Abstract
The present invention relates to a battery cell (1) with at least one negative electrode and at least one positive electrode, wherein the battery cell (1) is enclosed in a cell housing (2) and has, for electrical contacting of the battery cell (1), a first cell terminal (3) which is electrically connected to the at least one negative electrode, and a second cell terminal (4) which is electrically connected to the at least one positive electrode, wherein the first cell terminal (3) and/or the second cell terminal (4) has a contact opening (5, 6) pointing into the cell housing (2). The invention further relates to a cell connector (12) for making electrically conducting contact between at least a first cell terminal (3) of a first battery cell (1) and at least a second cell terminal (4) of a second battery cell (1), wherein the cell connector (12) has at least a first contact point (13) for making an electrically conducting contact with a cell terminal and at least a second contact point (14) for making an electrically conducting contact with a cell terminal and wherein the at least one first contact point (13) and/or the at least one second contact point (14) are designed as contact plugs. The invention further relates to a battery (16) with at least two battery cells (1) according to the invention, which are electrically connected together by means of cell connectors (12) according to the invention, wherein the contact plugs (13, 14) of the cell connectors (12) are plugged into the contact opening (5, 6) of the appropriate cell terminals (3, 4) of the battery cells (1).
