Definitions
- the present invention relates to an electrically heated cooking appliance, and more particularly to an improvement of an electronic temperature sensing rod of an electrically heated cooking appliance.
- Many electric heating cooking appliances are provided with a plug-in type electronic temperature sensing rod for detecting and regulating the temperature of the pot body of the electric heating cooking appliance.
- the electronic temperature sensing rod detects the temperature of the pot body through a probe disposed at the bottom of the pot body (a temperature sensor is disposed in the probe), and the control circuit inside the electronic temperature sensing rod is controlled at the bottom of the pot body according to the temperature detected by the probe.
- the conduction and shutdown of the heater and the heating power regulate the temperature of the pot.
- the control circuit controls the heater to be in a high-power working state, at which time the heater heats the pot body; when the temperature sensor detects the temperature of the pot body When the temperature is higher than the preset temperature, the control circuit turns off the heater, and the heater stops heating the pot; or when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the pot is higher than the preset temperature, the control circuit controls the heater to be low.
- the power working state at this time, the heater heats the pot body.
- the control circuit When the temperature sensor fails to accurately detect the temperature, if the temperature of the pot is higher than the preset temperature and the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is lower than the preset temperature, the control circuit will continuously control the heater to operate in the high power state. At this time, it is likely to cause a safety accident.
- the object of the present invention is to provide an electronic temperature sensing rod, which aims to solve the problem that an electronic temperature sensing rod in the prior art is likely to cause a safety accident when the temperature sensor fails to accurately detect the temperature.
- An electronic temperature sensing rod is inserted into a pot body provided with a heater
- the electronic temperature sensing bar includes a housing, a circuit board disposed in the housing and electrically connected to the heater, and a probe connected to the housing to detect the temperature of the pot body;
- a temperature sensor electrically connected to the circuit board is disposed in the probe;
- the probe is further provided with a thermal circuit breaker electrically connected to the circuit board and automatically disconnecting the power source of the heater when the temperature of the pot exceeds a preset value.
- the electronic temperature sensing rod provided by the invention can not accurately detect the temperature when the temperature sensor fails, such as when the temperature of the pot body is higher than the preset temperature and the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is lower than the preset temperature, and the circuit
- the thermal circuit breaker that is electrically connected to the board will disconnect the power supply of the heater, thus avoiding the safety accident caused by the continuous operation of the heater in the high power state.
