背景技术
现在市场配电方式有如下几类:
1.固定式安装配电, 实现方式是将开关元器件、 采集与测量装置、 计 量装置、 控制装置及信号指示灯等元件都分散安装在屏拒中。
固定式安装配电有如下缺陷:
具有不确定性, 不易标准化生产, 诸多的一次线、 二次线都捆绑在一 起, 检修维护很不方便。
安装工作量大, 生产难度大, 随意性大, 产品质量 4艮难保持一致性。 开关元器件及装置之间的一次线、 二次线、 通讯线不但多, 而且都是 明线安装, 影响美观。
2. 抽屉式 "半模块化" 配电方式,实现方式是将开关元器件等集中在 一个抽屉内, 采用一次、 二次插件对插方式配电, 也就是说开关元器件与 进线母排、 出线电缆是可以分离的, 这样方便对开关元器件等进行更换和 维护。
抽屉式 "半模块化" 配电有如下缺陷:
抽屉的生产基本都是纯手工操作, 标准化程度低, 组屏后的二次线多 也 4艮凌乱, 影响美观且不易维护。 组屏繁瑣, 每一个抽屉都需配备相应的导轨, 而且抽屉与抽屉之间都 得有一块层板隔离和固定。 安装起来难度有点大。
抽屉式 "半模块化" 配电方式单屏容量较低, 占用的屏拒空间较大。
3.固定模块式配电, 实现方式是将开关、 传感器、 采集、 控制及测量 装置集中在一起处理, 合理分配每部分的功能, 可以实现各功能子模块独 立检修和更换, 同时缩小体积, 增加容量, 生产标准化程度高, 产品一致 性高, 质量稳定。
固定模块式配电有如下缺陷:
固定模块式配电虽然标准化程度高,生产维护方便,但加工难度较大, 随着开关品牌及规格的变化而有不同, 模块规格较多, 投资较大。 通讯线无法实现标准化配置, 随每个项目的不同而不同, 影响工艺且 降低操作安全性。
实用新型内容 为了解决现有技术中问题, 本实用新型提供了一种固定式带相序显示 级联底座式智能配电模块, 其包括以下模块: 进线调相组件、 出线采集组 件和采集监控模块, 进线调相组件、 出线采集组件和采集监控模块三者之 间相互做机械连接。 作为本实用新型的进一步改进, 进线调相组件包括取电模块及自由调 整相序模块。 作为本实用新型的进一步改进, 出线采集组件包括采集电压、 电流、 开关状态、 温度数据的模块, 设有用户接线端口。 作为本实用新型的进一步改进, 采集监控模块包括计算电流、 电压、 电度、 有功无功、 功率因数、 谐波数据的模块, 设有对外提供通讯接口。 作为本实用新型的进一步改进, 其包括至少两组机械连接的进线调相 组件、 出线采集组件和采集监控模块。 作为本实用新型的进一步改进, 还包括安装板, 设置在安装板上的级 联底座、 主母排、 标准接口, 主母排为电流输入口, 级联底座为至少两个, 级联底座之间为插针连接, 进线调相组件、 出线采集组件和采集监控模块 组成的模块通过卡接的方式与级联底座连接。 本实用新型采用配电一体化、 模块化解决方案, 整个模块分为不同功 能区域, 各区域之间相互做机械连接, 同时各功能区域具有独立更换、 独 立生产功能。 模块具有调相及相序显示功能, 方便用户根据需要调节负载平衡, 同 时可直观显示具体相序, 方便巡视及维护, 相序显示不仅在本地给予直观 显示, 而且可以通过通讯方式远程显示。 同一模块结构可满足单相、 多相分配电需求,可根据需求自由扩展, 也 可搭配其它同类电器元件自由组合, 实现不同功能的电气配置, 且满足市 场上同等电流等级下所有开关安装使用需求。 模块包含数据采集、 控制、 管理功能, 对外具有独立通讯功能。 所有通讯线都采用底座级联方式, 对外看不到任何通讯线缆, 工艺美 观且提高安全性能。 模块可实现靠墙安装, 大大节约配电空间, 适用范围更广泛。 单模块集指示灯及标牌于一体, 使用更安全、 更方便。 实现在线维护。

具体实施方式 下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。 本实用新型涉及一种固定式带相序显示级联底座式智能配电模块,其 广泛应用于电力***,尤其是变电站交直流电源屏、 数据机房交直流电源屏、 控制拒、 配电拒、 配电箱等电力配电领域。 为各类设备提供电力分配及进 行数据分析, 进行能源有效管理,确保供电质量和合理用电。 一种固定式带相序显示级联底座式智能配电模块, 其包括以下模块: 进线调相组件、 出线采集组件和采集监控模块, 进线调相组件、 出线采集 组件和采集监控模块三者之间相互做机械连接。 进线调相组件包括取电模块及自由调整相序模块。 出线采集组件包括采集电压、 电流、 开关状态、 温度数据的模块, 设 有用户接线端口。 采集监控模块包括计算电流、 电压、 电度、 有功无功、 功率因数、 谐 波数据的模块, 设有对外提供通讯接口。 本实用新型模块主要由以下几部分组成, 见附图 l a和 lb: 序号 1 为进线调相组件, 其作用是用来取电及自由调整相序, 使负载 平衡, 就地及远程显示相序。 序号 2 为出线采集组件, 其作用是采集电压、 电流、 开关状态、 温度 等数据, 同时提供用户接线端口, 方便用户接线。 序号 3为采集监控模块, 其作用是计算电流、 电压、 电度、有功无功、 功率因数、 谐波等数据, 同时对外提供通讯接口。 如图 2a至图 2d所示: 可由单 P模块快速组合成 2P、 3P、 4P使用, 满 足市场上所有开关的使用需求。 如图 3a图 3b所示: 可由单 P级联底座快速连接, 形成级联底座功能 板, 通过级联方式形成通讯通道, 级联底座之间采用插针连接, 无任何通 讯线, 连接方便、 快捷、 标准, 整个功能板对外预留标准通讯接口。 级联底座的作用是固定模块及主母排, 形成通讯通道。 图中 11为安装 板, 作用是固定级联底座, 图中 22 为主母排, 作用是电流输入, 图中 33 为标准接口, 用来对上通讯。 如图 4 所示: 模块与级联底座之间的连接非常筒单, 只需对准卡入即 可。 图 5所示为工作原理图: 图中, 100为 CPU, 200表示根据需要调相, 300表示采样通讯, 400为接负载, 500为电源、 通讯, 600为对主监控通 讯, 700为 A/B/C/N电流输入。 首先 A/B/C/N 电流输入, 根据需要选择相序, 接通一次回路, 同时通 讯回路也一并连通。 经过采样通道采集相关数据传至 CPU, CPU对相关数据 做分析处理后对外通讯输出。 以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本实用新型所作的进一步详细说明, 不能认定本实用新型的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本实用新型所属 技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下, 还可 以做出若干筒单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本实用新型的保护范围。

4. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种固定式带相序显示级联底座式智能配电模块, 其特征在于: 采集监控模块包括计算电流、 电压、 电度、 有功无功、 功 率因数、 谐波数据的模块, 设有对外提供通讯接口。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种固定式带相序显示级联底座式智能配电模块, 其特征在于: 其包括至少两组机械连接的进线调相组件、 出线采集组件 和采集监控模块。
