作为实施例之二为: 所述滚轮支架设有套管, 套管包括相互套接可相对转动 的内管和外管, 外管作为滚轮支架转动的转动轴,所述的内管套在电动工具的传 动轴上,传动轴可在内管内转动, 内管作为支撑座与电动工具的机壳连接以实现 内管固定不动并起到支撑传动轴的作用。采用上述结构后,将套管与传动轴有机 联系起来, 不需要避开传动轴来设置支架, 由此避免了传动轴与支架的矛盾所带 来的电动工具结构变大等问题, 实现了一种紧凑型结构设计, 同时还方便使用, 因此具有结构紧凑、 使用方便的优点。
作为改进, 内管外表面上设有第一径向凸起,第一径向凸起前端面上设有两 个球形凹陷, 两个球形凹陷沿外管周向分布; 外管外表面上设有第二径向凸起, 第二径向凸起的后端面上设有一个由弹性件轴向支撑的钢球,该钢球依支架转动 位置不同分别与球形凹陷相配, 这样, 两个球形凹陷提供了两个定位点, 即支架 初始位置定位, 支架转出到位定位, 更有利于性能的提高, 用户使用更加方便。 作为改进, 第一径向凸起为扇形凸起, 这样, 更有利于结构紧凑。

采用上述结构后,本发明具有以下优点: 本发明将传动装置的传动轴设在滚 筒式刀具库的外侧, 而并非穿过滚筒式刀具库, 而且还可以将滚筒式刀具库转动 连接在机壳内,这样不需要拆开机壳就可以将滚筒式刀具库旋出, 以便更换刀具 库中的刀具, 更换之后再旋入机壳中就直接可以使用, 简单方便, 使该电动工具 可携带刀具的种类大大增多, 如各种螺丝批头, 钻头等, 极大地扩展了该电动工 具的使用范围。
所述电动工具还包括推杆, 推杆用于将刀具推到刀具卡头的位置; 它还包括转动连接在传动装置上,并且其转动轨迹所在的平面与推杆的轴线 垂直的推杆挡片,所述推杆挡片上还设有弹性复位机构,在自然状态下推杆挡片 正对着推杆, 并与推杆后端面相抵, 在弹性复位机构处于蓄力状态下, 推杆挡片 转动从而向侧面偏移, 偏离出推杆运动的位置;
所述推杆上还设有推杆连接片以及推杆按钮,所述推杆上设有第一凸起,所 述推杆连接片上设有长孔,所述推杆的第一凸起滑动配合在长孔中,所述推杆按 钮与推杆连接片连接, 用于推动推杆连接片以及推杆轴向移动;
所述推杆挡片的顶端设有圆柱形的第二凸起,所述推杆连接片上设有在移动 时可抵住第二凸起从而使推杆挡片转动的第三凸起。采用上述结构后,本发明具 有以下优点: 在电动工具工作时, 弹性复位机构处于自然状态, 此时, 推杆的后 端面与推杆挡片相抵, 因此可以防止电动工具的刀具向后移动。
在更换刀具时, 推动推杆按钮向后移动, 带动推杆连接片向后移动, 从而推 杆连接片上的第三凸起推动推杆挡片上的第二凸起,从而使推杆挡片转动让出位 置, 方便推杆自由的向后推动, 同时弹性复位机构处于蓄力状态。
而且推杆连接片上设有长孔,推杆上的第一凸起可在长孔中滑动,这样在一 开始, 第一凸起在长孔的后端, 推杆连接片向后移动时, 由于第一凸起在长孔中 滑动, 因此推杆不动, 此时, 推杆连接片已经向后移动使推杆挡片向侧面转动, 一直到推杆挡片完全让开位置, 即没有再抵住推杆后端面时,第一凸起滑动到长 孔的前端, 与长孔前端相抵, 从而推杆连接片刚好可以带动推杆向后移动。从而 防止推杆在向后移动时不顺畅。
作为优选, 所述弹性复位机构为拉簧, 所述拉簧一端连接在驱动单元上, 另 一端连接在推杆挡片上。 采用拉簧作为弹性复位机构, 结构简单, 成本较低。 附图说明

作为本发明电动工具的实施例之一为一***式电动螺丝批,下面以该电动螺 丝批为例详述本发明:
如图 1-9所示: 一种电动工具, 它包括机壳 1、 电机 2、 传动装置 3、 刀具 卡头 4以及滚筒式刀具库 5, 机壳 1为***形状的机壳, 枪口的位置设有刀具卡 头 4同来卡住刀具并带动刀具转动,本实施例所述刀具为螺丝批的批头, 刀具卡 头 4的后面设有滚筒式刀具库 5, 所述滚筒式刀具库 5中的刀具室 5. 5可每次调 整到一个可将刀具室 5. 5中的刀具转移给刀具卡头 4的位置上, 滚筒式刀具库 5 的后面设有推杆 7, 推杆 7与刀具卡头 4在同一轴线上, 并可穿过滚筒式刀具库 5中的刀具室 5. 1, 将刀具推到刀具卡头 4中, 并可通过设在推杆端部的磁铁将 刀具吸回刀具库 5中, 所述电机 2设在滚筒式刀具库 5的后面, 所述传动装置 3 的传动轴 3. 3设在滚筒式刀具库 5的外侧,本实施例中传动轴 3. 3设在滚筒式刀 具库 5的下方, 也可以设在滚筒式刀具库 5的侧方, 总之, 不与滚筒式刀具库 5 接触, 所述滚筒式刀具库 5与机壳 1转动连接。

当然, 所述传动装置 3的变速箱 3. 1, 也可以设在滚筒式刀具库 5的前方, 这样电机 2的输出轴就直接通过第一齿轮组 3. 2与传动轴 3. 3连接, 传动轴 3. 3 的另一端再连接变速箱 3. 1,变速箱 3. 1再通过第二齿轮组 3. 4带动刀具卡头 4, 总之,不管转动装置 3如何设置,只要其传动轴 3. 3设在滚筒式刀具库 5的外侧, 则均在本发明保护范围之内。
所述滚筒式刀具库 5包括与滚筒式刀具库同轴的滚轮 5. 1以及用于安装滚轮 5. 1的滚轮支架 5. 2, 所述机壳 1内设有支撑座 6, 所述滚轮支架 6. 2转动连接 在支撑座 6上, 转动轨迹所在平面垂直于滚轮 5. 1的轴线。
图 4-7所示,所述支撑座 6上还设有用于滚轮支架 5. 2转动导向以及限位的 弧形槽 6. 1,所述滚轮支架 5. 2上设有与弧形槽 6. 1配合的端部带有第一滚珠 5. 3 的第一弹簧 5. 4, 滚轮支架 5. 2转动时, 第一滚珠 5. 3在弧形槽 6. 1内滑动, 所 述弧形槽 6. 1的两端均设有用于限位的定位槽 6. 2, 所述定位槽 6. 2的深度和宽 度均大于弧形槽 6. 1。 采用这种结构, 在滚轮支架 5. 2转动时对滚轮支架 5. 2进 行导向以及限位,第一滚珠在滑动到弧形槽两端的定位槽的位置时, 由于定位槽 的深度和宽度均大于弧形槽, 并且由于第一弹簧的弹性,第一滚珠就卡在定位槽 中, 这样就对滚轮支架的转动角度进行限制, 而在弧形槽两端之间的位置时, 由 于有弧形槽的导向作用, 因此稍微用力转动滚轮支架,滚轮支架就会在弧形槽的 范围内转动。对弧形槽首尾两端进行限位, 是在将滚轮支架旋出时, 防止用力过 大而损坏滚轮支架, 以及在复位滚轮支架时, 起到定位的作用。
图 8、 图 9所示, 所述滚筒式刀具库 5的滚轮 5. 1中设有刀具室 5. 5, 所述 滚轮 5. 1的中心设有轴向的轴孔 5. 6, 所述滚轮支架 5. 2上设有轴 5. 7穿过轴孔 5. 6与滚轮 5. 1连接, 所述轴上 5. 7设有垂直于轴线方向的第二弹簧 5. 8, 所述 第二弹簧 5. 8的两端均连接有第二滚珠 5. 9, 所述轴孔 5. 7的圆周上设有与刀具 室 5. 5的数量相对应的卡槽 5. 10, 所述第二滚珠 5. 9与卡槽 5. 10配合。 所述卡 槽 5. 10的底面为弧面, 用于容置第二滚珠。 在滚轮支架上转动滚轮时, 可通过 卡槽和第二滚珠的配合,使每次转动均传动固定的角度, 以使每个转动位置的刀 具库中的刀具均与刀具卡头正对应, 不会出现偏差,使刀具出入刀具库都非常顺 畅。
图 10-13为本发明传动轴安装在滚筒式刀具库外侧的另一实施方式,滚筒式 刀具库 5包括有的滚轮支架 5. 2, 所述滚轮支架 5. 2设有套管, 套管包括相互套 接可相对转动的内管 5. 2. 1和外管 5. 2. 2, 外管 5. 2. 2作为滚轮支架 5. 2转动的 转动轴,所述的内管 5. 2. 2套在电动工具的传动轴 3. 3上,传动轴 3. 3可在内管 5. 2. 2内转动,内管 5. 2. 2与电动工具的机壳 1连接以实现内管 5. 2. 2固定不动, 本例中,用设在机壳 5上的支撑座 6来形成固定孔来固定内管 5. 2. 2的两端以实 现内管 5. 2. 2固定不动。

图 14-16为本发明中推杆组件的结构示意图,推荐组件即是将刀具在刀具卡 头和刀具库之间进行位置转移的部件, 它包括推杆 7, 推杆 7用于将刀具推到刀 具卡头的位置; 传动装置 3,
它还包括转动连接在传动装置 3 上, 并且其转动轨迹所在的平面与推杆 7 的轴线垂直的推杆挡片 8, 在本实施例中, 传动装置 3包括变速箱 3. 1, 推杆挡 片 8转动连接在变速箱 3. 1上,变速箱为一圆柱形结构,推杆挡片 8转动的轴线 与变速箱的轴线相同,所述推杆挡片 8上还设有弹性复位机构,在自然状态下推 杆挡片 8正对着推杆 7, 并与推杆 7后端面相抵, 在弹性复位机构处于蓄力状态 下, 推杆挡片 8转动从而向侧面偏移, 偏离出推杆 7运动的位置; 本实施例中所 述弹簧复位机构为一拉簧 15, 推杆挡片 8上设有拉钩, 拉簧 15的一端钩在该拉 钩上, 另一端固定在变速箱 3. 1的外壳上。
所述推杆 7上还设有推杆连接片 9以及推杆按钮 10, 所述推杆 7上设有第 一凸起 11,所述推杆连接片 9上设有长孔 12,所述推杆 7的第一凸起 11滑动配 合在长孔 12中,推杆连接片 9可带动推杆 7前后移动,所述推杆按钮 10与推杆 连接片 9连接, 用于推动推杆连接片 9以及推杆 7轴向移动; 推杆按钮 10伸出 电动工具的机壳 1外, 供人推动。 所述的轴向移动即推杆 7前后移动。
所述推杆挡片 8的顶端设有圆柱形的第二凸起 13, 所述推杆连接片 9上设 有在移动时可抵住第二凸起 13从而使推杆挡片 8转动的第三凸起 14。所述第三 凸起 14的的两个侧面均为斜面。 在推杆连接片 9移动时, 侧面与第二凸起 13 相抵, 将前后方向的力转换为侧面方向的力, 从而推动推杆挡片 8转动。
所述第三凸起 14的端面与两侧面的连接处均设有倒角。 采用这种结构使第 二凸起 13相对于第三凸起 14运动时更加平滑顺畅。
在电动工具工作时, 如图 14所示, 推杆向前移动到最大位置, 此时弹性复 位机构处于自然状态, 拉簧 15拉着推杆挡片 8, 使推杆挡片 8与推杆 7的后端 面相抵, 因此可以防止电动工具的刀具向后移动。
在更换刀具时, 如图 15所示, 推动推杆按钮向后移动, 带动推杆连接片向 后移动, 从而推杆连接片 9上的第三凸起 14推动推杆挡片上的第二凸起 13, 从 而使推杆挡片侧向转动让出位置, 方便推杆 7自由的向后推动, 同时弹性复位机 构处于蓄力状态, 如图 16所示, 推杆 7继续向后推动时, 推杆 7抵住推杆挡片 8防止推杆挡片 8复位, 从而使推杆可以顺畅的前后移动。
而且推杆连接片 9上设有长孔 12,推杆 7上的第一凸起 11可在长孔中滑动, 这样在一开始, 如图 14所示, 第一凸起 11在长孔 12的后端, 推杆连接片 9向 后移动时, 由于第一凸起 11在长孔 12中滑动, 因此推杆 7不动, 此时, 推杆连 接片 9已经向后移动使推杆挡片 8向侧面转动,一直到推杆挡片 8完全让开位置, 即没有再抵住推杆 7后端面时, 第一凸起 11滑动到长孔 12的前端, 如图 15所 示, 第一凸起 11与长孔 12前端相抵, 从而推杆连接片 9刚好可以带动推杆 7 向后移动。使推杆 7在向后移动时, 预留了一段推杆挡片的避开距离, 从而防止 推杆在向后移动时不顺畅。
虽然实施例为电动螺丝批,所述刀具为电动螺丝批的批头,但是该电动工具 可根据刀具库中的刀具的种类不同构成不同种类的电动工具, 如电动扳手、 电钻 等, 则若采用如本发明所述结构, 也在本发明保护范围之内。

权利要求书
1、一种电动工具, 它包括机壳(1)、 电机(2)、传动装置(3)、刀具卡头(4) 以及滚筒式刀具库 (5), 所述滚筒式刀具库 (5) 中的刀具室 (5.5)可每次调整 到一个可将刀具室(5.5)中的刀具转移给刀具卡头(4)的位置上, 其特征在于: 所述传动装置 (3) 的传动轴 (3.3) 设在滚筒式刀具库 (5) 的外侧, 所述滚筒 式刀具库 (5) 与机壳 (1) 转动连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电动工具, 其特征在于: 所述传动装置 (3) 与电 机 (2) 驱动连接, 传动装置 (3)包括变速箱 (3.1)、 第一齿轮组 (3.2)、 传动 轴 (3.3)、 第二齿轮组 (3.4), 电机(2) 的输出轴与变速箱 (3.1)连接, 变速箱 (3.1)的输出轴通过第一齿轮组 (3.2)连接传动轴 (3.3), 所述传动轴 (3.3)的另 一端通过第二齿轮组 (3.4) 与刀具卡头 (4) 连接, 用来带动刀具卡头 (4) 转 动。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的电动工具, 其特征在于: 所述滚筒式刀具库 (5) 包括与滚筒式刀具库同轴的滚轮 (5.1) 以及用于安装滚轮 (5.1) 的滚轮支架
(5.2), 所述机壳(1) 内设有支撑座 (6), 所述滚轮支架 (6.2)转动连接在支 撑座 (6) 上, 转动轨迹所在的平面垂直于滚轮 (5.1) 的轴线。

6、 根据权利要求 5所述的电动工具, 其特征在于, 内管 (5.2.1) 外表面上 设有第一径向凸起 (5.2.3), 第一径向凸起 (5.2.3) 前端面上设有两个球形凹 陷 (5.2.4), 两个球形凹陷 (5.2.4)沿外管 (5.2.2)周向分布; 外管 (5.2.2) 外表面上设有第二径向凸起 (5.2.5), 第二径向凸起 (5.2.5) 的后端面上设有 一个由弹性件轴向支撑的钢球, 该钢球依滚轮支架 (5.2) 转动位置不同分别与 球形凹陷 (5.2.4) 相配。
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的电动工具, 其特征在于: 所述滚筒式刀具库 (5) 的滚轮(5.1)中设有刀具室(5.5),所述滚轮(5.1)的中心设有轴向的轴孔(5.6), 所述滚轮支架 (5.2) 上设有轴 (5.7) 穿过轴孔(5.6)与滚轮(5.1)连接, 所述 轴上 (5.7)设有垂直于轴线方向的第二弹簧(5.8), 所述第二弹簧(5.8) 的两 端均连接有第二滚珠(5.9), 所述轴孔(5.7) 的圆周上设有与刀具室(5.5) 的 数量相对应的卡槽 (5.10), 所述第二滚珠 (5.9) 与卡槽 (5.10) 配合。
8、 根据权利要求 1-7任一项所述的电动工具, 其特征在于: 所述电动工具 为电动螺丝批, 所述刀具为电动螺丝批的批头。
