实施本发明的一种眼球识别通话***及其方法,具有以下有益效果:本发明通过采用图像获取模块获取驾驶员眼睛的眼球动作信息,并将眼球动作信息传送给中央处理模块,中央处理单元接收眼球动作信息,判断眼球动作信息是否符合预设的眼球动作信息,并根据接收到的符合预设条件的眼球动作信息调用与之对应的通讯号码发送自动拨号的控制指令给通话模块,通讯模块接收控制指令,执行自动拨号,使驾驶员在行车过程中手不用离开方向盘即可方便、快捷的进行自主通话,保证行车安全。

图1是本发明实施例的第一种车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***的结构示意图。如图1所示,本发明实施例提供一种眼球识别通话***包括车载电话1和与车载电话1有线电连接的摄像头2,车载电话包括存储模块3以及和所述存储模块3相连的通话模块6,摄像头2包括图像获取模块4,以及与所述图像获取模块4相连的中央处理模块5,
其中:存储模块3,用于存储预设眼球动作信息对应的通讯号码;存储模块3,还用于存储预设语音信息与自动拨号的映射关系;所述预设眼球动作信息对应的通讯号码
图像获取模块4,用于采集驾驶员眼睛动作信息,并将所述眼睛动作信息传送给中央处理模块5;
中央处理模块5,用于接收来自图像获取模块4的眼睛动作信息,判断所述眼球动作信息是否与所述存储模块3预设眼球动作信息相同;若相同,则根据所述眼球动作信息调用所述存储模块3中与之对应的通讯号码发送控制指令给通话模块6;中央处理模块5,还用于接收所述车辆的行驶信息,并根据所述车辆的行驶信息判断驾驶员驾驶车辆过程中是否将出现不适宜利用眼球识别进行拨号的情况,当驾驶员驾驶车辆过程中将出现不适宜利用眼球识别进行拨号的情况时,控制所述开关来关闭利用眼球识别进行自动拨号;中央处理模块5,还用于在关闭利用眼球识别进行自动拨号后接收所述语音信息,判断所述语音信息是否与所述预设语音相同;若所述语音信息与所述预设语音相同,则根据所述语音信息调用所述存储模块3中与之对应的通信号码发送控制指令给通话模块6;
通话模块6,用于接收所述控制指令,执行自动拨号。车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***还包括一个开关,用于启动或关闭车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***。摄像头外部设置有一个固定装置,用于将所述摄像头固定安装在汽车内部的预定位置,以便获取驾驶员眼睛的位置,采集驾驶员眼睛的眼球动作信息。预定位置为汽车方向盘中央靠里的位置。
图2是本发明实施例的第二种车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***的结构示意图。如图2所示,所述的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***还包括与摄像头2电连接的导航仪7;所述导航仪7,用于采集车辆的行驶信息,并将所述车辆的行驶信息发送给所述中央处理模块5;所述摄像头2还包括与中央处理模块5相连的语音获取模块8;所述语音获取模块8,用于采集驾驶员的语音信息,并将所述语音信息传送给中央处理模块5。本发明实施例提供的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***,可以在驾驶员驾驶车辆过程中将出现不适宜利用眼球识别进行拨号的情况时,停止通过利用眼球识别进行自动拨号,转而利用语音识别进行拨号,避免了因为驾驶员眼睛分神而可能导致交通事故。所述不适宜利用眼球识别进行拨号的情况可以包括转弯、红绿灯等情况,这些情况信息可以通过导航仪7获得而预判。
图3是本发明实施例提供的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号方法流程图。如图3所示,本发明实施例提供的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号方法,使用上述任一种的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***,包括以下步骤:
S202、启动车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***;
S203、图像获取模块(4)采集驾驶员眼睛的眼球动作信息,并将所述眼球动作信息传送给中央处理模块(5);
S204、中央处理模块(5)判断所述眼球动作信息是否与预设眼球动作信息相同;如果所述眼球动作信息与预设眼球动作信息相同,则经过延迟预设时间后自动根据所述眼球动作信息调用存储模块(3)中与之对应的通讯号码发送控制指令给通话模块(6);如果所述眼球动作信息与预设眼球动作信息相同,则经过延迟预设时间后自动返回步骤S203;
S205、通话模块(6)接收控制指令,并执行自动拨号。
具体的,步骤S204中眼球动作信息包括眼睛类别、眼睛眨眼次数和眼球转动方向以及眼睛眨眼的时间和眼球转动的时间。
具体的,预设眼球动作信息中眼睛眨眼的时间和眼球转动的时间比用户正常情况下眼睛眨眼的时间和眼球转动的时间长,至少0.4S。
具体的,启动车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***之前,还包括步骤S201:预设眼球动作信息与自动拨号的映射关系;所述眼球动作信息与自动拨号的映射关系为可编辑的。
具体的,预设眼球动作信息与自动拨号的映射关系包括:
5秒内右眼连续眨眼两次,且每次眨眼时间不低于0.4S,发送自动拨打亲情号码1的控制指令;
5秒内左眼连续眨眼两次,且每次眨眼时间不低于0.4S,发送自动拨打亲情号码2的控制指令。
如图4是本发明实施例提供的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***及方法第一实施例的流程图。
步骤S301:启动车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***;
步骤S302:图像获取模块4,采集驾驶员眼睛的眼球动作信息,并将眼球动作信息传送给中央处理模块5;
步骤S303:中央处理模块5判断出驾驶员在5秒内右眼连续眨眼两次,且每次眨眼时间均不低于0.4S,符合预设条件,3秒后自动调用存储模块3中的亲情号码1,并发送拨打亲情号码1的控制指令给通话模块6;
步骤S304:通话模块6接收控制指令,并执行自动拨号。
图5是本发明实施例提供的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***及方法第二实施例的流程图。如图5所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S401:启动车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***;
步骤S402:图像获取模块4,采集驾驶员眼睛的眼球动作信息,并将眼球动作信息传送给中央处理模块5;
步骤S403:中央处理模块5判断出眼球动作信息不符合预设条件,3秒后自动返回上一个步骤;
步骤S404:图像获取模块4,重新采集驾驶员眼睛的眼球动作信息,并将眼球动作信息传送给中央处理模块5;
步骤S405:中央处理模块5判断出驾驶员在5秒内左眼连续眨眼两次,且每次眨眼时间均不低于0.4S,符合预设条件,3秒后自动调用存储模块中的亲情号码2,并发送拨打亲情号码2的控制指令给通话模块6;
步骤S406:通话模块6接收控制指令,并执行自动拨号。
具体的,所述车载终端眼球识别自动拨号方法还包括以下步骤:
S206、导航仪7采集车辆的行驶信息,并将所述车辆的行驶信息发送给所述中央处理模块5;
S207、中央处理模块8接收所述车辆的行驶信息,并根据所述车辆的行驶信息判断驾驶员驾驶车辆过程中是否将出现不适宜利用眼球识别进行拨号的情况,当驾驶员驾驶车辆过程中将出现不适宜利用眼球识别进行拨号的情况时,控制所述开关来关闭利用眼球识别进行自动拨号。本发明实施例提供的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***,可以在驾驶员驾驶车辆过程中将出现不适宜利用眼球识别进行拨号的情况时,停止通过利用眼球识别进行自动拨号,避免了因为驾驶员眼睛分神而可能导致交通事故。所述不适宜利用眼球识别进行拨号的情况可以包括转弯、红绿灯等情况,这些情况信息可以通过导航仪7获得而预判。

S209、中央处理模块5在关闭利用眼球识别进行自动拨号后接收所述语音信息,判断所述语音信息是否与所述预设语音相同;当所述语音信息与所述预设语音相同,则根据所述语音信息调用所述存储模块3中与之对应的通信号码发送控制指令给通话模块6;
S210、通话模块6接收控制指令,并执行自动拨号。
本发明实施例提供的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***,可以在驾驶员驾驶车辆过程中将出现不适宜利用眼球识别进行拨号的情况时,停止通过利用眼球识别进行自动拨号后,提供一种利用语音识别来自动拨号,同时不会造成驾驶员眼睛分神。
由此,通过本发明提供的一种眼球识别通话***及方法,实现了非接触智能控制技术在车载电话上的应用,能够使驾驶员在行车过程中手不需要离开方向盘即可方便、快捷的进行自主通话或获取信息,保证行车安全。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***,其特征在于,包括车载电话(1)和与车载电话(1)有线电连接的摄像头(2),所述车载电话(1)包括存储模块(3)以及和所述存储模块(3)相连的通话模块(6),所述摄像头(2)包括图像获取模块(4),以及与所述图像获取模块(4)相连的中央处理模块(5),其中:
    所述存储模块(3),用于存储预设眼球动作信息与自动拨号的映射关系;
    所述图像获取模块(4),用于采集驾驶员眼睛动作信息,并将所述眼睛动作信息传送给中央处理模块(5);
    所述中央处理模块(5),用于接收来自图像获取模块(4)的眼睛动作信息,判断所述眼球动作信息是否与所述存储模块(3)预设眼球动作信息相同;若相同,则根据所述眼球动作信息调用所述存储模块(3)中与之对应的通讯号码发送控制指令给通话模块(6);
    所述通话模块(6),用于接收所述控制指令,执行自动拨号。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***,其特征在于,还包括一个开关,用于启动或关闭利用眼球识别进行自动拨号。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***,其特征在于,还包括与摄像头(2)电连接的导航仪(7);
    所述导航仪(7),用于采集车辆的行驶信息,并将所述车辆的行驶信息发送给所述中央处理模块(5);
    所述中央处理模块(5),还用于接收所述车辆的行驶信息,并根据所述车辆的行驶信息判断驾驶员驾驶车辆过程中是否将出现不适宜利用眼球识别进行拨号的情况,当驾驶员驾驶车辆过程中将出现不适宜利用眼球识别进行拨号的情况时,控制所述开关来关闭利用眼球识别进行自动拨号。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***,其特征在于,所述摄像头(2)还包括与中央处理模块(5)相连的语音获取模块(8);
    所述语音获取模块(8),用于采集驾驶员的语音信息,并将所述语音信息传送给中央处理模块(5);
    所述存储模块(3),还用于存储预设语音信息与自动拨号的映射关系;
    所述中央处理模块(5),还用于在关闭利用眼球识别进行自动拨号后接收所述语音信息,判断所述语音信息是否与所述预设语音相同;若所述语音信息与所述预设语音相同,则根据所述语音信息调用所述存储模块(3)中与之对应的通信号码发送控制指令给通话模块(6)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***,其特征在于,还包括在所述摄像头外部的固定装置,用于将所述摄
    像头固定安装在汽车内部的预定位置,以便获取驾驶员眼睛的位置,采集驾驶员眼睛的眼球动作信息。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***,其特征在于,所述预定位置为汽车方向盘中央靠里的位置。
  7. 一种车载终端眼球识别自动拨号方法,使用如权利要求1-6任项所述的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***,其特征在于,包
    括以下步骤:
    S202、启动车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***;
    S203、图像获取模块(4)采集驾驶员眼睛的眼球动作信息,并将所述眼球动作信息传送给中央处理模块(5);
    S204、中央处理模块(5)判断所述眼球动作信息是否与预设眼球动作信息相同;如果所述眼球动作信息与预设眼球动作信
    息相同,则经过延迟预设时间后自动根据所述眼球动作信息调用存储模块(3)中与之对应的通讯号码发送控制指令给通话
    模块(6);如果所述眼球动作信息与预设眼球动作信息相同,则经过延迟预设时间后自动返回步骤S203;
    S205、通话模块(6)接收控制指令,并执行自动拨号。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S204中的预设时间为3S。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S204中眼球动作信息包括眼睛类别、眼睛眨
    眼次数和眼球转动方向以及眼睛眨眼的时间和眼球转动的时间。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号方法,其特征在于,所述预设眼球动作信息中眼睛眨眼的时间和眼球转
    动的时间比用户正常情况下眼睛眨眼的时间和眼球转动的时间长,至少0.4S。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号方法,其特征在于,启动车载终端眼球识别自动拨号***之前,还包括
    步骤S201:预设眼球动作信息与自动拨号的映射关系;所述预设的眼球动作信息与自动拨号的映射关系为可编辑的。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的车载终端眼球识别自动拨号方法,其特征在于,所述预设眼球动作信息与自动拨号的映射关系包括
    5秒内右眼连续眨眼两次,且每次眨眼时间不低于0.4S,发送自动拨打亲情号码1的控制指令;
    5秒内左眼连续眨眼两次,且每次眨眼时间不低于0.4S,发送自动拨打亲情号码2的控制指令。

    S206、导航仪(7)采集车辆的行驶信息,并将所述车辆的行驶信息发送给所述中央处理模块(5);
    S207、中央处理模块(8)接收所述车辆的行驶信息,并根据所述车辆的行驶信息判断驾驶员驾驶车辆过程中是否将出现不
    适宜利用眼球识别进行拨号的情况,当驾驶员驾驶车辆过程中将出现不适宜利用眼球识别进行拨号的情况时,控制所述开关
    来关闭利用眼球识别进行自动拨号。
