Description

燃烧器喷嘴
本发明涉及一种燃烧器喷嘴,属于燃烧器领域。
目前燃烧器喷嘴是燃料准备的装置。
但其功能不能对燃烧器的燃烧创造非常有利的条件。
本发明旨在提供一种新型燃烧器喷嘴,是通过以下技术方案实现的:喷嘴主体内有助燃剂通道和燃料通道,助燃剂通道在燃料通道内部,助燃剂通道一端为助燃剂入口,助燃剂通道另一端为助燃剂出口,喷嘴有燃料入口,喷嘴出口由助燃剂出口与燃料出口共同组成,其中喷嘴出口外环内壁与助燃剂出口外壁组成的环形喷孔为燃料出口。
所述喷嘴为燃烧器的燃烧创造了有利条件。
图 1 为本发明示意图。
其中: 1 、喷嘴主体 2 、助燃剂通道 3 、助燃剂入口 4 、助燃剂出口 5 、燃料入口 6 、燃料出口 7 、燃料通道 8 、喷嘴出口外环。
如图 1 所示,助燃剂由助燃剂入口 3 进入喷嘴主体 1 内的助燃剂通道 2 后从助燃剂出口 4 喷出,燃料由燃料入口 5 进入喷嘴主体 1 内的燃料通道 7 后从燃料出口 6 喷出,燃料出口 6 是由喷嘴出口外环 8 内壁与助燃剂出口 4 外壁组成的环形喷孔。
如图 1 所示,助燃剂由助燃剂入口 3 进入喷嘴主体 1 内的助燃剂通道 2 后从助燃剂出口 4 喷出,燃料由燃料入口 5 进入喷嘴主体 1 内的燃料通道 7 后从燃料出口 6 喷出,燃料出口 6 是由喷嘴出口外环 8 内壁与助燃剂出口 4 外壁组成的环形喷孔。 其中环形喷孔的宽度和半径可调整。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明能提高燃烧器效率,同时非常便于工业化应用、安装和维护。

  1. 一种燃烧器喷嘴,其特征是包括燃料通道(7 )和助燃剂通道( 2 ),其中助燃剂通道( 2 ) 在燃料通道(7 )内部,所述喷嘴出口外环 ( 8 )内壁与助燃剂出口 ( 4 ) 外壁组成的环形喷孔为燃料出口( 6 )。
