控数据进行展示, 解决了相关技术中非结构化 补充数据业务不能实时监控的问题,实现了对非结构化补充数据业务的实时动态展示。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模 块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明 不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技术人 员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何 修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
