参见图 4, 在由倒 U形连接板 502所限定的凹形空间内设置有与其固 定连接的滑块 503。驱动装置 40例如电动马达通过传动装置例如推杆带动 滑块 503沿着导轨的延伸方向滑动, 由此带动与滑块 503固定连接的连接 板 502以及因此带动支承架 50和靠背架 20沿沙发的前后方向移动, 从而 使得可以连续地调节沙发座深。 在图示的实施例中, 传动装置例如推杆安 装在成对的导轨元件之间的间隙中, 从而使得可以充分利用有限的安装空 间。
在驱动装置为电动马达的实施例中, 通过电动马达的控制开关实现电 机的正向 /反向旋转, 从而实现滑块的前进 /后退。 并且当电机停止转动时, 滑块的位置被锁定, 由此, 靠背架 20的位置也被锁定, 因而避免了靠背架 在受到人体背部施加的后推力时的滑移。 由于电动马达的控制相对简单, 仅仅需要几个控制按钮以及相应的控制线路就可实现, 因此, 在操作性方 面相比于传统的手动调节方式具有显著的优势。 并且由于导轨的连续性, 靠背架在其允许行程范围内移位不会受到任何阻力, 因此其具有较强的连 续调节性。 此外, 电动马达的安装所需空间很小, 本领域技术人员可以从 设计结构紧凑的角度将电动马达安装在座位架的下部区域, 或将电动马达 安装到导轨架上。此外, 也可将传动装置安装在导轨架上。从外观上来看, 由于最终成型的沙发在座位架上覆盖有填充垫, 电动马达以及导轨架的安 装并不会影响沙发的美观。 虽然图中驱动装置示出为电动马达, 但是本领 域技术人员可以想到采用任何可以将电能或机械能等形式的能量转化成机 械动力输出的装置例如液压驱动装置来替代电动马达。
虽然图中示出支承架的第二端与导轨的 合是通过轮子在凹槽中的滚 动来实现的,但是, 本领域技术人员很容易想到, 支承架 50的第二端与导 轨 300的配合也可以通过设计成伸入到凹槽中的突块与导轨凹槽内表面的 滑动配合来实现。 此外, 本领域技术人员很容易想到, 倒 U形连接板也可 以设计成具有足够大的跨度以使得可以横跨成对的导轨元件, 并且在倒 U 形连接板的腿部侧朝内设置有突块并且该突块与分别设置在成对的导轨元 件上的彼此朝相反方向开口的凹槽配合。 在另一可选实施例中, 倒 U形连 与该凹槽配合的突条或滚珠。 因此, 支承架的第二端和导轨的配合结构包 括但不限于所示的轮子-凹槽的结构, 而是可以具体实施为任何具有互补 / 互锁形状的、 可相对滑动以实现引导功能的配合结构。
虽然图中所示的沙发具有两个靠背架 20以及相应的支承架和导轨,但 是本领域技术人员可以想到, 靠背架的数目并不限于所示的个数, 例如, 可以设置一个或设置三个、 四个或更多个靠背架。 相应地, 导轨数目以及 支承架的数目可以随之改变。 这些靠背架的位置可以通过同一驱动装置同 步调节或通过不同的驱动装置分别单独地调节, 以满足多种个性化需求。
本领域技术人员可以想到, 当座深调节到足够宽的位置, 沙发则可以 具有躺卧的功能, 而不再仅仅具有就坐的功能, 此时, 靠背位置的调节的 意义在于调节沙发深度以适应不同的躺卧需求。
当然, 本发明所公开的用于调节靠背位置的结构也可以应用于调节沙 发的左右扶手位置、 调节椅子的靠背位置、 调节床的床头拒位置等场合。 各种坐具, 包括沙发、 椅子、 床等都可受益于所公开的用于调节靠背位置 的结构的应用。

1.一种靠背位置可调节的沙发, 包括座位架、 靠背架、 导轨架以及驱 动装置, 其中所述导轨架包括与所述座位架固定连接的沿沙发前后方向延 伸的导轨, 一支承架的第一端与所述靠背架连接, 该支承架的第二端与所 述导轨以可相对滑动的方式连接, 所述驱动装置设置成与所述支承架联动 连接以引导所述支承架的第二端相对于所述导轨的滑动。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的沙发, 其特征在于, 所述驱动装置为电动马 达。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的沙发, 其特征在于, 所述导轨架包括与所述 座位架固定连接的前部横梁和后部横梁, 所述导轨的两端分别固定连接在 前部横梁和后部横梁上。
4.根据权利要求 1-3之一所述的沙发, 其特征在于, 所述支承架的所 述第二端设置有轮子, 所述导轨设置有凹槽, 所述轮子可滚动地设置在相 应的凹槽内。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的沙发, 其特征在于, 所述支承架的所述第二 端设置有连接板, 在该连接板的相对两侧各设置有轮子, 所述导轨具有平 行延伸的一对导轨元件, 各导轨元件沿其纵向延伸方向设置有用于接纳相 应轮子的凹槽。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的沙发, 其特征在于, 所述连接板定位在所述 一对导轨元件之间的间隙中。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的沙发, 其特征在于, 所述驱动装置设有传动 装置, 该传动装置将动力传递到所述支承架的所述第二端, 所述传动装置 安装在所述一对导轨元件之间的间隙中。
8.根据权利要求 1所述的沙发, 其特征在于, 所述支承架的第一端设 置有安装板, 该安装板上设置有用于与所述靠背架可拆卸连接的安装孔。
9.根据权利要求 1-3之一所述的沙发,其特征在于,所述沙发包括多个 导轨以及数目与导轨的数量相应的靠背架。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的沙发, 其特征在于, 各靠背架的位置通过 同一驱动装置同步调节或通过不同的驱动装置单独调节。
