关闭窗帘时,驱动机构回拉所述牵引绳,所述动滑轮在牵引绳的驱动下,带动卷轴向上移动,同时带动卷轴反向转动,释放帘布,卷轴上方采光部分减少,而卷轴以下帘布保持下垂遮光,实现了帘布从下方向上方的逐渐关闭。由于卷轴上升的速度和帘布从卷轴上释放的速度相近,所以卷帘下端保持在窗户下沿附近基本不动。
为了使设在卷轴两端的动滑轮机构的牵引绳受力方向一致,优选的,包括定滑轮,所述牵引绳的自由端绕过定滑轮与绕线器连接,绕线器由动力机构驱动其转动。将卷轴两端动滑轮机构的牵引绳通过定滑轮连接同一个驱动机构,使驱动机构可以同步控制卷轴两端的动滑轮以相同速度上升下降,保持帘布卷绕平顺。所述的驱动绕线器转动的动力机构,是手动的转轮,或者是电机。
优选的,所述驱动机构由设置在卷轴上方的上卷轴及驱动其转动的动力机构组成。所述上卷轴固定在窗户上方,卷轴两端动滑轮机构的牵引绳的一端分别固定在窗户上方两侧,自由端分别连接在上卷轴上对应的位置,转动上卷轴,牵引绳就在上卷轴上的对应位置被卷收或者释放。所述的驱动上卷轴转动的动力机构,是手动的转轮,或者是电机。
优选的,所述 卷轴一端或者两端与动滑轮 同轴固定连接。这是本发明最基本的结构。动滑轮和卷轴同轴固定连接结构简单,动滑轮的升降和自转都直接同步传递给卷轴,拉动牵引绳,就可以实现 帘布对窗户的遮挡从上部打开或者从下方向上方的逐渐关闭。 卷轴和动滑轮的连接可以只有一端同轴固定连接,另一端同轴活动连接,在竖直升降时同轴固定连接一端的动滑轮驱动卷轴自转,而另一端只带动卷轴竖直升降。
为了使帘布在开闭时,帘布下端的位置保持基本不变,始终保持窗户的下半部分遮挡,就要保持卷轴的升降速度和帘布的收放速度一致。试验证明,当动滑轮的半径与卷轴半径基本相等时,卷轴的升降速度和帘布的收放速度也基本相等。优选的,所述动滑轮的半径为卷轴半径的 0.7-1.3 倍。
为了提高所述卷轴半径的选择范围,优选的,所述动滑轮与卷轴通过传动机构连接。通过传动机构将动滑轮的转速传递到卷轴,针对不同需要的卷轴半径,可以通过调整传动比保证卷轴的升降速度和帘布的收放速度基本相同,保证帘布下端的位置保持基本不变。
为了实现动滑轮与卷轴之间转速的可控传递,优选的,所述动滑轮与卷轴之间设有离合机构。所述离合机构控制动滑轮和卷轴之间转速传递的连接和断开,同时在断开动滑轮和卷轴之间转速传递时,锁定卷轴由于帘布重力导致的自转。离合机构连接时,卷轴在升降的同时卷绕帘布,保持帘布下半部分遮蔽;离合机构断开时,卷轴自转被锁定,不会导致帘布释放,仅随动滑轮一起升降。以上设置,使本发明不仅实现帘布上开式打开,同时也可以实现在帘布部分打开后,利用同一个驱动机构上下移动帘布,遮挡住窗户的任意部位。
设在动滑轮和卷轴之间的传动机构和离合机构的结构多样。
优选的,所述卷轴端部设有起始于轴心、沿半径方向延伸的调节槽,所述动滑轮的转轴通过调节槽,且伸入卷轴内的部分设有止退件,所述卷轴端部设有插销孔,所述动滑轮上对应于卷轴上插销孔的位置设有定位孔,插销孔中的插销可以穿过卷轴端面伸入动滑轮上的定位孔。为了保持插销稳定***动滑轮上的的定位孔,插销孔的底面与插销之间设有弹簧。动滑轮转轴位于调节槽的起始端时,所述插销***定位孔,动滑轮与卷轴之间转速传递被连接,动滑轮带动卷轴同轴转动;动滑轮转轴位于调节槽的延伸端时,所述插销退出定位孔,动滑轮与卷轴之间转速传递被断开,同时由于动滑轮的轮轴处于卷轴的偏心位置,在重力作用下,卷轴不能自转,不会导致帘布释放,仅随动滑轮一起升降。
优选的,所述传动机构包括齿轮架以及架设在齿轮架内的齿轮组,所述齿轮组包括与动滑轮同轴固定连接的主动齿轮、与卷轴同轴固定连接的从动齿轮以及传递主动齿轮动能到从动齿轮的中间齿轮;所述齿轮架上设有与中间齿轮的轮轴配合的弧形调节孔,且在该齿轮架内固定有第一棘齿,中间齿轮的轮轴位于弧形调节孔两端时,中间齿轮分别与主动齿轮和第一棘齿啮合。中间齿轮与主动齿轮啮合时,动滑轮与卷轴之间转速传递被连接,动滑轮通过齿轮组带动卷轴转动,实现帘布的上开式打开或者关闭;中间齿轮与第一棘齿啮合时,动滑轮与卷轴之间转速传递被断开,同时由于从动齿轮连接中间齿轮和第一棘齿,卷轴不能自转,不会导致帘布释放,仅随动滑轮一起升降。
优选的,所述传动机构包括齿轮架以及架设在齿轮架内的齿轮组,所述齿轮组包括与动滑轮同轴固定连接的主动齿轮和与卷轴同轴滑动连接的从动齿轮;在该齿轮架下部固定有锁定从动齿轮的第二棘齿。从动齿轮滑动到与主动齿轮啮合位置时,主动齿轮驱动从动齿轮以及卷轴转动;从动齿轮滑动到与第二棘齿啮合位置时,主动齿轮脱离从动齿轮,同时第二棘齿锁定从动齿轮以及卷轴的自转。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的上开式卷帘,通过在卷轴两端设设置动滑轮机构,从而实现卷轴下降的同时卷收帘布,上升的同时释放帘布, 解决了现有的卷帘式窗帘不能从窗户上部逐渐打开帘布的问题。通过对动滑轮与卷轴连接机构的设计,还可以利用同一个驱动机构,任意调节帘布遮挡窗户的部位,使用简单方便 。

具体实施方式
实施例 1
如图 1 、 图 2 和图 3 所示,本实施例包括帘布 2 和卷轴 1 ,帘布 2 连接在卷轴 1 上,卷轴 1 两端连接有动滑轮机构,该动滑轮机构包括动滑轮 3 以及与动滑轮 3 配合的牵引绳 5 ,牵引绳 5 一端固定,另一端为绕过定滑轮 4 与驱动机构连接的自由端。本实施例中,设有窗户 9 。
其中,驱动机构由绕线器 6 和驱动其转动的动力机构组成,动力机构包括与绕线器 6 同轴设置的齿轮 8 以及与齿轮 8 配合的珠链 7 ,牵引绳 5 的自由端连接绕线器 6 。当拉动珠链 7 ,牵引绳 5 就带动动滑轮 3 和卷轴 1 一起升降,同时驱动所述动滑轮 3 自转。
本实施例中,图 1 所示为卷轴 1 的一端,动滑轮 3 与卷轴 1 同轴固定连接。卷轴 1 的另一端,动滑轮与卷轴 1 同轴固定连接或者同轴活动连接。当卷轴 1 的另一端与动滑轮同轴活动连接时,在竖直升降时同轴固定连接一端的动滑轮 3 驱动卷轴 1 自转,而同轴活动连接的另一端只带动卷轴竖直升降,动滑轮和卷轴可以自由转动。这种设置避免了卷轴可能发生两端转动不一致时的扭曲。
为了使本实施例在开闭时帘布 2 下端的位置保持基本不变,要保持牵引绳 5 放和收的运动速度和帘布 2 卷和放运动速度一致。为此,设定的动滑轮 3 的半径与卷轴 1 半径相同,卷轴 1 的升降速度与卷轴 1 的卷绕线速度相同,从而实现帘布 2 在卷绕和打开过程中,帘布 2 下端的位置保持基本不变。
如图 2 所示,当卷轴 1 位于最高点时,帘布 2 完全展开,完全遮挡窗户 9 ;需要打开帘布 2 时,通过拉动珠链 7 驱动绕线器 6 转动松开牵引绳 5 ,卷轴 1 和动滑轮 3 在重力的作用下向下移动,在向下移动的同时,牵引绳 5 驱动动滑轮 3 自转,从而带动卷轴 1 转动,将帘布 2 卷绕在卷轴 1 之上 ,实现帘布 2 从上至下打开。由于帘布 2 在下降的过程中等速的被卷绕在卷轴 1 之上,使帘布下端的位置保持基本不变。
如图 3 所示,反向拉动珠链 7 驱动绕线器 6 反向转动,回拉牵引绳 5 ,动滑轮 3 在牵引绳 5 的驱动下,带动卷轴 1 向上移动,同时动滑轮 3 通过反向自转带动卷轴 1 反向转动,从而释放帘布 2 ,卷轴 1 上方采光部分减少,而卷轴 1 以下帘布保持下垂遮光,实现了帘布从下方向上方的逐渐关闭。由于帘布 2 在上升的过程中等速的从卷轴 1 之上释放,使帘布下端的位置保持基本不变。
实施例 2
本实施例与实施例 1 相比,除了牵引绳 5 和动滑轮 3 的结构不同以外,其余结构都与实施例 1 相同。
在本实施例中,牵引绳采用珠链,动滑轮 采用 与珠链相啮合的齿轮,从而可以避免牵引绳和动滑轮之间的滑动,使帘布的开闭更加准确。
实施例 3
本实施例与实施例 1 相比,除了驱动机构的结构不同以外,其余结构都与实施例 1 相同。
如图 4 所示,在本实施例中,驱动机构由设置在卷轴上方的上卷轴 10 及驱动其转动的动力机构组成。所述上卷轴 10 固定安装在窗户上方,卷轴 1 两端动滑轮机构的牵引绳 5 的固定端分别固定安装在窗户上方两侧,牵引绳 5 的自由端分别连接在上卷轴 10 上对应的位置,转动上卷轴 10 ,牵引绳 5 就在上卷轴上的对应位置被卷收或者释放。所述的驱动上卷轴转动的动力机构,是手动的转轮,或者是电机。
实施例 4
本实施例与实施例 1 相比,除了动滑轮 3 与卷轴 1 的连接方式不同之外,其余结构都与实施例 1 相同。
如图 5 和图 6 所示,卷轴 1 端部设有起始于轴心、沿半径方向延伸的调节槽 11 ,动滑轮 3 的转轴穿过调节槽 11 ,且伸入卷轴 1 内的部分设有止退件 12 ,卷轴 1 端部设有插销孔 14 ,所述动滑轮 3 上对应于卷轴 1 上插销孔 14 的位置设有定位孔 13 ,插销孔中的插销 15 可以穿过卷轴 1 端面伸入动滑轮 3 上的定位孔,插销孔 14 的底面与插销 15 之间设有弹簧 16 。图 5 显示动滑轮转轴位于调节槽 11 的起始端时,插销 15 ***定位孔 13 ,弹簧 16 顶推插销 15 ,使 插销 15 稳定锁定 动滑轮 3 和卷轴 1 ,动滑轮 3 与卷轴 1 之间转速传递被连接,动滑轮 3 带动卷轴 1 同轴转动;图 6 显示动滑轮 3 转轴位于调节槽 11 的延伸端时,所述插销 15 退出定位孔 13 ,动滑轮 3 与卷轴 1 之间转速传递被断开,同时由于动滑轮的轮轴处于卷轴的偏心位置,在重力作用下,卷轴 1 不能自转,不会导致帘布释放,仅随动滑轮一起升降。从而实现在帘布部分打开后,利用同一个驱动机构上下移动帘布,遮挡住窗户的任意部位。
实施例 5
本实施例与实施例 1 相比,除了动滑轮 3 与卷轴 1 的连接方式不同之外,其余结构都与实施例 1 相同。
如图 7 、图 8 、图 9 和图 10 所示,动滑轮 3 与卷轴 1 之间设有传动机构,该传动机构包括齿轮架 21 以及架设在齿轮架 21 内的齿轮组,该齿轮组包括与动滑轮 3 同轴固定连接的主动齿轮 22 、与卷轴 1 同轴固定连接的从动齿轮 23 以及传递主动齿轮 22 动能到从动齿轮 23 的中间齿轮 24 ;齿轮架 21 上设有与中间齿轮 24 的轮轴配合的弧形调节孔 26 ,中间齿轮 24 的轮轴一端设有调节旋钮 27 ,齿轮架内固定有与从动齿轮 23 相配合的第一棘齿 25 。
图 7 和图 8 显示中间齿轮 24 连接 主动齿轮 22 和从动齿轮 23 , 动滑轮 3 与卷轴 1 之间转速传递被连接,动滑轮 3 带动卷轴 1 转动同时竖直升降,帘布上开式打开或者关闭。
图 9 和图 10 显示中间齿轮 24 连接 从动齿轮 23 ,同时和 第一棘齿 25 啮合 , 动滑轮 3 与卷轴 1 之间转速传递被断开,动滑轮 3 不能带动卷轴 1 转动,但是可以带动卷轴 1 竖直升降。由于从动齿轮 23 连接中间齿轮 24 和第一棘齿 25 ,卷轴 1 被锁定不能自转,不会导致帘布因重力释放,仅随动滑轮 3 一起升降。从而可以上下移动帘布,遮挡住窗户的任意部位。
实施例 6
本实施例与实施例 1 相比,除了动滑轮 3 与卷轴 1 的连接方式不同之外,其余结构都与实施例 1 相同。
如图 11 和图 12 所示,动滑轮 3 与卷轴 1 之间设有传动机构,该传动机构包括齿轮架 21 以及架设在齿轮架 21 内的齿轮组,该齿轮组包括与动滑轮 3 同轴固定连接的主动齿轮 22 ,与卷轴 1 同轴滑动连接的从动齿轮 23 , 固定在齿轮架 21 上的与从动齿轮 23 相配合的第二棘齿 28 。如图 11 所示,从动齿轮 23 滑动到与 主动齿轮 22 啮合的位置, 动滑轮 3 与卷轴 1 之间转速传递被连接,动滑轮 3 带动卷轴 1 升降同时自转,帘布上开式打开或者关闭。如图 12 所示,从动齿轮 23 滑动到与第二棘齿 28 啮合的位置,脱离 主动齿轮 22 , 动滑轮 3 与卷轴 1 之间转速传递被断开,卷轴 1 被锁定不能自转,不会导致帘布因重力释放,仅随动滑轮 3 一起升降。从而可以上下移动帘布,遮挡住窗户的任意部位。
实施例 7
本实施例与实施例 1 相比,除了动滑轮 3 与卷轴 1 的连接方式不同之外,其余结构都与实施例 1 相同。
如图 13 所示,卷轴 1 固定连接有管状的延长轴 31 ,其上依次安装有 动滑轮外壳 32 和动滑轮 3 , 动滑轮外壳 32 和动滑轮 3 上分别设置有锁定孔 33 和 35 。在没有锁定的状态下, 动滑轮外壳 32 和动滑轮 3 可以在延长轴 31 之上自由转动。延长轴 31 的管内安装有可以滑动的锁定栓 36 。在图 13 所示状态下,锁定栓 36 向左滑动,其右端*** 动滑轮 3 上的锁定孔 35 ,使 动滑轮 3 和 卷轴 1 锁定,同时其左端退出 动滑轮外壳 32 上的锁定孔 33 ,松开 动滑轮 3 和 卷轴 1 的锁定,牵引绳带动 卷轴 1 升降同时转动。
图 14 为本实施例的侧面示意图。牵引绳 5 绕过动滑轮 3 ,从动滑轮外壳 32 开口处穿出,在其内滑动。
在图15所示状态下,锁定栓36向右滑动,其左端***动滑轮外壳32上的锁定孔33,使动滑轮外壳32和卷轴1锁定,同时其右端退出动滑轮3上的锁定孔35,松开动滑轮3和卷轴1的锁定,牵引绳带动动滑轮3转动,使卷轴1只有升降但是不会自转。由于牵引绳5从动滑轮外壳32开口处穿出,而动滑轮外壳32和卷轴1相锁定,所以避免了由于帘布的重力导致卷轴1发生逆向自转,避免帘布自由下降。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种上开式卷帘,包括卷轴、帘布及升降控制机构,其特征是,所述的卷轴两端连接有动滑轮机构,所述动滑轮机构包括动滑轮以及与动滑轮配合的牵引绳,所述牵引绳一端固定,另一端为连接驱动机构的自由端,所述牵引绳带动动滑轮和卷轴一起升降,同时驱动所述动滑轮自转。
  2. 如权利要求 1 所述上开式卷帘,其特征在于,包括定滑轮,所述牵引绳的自由端绕过定滑轮与绕线器连接, 所述绕线器由动力机构驱动其转动。
  3. 如权利要求 1 所述上开式卷帘,其特征在于, 所述驱动机构由设置在卷轴上方的上卷轴及驱动其转动的动力机构组成。
  4. 如权利要求 1 所述上开式卷帘,其特征在于,所述卷轴一端或者两端与动滑轮同轴固定连接。
  5. 如权利要求 4 所述上开式卷帘,其特征在于,所述动滑轮的半径为卷轴半径的 0.7-1.3 倍。
  6. 如权利要求1所述上开式卷帘,其特征在于,所述卷轴一端或者两端与动滑轮通过传动机构相连接。
  7. 如权利要求 6 所述上开式卷帘,其特征在于,所述动滑轮与卷轴之间设有离合机构。
  8. 如权利要求 7 所述上开式卷帘,其特征在于,所述卷轴端部设有起始于轴心、沿半径方向延伸的调节槽,所述动滑轮的转轴通过调节槽,且伸入卷轴内的部分设有止退件,所述卷轴端部设有插销孔,所述动滑轮上对应于卷轴上插销孔的位置设有定位孔,插销孔中的插销可以穿过卷轴端面伸入动滑轮上的定位孔,插销孔的底面与插销之间设有弹簧。
  9. 如权利要求 7 所述上开式卷帘,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括齿轮架以及架设在齿轮架内的齿轮组,所述齿轮组包括与动滑轮同轴固定连接的主动齿轮、与卷轴同轴固定连接的从动齿轮以及传递主动齿轮动能到从动齿轮的中间齿轮;所述齿轮架上设有与中间齿轮的轮轴配合的弧形调节孔,且在该齿轮架内固定有第一棘齿,中间齿轮的轮轴位于弧形调节孔两端时,中间齿轮分别与主动齿轮和第一棘齿啮合。
  10. 如权利要求 7 所述上开式卷帘,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括齿轮架以及架设在齿轮架内的齿轮组,所述齿轮组包括与动滑轮同轴固定连接的主动齿轮和与卷轴同轴滑动连接的从动齿轮;在该齿轮架下部固定有锁定从动齿轮的第二棘齿。
