Abstract

El dosiflcador es aplicable en aquellos ambientadores que incluyen un recipiente (1) contenedor de un líquido perfumador (2) y que se cierra mediante un tapón de madera (3), presentando la particularidad de que dicho tapón de madera (3) está afectado de un conducto (4) axial y centrado, de pequeño diámetro, que se comunica con un segundo orificio transversal (5) situado en una prolongación superior y semicilíndrica (6), por cuyo conducto (5) es pasante y queda retenida el cordón o mecha difusora (7), que será impregnada de líquido perfumador (2) cuando se invierta el recipiente (1) con el tapón (3) acoplado sobre el cuello o gollete (V).

Description

DOSIFICADOR PARA RECIPIENTES AMBIENTADORES
D E S C R I P C I Ó N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a un dosificador para recipientes ambientadores, previsto concretamente para realizar una dosificación del perfume que contiene un recipiente ambientador y que puede ser utilizado, por ejemplo, en un vehículo, en un pequeño recinto cerrado como puede ser un aseo, etc.
El objeto de la invención es conseguir una máxima eficacia en lo que respecta a la cantidad de perfume que debe utilizarse para perfumar un ambiente.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Se conocen numerosos tipos de recipientes ambientadores contenedores de un perfume, que se complementan con un tapón de cierre al que está asociada una mecha difusora del líquido o perfume, en los que la mecha lógicamente emerge al exterior del recipiente, concretamente a través del tapón previsto en éste.
En cualquier caso, el líquido o perfume que se encuentra en el interior de un recipiente de los utilizados convencionalmente como ambientadores, presenta, al menos, una porción de cordón o mecha difusora en el interior del recipiente, es decir inmersa continuamente en el líquido, lo que lleva consigo una impregnación de golpe del líquido, sin ningún tipo de dosificación, de manera tal que cuando el recipiente se invierte para que se produzca la impregnación de la mecha difusora con el perfume, no solamente se produce esa impregnación de golpe, sino que además el líquido de perfume puede impregnar incluso la cara externa del tapón.
Por otra parte, en los ambientadores convencionales el cierre del tapón sobre el recipiente no se realiza de forma estanca, de manera que al invertir el recipiente parte del líquido perfumador pasa por el espacio existente entre la rosca del tapón y la rosca del cuello del recipiente y posteriormente, al colgarlo para su utilización, esa parte o pequeña cantidad de líquido que se "cuela" entre las roscas del tapón y del cuello del recipiente, resbala, pudiendo manchar la parte o superficie en la que está situado el ambientador propiamente dicho, de manera que si, por ejemplo, se cuelga en el interior de un habitáculo de un coche, puede manchar el asiento, el salpicadero, etc., y si se cuelga en un aseo puede manchar una parte de dicho aseo.
En tal sentido pueden citarse los documentos correspondientes a la patente europea EP 1 278 556 B1 , e incluso la PCT número WO 00/67807, referentes ambas patentes a sendos ambientadores cuyas características estructurales y funcionales adolecen de los problemas referidos con anterioridad.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El dosificador para recipientes ambientadores que se preconiza ha sido concebido para resolver toda la problemática referida en el apartado anterior, en base a una solución sencilla pero de gran eficacia.
Mas concretamente, el ambientador en el que es aplicable el dosificador de la invención es del tipo de los que incluye un recipiente contenedor de líquido perfumador, y un tapón de madera roscado sobre el cuello del propio recipiente, de manera que a partir de estas características, la novedad de la invención consiste en que el tapón de madera presenta centradamente y de forma axial un orificio de pequeño diámetro que por su parte externa desemboca en otro orificio transversal establecido al efecto en una prolongación externa y semicilíndrica, en la que queda retenido un cordón en funciones de mecha difusora, de manera tal que cuando se invierte el recipiente con el tapón de madera acoplado al mismo, el líquido, a través del conducto axial del tapón, alcanza el conducto de la parte superior semicilíndrica, y con ello el propio cordón o mecha difusora, impregnándose ésta del líquido perfumador, todo ello de forma dosificada y sin posibilidad de que el líquido pueda rezumar hacia el exterior, por lo que cada vez que se invierte el recipiente con el dispositivo comentado, se lleva a cabo una dosificación perfectamente controlada del líquido perfumador, y cuya dosificación será mayor o menor dependiendo del diámetro del conducto axial del tapón.
El dispositivo se complementa además con un tapón de plástico en funciones de cierre hermético del recipiente para cuando no es utilizado el ambientador propiamente dicho, de manera que cuando éste se vaya a utilizar, es decir que se invierta para impregnar la mecha difusora, es necesario lógicamente retirar ese tapón interno antes de invertir el recipiente, y luego volver a colocar el tapón de plástico para conseguir el cierre hermético del recipiente.
Por consiguiente, mediante el dosificador descrito se resuelven los problemas referidos en el apartado "Antecedentes de la invención", ya que al no estar el cordón o mecha en el interior del habitáculo existente entre el líquido perfumador y el propio tapón, permite apretar dicho tapón hasta que la boca del cuello de la botella o recipiente haga tope contra el fondo del tapón de madera, de modo que cuando se invierte el recipiente, el perfume solo puede pasar a través del conducto de reducido diámetro existente en el tapón de madera, sin posibilidad de acceder al sistema de roscado del tapón con el cuello del recipiente. Lógicamente, al volver el recipiente a su posición inicial, no hay líquido perfumador que pueda gotear fuera del recipiente.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que seguidamente se va a realizar y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de realización práctica del mismo, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de dibujos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
La figura 1.- Muestra una representación correspondiente a un alzado de las distintas partes y elementos que participan en el ambientador con el dosificador objeto de la invención, según una representación en explosión.
La figura 2.- Muestra el conjunto de elementos y partes representados en la figura anterior, en situación de acoplamiento o montaje.
La figura 3.- Muestra una vista invertida del recipiente, del que se ha eliminado el tapón de hermeticidad, para mostrar el paso del líquido perfumador hacia la mecha difusora o cordón propiamente dicho. La figura 4.- Muestra una vista en posición de uso normal, sin el tapón de hermeticidad. REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como se puede ver en las figuras referidas, el dosificador de la invención está previsto para su aplicación a ambientadores que comprenden un recipiente (1) contenedor de un líquido perfumador (2), y que se cierra mediante un tapón de madera (3) que rosca sobre correspondientes filetes establecidos al efecto en el cuello o gollete (1 ') del recipiente (1).
La novedad de la invención es que el tapón de madera (3) incluye centradamente y de forma axial un conducto (4) de pequeño diámetro, que por su extremo superior desemboca en un conducto transversal (5) correspondiente a una prolongación cilindrica y superior (6), en la que queda situado un cordón en funciones de mecha difusora (7).
El conjunto se complementa además con un tapón de cierre (8), preferentemente de plástico, que se aloja en el interior del cuello o gollete (V) del recipiente (1) para establecer un cierre hermético de éste durante la no utilización del ambientador, debiendo ser retirado ese tapón de cierre hermético (8) cuando se va a efectuar la inversión del recipiente (1) para impregnar el cordón o mecha difusora (7) con el líquido perfumador (2).
De esta forma, en posición normal de transporte o almacenamiento del ambientador, el tapón de cierre hermético (8) se mantendrá como se representa en la figura 2, cumpliendo su función de cierre hermético del recipiente (1).
Ahora bien, cuando se desee llevar a cabo el uso del ambientador, es necesario invertir el recipiente (1), como se representa en la figura 3, habiendo previamente retirado el tapón de cierre hermético (8), en cuyo caso y tras la inversión correspondiente, el líquido perfumador (2) alcanza el conducto (4), pasando a través del mismo hasta alcanzar el conducto transversal (5) de la prolongación extrema y cilindrica (6), consiguiéndose la impregnación del cordón o mecha difusora (7) con el líquido perfumador, de manera que en esa posición invertida es posible roscar a tope el tapón de madera (3) sobre el cuello o gollete (V) del recipiente (1), hasta que el borde superior (9) de dicho cuello o gollete (V) alcance el fondo (10) del tapón de madera (3), como se representa en las figuras 2, 3 y 4.
Por lo tanto, en esa posición invertida, el líquido perfumador (2) alcanza el cordón o mecha difusora (7), a través del paso de dicho líquido perfumador (2) por el conducto (4) del tapón (3) y por el conducto transversal (5) de la prolongación superior y cilindrica (6), absorbiendo dicho cordón o mecha difusora (7) las gotas que hayan pasado por el conducto (4).
Por último y una vez impregnado el cordón o mecha difusora (7), el conjunto se pone otra vez en posición normal, es decir se invierte hasta la posición natural del recipiente (1), permitiendo el colgado de dicho conjunto a través del propio cordón o mecha difusora (7) o se puede colocar apoyando el recipiente (1) sobre cualquier superficie, para conseguir el perfumado del ambiente correspondiente al habitáculo en el que se disponga.

1. - Dosificador para recipientes ambientadores, del tipo de los que incluyen un recipiente (1) contenedor de un líquido perfumador, con un tapón de madera (3) roscado sobre el cuello o gollete (1') del propio recipiente (1), asociándose el tapón a un cordón o mecha difusora (7) del líquido perfumador (2), caracterizado porque el tapón de madera (3) está afectado axial y centralmente de un conducto (4) de pequeño diámetro que se comunica con un segundo conducto transversal (5) establecido en una prolongación superior y de conformación cilindrica (6) en la que queda alojado el correspondiente cordón o mecha difusora (7) destinada a impregnarse del líquido perfumador (2), contenido en el recipiente (1), tras la inversión de posición de éste con el tapón de madera (3) acoplado en el cuello o gollete (1'), alcanzando dicho líquido perfumador (2) en esa posición invertida del recipiente (1), el cordón o mecha difusora (7), tras el paso de dicho líquido perfumador (2) a través del conducto (4) y del conducto transversal (5) en el que va posicionado y sujeto el cordón o mecha difusora (7).
2. - Dosificador para recipientes ambientadores, según reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque el recipiente (1) se complementa con un tapón de cierre hermético (8), posicionable en el interior del cuello o gollete (f) de dicho recipiente (1), para establecer el cierre hermético durante el transporte y posición normal del conjunto, siendo dicho tapón de cierre hermético (8) retirable, antes de poner el recipiente (1) en posición invertida, para impregnar el cordón o mecha difusora (7) del líquido perfumador (2).
