  • BACKGROUND Currently, merchant WLAN hotspots in most public places use Web Portal authentication or WLAN access keys to control user usage. In either case, the user cannot be prioritized, and the user's priority depends entirely on the order of access. This has resulted in a large number of WLAN hotspots in some popular areas, and latecomers will always be waiting for IP status, regardless of whether the latecomers are high-quality customers of WLAN hotspot owners, such as merchant members, VIP customers, etc. For WLAN hotspot owners, they prefer their premium customers to get priority for WLAN use.
