Definitions
- the present invention relates to a spot welded portion analysis method, a spot welded portion analysis program, a recording medium, and a spot welded portion analysis apparatus.
- it is suitable for use in a fracture analysis of an analysis object having a large number of spot welds such as a car body.
- a front side member is a main structural member that absorbs impact energy in a full lap collision or offset collision of an automobile.
- the front side member has a closed cross section formed by spot welding after forming the member by press molding or the like.
- the impact energy is absorbed by buckling the front side member.
- the present applicant has applied for a fracture analysis method that improves the fracture analysis method and can determine which of the fracture modes of load-type fracture, moment-type fracture, and nugget fracture occurs (see Patent Document 4).
- this fracture analysis method the thickness t, tensile strength TS, elongation El, chemical composition, nugget diameter d of the welded part, adjacent welded part, edge or ridge line are measured using a computer. Based on the effective width B and the cross-sectional height H of the spot welded portion determined by the distance, the fracture limit values of the respective fracture modes of load-type fracture, moment-type fracture, and nugget fracture are obtained. Then, when the state quantity of the spot weld reaches the fracture limit value of any fracture mode, it is evaluated that the fracture occurs in the fracture mode.
- Patent Document 4 has the advantage of high analysis accuracy in a collision simulation, but inputs necessary information such as the thickness t and effective width B of each steel plate for all spot welds. There is a problem that preparation takes time. Since the number of spot welds in an automobile body is usually several thousand, it takes a long time to input necessary information to all spot welds.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to accurately determine a spot welded portion in which at least three parts are overlapped and spot-welded among a large number of spot welded portions. . Another object of the present invention is to set the effective width B appropriately.

- the recording medium of the present invention includes a step of acquiring a bar element as a spot weld, a step of extracting other bar elements around a target bar element of interest among the acquired bar elements, and the extracted A step of determining whether or not there is a bar element sharing the same end point as the target bar element, and a determination is made that there is a bar element sharing the same end point as the target bar element And determining that the target bar element and the bar element sharing the same end point as the target bar element are three-layer spot welds, and a bar sharing the same end point as the target bar element When it is determined that there is no element, it is determined whether or not there is a bar element whose distance between the extracted bar element and the target bar element is within a predetermined distance, and within the predetermined distance Bar When it is determined that there is no element, it is determined whether or not there is a bar element whose distance between the extracted bar element and the target bar element is within a predetermined distance, and within the predetermined distance Bar When it is determined that there is

- the bar element information database shown in FIG. 8 includes identification numbers (element numbers) assigned to each bar element, identification numbers (end point numbers) of both end points (n1, n2) of each bar element, and identification numbers of representative points. (Representative point number) information is included. Information on the coordinates (x, y, z) of the end points (n1, n2) is stored in the end point information database shown in FIG. 7 in association with the end point numbers.
- the representative point is, for example, a central point in the length direction of the bar element.
- the representative point can be a coordinate calculated from the coordinates (x, y, z) of both end points of the bar element.
- the information on the coordinates (x, y, z) of the representative point is stored in a representative point information database (not shown) having the same configuration as the end point information database of FIG.
- step S100 the bar element acquisition unit 11 acquires information on bar elements existing in the analysis target. Specifically, the bar element acquisition unit 11 acquires bar element information from the bar element information database (FIG. 8). In step S101, the bar element acquisition unit 11 acquires the end point of the bar element for each part.
- the bar element acquisition unit 11 acquires the end point number of the bar element from the bar element information database (FIG. 8), and acquires the coordinates of the end point number from the end point information database (FIG. 7).
- the bar element acquisition unit 11 acquires a shell element including the acquired coordinates from the shell element information database (FIG. 6) and the node information database (FIG. 7).
- the bar element acquisition unit 11 acquires the part number of the part to which the shell element belongs from the shell element database (FIG. 6).
- the bar element acquisition unit 11 can acquire the end point of the bar element for each part by performing this process for each end point of the bar element.
- the bar element acquisition unit 11 stores, in a database (not shown), information in which a bar element and an end point (including an end point number and coordinates) of the bar element are associated with each part.
- step S102 the bar element changing unit 12 determines one attention bar element to be noticed from the acquired bar elements.
- the bar element extraction unit 13 extracts other bar elements around the target bar element.
- the bar element extraction unit 13 extracts other bar elements having end points within a predetermined distance A from the end points of the target bar element.
- the bar element extraction unit 13 acquires the coordinates of the end point of the target bar element from the bar element information database (FIG. 8) and the end point information database (FIG. 7).
- the bar element extraction unit 13 extracts an end point number having a coordinate not more than a predetermined distance from the acquired end point coordinates from the end point information database (FIG. 7).
- the bar element extraction unit 13 extracts other bar elements around the target bar element by extracting the element number having the extracted end point number from the bar element information database (FIG. 8). For example, if the target bar element is a bar element a, the bar element b is extracted as another bar element in the models of FIGS. 3A and 3C. In the case of the model in FIG. 3B, the bar element b and the bar element c are extracted. In the case of the models of FIGS. 3E and 3F, the bar element d is extracted. On the other hand, in the model of FIG. 3D, other bar elements are not extracted.
- the welding determination unit 18 can determine a target bar element from which other bar elements are not extracted as a two-layer spot welded part. In step S102, the bar element extraction unit 13 may extract another bar element having a representative point within a predetermined distance from the representative point of the target bar element.
- the sharing determination unit 14 determines whether there is a bar element that shares the same end point as the target bar element in the extracted other bar elements. Specifically, the sharing determination unit 14 refers to the bar element information database (FIG. 8) and compares the end point number of the target bar element with the end point number of another bar element to share the same end point. It is determined whether or not. If bar elements with different element numbers have end points with the same end number, these bar elements share the same end point. For example, if the target bar element is a bar element a, in the model of FIGS. 3A and 3B, since the bar element a and the bar element b share the end point on the part B, the bar element sharing the same end point is It is determined that it exists.
- step S105 it is determined that there is no bar element that shares the same end point. If there is no bar element sharing the same end point, the process proceeds to step S105, and if there is a bar element sharing the same end point, the process proceeds to step S104.
- step S104 the welding determination unit 18 determines that the target bar element and the bar element sharing the same end point as the target bar element are a three-layer spot welded part obtained by spot-welding three parts.
- the model of FIGS. 3A and 3B is a three-layer spot welded portion from among a large number of spot welded portions of the analysis object.
- the distance determination unit 15 determines whether or not there is a bar element whose distance to the target bar element (distance between elements) is within a predetermined distance B among the other bar elements extracted in step S102.
- the predetermined distance is a distance shorter than the predetermined distance A described above, and is, for example, a plate thickness, a nugget diameter, or the like.
- the distance determination unit 15 calculates the distance between the end point of the target bar element and the end point of another bar element using the bar element information database (FIG. 8) and the end point information database (FIG. 7). It is determined whether there is a distance equal to or less than the thickness of the part.
- the plate thickness is the thickness of the part (steel plate B) including the end point of the target bar element a that is closest to the bar element b. It is.
- the plate thickness is the plate thickness of the part (steel plate B) that includes the end point of the target bar element a that is closest to the bar element d.
- the plate thickness is the plate thickness of a part (steel plate A or plate B) including the end point of the target bar element a that is closest to the bar element d.
- the distance determination unit 15 specifies a part including the end point of the target bar element based on the information in which the bar element and the end point of the bar element are associated with each part, and determines the plate thickness of the specified part in the part database ( FIG. 5).
- the distance between the representative point of the target bar element and the representative point of another bar element may be used as the distance between the elements in step S105.
- step S105 if there is another bar element within the predetermined distance B, the process proceeds to step S108.
- the model in which the distance between the elements is equal to or less than the predetermined distance B proceeds to the process of step S108.
- step S106 the welding determination unit 18 determines that the target bar element and the other bar elements extracted in step S102 are separate spot welds and not a three-layer spot weld.
- the bar element changing unit 12 changes the target bar element, so that the processes after step S102 are performed again.
- step S108 when there are a plurality of bar elements in which the distance between the elements is determined to be equal to or less than the predetermined distance B in step S105, the selection unit 16 has the shortest distance between the elements among the plurality of bar elements. Is selected as the target bar element. In addition, when there is one bar element determined that the distance between the elements is equal to or less than the predetermined distance B, the selection unit 16 selects the bar element as the target bar element.
- step S109 the same part determination unit 17 determines whether or not the target bar element and the target bar element are welding at least one same part. Specifically, the same part determination unit 17 determines whether at least one of the parts including the end point of the target bar element and the parts including the end point of the target bar element are the same. The same part determination unit 17 acquires the part numbers of the parts including the end points of the target bar element and the target bar element by the same method as in step S101, and compares the acquired part numbers to thereby determine the target bar element and the target bar element. It can be determined whether the element welds at least the same part.
- the process proceeds to step 110.
- step S110 the welding determination unit 18 determines that the target bar element and the target bar element are separate spot welds, and that the target bar element is a two-layer spot weld. Therefore, for example, when the target bar element is the bar element a and the target bar element is the bar element d, in the model of FIG. 3E, the target bar element and the target bar element are spot welded portions that are spot-welded parts different from each other. It is determined that the bar element of interest is a two-layer spot weld. That is, it can be prevented that the model in FIG. 3E is mistakenly recognized as a three-layer spot welded portion.
- step 109 for example, if the target bar element is the bar element a and the target bar element is the bar element b, it is determined that at least the same part (steel plate B) is welded in the model of FIG. 3C. . Further, if the target bar element is a bar element a and the target bar element is a bar element d, in the model of FIG. 3F, the target bar element and the target bar element are welded at least the same parts (steel plate A, steel plate B). Is determined. When the target bar element and the target bar element weld at least one identical part, the process proceeds to step 111.
- step S111 the same part determination unit 17 determines whether or not the target bar element and the target bar element are welding the same parts. Specifically, the same part determination unit 17 determines whether or not each part including the end point of the target bar element and each part including the end point of the target bar element are the same. The same part determination unit 17 acquires the part numbers of the parts including the end points of the target bar element and the target bar element by the same method as in step S101, and compares the acquired part numbers to thereby determine the target bar element and the target bar element. It can be determined whether each element is welding the same part.
- step S the welding determination unit 18 determines that the target bar element and the target bar element are a three-layer spot welded portion in which three parts are overlapped and spot-welded. Therefore, it is determined that the model in FIG. 3C is a three-layer spot welded portion. That is, it can prevent misidentifying that the model of FIG. 3C is a two-layer spot welded part.
- step S111 for example, if the target bar element is the bar element a and the target bar element is the bar element d, in the model of FIG. 3F, the target bar element and the target bar element are the same parts (steel plate A and steel). It is determined that ⁇ B) is welded. If the target bar element and the target bar element are welding the same parts, the process proceeds to step 110.
- step S110 the welding determination unit 18 determines that the target bar element and the target bar element are two-layer spot welded parts obtained by spot welding the same parts. Therefore, it is determined that the model of FIG. 3F is a two-layer spot weld.
- step S112 the bar element changing unit 12 determines whether or not the processing has been completed for all bar elements. If the determination is not completed, the process returns to step S107, and the attention bar element is changed. On the other hand, when the determination is completed, the process proceeds to step S113, and the effective width setting unit 50 performs an effective width setting process. The process of step S113 will be described later with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
- step S114 the fracture analysis unit 30 performs a fracture analysis of the spot weld.
- the breakage analysis unit 30 apparently performs the breakage analysis after adjusting the model so that the three-layer spot welded portion determined in steps S100 to S112 is apparent.
- the steel plate A, the steel plate B, and the steel plate C are overlapped in the fracture analysis of the connection portion of the steel plates A and B.
- Fracture analysis is performed by adjusting so as to be a two-layer spot welded portion between steel plates.
- the fracture analysis is performed by adjusting the steel plate A and the steel plate C so as to be a two-layer spot welded portion. Do. Processing in this way can improve the accuracy of fracture analysis.
- the fracture analysis unit 30 is based on, for example, the fracture analysis method of Patent Document 4, and the thickness t, the tensile strength TS, the elongation El, the chemical composition, the nugget diameter d of the welded portion, and the adjacent welds. Based on the effective width B and the cross-sectional height H determined by the distance to the part, edge, or ridge line, the fracture limit values of the respective fracture modes of load type fracture, moment type fracture, and nugget internal fracture are obtained. When the state quantity of the spot weld reaches the fracture limit value of any of the fracture modes described above, the fracture analysis unit 30 evaluates that the fracture occurs in the fracture mode. At this time, the effective width setting unit 50 appropriately sets the effective width B in step S113, thereby improving the accuracy of the fracture analysis.
- the effective width B will be described.
- FIGS. 11A to 11C There are three elements shown in FIGS. 11A to 11C that can be the effective width B of the spot weld.
- the distance to the spot weld closest to the spot weld ( Distance) L1 is a candidate for effective width B.
- the distance to the nearest bar element existing on the same shell element is the spot-to-spot distance L1.
- the distance (inter-edge distance) L2 to the nearest edge of the part (welded part of steel plate A and steel plate B) welded by the spot welded portion of interest is a candidate for the effective width B.
- the reason why the distance L2 between the edges is doubled is that a value obtained by doubling the distance L2 between the edges can be assumed as the plate width (effective width) of the component.
- the effective width B can be set to an appropriate value even when the spot welded portion is at a biased position on the part.
- the edge means a line segment composed of two nodes belonging to only one shell element.
- the spot welded part of interest and the distance (ridge-to-ridge distance) L3 to the nearest ridgeline on the part welded by the spot welded part are doubled.
- the reason why the distance between the ridge lines L3 is doubled is that a value obtained by doubling the distance between the ridge lines L3 can be assumed as the flange width (effective width) of the component.
- the effective width B can be set to an appropriate value even when the spot welded portion is at an uneven position on the part.
- the ridge line means a side (line segment composed of two nodes) that is common to two shell elements and that has an angle ⁇ between the normal vectors of the shell elements equal to or greater than a threshold value.
- the effective width setting unit 50 calculates the above-described three effective width candidates, and sets one of the calculated candidates as the effective width B. The process of step S113 will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
- step S200 the shell element acquisition unit 21 acquires information on shell elements existing in the analysis target. Specifically, the shell element acquisition unit 21 acquires shell element information from a shell element information database (FIG. 6).
- step S201 the shell element changing unit 22 determines one focused shell element to be focused from among the acquired shell elements. Subsequently, the shell element determination unit 23 determines whether there is a shell element adjacent to the line segment of the target shell element. Specifically, the shell element determination unit 23 refers to the shell element information database (FIG. 6) to determine whether there is a shell element having the same two node numbers among the four node numbers of the shell element of interest. judge. If there are shell elements having the same two node numbers, it is determined that there is an adjacent shell element, and the process proceeds to step S203. On the other hand, if there is no shell element having the same two node numbers, it is determined that there is no adjacent shell element, and the process proceeds to step S202.
- the shell element information database FIG. 6
- step S202 the line segment registration unit 24 registers the line segment of the shell element of interest as a part edge in a database (not shown).
- the angle calculation unit 25 calculates the angle ⁇ formed by the normal vector of the shell element adjacent to the target shell element. Specifically, the angle calculation unit 25 can calculate the angle ⁇ using a database of shell element information (FIG. 6). In step S204, the angle calculation unit 25 determines whether the angle ⁇ is equal to or greater than a threshold value.
- the threshold value can be arbitrarily set within a range of 10 degrees to 15 degrees, and is preferably 10 degrees. If the threshold value is less than 10 degrees, the curved surface of the part may be mistaken as a ridgeline, and the extraction accuracy may be reduced. On the other hand, if the angle exceeds 15 degrees, the extraction of ridge lines may occur. If it is smaller than the threshold value, the process proceeds to step S206, and if it is equal to or greater than the threshold value, the process proceeds to step S205.
- step S205 the line segment registration unit 24 registers a line segment connecting the target shell element and the adjacent shell element as a ridge line of the part (more specifically, a part of the ridge line of the part) in a database (not shown).
- step S206 the shell element changing unit 22 determines whether or not the above-described processing has been completed for all acquired shell elements. If the process has not been completed, the process returns to step S201. If the process has been completed, the process proceeds to step S207.
- step S207 the inter-spot distance calculation unit 26 determines one focused bar element to be focused in order from the bar elements. Subsequently, the inter-spot distance calculation unit 26 calculates the distance from the target bar element to the shortest bar element as the inter-spot distance L1. Specifically, the inter-spot distance calculation unit 26 extracts an adjacent bar element adjacent to the target bar element, for example, by the same process as in step S102 described above. For example, based on the information in which the bar element and the end point of the bar element are associated for each part in step S101, the spot-to-spot distance calculation unit 26 determines that the adjacent bar element existing on the part common to the target bar element is the adjacent bar element. It is determined whether or not there is.
- the spot-to-spot distance calculation unit 26 uses, for example, attention based on the information that associates the bar element and the end point of the bar element for each part in step S101 The distance from the bar element to the adjacent bar element at the shortest distance is calculated.
- the distance from the target bar element to the adjacent bar element is, for example, the distance between the end points on a common part. This distance is preferably a stroke distance along the surface of the component, but may be an absolute distance in a three-dimensional space.
- step S207 the spot distance calculation unit 26 calculating the distance between spots L1 1 of one of the target bar element, calculates the distance between spots L1 2 of the next target bar elements.
- the inter-spot distance calculation unit 26 calculates the inter-spot distances L1 1 , L1 2 ,..., L1 n of all bar elements.
- the edge-to-edge distance calculation unit 27 determines one focused bar element to be focused in order from the bar elements. Subsequently, the edge distance calculation unit 27 calculates the distance from the target bar element to the shortest edge as an edge distance L2 1. Specifically, the inter-edge distance calculation unit 27 can set the shortest distance among the distances from the target bar element to each edge of the database registered in step S202 as the inter-edge distance L2.
- the distance from the target bar element to the edge is, for example, the distance from the end point of the target bar element to the line segment of the shell element determined to be the edge. This distance is preferably a stroke distance along the surface of the shell element, but may be an absolute distance in a three-dimensional space.
- step S208 the edge distance calculation unit 27 calculating the distance between the edges L2 1 of one of the target bar element, it calculates the distance between the edges L2 2 of the next target bar elements.
- the edge distance calculator 27 calculates the edge distances L2 1 , L2 2 ,..., L2 n of all bar elements.
- the inter-ridge distance calculation unit 28 determines one focused bar element to be focused in order from the bar elements. Subsequently, the ridge distance calculation unit 28 calculates the distance from the target bar element to the shortest edge line as the ridge line distance L3 1. Specifically, the inter-ridge distance calculation unit 28 can set the shortest distance among the distances from the target bar element to each ridge line of the database registered in step S205 as the inter-ridge distance L3.
- the distance from the target bar element to the ridge line is, for example, the distance from the end point of the target bar element to the line segment of the shell element determined as the ridge line. This distance is preferably a stroke distance along the surface of the shell element, but may be an absolute distance in a three-dimensional space.
- the ridge distance calculation unit 28 calculates the ridge distance L3 1 of one of the target bar elements, it calculates a ridge distance L3 2 of the next target bar elements.
- the inter-ridge distance calculation unit 28 acquires information on the inter-ridge distances L3 1 , L3 2 ,..., L3 n of all bar elements.
- the spot-to-spot distance L1 1 , the edge-to-edge distance L2 1 , and the edge-to-edge distance L3 1 are distances calculated for the same attention bar element.
- step S210 the effective width setting unit 29 calculates, for each bar element, the value of the inter-spot distance L1 calculated in step S207, the value obtained by doubling the inter-edge distance L2 calculated in step S208, and the calculation in step S209. Compared with the value obtained by doubling the distance L3 between the ridge lines, the minimum value (shortest distance) is selected.
- step S211 the effective width setting unit 29 sets the selected distance to the effective width B of the spot welded part modeled by the bar element.
- the effective width setting unit 29 is a minimum value even if all or two of the values of the distance L1 between the spots, the value L2 between the edges L2, and the value L2 between the edges are doubled. If there is, the value is set to the effective width B.
- the break analysis unit 30 reads input information as a preparation setting before performing break analysis.
- the input information includes information on the three-layer spot welded portion determined in the flowchart of FIG. 10 and information on the effective width B set in the flowchart of FIG.
- Table 1 shows the input items when spot welding steel plate A and steel plate B. As shown in Table 1, the input items used for determination differ depending on the break mode.
- the break analysis unit 30 can perform break analysis for all the break modes by using the input items shown in the display 1, and the operator can know the break mode that has reached the break limit value earliest.
- the rupture analysis unit 30 calculates the rupture limit value using the input items indicated by the circles in Table 1 according to each rupture mode of load-type rupture, moment-type rupture, and nugget rupture.
- rupture mode is not limited, For example, it is preferable to use the following method.
- a shear tensile test or a cross-shaped tensile test of a test piece having a spot weld is performed, and a ratio d / W between the nugget diameter d (mm) and the width W (mm) of the test piece is
- the relationship between the stress concentration coefficient ⁇ according to the equation (1) is obtained in advance, and the fracture limit load Fs (N) of the spot welded portion by the shear tensile test is calculated according to the equation (2) for a material having an arbitrary tensile strength.
- the method is preferred.
- the effective width B set in step S211 is applied to the width W of the test piece.
- ⁇ TS ⁇ W ⁇ t / F (1) here, TS: Tensile strength (MPa), t: Test piece thickness (mm), F: Breaking tension (N)
- Fs TS ⁇ W ⁇ t / ⁇ (2)
- a flange tensile test with a spot welded part is performed, the bending moment M (N ⁇ m) applied to the end of the spot welded part, and the thickness, width, and strength characteristics of the test material From the total plastic moment Mp (N ⁇ m) that is theoretically obtained from the above, the moment efficiency ⁇ according to the equation (3) is obtained in advance, and this moment efficiency ⁇ and the total plasticity for a material having an arbitrary thickness, width, and strength characteristics
- a method of calculating the fracture limit moment Mlim (N ⁇ m) of the spot welded portion by the flange tensile test according to the equation (4) from the moment Mp ′ is preferable.
- the effective width B set in step S211 is applied to the plate width of the test material.
- ⁇ Mp / M (3)
- Mlim Mp ′ / ⁇ (4)
- Fs e ⁇ ⁇ (d / 2) 2 ⁇ (f ⁇ Ceq + g) (5)

- the break analysis unit 30 compares the break limit value with the state variable for each break mode. When the state variable of any mode has reached the fracture limit value, the fracture analysis unit 30 subsequently determines that the fracture has occurred, and the allowable load according to the relative displacement (strain) of the elements of the spot welded portion thereafter. Decrease the value.
- the fracture analysis unit 30 outputs detailed fracture information via the output unit 80 after completing the dynamic calculation of all processes.
- the target bar element and the bar element sharing the same end point as the target bar element are three-layer spot welds.
- the target bar element By determining, it is possible to automatically and accurately determine a spot welded portion in which at least three parts are spot welded from among a large number of spot welded portions.
- the target bar element By determining that the element and the other bar element are not the three-layer spot welded portion, for example, it is possible to prevent misidentification that a two-layer spot welded portion is a three-layer spot welded portion. .

Abstract
Description
Fs=TS・W・t/α・・・(2)
γ=Mp/M・・・(3)
Mlim=Mp´/γ・・・(4)
Fs=e×π(d/2)2×(f×Ceq+g)・・・ (5)
破断解析プログラムは、LS-DYNA(有限要素解析プログラム)を用いた。
