[0041] 本实施例中, 所述雾化控制开关优选设置为传感器开关 41 , 所述传感器开关 41通过 一开关固定座 42固定于所述主体杆 101内。 具体的, 本实施例中, 所述传感器开关 41为电 容式传感器开关, 使用者使用所述电子烟进行吸烟时, 所述电容式传感器开关感应到吸入气 流后电容发生改变进而控制所述雾化控制电路接通供电电源, 使所述电子烟进入工作状态。 作为一种实施方式, 所述传感器开关 41 也可设置为气流传感器开关, 即当使用者通过所述 主杆体 101的吸嘴端吸气时, 所述电子烟腔体内产生负压进而使气流传感器开关产生脉冲信 号以控制所述雾化控制电路接通供电电源。

[0044] 本实施例中, 所述主杆体 101 的开口端 201 还设置有一发光装置, 所述发光装置用 作所述电子烟的工作指示灯, 其包括与所述电池 30 电连接的发光单元, 本实施例中, 所述 发光单元设置为红色发光灯, 以在吸烟者吸食所述电子烟时, 于所述电子烟的远离于所述吸 嘴端的一端形成类似于香烟燃烧时的红色光圈, 提高吸烟者视觉感观的真实性。 为使所述发 光单元光线可投射出, 所述盖体 102 整体或至少端面设置呈透明状或半透明状。 本实施例 中, 所述盖体 102整体使用透明塑胶材料制成。
[0045] 为进一步提高所述电子烟 100 的仿真性并加强其手感, 所述主杆体 101 的外表面还 贴设有贴纸 103, 所述贴纸 103的朝向外部的一侧面上可印制与真实香烟外观相同或相近的 图案, 而其与所述主杆体 101相贴合的另一侧面则可设置任意一种可实现所述贴纸 103与主 杆体 101相互贴合的粘贴剂。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电子烟, 包括主杆体, 其中, 所述主杆体呈一端开口且内部中空的桶体结构, 所述 主杆体的远离于开口端的底壁中部轴向开设有贯通底壁的吸气孔以构成用以吸食电子烟的吸 嘴端, 所述主杆体为一体成型。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸气孔内壁朝向主杆体内部轴向延伸形成用以 引导烟雾流向的导气柱。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电子烟还包括设置于所述主杆体内部以将烟液 雾化成烟雾的雾化装置, 以及与所述雾化装置电连接以为雾化装置提供电力的电池。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化装置包括用以储存烟液的储液部件、 与储 液部件相抵接以雾化烟液的雾化器, 以及分设于储液部件两相对端以密封储液部件的雾化座 及雾化盖。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化装置设置于所述主杆体内部的靠吸嘴端一 侧, 所述主杆体吸嘴端的内壁径向延伸形成用以抵接所述雾化盖的凸台。
6. 如权利要求 4所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述储液部件通过一支撑件支撑固定于所述雾化座 及雾化盖之间。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述支撑件呈中通的管体结构, 其中部形成用于导 通气路并容置所述雾化器的雾化腔。
8. 如权利要求 7 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化器包括雾化杆及缠绕于所述雾化杆上的电 热丝, 所述雾化杆径向固设于所述支撑件内且两端分别与储液部件相抵接, 所述支撑件侧壁 上对应开设有径向贯通其侧壁的以供所述雾化杆穿设的卡口。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电池设置于所述雾化座的远离于所述储液部件 一侧, 所述雾化座的侧壁上轴向开设有用以供所述电热丝的两端穿设以分别连接至电池正负 极的第一穿线孔及第二穿线孔。
10. 如权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化座及雾化盖与主杆体设置为过盈配合, 其 中部分别对应开设有与所述雾化腔相连通以导通气路的第一通气孔及第二通气孔。
11. 如权利要求 3所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电子烟还包括与电池电连接以控制雾化装置通 电或断电的雾化控制单元; 所述雾化控制单元设置于所述雾化装置与电池之间, 或者所述雾 化控制单元设置于所述电池远离于雾化装置的一侧。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化控制单元包括雾化控制电路及与雾化控 制电路相连的雾化控制开关; 所述雾化控制开关为电容式传感器开关, 或者为气流传感器开 关, 或者为按键开关; 所述雾化控制电路集成于所述雾化控制开关内, 或者所述雾化控制单 权 利 要 求 书
元还包括分别与电池及雾化控制开关相连的雾化控制电路板, 所述雾化控制电路集成于雾化 控制电路板上。
13. 如权利要求 3所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电池的远离于所述雾化装置一侧设置有用以模 拟香烟燃烧的发光装置, 所述发光装置包括与所述电池电连接的发光单元; 所述主杆体的开 口端设置有封装所述主杆体的盖体, 所述盖体整体或至少端面设置呈透明状或半透明状以供 所述发光单元的光线投射出。
14. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述盖体与主杆体设置为过盈配合。
15. 如权利要求 1至 14中任一项所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述主杆体外表面贴设有贴纸。
