Abstract
本发明涉及一种快递件保密方法,该方法使用一种设有密码锁的保险盒来包装、保存处于传递过程中的保密快递件,所述保险盒都设有唯一识别码,由快递公司统一备置,并由客户购买后作为其单位或个人长期专用的保密快递件外包装。本发明为经常快递具有保密内容的客户提供一种专用的安全容器,每次需要快递保密件时,都可以使用该专用容器,快递货物的方便性、经济性和安全性都得到进一步提高。

本发明涉及快递领域, 具体涉及一种快递件保密方法及其具体实施步骤。 背景技术
本申请人申请了名为 "一种快递货物的安全包装方法" 的专利, 该专利申 请所涉及的方法中, 采用了一种安全容器对快递过程中的货物进行包装和保存; 安全容器设有密码锁, 密码锁设有归零功能; 安全容器根据客户的要求由快递 公司提供, 提供的方式可为出售、 或出租。 该专利申请将快递货物保存在一种 配有密码锁的安全容器中, 密码锁的密码仅限于委托人和收件人知晓, 快递货 物所载的机密不会被第三人知道, 从而使机密得到有效的保护。

本发明公开了一种快递件保密方法, 能够为经常需要快递保密货物的长期 客户提供一种经济、 方便的安全快递方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种快递件保密方法, 该方法使用一种设有密码锁的安全容器来包装、 保 存处于传递过程中的保密快递件, 所述安全容器都设有唯一识别码, 由快递公 司统一备置, 并由客户购买后作为其单位或个人长期专用的保密快递件外包装。
上述的一种快递件保密方法, 其具体实施步骤是:
1 ) 快递公司备置安全容器;
2) 委托人购买其专用的安全容器;
3 )委托人将合法的保密快递件提交快递公司, 快递公司将该保密快递件用 委托人专用的安全容器包装;
4) 委托人自行为安全容器的密码锁设定密码;
5 ) 委托人将密码自行以短信或其它方式通知收件人;
6) 收件人收到保密快递件时, 用密码将安全容器打开、 验货;
7) 验货无误、 签字收件后, 收件人将密码锁的密码归零, 安全容器由快递 公司收回、 保管, 以备循环使用。
经常快递具有保密内容的客户, 可以购买其专用的安全容器, 每次需要快 递保密件时, 都可以使用该专用容器, 方便性、 经济性和安全性都进一步提高。 具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明进行说明。
本实施例中, 所使用的安全容器为一种保险盒。

1、 一种快递件保密方法, 该方法使用一种设有密码锁的安全容器来包装、 保存处于传递过程中的保密快递件, 其特征在于, 所述安全容器都设有唯一识 别码, 由快递公司统一备置, 并由客户购买后作为其单位或个人长期专用的保 密快递件外包装。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种快递件保密方法, 其具体实施步骤是:
1 ) 快递公司备置安全容器;
2) 委托人购买其专用的安全容器;
3 )委托人将合法的保密快递件提交快递公司, 快递公司将该保密快递件用 委托人专用的安全容器包装;
4) 委托人自行为安全容器的密码锁设定密码;
5 ) 委托人将密码自行以短信或其它方式通知收件人;
6) 收件人收到保密快递件时, 用密码将安全容器打开、 验货;
