For its part, the process of formation of the recommended coating comprises the following steps:
- First, they are beaten, by mechanical means, on the one hand, half of the cementitious elements (Portland cement), with half of the aggregates (half of the quartz silica) and 4% of the liquid elements, forming on the surface to be covered, concrete slab or slab, which must be in perfect condition, a layer of approximately one millimeter thick. The application of this mixture is done by roller or flat.
- Once the two pre-primed layers described have dried, the rest of the elements are beaten by mechanical means, with the exception of the remaining aggregates from the previous previous process, (calcium carbonate). This mixture is applied, by means of flat or paletines, on the two layers of primer previously applied on the support, forming a finishing layer of 6 to 8 millimeters thick.
After 96 hours, that is, four days after the application, the finish is ready for the intended use.

C) The remaining 92% of the liquid elements are beaten, that is, benzyl alcohol, bisphenol-A-epichlorohydrin, 1,2-epoxypropylthyl ether, 3-aminomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexylamine, nonylphenol, and a Once the mixture is uniform, the rest of the aggregates are added, that is, the calcium carbonate, and they are beaten by mechanical means until a completely homogeneous mixture is applied that is applied on the two primer layers previously applied on the support. , forming a finish layer of 6 to 8 millimeters thick, and allowed to dry 96 hours.
