Description
Arbeitsmaschine mit Steuereinrichtung Beschreibung Work machine with control device Description
The invention relates to a working machine, in particular a mobile concrete pump, with an electronic control unit for a working member and units of the working machine, wherein the control unit has an optical display device with at least one display panel.
A working machine such as a mobile concrete pump has a concrete distributor boom as a working member and a typically hydraulically driven concrete pump as another unit. The concrete boom is foldable composed of several mast segments and pivotally mounted on the machine. By suitable manipulation of the concrete distributor mast, the concrete can be applied anywhere in the working area of the mast. It makes sense that the operator can move relatively freely in order to control the discharge point sufficiently accurate. The control unit is therefore expediently designed as a radio remote control, but thus dependent on an internal energy source, usually a rechargeable battery. In order to achieve the longest possible useful life for a given energy capacity, the power consumption of the control unit should therefore be as low as possible. In addition to the transmitting unit for the remote control signals, the optical display device is the essential energy consumer of the control unit. Furthermore, the control unit is predominantly used outdoors in a wide variety of lighting conditions. A good readability of the optical display device under all circumstances is indispensable for protection against possible incorrect operation. However, conventional display devices, such as those used in mobile telephones or portable computers (tablets and laptops), have a high energy consumption as self-illuminating display devices and, moreover, are difficult or impossible to read in direct sunlight. Proceeding from this, the object of the present invention is to provide an optical display device for the control unit of a working machine, which consumes little energy and is easy to read even in direct sunlight.
To solve this problem, the feature combination specified in claim 1 is proposed. Advantageous embodiments and modifications of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.
The solution according to the invention provides that the at least one display panel has a multiplicity of electrically bistable and light-reflecting pixels. An electrically bistable pixel only has to be supplied with electrical energy if its brightness or color value is to be changed. The display device therefore does not constantly consume energy to maintain the displayed information, but only if it is changed. Since the pixels are also formed light-reflecting, the display device is not self-luminous, but uses the ambient light for image display. In particular, in sunlight, the display is so contrasted with self-luminous displays high contrast and easy to read. For the occasional use of the control unit in unfavorable lighting conditions, it can be provided with a lighting means, for example an LED lamp, for illuminating the display device. Since this is used only exceptionally, the efficiency advantage of the inventive design of the display device is maintained.
According to a first alternative embodiment of the invention, the pixels of the display panel are electrophoretically switchable between different contrast levels and / or color values. In this case, the display contains microcapsules with a mean diameter of about 40 μιτι, the positively charged white particles and negatively charged black particles in one transparent viscous polymer. The representation is changed by briefly applying an electrical voltage and then remains stable for a long time. The shape and diameter of the microcapsules are irregular, but this is irrelevant, since each pixel of the display panel is composed of many individual microcapsules.
According to a second alternative embodiment of the invention, the display panel contains two different, layered fluids whose surface tension is locally variable by applying an electrical voltage. The light transmittance of the individual pixels is influenced by the surface tension is changed by means of applied electrical voltage (electrical wetting). This makes it possible to produce a colored and fast reflective display panel with high contrast and low energy consumption, the possible switching speed of which even allows video playback.
According to a third alternative embodiment of the invention, the display panel has two reflective layers in an electrically mutually variable distance and an interferometric working modulator. In this case, the distance between the two reflective layers is micromechanically changed and thus the light reflection is controlled by means of constructive and destructive interference.
Preferably, the control unit is designed as a radio remote control, which can be used by the operator away from the working machine. However, the advantages of the solution according to the invention remain even with a machine-mounted control unit.
In the following, the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown schematically in the drawing. It shows 1 a mobile concrete pump with a distribution boom and a radio remote control controlling it; and
Fig. 2 eine Prinzipdarstellung der bildformenden Elemente einer Anzeigeeinrichtung der Funkfernsteuerung gemäß Fig. 1 . 2 is a schematic diagram of the image-forming elements of a display device of the radio remote control according to FIG. 1.
The working machine 10 shown in FIG. 1 can be operated remotely as a large manipulator in the form of a truck-mounted concrete pump 12 with a concrete distributor boom 14 by means of a radio remote control 16 via a radio link 18. The radio remote control 16 is connected via the radio link 18 with a machine-side control point 20. In principle, such a control device can also be used for other construction machines and working devices, for example spray robots and mixer pumps.
The radio remote control 16 has a plurality of control elements, for example two joysticks 22, 22 'for controlling the concrete distributor mast 14, an emergency stop button 24 for interrupting the pumping and mast functions, buttons 26 for switching the drive motor on and off the concrete pump, push button 28 for increasing or decreasing the engine speed and thus the flow rate and the like. A display device 30 is centrally located in the field of view of the operator and represents the essential operating parameters graphically and / or numerically. Alternatively to the illustrated embodiment with a plurality of electromechanical switches and controls, the radio remote control can also be designed as a so-called portable display, a large-scale, portable display device with a touch-sensitive screen and controls displayed thereon. The larger the display used, the more effective is their energy-efficient design over conventional, self-luminous display devices to fruition. In order to present the information both energy-saving and as high-contrast as possible, the display panel of the display device 30 has a plurality of electrically bistable and light-reflecting pixels, which are illustrated schematically in FIG. The electrically bistable pixels only need to be supplied with electrical energy if their brightness or color values are to be changed. The display device 30 therefore does not constantly consume energy to maintain the displayed information, but only if it is changed. Since the pixels are also designed to reflect light, the display device 30 is not self-luminous, but uses the ambient light for image display. Particularly in the case of solar radiation, the display device 30 is thus rich in contrast and easy to read in contrast to self-illuminating displays. The pixels are formed in this embodiment in each case from microcapsules 32-32 "with a mean diameter of about 40 μιτι containing positively charged black particles 34 and negatively charged white particles 36 in a transparent, viscous polymer This state can remain stable for up to several weeks without energy supply, although the shape and the diameter of the microcapsules 32-32 "is irregular, but this is not important because each pixel of the display device 30 is composed of a plurality of microcapsules.
In summary, the following should be noted: The invention relates to a working machine 10, in particular a mobile concrete pump, with an electronic control unit 16 for a working member 14 and units of the working machine 10, wherein the control unit 16 has an optical display device 30 with at least one display panel. In order to enable a high-contrast and energy-saving display of information, it is proposed according to the invention that the at least one display Field has a plurality of electrically bistable and light-reflecting pixels 32-32 ".
