现有的工业控制***尤其工厂的整体控制***都会设置有工业人机界面
( HMI ) , 用于用户和机器设备之间传递和交换信息的媒体, 用户可以根据控 制的需要, 不同的对象来处理或监控机器设备的工作。
而对于人造板生产工厂而言, 现在的生产控制***中的人机界面主要显 示的是生产线上的设备运转情况的相关数据, 人机界面还是以动画、 文字和 数据为主, 虽然在具体生产过程中非常清晰, 但是在整体工厂的控制***的 人机界面上出现的是所有生产过程及控制设备对象的数据, 种类、 点数非常 多, 尤其是在工厂关键设备处, 传感器、 执行器密集, 一旦有其中某个监控 设备发出警报, 由于返回的数据和对应的监控设备较多 (现场又无故障设备 显示) , 维修人员为确定损害点, 必须先检索确定具体报警的传感器、 执行 器位置 (须对传感器、 执行器设备编号、 名称、 位置很熟悉) , 然后才能进 行后续维修和检验工作。 浪费了时间, 耽搁了维修, 如果连带造成设备停机, 就会造成更大的损失。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种工厂控制***的人机界面显示操 作方法, 解决现有的控制***的人机界面由于没有显示被监控设备具***置 造成维修人员在报警发出后不宜确定具体警报传感器或执行器, 从而耽搁维 修时间进而引发设备长时间停机造成损失的缺陷。

所述选择监控设备的步骤为采用根据控制***整体图显示的各监控设备 的状态进行手动选择。
或者, 所述选择监控设备的步骤为判断各监控设备的实时状态, 根据状 态自动选择故障监控设备。

工业人机界面一般通过现场总线连接到至少一个工业控制器 PLC 和其他 具备现场总线接口的工业设备, 如附图 3 所示为人造板工厂的整体***控制 的一种实施例的示意图, 为了解决现在的人机界面显示不清晰, 位置定义不 清的问题, 本发明提出将之作为工厂整体控制***的人机界面的入口, 从图 中可以看出, 作为工业人机界面的入口, 至少要连接三到四个大型设备, 相 关管道以及监控设备等。 将图中所示的工业人机界面通过组态软件来实现控 制***的功能, 可以将该 匪1 组态***生成很多组态画面, 即将每个分部或 每个监控设备的现场放大图作为生成的组态画面, 在每个组态画面上设置有 单个或多个画面对象, 每个画面对象对应于监控设备或传感器等设备通信的 外部变量, 该 HMI 组态***将从监控设备或传感器等设备上获取的最新的变 量值显示出来。
本发明提出一种人造板工厂控制***的人机界面组态***, 包括组态画 面模块, 所述组态画面模块包括控制***整体图单元、 对应各传感器所在位 置的现场实景图片放大图和该传感器的监控数据显示单元、 故障对应排除方 法图单元; 还有参数获取模块, 用于获取显示的当前组态画面对象所对应的 传感器的参数; 判断及处理模块, 用于判断从参数获取模块获得的传感器的 实时状态并对应当前组态画面进行状态显示或数据显示或故障对应排除方法 显示。 ***结构域相互关系如附图 1所示。

结合了手动选择和自动选择的具体流程如附图 2 所示流程示意图, 在显 示控制***整体图的基础上, 自动巡视各传感器返回状态,检测到故障状态, 则发出警示, 并显示该处现场实景图片放大图, 或者是手动选择想要查看的 传感器, 显示现场位置实景图片放大图进行查看, 调用该现场实景图片放大 图的同时进行参数判断, 故障种类判断, 调用相关故障排除方法图, 并显示 故障处理步骤。
