Claims (10)
- 一种横刮式雨刮器,包括竖向设置在挡风玻璃表面并与挡风玻璃相接触的雨刮片、驱动所述雨刮片沿挡风玻璃表面作横向往复运动的动力装置、设于挡风玻璃上沿的上滑轨以及设于挡风玻璃下沿的下滑轨,所述雨刮片的上端与设于所述上滑轨上的上滑块连接,所述雨刮片的下端与设于所述下滑轨上的下滑块连接,其特征在于:所述上滑块以及所述下滑块分别与所述动力装置连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:所述动力装置为一个电机,其输出轴上设有两个动力轮,分别是驱动所述下滑块运动的第一动力轮和驱动所述上滑块运动的第二动力轮,所述第一动力轮通过第一传动带与所述下滑块固定连接,所述第二动力轮通过第二传动带与所述上滑块固定连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:当挡风玻璃的上沿和下沿的边长不一致时,所述两个动力轮为直径不同的动力轮,其中,直径大的动力轮与设在挡风玻璃上沿和下沿中长边一端的滑块固定连接,直径小的动力轮与设在挡风玻璃上沿和下沿中短边一端的滑块固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:所述动力装置为两个电机,分别是驱动所述下滑块运动的第一电机和驱动所述上滑块运动的第二电机,所述第一电机通过第一传动带与所述下滑块固定连接,所述第二电机通过第二传动带与所述上滑块固定连接。

- 根据权利要求2、3或4所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:还包括当检测到所述雨刮片运动到挡风玻璃的左沿或者右沿时控制电机反转的控制开关。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:所述上滑块与所述下滑块中的任一个或者两者同时与所述雨刮片通过弹性件活动连接。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:所述下滑块设有一中部开有通底槽的连接部,所述通底槽中设有可沿该通底槽滑动的滑杆,所述滑杆的下端与所述雨刮片的下端固定连接,所述滑杆的上端连接有弹簧的一端,所述弹簧的另一端与所述下滑块固定连接,所述通底槽和所述弹簧的伸缩方向与所述雨刮片在同一直线上。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:还包括覆盖在所述下滑轨上的防尘装饰盖。
