一种电子烟套装、 电子烟及其电池组件
本申请要求于 2013 年 8 月 16 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201320503567.1、 发明名称为 "一种电子烟套装、 电子烟及其电池组件" 的中 国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种电子烟套装、 电子烟及其电池 组件。
背景技术
现有的电子烟主要由电池组件和雾化组件这两部分组成, 其结构如图 1所 示, 电池组件部分包括端盖 11、咪头控制器 12、咪头座 13、 电池 14、 电池套 15、 弹簧电极 16、 电极固定座 17和连接座 18 , 雾化组件部分包括连接头 20、 上电极 21、 上绝缘环 22、 雾化座 23、 电热丝 24、 黄纳管 25、 储油棉 26、 雾化套 27、 密 封圈 28和吸嘴盖 29。
可以看到, 电子烟的工作电极位于电池组件与雾化组件的连接处, 该工作 电极同时也作为充电电极, 因此在对电池组件充电时需先拆下雾化组件, 这样 的结构操作起来不方便,且经常磨损会造成电极接触不良,会给用户带来不好 的使用体验。
因此, 针对上述情况, 如何改进电子烟的结构, 使其电池组件充电时无需 拆下雾化组件, 以便于操作, 成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的重要技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明提供了一种电池组件,使其电池组件充电时无需拆下雾 化组件, 直接***充电器就能充电, 使用起来更加方便, 避免频繁拆装造成电 极接触不良。
本发明还提供了一种应用了上述电池组件的电子烟和电子烟套装。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种电池组件, 应用于由电池组件和雾化组件两部分可拆卸组装的电子 烟, 包括设置在所述电池组件中端盖的侧面的两个环形电极, 两个所述环形电 极分别与所述电池组件中电池的两个电极电连接,且这两个所述环形电极之间 通过绝缘环隔开。
优选的,上述的两个环形电极分别为: 套设在所述端盖的侧面外壁上的第 一环形电极; 和紧固在所述电池组件的电池套内的第二环形电极;
所述绝缘环套设在所述端盖的侧面外壁上,其两侧的端面分别同所述第一 环形电极和所述第二环形电极的端面相贴合。
优选的,上述的两个环形电极分别为: 套设在所述端盖的侧面外壁上的第 一环形电极; 和套设在所述电池组件的电池套内的第二环形电极;
所述绝缘环套设在所述第二环形电极内 ,其一侧的端面同所述第一环形电 极的端面相贴合。
优选的, 所述第一环形电极内设置有导向其圓心的电极连接杆, 所述电极 连接杆穿过所述端盖上对应的豁口电连接所述电池组件的咪头控制器,以实现 与所述电池的一个电极电连接; 所述电池套采用金属导电材料, 所述第二环形 电极通过所述电池套、 所述电池组件的连接座与所述电池的另一个电极电连 接。
优选的, 所述电极连接杆在所述第一环形电极的内壁沿径向设置,再沿轴 向弯折, 其末端用于同所述咪头控制器的接头搭接。
优选的, 所述端盖的侧面外壁上具有台阶面, 能够分别沿径向和沿轴向压 紧所述第一环形电极、 所述绝缘环和所述第二环形电极。
一种电子烟,其包括共用一外套管的雾化组件及电池组件, 所述外套管位 于所述电池组件的一端设置有端盖,还包括设置在所述端盖的侧面的两个环形 两个所述环形电极之间通过绝缘环隔开。
一种电子烟套装, 包括电子烟和烟盒, 所述电子烟具有上述的电池组件。 优选的, 所述烟盒内具有 PCB板和设置在所述 PCB板上的充电座, 所述 充电座用于同所述电子烟的电池组件的端盖侧面的两个环形电极相配合,所述 烟盒能够作为所述电子烟的充电器。
优选的,所述充电座包括分别用于同两个所述环形电极配合的两个充电弹 片。 从上述的技术方案可以看出, 本发明提供的电子烟及其电池组件, 由于在 端盖的侧面直接设置了环形电极作为充电电极,使其电池组件充电时无需拆下 雾化组件, 直接***充电器就能充电, 使用起来更加方便, 避免频繁拆装造成 电极接触不良; 另一方面, 通过利用端盖处的双侧环当电极导电, 不会破坏现 有端盖的外观形状。 本发明提供的电子烟套装方便实用。

其中, 11为端盖, 12为咪头控制器, 13为咪头座, 14为电池, 15为电 池套, 16为弹簧电极, 17为电极固定座, 18为连接座, 20为连接头, 21为 上电极, 22为上绝缘环, 23为雾化座, 24为电热丝, 25为黄纳管, 26为储 油棉, 27为雾化套, 28为密封圈, 29为吸嘴盖;

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种电子烟套装、 电子烟及其电池组件,使其电池组件充电 时无需拆下雾化组件, 直接***充电器就能充电, 使用起来更加方便, 避免频 繁拆装造成电极接触不良。本发明对正在驾驶汽车的驾驶员等仅可提供一只手 可以操作电子烟的场景体现尤为明显。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图 2-图 15 , 其中, 图 2-图 9为本发明提供的第一个实施例中电子 烟的附图; 图 10-图 15为本发明提供的第二个实施例中电子烟的附图。
本发明实施例提供的电池组件,不仅可应用于由电池组件和雾化组件两部 分可拆卸组装的电子烟,而且可应用于电池组件和雾化组件固定连接在一起的 电子烟, 即电池组件和雾化组件共用一个外套管的电子烟, 所述电池组件的核 心改进点在于, 包括设置在电池组件中端盖 31的侧面的两个环形电极, 在这 里端盖 31的侧面是相对于其端面而言的, 上述的两个环形电极分别与电池组 件中电池 14的两个电极电连接, 且这两个环形电极之间通过绝缘环 33隔开。
从上述的技术方案可以看出, 本发明实施例提供的电池组件, 由于在端盖 31 的侧面直接设置了环形电极作为充电电极, 使其电池组件充电时无需拆下 雾化组件, 直接***充电器就能充电, 使用起来更加方便, 避免频繁拆装造成 电极接触不良; 另一方面, 通过利用端盖 31处的双侧环当电极导电, 能够保 留现有端盖 31的外观形状。
在本发明提供的第一个实施例中,上述的两个环形电极分别为: 套设在端 盖 31的侧面外壁上的第一环形电极 32; 和紧固在电池组件的电池套 15内的 第二环形电极 34; 绝缘环 33套设在端盖 31的侧面外壁上,其两侧的端面分别同第一环形电 极 32和第二环形电极 34的端面相贴合, 其结构可以参照图 2所示。 为了便于 同充电座的配合, 作为优选, 端盖 31的端面由现有的弧面改为平面
在组装时, 将第二环形电极 34***电池套 15内, 由电池套 15紧固, 第 一环形电极 32套进端盖 31 ,再将绝缘环 33套进端盖 31 , 端盖 31***第二环 形电极 34内形成双侧环, 直接将电子烟***对应充电器即可充电。
在本发明提供的第二个实施例中,上述的两个环形电极分别为: 套设在端 盖 31的侧面外壁上的第一环形电极 32; 和套设在电池组件的电池套内的第二 环形电极 34。
绝缘环 33套设在第二环形电极 34内, 其一侧的端面同第一环形电极 32 的端面相贴合。
在组装时, 将第二环形电极 34***电池套 15内, 绝缘套 33***第二环 形电极 34内, 第一环形电极 32套进端盖 31 , 端盖 31***绝缘套 33内, 第 一环形电极 32由端盖 31及绝缘套 33紧压, 这样的电极固定方式稳定可靠, 能够有效避免电极接触不良。
作为优选, 第一环形电极 32内设置有导向其圓心的电极连接杆, 所述电 极连接杆能够穿过端盖 31上对应的豁口电连接电池组件的咪头控制器 12, 以 实现与电池 14的一个电极电连接; 电池套 15采用金属导电材料, 第二环形电 极 34通过电池套 15、 电池组件的连接座 18与电池 14的另一个电极电连接, 端盖 31上的豁口结构如图 6、 图 7、 图 14和图 15所示。
具体的, 电极连接杆在第一环形电极 32的内壁沿径向设置, 再沿轴向弯 折, 该电极连接杆整体呈 L型, 末端用于同咪头控制器 12的接线搭接, 其结 构可以参照图 2-图 5和图 10-图 13所示。
为了进一步优化上述的技术方案, 端盖 31的侧面外壁上具有台阶面, 能 够分别沿径向和沿轴向压紧第一环形电极 32、 绝缘环 33和第二环形电极 34。
可以理解的是,在其它实施例中, 所述两个环形电极为通过电镀的方式镀 设在所述端盖侧面的两个环形的电镀层,然后再通过导线将所述电镀层与所述 电池的两个电极焊接相连; 所述端盖为设置在用于仿烟灰的头灯外侧的灯帽。 一起), 本方案中的充电结构还可以用于一体式的电子烟, 其包括共用一外套 管的雾化组件及电池组件, 外套管位于电池组件的一端设置有端盖, 其核心改 进点在于,还包括设置在端盖的侧面的两个环形电极, 两个所述电极分别与电 池组件中电池的两个电极电连接,且这两个环形电极之间通过绝缘环隔开。 本 发明实施例还提供了一种电子烟套装, 包括电子烟 4和烟盒 5 , 其核心改进点 在于, 电子烟 4上述的电池组件, 使其电池组件充电时无需拆下雾化组件, 直 接***充电器就能充电,使用起来更加方便,避免频繁拆装造成电极接触不良。
在本方案优选的实施例中, 烟盒内具有 PCB板 51 (印制电路板 )和设置 在 PCB板 51上的充电座,充电座用于同电子烟 4的电池组件的端盖侧面的两 个环形电极相配合, 因此烟盒 5能够作为电子烟 4的充电器。
为了进一步优化上述的技术方案, 烟盒 5内设置同电子烟 4配合的插槽, 上述充电座位于插槽的底部, 这样一来将电子烟 4放回烟盒 5中, 其端盖端的 环形电极即可同充电座配合进行充电。
具体的, 充电座包括分别用于同两个环形电极配合的两个充电弹片 52, 这两个弹片的充电触点在高度上错开设置, 其结构可以参照图 8和图 9所示。
综上所述, 本发明实施例提供的电子烟及其充电结构,通过在端盖的侧面 直接设置了环形电极作为充电电极, 使其电池组件充电时无需拆下雾化组件, 直接***充电器就能充电,使用起来更加方便,避免频繁拆装造成电极接触不 良; 另一方面, 通过利用端盖处的双侧环当电极导电, 不会破坏现有端盖的外 观形状。 本发明提供的电子烟套装方便实用。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本 发明。 对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见 的, 本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下, 在 其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例, 而 是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电池组件, 应用于由电池组件和雾化组件两部分可拆卸组装的电 子烟, 其特征在于, 包括设置在所述电池组件中端盖的侧面的两个环形电极, 述环形电极之间通过绝缘环隔开。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 上述的两个环形电极 分别为: 套设在所述端盖的侧面外壁上的第一环形电极; 和紧固在所述电池组 件的电池套内的第二环形电极;
所述绝缘环套设在所述端盖的侧面外壁上,其两端面分别同所述第一环形 电极和所述第二环形电极的端面相贴合。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 上述的两个环形电极 分别为: 套设在所述端盖的侧面外壁上的第一环形电极; 和套设在所述电池组 件的电池套内的第二环形电极;
所述绝缘环套设在所述第二环形电极内 ,其一端面同所述第一环形电极的 端面相贴合。
4、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一环形电 极内设置有导向其圓心的电极连接杆,所述电极连接杆穿过所述端盖上对应的 豁口电连接所述电池组件的咪头控制器, 以实现与所述电池的一个电极电连 接; 所述电池套采用金属导电材料, 所述第二环形电极通过所述电池套、 所述 电池组件的连接座与所述电池的另一个电极电连接。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 所述电极连接杆在所 述第一环形电极的内壁沿径向设置,再沿轴向弯折, 其末端用于同所述咪头控 制器的接线搭接。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的电池组件, 其特征在于, 所述端盖的侧面外壁 上具有台阶面, 能够分别沿径向和沿轴向压紧所述第一环形电极、所述绝缘环 和所述第二环形电极。
7、 一种电子烟, 其包括共用一外套管的雾化组件及电池组件, 所述外套 管位于所述电池组件的一端设置有端盖, 其特征在于,还包括设置在所述端盖 的侧面的两个环形电极,两个所述环形电极分别与所述电池组件中电池的两个 电极电连接, 且这两个所述环形电极之间通过绝缘环隔开。
8、 一种电子烟套装, 包括电子烟和烟盒, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟具有 如权利要求 1-6任意一项所述的电池组件。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟套装,其特征在于,所述烟盒内具有 PCB 板和设置在所述 PCB板上的充电座, 所述充电座用于同所述电子烟的电池组 件的端盖侧面的两个环形电极相配合, 所述烟盒能够作为所述电子烟的充电 器。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的电子烟套装, 其特征在于, 所述充电座包括分 别用于同两个所述环形电极配合的两个充电弹片。
