本发明正是基于上述问题, 提出了一种新的技术方案, 可以使移动终 端接收到的通信消息直接在可穿戴设备上进行响应, 从而在移动终端与用 户距离较远、 被借用等情况下, 提高通信消息的安全性以及接收通信消息 的便捷性, 提升用户的体验。
有鉴于此, 本发明提出了一种移动终端, 与一台或多台可穿戴设备相 连接, 所述移动终端包括: 消息检测单元, 用于检测所述移动终端中是否 存在指定类型的通信消息; 消息传输单元, 用于将所述消息检测单元检测 到的所述指定类型的通信消息传送至至少一台所述可穿戴设备, 以由接收 到所述指定类型的通信消息的可穿戴设备进行响应。
在该技术方案中, 指定类型的通信消息, 是指可以由用户根据需要进 行设置, 从而设定某类通信消息需要按照本发明的技术方案进行处理, 比 如可以指定与某些联系人相关, 或是与通信消息的内容相关等等。 同时, 用户在很多情况下, 可能无法及时对移动终端上接收到的通信消息进行处 理, 比如移动终端被放置在距离用户较远的位置, 或是移动终端被他人借 用, 或是移动终端电量低至无法支持对通信消息的处理等, 则通过将通信 消息转移至另外的可穿戴设备上进行响应, 则用户能够及时对其进程处 理, 同时, 对一些不希望他人查看到的隐私性较强的通信消息, 也能够予 以足够的安全性保护, 从而有助于提升用户的使用体验。
具体地, 可穿戴设备是指将传统的可穿戴物品, 如手表、 眼镜、 鞋子 等与智能化的科技手段相结合, 从而得到可以用于查看、 接收、 发送消息 等功能的智能手表、 智能眼镜、 智能跑鞋等。 由于可穿戴设备是基于传统 的物品开发的, 这些物品是用户一直穿戴、 不易遗忘 (如手机等属于随身 携带的物品, 则容易被遗忘在桌子上或其他地方) , 通过将指定类型的通 信消息传送至可穿戴设备, 能够确保用户可以在第一时间接收到通信信 息, 以便及时进行回应; 同时, 可穿戴设备通常不会被借用 (别人可能会 借用手机, 但不会借用眼镜和手表等) , 从而能够提高通信消息 (尤其是 私密信息等内容具有隐私性的) 的安全性。
其中, 所述可穿戴设备包括智能手表或智能眼镜。 当然, 本申请同样 适用于其他已存在或尚在研发的、 基于现有的可穿戴物品改进得到的可穿 戴设备, 比如智能手镯、 智能腕带、 智能帽子、 智能项链等等。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 当满足以下条件中至少之一或 其组合时, 所述消息检测单元判定所述通信消息的类型为所述指定类型: 所述通信消息的发送方为预设的指定对象, 所述通信消息的内容中存在预 设的字符、 图形和 /或图像, 所述通信消息的类别为预设的类别。
在该技术方案中, 用户可以根据自身的实际需求, 通过配置移动终端 来设定需要传送至可穿戴设备的通信消息的类型, 提升了用户使用的便捷 性。 具体来说, "通信消息的发送方为预设的指定对象" 是指可以设定通 信消息的发送方, 比如是通讯录中的一个或多个联系人, 或是某一个或多 个未存储为具体联系人的号码; "通信消息的内容" 是指移动终端可以结 合文字识别、 图形比较、 人脸识别等功能, 直接对通信消息的内容进行筛 选, 以区分是否为需要转发至可穿戴设备的通信消息; "通信消息的类 别" 是指通信消息具体为短信、 邮件、 社交网络消息或是其他类别, 用户 可以直接设置某一个或多个类别的所有通信消息, 比如所有的社交网络消 息都转发至可穿戴设备上。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 消息处理单元, 用于在将所述 指定类型的通信消息传送至至少一台所述可穿戴设备之后, 删除所述指定 类型的通信消息。
在该技术方案中, 通过删除移动终端中已经传送至可穿戴设备的通信 消息, 有助于提升通信消息 (如私密信息) 的安全性。 具体来说, 以私密 信息为例, 在不删除的情况下, 若移动终端丟失、 或远离用户, 则用户的 私密信息将可能被其他人查看到 (直接查看或破解后查看) , 使其隐私受 到威胁; 而将私密信息传送并删除后, 将无法在移动终端上查看到该私密 信息, 使私密信息的安全性得到了有效的保障。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 所述消息传输单元还根据所述移动终端 接收到的查看指令, 向至少一台所述可穿戴设备请求并获取所述指定类型 的通信消息; 所述消息处理单元还针对所述消息传输单元获取的所述指定 类型的通信消息, 执行相应的提示、 存储所述通信消息和 /或展示所述通 信消息的内容。
在该技术方案中, 可穿戴设备的硬件设施可能存在一些 "缺陷" , 比 如为了便于携带, 其显示界面可能较小, 不利于用户进行消息编辑和回复 等操作, 不能满足用户的需求, 则用户可选择控制移动终端从可穿戴设备 上 "找回" 通信消息, 并在移动终端中对通信消息 (如私密信息) 进行处 理, 以提升用户的体验。 具体地, 当通信消息为普通的、 非隐私性的消息 时, 移动终端的界面上可以包含如 "找回" 的虚拟按键, 则用户输入的 "查看指令" 可以为对该虚拟按键的点击选择; 当通信消息为隐私性的消 息时, 可以不在移动终端上给出明显的按键或提示, 而是由用户在指定的 (如预先设定的) 界面上划出指定的手势轨迹等进行验证, 或是给出按键 或提示, 但需要用户输入密码 (数字、 指纹、 声音等) 进行验证。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 状态判断单元, 用于判断所述 移动终端是否处于***作状态; 操作用户判断单元, 用于判断所述移动终 端的当前操作用户的身份是否为授权用户; 其中, 所述消息传输单元在所 述移动终端不处于所述***作状态, 或所述当前操作用户为非授权用户的 情况下, 向至少一台所述可穿戴设备传送所述指定类型的通信消息。
在该技术方案中, 通过判断移动终端是否处于***作状态、 以及操作 用户的权限, 可以选择传送通信消息 (如私密信息) 至可穿戴设备的时 机, 提高私密信息接收的及时性和安全性。 具体来说, 当移动终端不处于 ***作状态, 则移动终端可能在用户的包里或远离用户的位置, 不利于用 户及时获取和查看, 或可能被他人窥视消息内容, 因而需要传送至可穿戴 设备中; 若判断到非授权用户正在操作移动终端, 则为了使得用户及时查 看并且避免被其窥视到通信消息, 需要传送至可穿戴设备中。
其中, 在对当前操作用户进行身份验证时, 可以采用以下方式中的任 意一种或其组合: 验证所述当前操作用户在移动终端上输入密码、 指纹识 别、 声音识别、 视网膜识别、 人脸识别, 或是其他任意能够用于用户识别 的马全证方式。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 连接配对单元, 用于与请求连 接的可穿戴设备进行配对, 并记录完成连接的可穿戴设备的配对信息; 信 息验证单元, 用于当所述消息传输单元需要传送所述指定类型的通信消息 时, 对被作为所述指定类型的通信消息的传送对象的至少一台可穿戴设备 进行配对信息验证, 若通过验证, 则所述消息传输单元执行传送所述通信 消息, 否则不执行。
在该技术方案中, 移动终端可能与多个可穿戴设备进行连接, 且有些 可能不是当前用户的, 因此, 通过移动终端与可穿戴设备的配对, 增强了 移动终端与可穿戴设备之间信息传输的安全性; 同时, 通过在传送通信消 息时进行配对信息验证, 进一步确保了移动终端与可穿戴设备之间的匹 配, 有助于提升通信消息 (如私密信息) 的安全性。 本发明还提出了一种可穿戴设备, 包括: 数据交互单元, 用于接收来 自移动终端的指定类型的通信消息; 消息处理单元, 用于对接收到的所述 指定类型的通信消息进行响应。

在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 状态判断单元, 用于判断所述 可穿戴设备是否处于被穿戴状态; 用户判断单元, 用于判断穿戴所述可穿 戴设备的用户是否为授权用户; 其中, 所述消息处理单元在所述可穿戴设 备处于所述被穿戴状态且穿戴的用户为所述授权用户的情况下, 执行对所 述通信消息的响应, 否则不执行。
在该技术方案中, 由于当可穿戴设备没有被穿戴, 或是被其他用户借 用, 则真正的用户仍然无法通过该可穿戴设备获取相应的通信消息, 并且 甚至可能被其他用户从该可穿戴设备上窥视到隐私性的消息。 因此, 通过 对可穿戴设备的实时状态 (比如是否处于被穿戴状态, 或穿戴可穿戴设备 的用户是否为授权用户) 进行检测, 可以确保通信消息 (如私密信息) 的 及时送达和安全性。
其中, 在对当前穿戴可穿戴设备的用户进行身份验证时, 可以采用以 下方式中的任意一种或其组合: 验证所述用户在移动终端上输入密码、 指 纹识别、 声音识别、 视网膜识别、 人脸识别, 或是其他任意能够用于用户 识别的 3全证方式。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 还包括: 操作检测单元, 用于检测用户 对所述通信消息的查看并关闭操作, 查看并回复操作, 以及查看、 回复并 关闭操作; 其中, 所述消息处理单元在所述操作检测单元检测到上述任一 操作时, 删除所述通信消息, 或加密存储所述通信消息。
在该技术方案中, 用户在对通信消息 (如私密信息)操作后, 可穿戴 设备可以根据用户的选择对私密信息进行处理, 比如用户可以选择加密存 储有用的私密信息等, 以便于事后再次查看; 或是及时删除隐私性的通信 消息, 避免被他人查看和利用, 提升了可穿戴设备使用的可操作性和安全 性。 本发明还提出了一种通信消息的处理***, 包括: 如上述技术方案中 任一项所述的移动终端, 以及上述技术方案中任一项所述的可穿戴设备。
通过移动终端与可穿戴设备的结合, 提高了通信消息 (如私密信息) 的安全性以及接收私密信息的便捷性, 提升了用户的体验。
本发明还提出了一种通信消息的处理方法, 包括: 步骤 202 , 当移动 终端检测到指定类型的通信消息时, 所述移动终端将所述通信消息传送至 与所述移动终端相连接的至少一台可穿戴设备; 步骤 204 , 所述至少一台 可穿戴设备对接收到的所述指定类型的通信消息进行响应。

在该技术方案中, 用户在对通信消息 (如私密信息)操作后, 可穿戴 设备可以根据用户的选择对私密信息进行处理, 比如用户可以选择加密存 储有用的私密信息等, 以便于事后再次查看; 或是及时删除隐私性的通信 消息, 避免被他人查看和利用, 提升了可穿戴设备使用的可操作性和安全 性。

当没有检测到匹配的智能手表装置 304时, 根据厂商的默认配置或用 户的手动配置, 对私密信息采取不同操作:
一种情况下, 可以直接由终端 302对私密信息进行提示, 方便用户及 时查收。
另一种情况下, 可以对私密信息进行加密隐藏操作, 避免被其他人窥 视。 当终端 302重新检测到匹配的智能手表装置 304时, 则将私密信息同 步至智能手表装置 304中, 此时, 因智能手表装置 304佩戴于用户手腕, 即使用户离开移动终端一段距离也可安全及时地收悉私密信息。
本方案中, 利用到了智能手表装置 304本身的特性, 智能手表 304佩 戴于用户手腕上, 相比于需要另外携带的终端 302 , 更不容易脱离用户身 体, 使用户与智能手表随时保持充分接触。 本方案降低了私密信息与终端 302 (终端 302 易脱离用户可及范围但智能手表 304 与用户高度绑定) 的 耦合度, 即便用户终端 302不在用户控制范围内 (如位于距离用户较远的 位置或者处于借给他人使用等场景中) , 用户依然可以很方便安全地接收 到私密信息, 且不会在终端 302上保留私密信息痕迹, 安全性高。
针对终端 302和智能手表装置 304单独或联合实现的私密信息配置、 设备匹配鉴权和私密信息同步等功能, 下面结合图 4-图 6进行详细说明。
图 4示出了根据本发明的实施例的私密信息配置流程图。
如图 4所示, 根据本发明的实施例的私密信息配置的流程, 包括: 步骤 402 , 用户根据需要在终端上配置私密信息内容, 即针对终端可 能收发的所有类型的通信消息, 从中确定作为私密信息的标准。
具体地, 比如用户可以设置为通讯录中的指定的联系人的通信消息为 私密信息, 或者对于通讯录中没有的联系人, 可以直接将其电话号码、 邮 箱、 网络社交名称等设置为关键词, 凡是与这些关键词相关的通信消息都 属于私密信息; 或者, 用户可以设置为将指定类别的通信消息都作为私密 信息, 比如将所有的网络社交通信消息都视为私密信息; 或者, 用户可以 设置用于内容筛选的字符、 图形和 /或图像, 则凡是内容中包含预设的字 符、 图形和 /或图像的通信消息都被视为私密信息。
步骤 404 , 终端对用户选定的私密信息配置内容进行确认。
步骤 406, 终端对配置信息进行存储, 则当终端此后接收到通信消息 后, 都会根据该配置信息中的筛选条件进行判断, 以确定该通信消息是否 属于私密信息, 是否需要转送至连接至该终端的可穿戴设备, 如智能手表 装置。
图 5示出了根据本发明的实施例的设备匹配鉴权流程图。
如图 5所示, 根据本发明的实施例的设备匹配鉴权流程, 包括: 步骤 502 , 移动终端开启无线连接模块, 比如蓝牙模块、 wifi 模块 等, 对周围同样开启了无线连接模块的其他设备进行检测。
步骤 504, 判断移动终端是否检测到周围的其他设备, 若检测到则执 行步骤 506, 若未检测到, 则执行步骤 512。
步骤 506, 移动终端确认该设备是否为匹配的智能手表装置, 若是, 则执行步骤 510, 若不是, 则执行步骤 512。 具体地, 在移动终端与智能 手表装置 (或其他的可穿戴设备) 进行首次匹配连接之后, 移动终端会对 该智能手表装置的匹配信息或其他标识进行记录, 以用于之后的匹配连接 过程, 从而增强设备连接和数据传输的安全性。
步骤 510, 匹配到智能手表装置后, 激活私密信息同步模块, 允许智 能手表装置与移动终端间的私密信息同步。
步骤 512 , 给出匹配失败的提示, 以提醒用户检测到的智能手表装置 为非匹配装置。 当然, 移动终端与智能手表装置之间可能属于首次匹配, 因而在检测到其他的不匹配的设备时, 可以在移动终端上进行提示, 并根 据用户的选择进行操作, 如果用户选择进行匹配, 则执行匹配连接, 否则 忽略该提示。
图 6示出了根据本发明的实施例的私密信息同步流程图。
如图 6所示, 根据本发明的实施例的私密信息同步的流程, 包括: 步骤 602 , 移动终端与智能手表装置匹配连接。
步骤 604 , 移动终端检测接收到的通信消息。
步骤 606 , 根据用户的配置信息, 判断接收到的通信消息是否为用户 设置的私密信息, 若是, 则执行步骤 610 , 若不是, 则结束 (按照一般的 通信消息进行响应) 。
步骤 610 , 移动终端将接收到的私密信息同步至智能手表装置中。 步骤 612 , 移动终端删除已被同步至智能手表装置的私密信息, 以避 免移动终端的丟失或借用带来的隐私威胁, 保证私密信息的安全性。
步骤 614, 由于智能手表装置等可穿戴设备的屏幕较小等原因, 无法 使用户得到类似于移动终端上的使用体验, 因此, 当用户认为当前希望在 移动终端上对私密信息进行查阅时, 可以对移动终端或智能手表装置发出 私密信息回传指令。 因此, 移动终端或智能手表装置根据是否接收到该私 密信息回传指令, 判断用户是否需要在移动终端上阅读私密信息, 若需 要, 则执行步骤 616, 若不需要, 则结束。
步骤 616, 智能手表装置将私密信息从智能手表同步至移动终端中进 行阅读。 当然, 此时智能手表装置中的私密信息可以删除, 以确保同一时 间内, 只有用户关注的设备上存在该私密信息, 确保私密信息的安全性。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案, 考虑到在现有的技术方 案中, 移动终端中的私密信息直接存储在移动终端中, 用户如需保护私密 信息则直接对私密信息进行加密操作, 私密信息的安全性得不到有效保 障。 而当移动终端与用户有一定距离或不处于视线范围内时, 也无法保证 及时查看私密信息。 因此, 本发明提出了一种新的技术方案, 可以提高通 信消息的安全性以及接收通信消息的便捷性, 提升用户的体验。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种移动终端, 与一台或多台可穿戴设备相连接, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端包括:
消息检测单元, 用于检测所述移动终端中是否存在指定类型的通信消 息;
消息传输单元, 用于将所述消息检测单元检测到的所述指定类型的通 信消息传送至至少一台所述可穿戴设备, 以由接收到所述指定类型的通信 消息的可穿戴设备进行响应。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 当满足 以下条件中至少之一或其组合时, 所述消息检测单元判定所述通信消息的 类型为所述指定类型:
所述通信消息的发送方为预设的指定对象, 所述通信消息的内容中存 在预设的字符、 图形和 /或图像, 所述通信消息的类别为预设的类别。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 消息处理单元, 用于在将所述指定类型的通信消息传送至至少一台所 述可穿戴设备之后, 删除所述指定类型的通信消息。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的移动终端, 其特征在于,
所述消息传输单元还根据所述移动终端接收到的查看指令, 向至少一 台所述可穿戴设备请求并获取所述指定类型的通信消息;
所述消息处理单元还针对所述消息传输单元获取的所述指定类型的通 信消息, 执行相应的提示、 存储所述通信消息和 /或展示所述通信消息的 内容。
5. 根据权利要求 1 至 4 中任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 还 包括:
状态判断单元, 用于判断所述移动终端是否处于***作状态; 操作用户判断单元, 用于判断所述移动终端的当前操作用户的身份是 否为授权用户;
其中, 所述消息传输单元在所述移动终端不处于所述***作状态, 或 所述当前操作用户为非授权用户的情况下, 向至少一台所述可穿戴设备传 送所述指定类型的通信消息。
6. 根据权利要求 1 至 4 中任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 还 包括:
连接配对单元, 用于与请求连接的可穿戴设备进行配对, 并记录完成 连接的可穿戴设备的配对信息;
信息验证单元, 用于当所述消息传输单元需要传送所述指定类型的通 信消息时, 对被作为所述指定类型的通信消息的传送对象的至少一台可穿 戴设备进行配对信息验证, 若通过验证, 则所述消息传输单元执行传送所 述通信消息, 否则不执行。
7. 一种可穿戴设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
数据交互单元, 用于接收来自移动终端的指定类型的通信消息; 消息处理单元, 用于对接收到的所述指定类型的通信消息进行响应。
8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的可穿戴设备, 其特征在于, 所述消息处理 单元对接收到的所述指定类型的通信消息进行响应的过程包括以下操作中 至少之一或其组合:
存储所述通信消息、 执行提示操作、 展示所述通信消息的内容。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的可穿戴设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 状态判断单元, 用于判断所述可穿戴设备是否处于被穿戴状态; 用户判断单元, 用于判断穿戴所述可穿戴设备的用户是否为授权用 户;
其中, 所述消息处理单元在所述可穿戴设备处于所述被穿戴状态且穿 戴的用户为所述授权用户的情况下, 执行对所述通信消息的响应, 否则不 执行。
10. 根据权利要求 7至 9中任一项所述的可穿戴设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
操作检测单元, 用于检测用户对所述通信消息的查看并关闭操作, 查 看并回复操作, 以及查看、 回复并关闭操作;
其中, 所述消息处理单元在所述操作检测单元检测到上述任一操作 时, 删除所述通信消息, 或加密存储所述通信消息。
11. 一种通信消息的处理方法, 包括:
步骤 202 , 当移动终端检测到指定类型的通信消息时, 所述移动终端 将所述通信消息传送至与所述移动终端相连接的至少一台可穿戴设备; 步骤 204 , 所述至少一台可穿戴设备对接收到的所述指定类型的通信 消息进行响应。
12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的处理方法, 所述步骤 202还包括: 当满 足以下条件中至少之一或其组合时, 判定所述通信消息的类型为所述指定 类型:
所述通信消息的发送方为预设的指定对象, 所述通信消息的内容中存 在预设的字符、 图形和 /或图像, 所述通信消息的类别为预设的类别。
13. 根据权利要求 11 所述的处理方法, 所述至少一台可穿戴设备对 接收到的所述指定类型的通信消息进行响应的过程包括以下操作中至少之 一或其组合:
存储所述通信消息、 执行提示操作、 展示所述通信消息的内容。
14. 根据权利要求 11所述的处理方法, 所述步骤 204还包括: 判断所述至少一台可穿戴设备是否处于被穿戴状态, 以及穿戴的用户 是否为授权用户;
若所述至少一台可穿戴设备处于所述被穿戴状态且穿戴的用户为所述 授权用户, 则所述至少一台可穿戴设备执行对所述通信消息的响应, 否则 不执行。
15. 根据权利要求 11所述的处理方法, 所述步骤 202还包括: 所述移动终端在将所述指定类型的通信消息传送至至少一台所述可穿 戴设备之后, 删除所述指定类型的通信消息。
16. 根据权利要求 15 所述的处理方法, 所述步骤 202 之后, 还包 括:
所述移动终端根据接收到的查看指令, 向所述至少一台可穿戴设备请 求并获取所述指定类型的通信消息, 并执行相应的提示、 存储所述通信消 息和 /或展示所述通信消息的内容。
17. 根据权利要求 1 1至 16 中任一项所述的处理方法, 所述步骤 202 之前, 还包括:
判断所述移动终端是否处于***作状态, 以及所述移动终端的当前操 作用户的身份是否为授权用户;
若所述移动终端不处于所述***作状态, 或所述当前操作用户为非授 权用户, 则执行所述步骤 202。
18. 根据权利要求 11至 16中任一项所述的处理方法, 还包括: 所述移动终端与请求连接的可穿戴设备进行配对, 并记录完成连接的 可穿戴设备的配对信息;
当需要传送所述指定类型的通信消息时, 所述移动终端对被作为所述 指定类型的通信消息的传送对象的至少一台可穿戴设备进行配对信息验 证, 若通过验证, 则执行传送所述通信消息, 否则不执行。
19. 根据权利要求 1 1至 16 中任一项所述的处理方法, 所述步骤 204 还包括:
所述至少一台可穿戴设备检测到用户对所述通信消息的查看并关闭操 作, 或查看并回复操作, 或查看、 回复并关闭操作;
所述至少一台可穿戴设备删除所述通信消息, 或加密存储所述通信消
